[0:00] it's a strange New World we're here oh yeah
[0:06] all right then I'll call FB daughter
[0:11] roll call Charles judgment here Nick Carlos
[0:17] Gary Keller here Ralph Carlson Aaron
[0:26] okay yeah boy bands
[0:30] 20 24th Street recommendations uh last meeting I asked for five streets
[0:40] and I've got mine here you are you are a Italian
[0:45] uh yeah I can do that too
[0:52] I didn't make it last I can tell you Charles
[0:59] yeah Charles I don't know I had number one on mine was Crescent Drive
[1:04] because we postponed that one for some minute time okay got it I drove it today
[1:09] yeah police Circle Drive yep
[1:14] Seventh Street to any
[1:18] on brick streets I believe at 7th street from where where did Crawford daddy oh
[1:24] okay
[1:26] I had
[1:30] Burke Street and there's a place over on you know it depends on when you get to
[1:36] Brick streets whether you're trying to
[1:42] make them look good or make them passable
[1:48] places in Judson that's hard to be passable
[1:53] and there's places overall
[1:57] say from National West or from on wall and
[2:03] National West
[2:07] that or the passionate in the past but it's all done with concrete tried to
[2:14] make it look like Craig so if you're looking for something for
[2:18] terrorists that go down through there that nothing
[2:21] it looked very good was passing
[2:27] I had Lee Circle Drive because we passed that one up several times one of the
[2:34] things I've seen on I drew yesterday and today drove a lot of
[2:39] streets The Brick Street one of the nicest brick
[2:42] streets we have is I guess going on Main Street
[2:47] but one of the things that until you get up close to the high school ten to
[2:52] there's a couple of places they're 10 to 11.
[2:55] but I say this all over on the brick streets
[2:58] is it looks like we need to spray them because we've got
[3:03] grass growing up in between them which is going to destroy
[3:09] a lot of that stuff because that creates
[3:14] voids too crazy fall that
[3:19] you could save a lot of those areas just by
[3:23] spring and hopefully Alberta
[3:28] a lot of work in there in the future
[3:33] most of the area that I saw them with needed stuff was on
[3:39] except for aggressive Drive I didn't think Arapahoe did myself
[3:46] okay over there it wouldn't hurt it wouldn't hurt more trash
[3:51] yeah but it's a hard and kind of
[3:55] big you know case project yeah
[4:01] and I've talked well if they didn't just see it was cracks yeah to have to get a
[4:06] spot for a year or something when there's a lot of the streets that
[4:09] could be overly 23rd Street
[4:14] Highway 69 going to Horton eventually it needs to be overlay
[4:22] it was limited funds this is kind of where and bird streets another Street
[4:28] that's beautiful brick streets really difficult
[4:32] to be passable in a lot of area I mean you've got to go slow
[4:36] and that's a whole lot of spaces and Justin and Crawford at the same way
[4:42] I was uh I was kind of comparing this year's tape field to our recommendations
[4:48] for this year and uh we got one point in there
[4:53] Tomahawk playing yeah I didn't
[4:58] it has been it's been in that crash field and all that decent House of cape
[5:03] on it
[5:06] that would work but that's just about a block
[5:16] it's just three of us here I guess so yeah all right let me let me
[5:21] read off pleats here so we got that out there on the table uh complete you're
[5:27] obviously chime in comment on these as you recall Lomond street from second to
[5:35] fifth
[5:37] is that is that a Brick Street it's all brick except the block here okay and the
[5:43] asphalt is in shambles there okay okay uh at least you need to be taken it up
[5:49] go back to Brick or put an
[5:53] okay you've got East Oak Street from
[5:57] Washington to Brown a lot of a lot of cracks uh I did say
[6:04] table is Pine Street uh yeah a lot of a lot of cracks there
[6:09] and uh if you don't if we don't do something
[6:12] with it we're going to lose them yeah you got those East Oak Street and
[6:16] East Pine Street both both of them from Washington to brown right how many
[6:21] blocks is that from why oh yeah
[6:29] probably about five or six about five kids five or six for each of those yeah
[6:34] okay okay and then Highland
[6:38] and this one we talked about a couple of years ago actually you got it from
[6:43] Second Street to Park Avenue right and Park Avenue is the entrance to gun right
[6:49] yeah so essentially this that's pretty much all of Highland Street yeah okay
[6:58] yeah it's a pretty bad shape and then you've got finally Crawford from first
[7:04] to third that's rough it's got a lot of it's got a lot of seabed patches in it
[7:10] over brick okay and uh if
[7:15] if the crew is gonna do some work on that wide
[7:19] I'd like to see it the safe concrete daughter the bricks like that right I
[7:25] recall wasn't Crawford Street in that vicinity it wasn't there just a real
[7:29] nasty bath to first to uh and Justin yeah right yeah that has been that has
[7:37] been addressed that one real real bad they didn't they did some work on that
[7:42] it is 100 bucks from Wall Street to First
[7:46] Street okay and uh there was some bad holes there I think you hit one time oh
[7:53] yeah and uh they've been repaired those look pretty good
[7:58] they did
[8:01] um the ones that I have and it kind of
[8:06] thick kind of Echoes what Jerry said is the Crescent Drive
[8:13] and
[8:16] Lee Circle
[8:19] I still have Arapahoe and how that's how that is to be treated
[8:24] I guess is up for discussion but maybe not even us but somebody can weigh
[8:30] in on what is the best best treatment of that uh
[8:35] at Tomahawk Lane I maybe I
[8:41] don't remember it correctly but it seems to me one of the members of our Advisory
[8:45] Board was contacted by a resident out on top
[8:49] of life that was it you yeah okay and they said we don't necessarily are
[8:57] asking for a rebuild of our street but could we at least
[9:11] sweeper out here okay okay and and protected get Butts yeah
[9:17] no roots anyway right right because they had a discrete was all cracked up and it
[9:23] has to be able to see them uh
[9:27] I know it was on the 2023 Cape Cinema
[9:34] so I thought I thought what a great story you talk about the squeaky wheel
[9:41] I mean it started out can you just run a sweeper through here and now it's off
[9:46] the cape ceiling yeah the gentleman approach stay at Walmart
[9:52] and I talked about whatever I said we're just in a library board but I'll do what
[9:57] we can sure and again we're trying to put 100 on the list but they didn't make
[10:01] it yeah there you go
[10:04] um I've also uh Gary I've got the same one 7th Street Crawford to Eddie
[10:10] uh
[10:12] I think those are the ones we had had in common
[10:16] so uh
[10:20] recorded already leave the hot bottles hopefully this thing I know that it gets
[10:25] to be a pretty long list but it looks like completed list unless
[10:30] you feel differently it looks to me like we at least have some consensus on on
[10:36] Crescent well do what we can right yeah Lee Circle
[10:40] was was always I thought kind of a tag along with horrible like hey while we're
[10:46] there if we send some money up to do whatever now Horton is going to be not
[10:52] addressed until next year but maybe Lee Circle can go into a cape
[10:58] seal list rather than being part of the whole
[11:03] Horton yeah Tom Tomahawk is being treated similar to that
[11:08] right
[11:17] um 7th Street Crawford Eddy that is a Brick
[11:21] Street with yeah with some swiss cheese going on there
[11:27] um and Arapahoe I'm hearing a consensus for
[11:31] considering some crack repair right okay and then
[11:37] uh now
[11:40] I'll just ask this highland that is a street that really needs some if they
[11:45] make their stuff but but the the extent of that from second to Park Avenue
[11:52] is that 10 blocks I mean it's on 8th Street it'd be closed uh close to
[11:59] it 90 90 something like that
[12:05] um
[12:09] what do you think you're right can we get you know
[12:13] um these are just recommendations that's what I said where are you
[12:20] and stop where you're trying to pick just four or five for
[12:24] the next year and then something to add to that huh Wyoming is bad it should go
[12:30] past salmon and there's two or three other streets yeah yeah that whole area
[12:35] in there probably could be redone right
[12:38] looking for one of the traffic is right now yeah
[12:45] okay and we don't uh
[12:51] I don't know how much traffic goes down through there dude
[12:57] well it's it's a it's a residential I I would say that the traffic my guess is I
[13:03] haven't looked at the map might pick up a little bit
[13:07] between 8th Street and Park because if you wanted to get to gun Park
[13:16] you could go up work and then down the hill or you can sure you could go West
[13:22] on 8th Street to Highland take a left turn and go
[13:29] to it's like two blocks to park and that might be a more
[13:36] you say does anyone know howlman's not one that I've checked does it work
[13:41] underneath there that I do not know I I would be
[13:46] surprised and I may be brick in the northern part of it perhaps I don't
[13:52] think it is
[13:56] all right I haven't seen any evidence of that for Pharrell
[14:08] yeah if they make it a lot possible yeah
[14:12] yeah so you you think we would be prudent of just limiting the heilman
[14:18] piece of this to eighth to park yeah
[14:24] for uh this is for next year I would say if you're going to take to it you just
[14:28] go all the way do the whole thing yeah
[14:36] [Music]
[14:44] at least how we get it done okay we'll we'll crack seal it we'll pothole
[14:49] patches certainly it'd be a lot better than it
[14:53] is now yeah but we'd have to put you know put some time and do it eight
[14:58] blocks it's either three blocks or eight blocks
[15:01] it don't really matter when he keeps you know so yeah
[15:06] okay okay good to know
[15:10] um
[15:15] you've got you've got a list of what we've been talking about yeah okay got
[15:20] it written down so what do you think I can't disagree with any of it I mean I
[15:25] don't know Crescent Drive I really have I can go
[15:30] drive it tomorrow I haven't really put too much time in that one leave Circle
[15:34] Drive
[15:37] you're probably not much work that's been going on up there so I would say
[15:40] that's the need to cry
[15:47] I know we've got to work on those and I'm not a big
[15:51] I don't like the concrete patches and Bricks I don't think either do one or
[15:57] the other you're gonna use your regular concrete don't don't put concrete into
[16:02] the brakes yeah because
[16:06] you know we have visitors come in and we take the trolley tours and it would be
[16:11] nice that those streets that they go down brick
[16:15] they can patch as much as possible but even take some of those old concrete
[16:20] patches out prepare them with brick when you get the
[16:23] opportunity sure Bennett uh we did a big section right out of our
[16:29] door our back door that was concrete they redid it with bricks but we need to
[16:34] go back and do some more still there's only just right right
[16:38] outside yeah yeah that was pretty good I would wear it section right you know
[16:43] we're we're not uh we're not the only generation that's had problems with
[16:47] bricks trees here
[16:53] David August 27 1922. and it reads residents along with six
[17:00] blocks of New Brick pavement on National Avenue
[17:04] 7 to 13. are complaining that the county and City
[17:09] and Road forces have been driving heavily loaded trucks over the good
[17:14] thing that causing some damage these residents content that to pay the
[17:19] degree that heavy traffic concerns should run and dead the surface
[17:26] so they would have the problems back then
[17:29] huh
[17:32] well that could have been in the paper last week
[17:36] wow wow okay I've been with the brick policy or Virginia
[17:43] Board as far as streets I've got a pothole but that could be later okay
[17:48] okay admitted to break the policy approved by City Commission
[17:56] you want to take that back
[18:00] based upon the uh the conversations that we had at the last Street advisory
[18:06] meaning this was the amendment that I presented to the city Commission
[18:14] to move forward with a couple of projects that it's the street workers
[18:18] were fixing to do wanted to make sure that we were going to follow the rules
[18:21] that we're establishing so this is the policy that was presented it talks about
[18:26] manhole covers and being able to patch concrete around the manhole covers up to
[18:32] 12 inches the end based on the conversations we
[18:36] all had about the intersections on any of the asphalt of letting up against the
[18:41] brick streets it would be the asphalt side that would be cut out anywhere up
[18:46] to 20 feet back and then it lays out the specifications for how thick the
[18:50] concrete needs to be with spacing on the green bar and then on a asphalt Street
[18:56] where brick roads are budding up against it it would be the asphalt intersection
[19:01] in the field that would get removed so that we're only putting the concrete
[19:07] aprons or intersections within the asphalt area and not disturbing the
[19:12] bricks as you know I've I've been uh
[19:18] but not drive around town I've noticed several places where that's already been
[19:22] done so I don't exactly the one up I haven't noticed it before you brought it
[19:27] up they there have been times in the past that
[19:31] it had just been done there was no policy board there was no we
[19:37] in light of the the Brick Street policy that was passed earlier this year we had
[19:43] pretty much laid out some new ground rules and so those under that policy
[19:48] would have not been allowed but now with this amendment they can go ahead and do
[19:52] that because the way Brad put it and talking with the
[19:55] street guys and several others to me it makes sense because it does help
[20:00] preserve the bricks it stops that movement of the bricks where the
[20:04] vehicles are coming to a stop right up against the bricks and so everything I I
[20:10] see about it I like other than it's not red brick and I can live with that
[20:14] because it's better for the streets it's better for everything else
[20:19] just a real quick question also on the on the first one it says allow up to 12
[20:24] inches in a square pattern around the manholes
[20:28] the I'm understanding that to be 12 inches
[20:33] from the edge of the manhole is that right it is if you had a 12 inch by 12
[20:40] inch square the manhole wouldn't sit and rust I just want to make sure that
[20:45] that you're you're measuring at 12 inches from from north south east west
[20:50] and that's what's making the square yes okay and that was based upon that was
[20:55] based upon recommendations from our street crew right on how easy it would
[20:59] be to place that square and then uh and to place the brick up against it it
[21:05] is yeah uh Jerry Morgan um made the comment that when they were
[21:10] running and I told you all about that when you're running me
[21:13] blades during the winter today
[21:18] yeah in the brick streets where there were no concrete aprons around the
[21:22] manholes when they hit the edge of that manhole launched the mantle cover like a
[21:27] hockey puck down the street yeah so by coming back at least 12 inches it causes
[21:33] that blade to pop a little and it may chip the edge of the concrete but then
[21:37] it goes over the manhole and Smooths everything out right there that'll be
[21:41] kind of almost recessed into the this was the apron around around it he
[21:46] just kind of swung the other day where it was
[21:49] weird it was a concrete around it but it was like in a diamond shape where the
[21:55] brick was not going up against it I thought how weird is that I mean don't
[22:00] you want it to be lined up so that the brick yeah you wanted a piece quarter be
[22:05] square square it up you want it yes we want it to be that way there and I
[22:09] talked to three different street Engineers about
[22:12] it when we were having the discussions and one of the street engineers said
[22:16] that there was a point a while back where they were making them diamond
[22:20] shaped because they thought that that gave more lateral strength when the
[22:26] vehicles were driving across it he didn't have anything to back that up
[22:31] other than he said that that was a thought that they had for a while so
[22:34] there are a few throughout town that are done with that diamond pattern based
[22:38] upon that rationale right okay in that square pattern in line with the
[22:45] bricks so it's easy to stack the bricks up against them another thing on this a
[22:52] it's not going to happen tomorrow or next week but it's we would also like to
[22:57] see the water I mean the water mains and
[23:02] that because if you've ever driven a dump truck with a blade on it for snow
[23:07] you hit one of those covers about knocks you out of the truck
[23:13] so I'd like to do that also on those and basically it's about cover it's what
[23:20] it's called Water Valley cover but are these the ones that are about six inches
[23:25] yes diameter and that's kind of silver it's got a grid that says water right on
[23:32] top of yeah right I know over a 12th Street at Main Street 12th of May
[23:38] there's three of them right there in the middle of the road and it would look so
[23:42] much better if that was Square concrete with those in it you
[23:48] think you need the full 12 inches around those or you could buy with something a
[23:52] little smaller okay
[23:58] I'd have to give or take a guy and see maybe give it to guys and ask their
[24:02] opinions and look at them you can get back to you on that one okay
[24:08] just want to be consistent whatever we do we can sure
[24:12] this is past August one so this has already been approved by the commission
[24:16] yes sir gotcha I wanted to go ahead and get it through because they were looking
[24:19] at repairing those intersections there where Maine and National meet and wanted
[24:26] to make sure that we were following within the ordinance when we made those
[24:29] repairs
[24:34] okay more distressing on that
[24:39] go to do business
[24:42] discussion a number of current board members
[24:45] lack of interest to film vacancies
[24:50] our terms will expire December 31st 2023. all three of you
[24:56] all right oh all five of them
[25:02] it's in your packet there you can see that was what I found along
[25:07] I'm surprised they haven't expired already well we were talking about that
[25:11] I think they said I think they had it inspired by mine expired the last few
[25:17] steps I think mine did too yes uh
[25:21] I don't know I acquired about it it's disappointing that there's not
[25:27] looking at our pages that we need younger Generations
[25:33] Matthew don't you have some friends out there that are
[25:40] I will appears that would be interested in the
[25:45] serving their community and I have a couple people that I will
[25:49] definitely reach out to yeah and ask them to step up to the plate yes
[25:54] I mean this is a similar problem of Civic organizations we need
[25:59] Young Blood Yeah a different old perspectives
[26:04] you know it's it doesn't occupy a huge amount of time I don't know and it I
[26:09] don't know how how and why but these meanings don't end up being nasty
[26:14] meetings I mean nobody's throwing darts nobody's
[26:18] throwing stuff it's pretty yeah no it would be nice to have
[26:23] have different Generations perspective because we've seen it for 50 years yeah
[26:30] six years whatever you need something it might not be also
[26:35] bad they could consider having some gals yes I'm not qualified yeah I mean you
[26:40] know anybody drives our streets I didn't give up my positions or whatever
[26:46] take home you notice Gary didn't ask me if I had a
[26:52] friend
[26:59] do you remember the story about president Herbert Hoover in the height
[27:03] of the depression he was the most well he was not a very popular fellow
[27:11] and as The Story Goes Herbert Hoover once uh once asked someone could I
[27:16] borrow a nickel to phone a friend and the guy gave a dime and said call
[27:22] both of them she wouldn't make a quarter round
[27:30] foreign
[27:37] how many are we opened right now two two so we're supposed to have seven right
[27:41] right so yeah we need to start recruiting I think
[27:46] last time didn't we also uh open it up to the three three mile Zone yeah right
[27:54] it Gary's into three months so so about it to one of the yard but I got here
[28:01] because that include the light for three months part of the lake probably yeah
[28:06] very colored part case
[28:11] yeah it says one one can be in the three mile
[28:17] counting Zone a three mile outside of the
[28:22] oh that's me okay here's and here's what I got it's
[28:27] ordinance number 3556.
[28:31] uh so the four Scott's freed Advisory Board shell recommend and make
[28:36] suggestions to the city manager and governing body regarding Street
[28:41] preparing at Brick Street located within the city limits of towards Chicago in
[28:47] addition to forms you'll make recommendations and reporters to
[28:51] everybody on all manner within a reasonable time
[28:57] that that's up to what I saw involved
[29:12] under number four section before okay
[29:18] my current expired cleats has already expired yeah
[29:26] Charles expires this year
[29:32] which this prevents someone from being reappointed right but that's what I was
[29:37] told just sure go on go on keep doing yeah
[29:43] maybe there should be some Unwritten rule that if you decide
[29:48] if you don't want to continue that you can find your replacement or find
[29:53] someone who's interested in replacing them
[29:58] it's up to the commission to make the appointments of course but at least we
[30:02] can get out get to get some names going there
[30:08] first song completed with my understanding that when there's the lack
[30:12] of interest when we put the letter you know the invitation out and we wouldn't
[30:16] get interests then it would be opened up for
[30:20] sitting members to continue to so that we could have a forum according to the
[30:25] ordinance so that's how that
[30:30] it's kind of how it's like going with all of our boards
[30:35] are people
[30:39] pretty satisfied with what's going on with the streets in town in terms of the
[30:45] do you still get a lot of calls oh yeah let me call their day I'll be
[30:50] down the street oh yeah yeah that's most of them I mean it's a
[30:54] I think to answer your question people are happy to see things are getting done
[30:59] and we they like seeing that we're doing 101
[31:04] Cooper Street has done but like brick jobs and
[31:09] 12th Street 10th Street I mean they they see things getting done they like they
[31:14] appreciate that um is there going to be what you said
[31:18] pothole here and there yeah oh yeah I mean that's right
[31:22] we we it's it's a long process for that I mean that's going to be a while and
[31:27] once we get back to laying bricks we'll get some things done but you know one
[31:32] one street you didn't put on your list I said The Brick Street is
[31:35] right here on third all the way past the board office on Main yeah that's uh I
[31:41] just that's a blind landline through there so yeah we had that on last year
[31:45] well
[31:52] it'll take that could be a whole winter project
[31:55] well you know other than the the kind of the
[31:58] town hall meeting or whatever you want to call it that we had on the Brick
[32:01] Street policy I don't remember anyone from the public coming to any of our
[32:06] meetings to uh you know to voice anything about about it so the only time
[32:14] that we had people here was when they we advertised it would be a question and
[32:20] answers period right
[32:23] and one of the fellas that got it said I would do away for extreme
[32:28] yeah but it's lazy got up and talked they went before then yeah I think I'm
[32:34] going to get rid of brick streets yeah downtown yeah
[32:39] to answer your question I mean I think the citizens are
[32:44] happy things are going on but they know we've got a lot to go and
[32:50] we get a lot of things on our app
[32:53] that tells us the potholes here or a problem area is here
[32:58] and we're pretty responsive to that one that does trigger something I wanted
[33:04] to bring up at some point if I if I could yeah
[33:09] um the the special use sales tax half cent that was adopted for 90
[33:18] streets 10 Parks yes so I got that remembered right
[33:23] um it has what another two years
[33:27] that was it for 10 years one five five yeah I'm pretty sure it's five but
[33:34] if it's five I think there's two work years yeah
[33:38] um we had I think before at least put out there the idea
[33:44] of some kind of a movable thank you sign or acknowledgment sign so
[33:52] that when a street is redone chipped sealed Cape sealed
[33:59] whatever that that there could be at least
[34:03] you know this this street Improvement made possible by the half cent sales tax
[34:10] thank you you know what I mean and I say that because if it is five
[34:15] years it will expire unless the voters
[34:20] vote to continue it and
[34:25] um a little good PR a little yeah yeah I mean it's just one of those things you
[34:32] don't want to take for granted you know the
[34:35] support of folks to continue it yeah we want to you know yeah if that would be
[34:40] taken away uh we'd be back pain square one with a minimal amount of money spent
[34:47] on the streets yeah exactly so can we order a bunch of those The Cheap Signs
[34:53] and just stick them off you can just have banners and put posts
[34:59] and those
[35:04] those board things so it's you know kind of little the little triangle with the
[35:08] legs and you know and you could move them you could fold them up and move it
[35:12] to the next street you know whatever so sure it would just be
[35:19] as far as the the board members and stuff they said congrat could we like
[35:25] I know this would be a lot once a week put a post on whatever social media
[35:31] sites were using it'd be like these are the board member or these are the four
[35:36] positions open these are the ones we're looking for in like every week keep
[35:40] reminding people these are the areas we need some extra people maybe we can read
[35:45] a few of the younger Generations through social media and if they keep seeing
[35:50] that maybe we can get somebody interested in doing some of these
[35:53] positions yeah the tickets thrown on there once in a while it goes in the
[35:56] paper or goes and works got Biz it goes on
[36:05] last time but uh the other part The Other Board
[36:10] should get bigger who put it in here
[36:15] but I don't see anything on the streets no
[36:19] maybe if we I mean we might have to pay for it if we did like a display ad that
[36:25] get more attention other than just a little blurb you know I don't know maybe
[36:30] once in a while well you know it's it's one thing to say there are openings uh
[36:36] you know please send your letter of interest
[36:41] but it could possibly go one step further
[36:47] in in as much as it would be a a request or an offer
[36:53] would you like to help in the development
[36:59] of a plan for our future streets we or we need your help you know something
[37:05] like that where where someone is not just seeing it as an opening but it's
[37:10] seeing it as an opportunity to help their Community you know what I'm saying
[37:18] [Music] or something
[37:22] would you be opposed to having a student
[37:27] on the board no no thank you above
[37:32] the FBA team well I don't know I don't know if they do or not it doesn't say
[37:38] that they're technically had an age they just said we say 16 because it
[37:43] should be driving but they should be driving yeah I was thinking maybe a
[37:46] senior uh in high school to maybe a college
[37:51] yeah so that'd be a great idea school's gonna be starting pretty quick
[37:56] so I'll get with uh Josh Messer who's the uh one of the guidance counselors
[38:02] over to high school I think our four o'clock time that would I mean if
[38:06] somebody was tied up in sports yeah that would be a problem but but
[38:11] not uh Matthew has asked him before five
[38:15] o'clocks that said interferes with him and so we talked about we talked about
[38:22] it and said well the suburbs here but it was cool right so we will uh just go
[38:28] ahead with four o'clock
[38:33] and uh five o'clock
[38:38] I'm all right with that but we don't interfere with any other boards on the
[38:43] second and third pick no
[38:48] are you having fun I have no problem is it is it to wreak
[38:54] havoc with staff schedules and people
[39:00] oh we're good unless you start meeting for three hours or yeah yeah let's do
[39:05] that 24 hours a day anyways
[39:12] I will not see nor will I accept
[39:18] oh my part it's on Crawford
[39:22] at at or about 7 12.
[39:28] a Crawford kind of on the West Side that's
[39:34] well it's the only one that that will bust the tire out excellent
[39:41] when cars park it sort of hides like No One's Gonna
[39:46] gonna hit it because yeah well it's not at the curb it's like a cart with apple
[39:51] cut so but if there's no cars there it's it's ready to wreak havoc so I'll put it
[39:58] on yeah on the way home thank you okay
[40:05] okay we got his head now
[40:11] anything on your mind yeah well I'll take motions for
[40:18] Christmas don't move okay second
[40:22] let's work it off
[40:25] if you got a dog driving around you'd see a uh
