[0:07]
okay we actually have a stifen that's
like
[0:10]
1,200 so
[0:16]
I FL United
[0:22]
States
[0:28]
naice
[0:40]
so you want to say review the
[0:45]
agenda review the
agenda the
[0:51]
insurance and I can explain the
insurance you guys so we'll be reviewing
[0:56]
for new business the full-time employee
Insurance renewal yes incases going
[1:00]
explain yes is there any deletions or
additions negative no additions no
[1:10]
deletions okay so currently nothing's
really change with our insurance plan is
[1:17]
provided through Anthem um
[1:22]
the everything will remain the same the
deductibles and all that for the
[1:27]
employees um the only difference is it's
going to go up 99.49% for
[1:32]
medical
um and
[1:36]
then the dental is going to go up she
told me a dollar div is going to remain
[1:42]
the same amount it won't
change so the first page you guys have
[1:47]
is the health insurance the second page
is the dental and the
[1:53]
vision and then the last page shows our
life insurance this actually doesn't
[1:58]
change at all right now because we're
under a twoyear contract so we won't
[2:02]
talk about that till next year but I put
it in there just so you guys could see
[2:05]
that um the city pays 90% for employees
and 10% um the employee pays so nothing
[2:15]
right at this moment is really going to
change the carrier um requires that we
[2:19]
pay at least 50 and I guess at some
point when started it was your respond
[2:25]
to do
90% so right now it is 28
[2:30]
91 or 51 a month that we pay ourselves
per pay period for employees and that's
[2:36]
for all three of them uh that's for the
health and the dental and the vision our
[2:41]
employee PID that we don't pay for those
if the employee wants to have those
[2:47]
that's elected and they pay for those
themselves um the life insurance is
[2:52]
employer paid and if you want more than
what we offer then the employee has to
[2:57]
pay that difference as well
so uh this Anthem is the best plan that
[3:04]
they have they have checked a few of my
guess and right now for the size of
[3:09]
employees that we have um and who else
covered this is the best plan that we
[3:15]
have what does that cost come out to be
for the city um it is every month um we
[3:22]
generally the total of it is like
$865 and then it's broke down I break it
[3:28]
down into who have most everyone has um
just employee insured um there there's
[3:36]
one person that has a family that's
insured and then one person has it
[3:40]
themselves plus their spouse um
so I I have to break it all down so I
[3:45]
know which what gr to charge
but but you guys just have to decide if
[3:50]
you want to continue this the renewal
has to be done by the 27th of this month
[3:55]
so I have to do it by Thursday and I
have to let them know that so that we
[3:59]
can continue our so the First Column is
the column that we have originally yes
[4:03]
the First Column is the current plan
that's in blue highlighted in blue the
[4:07]
renewal is just in White shows you
nothing has changed within most columns
[4:13]
for the deductible for individual and
family the max out of pocket it's all
[4:18]
the same um and then just down excuse me
at the bottom the premium is
[4:24]
$865
182 uh right now that will be pay and
[4:30]
renewal if with a 99.49% it's going to
be
[4:44]
88318 I know you said it's due this week
but when does this go into effect uh the
[4:48]
renewal is actually in August and then
it will start in September
[4:58]
1st
