[10:43] I just want to highlight some of the changes this year.

[11:05] This year, school actually increased some services at no additional cost to the members.

[11:14] So, we first have the property surplus limit was increased from 300 million to 500 million.

[11:23] This was a discussion that was made from a member of POOL. So, as you guys are members,

[11:32] you have a voice in what your coverages are. The best part is the pool has leverage to go back

[11:39] and get these coverages for very minimal cost to the members.

[11:45] This item, the property and the equipment breakdown,

[11:49] was no additional cost to the members.

[11:52] The equipment breakdown per loss limit went from 100,000,000 to 150,000,000.

[12:01] The cyber liability limit, 1,000,000 per member, first and third party,

[12:07] with a $500,000 sub-limit for cybercrime. Last year, that cybercrime limit was $250,000.

[12:18] So they doubled that again at no cost to the members.

[12:24] So the maintenance deductible per claim right now is $2,000.

[12:31] I do want to read the addendum like I did before for Article 22 to state

[12:38] that a member giving 120-day notice of withdrawal weighs the two-thirds vote

[12:45] requirement under Article 23a. Basically what this means is in the

[12:52] interlocal agreement you have to give full 120-day exit letter prior to renewal.

[13:01] Now if you submit that 120-day letter they do not have to offer you a renewal.

[13:09] So, I wanted to go over some key coverage points with you guys.

[13:16] Total program cost last year was 421,481.67.

[13:23] This year, that cost is 475,899.68, a 12.91 percent increase.

[13:33] And if you look at the numbers below,

[13:35] So these are all based on exposure, not rate changes.

[13:40] So we did see a 41.65% increase in payroll, so that is a pretty significant number.

[13:50] Total insured value went from 80 million to 99.9 million, so another significant increase

[13:58] of 24.8%.

[14:00] It looks like we did get rid of a couple of vehicles that were probably not being used

[14:06] and we took those off of the schedule and it looks like you guys have increased your

[14:14] employees by 11 which increases total exposure 13.75%.

[14:21] So even with the big increases, we only saw a 12.91 percent overall increase, which I

[14:32] think is very, very reasonable.

[14:36] A couple things that I do want to highlight is the additional services that you received

[14:41] from pool and paths.

[14:42] We did two assessment, cyber assessments over the past six years.

[14:53] If you had to go out and get those cyber assessments, which basically tries to protect your nets.

[15:00] Work from being hacked. Each of those assessments were $18,000 each. So you've had two of those. So that's an additional 36,000 that if you were with any other standard carrier, you would have had to go outside and purchase that. We also have a lot of training. So we have online training and that is for staff, HR relations. We have it for the board.

[15:29] So ethics and government, open meeting laws, cyber trainings know before, which is the email where you click on the emails and hopefully you're detecting that those are spam emails and it's getting the employee gets sent to a training if they actually click on something that was an actual scam.

[15:57] So instead of somebody surpassing your network and getting into your network, we send that specific employee to a training.

[16:07] So it keeps your system more secure.

[16:12] And with those classes,

[16:16] we year to, or services to date, it looks like we have about 96 active users

[16:25] and about 731 courses that have been taken.

[16:32] And so, if you had to go out and provide those for your staff, HR trainings, what not,

[16:39] that would have been a value of about $26,000.

[16:43] So once again, I just wanted to highlight some of the things that you get that are extra

[16:48] that you're not paying for being a pull pad board member.
