[14:02] unplatted remainder in the property that

[14:04] he owned that I um uh n lot division uh

[14:11] install street utility improvements to

[14:13] serve serve the night lots include

[14:15] extending punch street approximately 380

[14:18] ft and included 16 new water services,

[14:22] 16 sewer services, 744 millennial feet

[14:25] of curve and 744 lineal feet of

[14:28] sidewalk. two catch basils and about 460

[14:32] lineal feet of water made in one fire.

[14:34] The developer plans for this is um

[14:38] duplexes. That's why there's twice as

[14:40] many water services as lots um

[14:45] staff recommends that you

[14:48] accept resolution 26 23.

[17:40] their house on Sea Street and they chose

[17:43] a contractor to do that work. But as

[17:46] part of that work, city has

[17:49] and directly adjacent to the new

[17:51] sidewalk that needs replacing is a ADA

[17:56] ramp that is not compliant. Um, and then

[18:00] since we're touching the ADA ramp on one

[18:02] side of the street, trigers having to do

[18:05] with the improvements on the ADA across

[18:07] the street so that they're both in

[18:09] compliance. This is a

[18:13] staff that's requesting permission to

[18:15] enter into a contract with Scorpion

[18:16] Concrete and Construction to complete

[18:18] that work. Um, this again, this this

[18:22] contractor was solicited by the property

[18:24] owner. We're just choosing to

[18:25] participate with with them in this

[18:27] project because they're going to be

[18:28] already there. Um, just a note is the

[18:32] 188 ramp is adjacent to Parkway Ride of

[18:35] the Ball Fields. Uh, so that'll actually

[18:38] will end up with two

[18:40] random AA ramps that play into kids

[18:43] safely get crossing Easter get to

[18:45] school. Uh the quote we were given from

[18:48] Scorpion was $12,680.80

[18:51] 80 cents

[18:52] >> uh for roughly 15 repeat 3 ft of curve

[19:02] staff believed that that was very
