[12:27] updates. Al, good morning.

[12:35] Fairly uneventful. Our phase four project where we are

[12:41] negotiating with the state revolving loan fund to provide use of remaining

[12:45] funds for outstanding items. We're still getting that revised. There were some

[12:49] items today identified as maintenance that weren't eligible. So, they're being

[12:53] taken out of the change order, but we get that completed process and get the

[12:58] remaining on your 24-in water supply line that

[13:03] that has uh two parallel tracks. One is design, the other is the preliminary

[13:08] engineering report. The preliminary engineering report will be completed and

[13:12] submitted prior to April 1st so that we can solicit subsidized finance on that

[13:18] project for your lead service line replacement

[13:22] project. Uh that project and our downtown interceptor project have been

[13:26] let for bid. We have uh two advertisements that have passed and we

[13:30] also had pre-bid meeting on Monday and uh we have a lot of contractors show up

[13:37] for both projects. So things are are looking uh looking good to receive

[13:42] competitive bids on both those projects. We anticipate receiving bids on the lead

[13:47] service line replacement project March 31st

[13:51] and we anticipate receiving bids on our downtown interceptor project

[13:56] April 14th. 14 the maximum duration allowed by law

[14:02] for the project to be observed the lead service line per um not for the

[14:09] project that's occurring this year but to solicit additional funds for the

[14:13] following year is being finalized and we'll have that turned in as well by the

[14:17] April 1 deadline to see if we can qualify for additional grant subsidiz

[14:24] our existing wastewater treatment plant project again that project essentially

[14:28] complete. There are items that were discovered um through the course of

[14:33] construction on the existing facilities that needed repair. One of those items

[14:38] was the return activated sledge pumps which this body had acted on in previous

[14:44] meetings. Another item is the skylights. So with the skylights, you have a change

[14:50] order number 11 in front of you today. There's a credit associated with

[14:56] structural engineering analysis that was required on the project that the

[15:00] contractor had to pay for to make sure his installation was not deficient.

[15:05] And then there's a cost for the skylights. So the net cost change to the

[15:10] contract for the skylight cost and the credit for the uh structural inspections

[15:16] is $17,326.

[15:21] have those funds remaining within our construction contingency and I'd make

[15:25] recommendation that the board allow the mayor to execute that change order.

[15:56] fully complete. They do uh they were troubleshooting something within the

[16:00] control panel. They found out that it was actually a a card, not just a little

[16:04] component. I think it's called an HMI. So, they ordered a replacement card and

[16:09] slide that in. But our station is functional. That has to do with the

[16:14] ozone treat. No issues there.

[16:20] We already talked about the downtown interceptor project as far as it being

[16:24] out the bid and then award is anticipated.

[16:28] We do have a southeast wastewater treatment plant design that u

[16:34] essentially is complete from a preliminary design standpoint. Uh need

[16:38] to put final touches on it so that we can review that with your staff, make

[16:43] sure it meets their expectations and then we can move on to final design.

[16:47] That project is anticipated to bid and be awarded in October.

[16:55] Finally, our collection system improvements design. That's the three

[16:58] lift stations at Green View Place, Delaware, and 129th. That project is

[17:04] under design but doesn't have as strict of a deadline with that project out to

[17:09] bid

[17:13] with the uh downtown interceptor project out for uh bid. There is a new bond

[17:19] issuance that will be provided that would pay for the construction but also

[17:24] for the engineering cost associated with bidding construction engineering

[17:27] inspection. I do have uh substantial funds remaining within the old contract

[17:34] that are on an hourly asc basis. So my intent is to go through clean that up

[17:40] and uh propose reallocation of those funds so we can push the cost down in

[17:44] that space. >> Any questions?
