the judge on this new information, we'd
actually like to have it back so we can

actually make a better deal for the
county. It can only benefit the county.

of this request is to allow the county

study and environmental impact review

that were not conducted prior to the
agreement's approval. This action is

requested to ensure that any tax
abatement granted by the county is
[24:09]
supported by documented analysis
demonstrating a clear public benefit and
[24:15]
is consistent with the recognized best
practices in public sector financial
[24:19]
oversight.
Normally, that's what counties, county
[24:23]
commissioners would do before tax
abatement. They would do those impact
[24:26]
studies because it just gives you the
data that you need to show the community
[24:32]
that this was a good deal or it's not a
good deal.
