is the final unofficial because they
still need to canvas their elections the

canvas date for them will be August the
9th which is Friday after that the city
[1:39]
of Douglas will receive a certification
of the canvas results um the votes or
[1:46]
the vot cast will not change so that's
why we took the liberty of including as
[1:50]
part of the resolution to be compliant
with the city Charter
