[2:05] stated that Joey Axe is wanting a water line north of town and wants the town to

[2:10] put it in. Larry stated that he called Bob Smith and Grass for an estimate for

[2:15] the water line. Larry stated that he did not see any potential for growth out in

[2:21] that area. Larry stated that we can set a meter and the line will be Joey's if

[2:26] that's what the town wants to do. Terry stated that we do not let anyone else

[2:32] sell water if sell water if he sells it off of that line. The line would be

[2:38] Joey's. Larry stated that he did not know what size meter he was wanting.

[3:54] He also stated that Dustin pulled a pump on Johnson Street lift station, cannot

[4:00] find the parts to repair it. He stated that it needs rewound and that the pump

[4:06] is an antique. He stated that we need to upgrade it. Larry asked if a new pump

[4:11] will have the same hookup and Terry replied that Braden is trying to find

[4:15] out. Water maintenance ski ordinance was once

[4:19] again brought up in old business. Carolyn asked that to be explained to

[4:23] her. Terry stated that old meters in the

[4:27] ground that they are old meters in the ground that people are not using and

[4:31] they have to be maintained. Terry stated that we do not have the man power at

[4:36] this time to go pull all of those old meters. Carolyn asked if other towns

[4:41] have an ordinance for this. Terry stated, "Yes, I think so."

[4:46] Larry asked Carolyn and Terry if they wanted to set up a meeting with

[4:51] Bramer, a new potential employee, and Terry and Carolyn both stated yes. Larry

[4:56] stated they could do a personnel meeting. Mindy explained the check

[5:01] situation on Paul Somerville that a check was sent to their address for

[5:06] their meter deposit refund. They did not provide provide another forwarding

[5:11] address and they had not received the check and the check was mailed 12424

[5:18] and the check had not cleared the bank yet.

[5:21] The amount of the check is for $50. Check number 606 and a cancellation fee

[5:27] is $30 at the bank. Mindy stated she can receive the check back in in January of

[5:33] 2027 if not cashed. The board decided to write them a new check to the new

[5:38] address that have been provided by the Somervilles and just received the check

[5:42] back in in January 2027 to avoid the cancellation fee at the bank. Larry read

[5:50] Dustin's report in his absence. A Dish citizen was present asking if

[5:56] someone had spoken to the people from the last meeting about the driveway

[6:00] being blocked by her rental property. Bill Snee stated that he had and that
