[3:24] out all the low-hanging fruit first, the easy stuff. And now we're into the

[3:28] harder stuff. We're having challenges.

[3:36] a half of the time, [snorts] and it's getting

[3:40] the readings to match with the billing software.

[3:44] And we're just not getting the kind of support that we feel like we probably

[3:48] should be getting. Um

[3:56] making the right connections. That was part of what you approved tonight, too.

[3:59] So, I think we'll get there. I'm not sure why it's

[4:04] you know, so difficult for us, but uh >> So, by support, you mean from the

[4:17] The portal they they have a portal that we all have access to to see the

[4:21] progress. But, where the challenge is is

[4:26] readings are starting to come in through Sensus Analytics,

[4:30] but it's not matching to Incode to form a bill.

[4:35] So, we don't have that figured out yet. It's [clears throat] a little

[4:40] frustrating when you haven't got the answer, right?

[4:42] » We have the answer. It's just taking time to get it. That's a Core and Main

[4:46] aspect that's not PMI, so they're two separate really. So, they're working on

[4:50] it. It They said when we worked on this, this takes a couple weeks. So, in the

[4:55] meantime, it's just a manual process. It's fine. We can get the data. It's

[4:59] just taking the time and effort we're doing is taking the time to get the read

[5:02] to import it correctly, and that's where it is. So, it's just more time on the

[5:07] city hall staff side, but it's They

[6:43] that they were interested in getting a path started putting money away. So,

[6:47] that's what we've been doing. We always put money away for the CIP for washing

[6:51] and cleaning and maintenance. This actually due for a recoat.

[6:59] Perhaps mid-2004 construction. 2004 would have been new paint.

[9:30] is either for sale, for rent, or lease. This is the third time that I've done

[9:35] this. So, um and last time we did sell some buildings. So, I'm hoping this time

[9:39] we will too. And then to report Connie and I are

[9:43] still working on that new website. It's scheduled to be launched on the 31st of

[9:48] this month. And

[9:51] there's some little kinks, so everybody's just going to have to be

[9:54] patient with this for a little bit. Right now I'm working on some data entry

[9:59] with all of our businesses cuz I have to attach the websites or their Facebook

[10:03] pages to the to the businesses. But our training basically has been by

[10:09] video, but if we have questions, then that's when we call the company.

[10:16] videos to different staff members. However, what I'm hoping is

[10:21] when we get to that point by the 31st, Connie and I actually will be able to

[10:25] talk everybody through it. So,

[10:40] by any means, but we're starting to learn the program a little bit better.
