[4:52] able to help us do some of these critical items for the bridge

[7:15] And this is uh we submit the invoices for the rock and we get reimbured. So,

[7:25] recommend approval of this agreement with the Missouri Department of

[10:16] devices are. Uh total award mount is $8,230.

[20:22] recall, uh, this is the first year that the managed care arm of GMT has come in.

[20:29] We've always historically participated in fees for service. This managed care

[20:33] arm is, uh, something that, uh, just came about this year. So, basically, um,

[20:40] folks who are enrolled in HealthNet and Missouri Medicaid, uh, can or are

[20:46] enrolled in two different pieces. One is the fees for service in which we are

[20:50] paid and then uh Medicaid uh issues a one year one time per year balance to

[20:56] cover the the cost or the based on um what they determine uh our operating

[21:03] expenses are. The managed care program is a little bit different in that uh

[21:09] they directly issue the payment on behalf of uh the Medicaid participant.

[21:15] And we will expect two of these payments moving forward uh in uh each calendar

[21:23] year uh through 2029 at this point. Hopefully, it will be extended. So, in

[21:28] order to receive our reimbursement, we need to issue the non-federal share

[21:31] amount of $176,9514.

[21:38] Uh, I'll need to work with the auditor to make some uh budget adjustments uh

[21:42] because both of these managed care payments were unanticipated this year.

[21:47] So, um we'll have to move some uh revenue around to to cover these
