[2:40] council were at, listened to the discussion from North Shore development,

[2:44] talking about possible housing, basically multi-unit like apartment in

[2:49] White Lakes. Possible location near the assisted living facility. Uh

[2:54] on the Veteran's Memorial Drive was discussed, and

[2:57] they said they were definitely not recommending that be at the old school

[3:01] grounds. So that it could be used for other

[3:03] types. Well, the home park was brought up, and at that time, apparently, there

[3:07] was no response from the owner. I don't know if since then,

[3:11] um one of the members of the Planning Commission said that he'd been out

[3:14] there, and it was still just a big mess, and they've done nothing since then.

[3:21] Also, uh attended the Eastern Water Board, fairly standard meeting. We

[3:25] discussed the uh upcoming grand opening ceremony of

[3:28] the water plant, which is going to be done in July. They've extended or are

[3:32] extending invitations to some of the politicians that they're hoping come on

[3:37] board from Backus or White Lakes to join the board.

[3:41] And also about getting the state certified a plant for providing and

[3:45] treating water to the three community communities. And I missed something from

[3:50] the Planning Commission. There's been recent permits for a home, three

[3:53] garages, a shed, and a fence in town. Which is nice to see people

[5:34] waiting on some more inspections. And then after that, after

[5:39] the 1st, he's going to come to White Lake and start working on the bowling

[5:42] alley because he would like to have the bar area open by Water Carnival, and

[5:47] then in August um Brunswick is bringing wings and all that

[5:52] kind of stuff. So, so that was kind of interesting. And

[5:56] then the he was talking about how that turned into a co-op, so go get your

[6:01] shares. Um and then I went to the planning and

[6:04] zoning meeting, same thing as Dave. And also, I went to the Colby Ridge HOA

[6:09] meeting, which was pretty interesting. Uh Mayor Scott was there.

[6:24] Whyberg for welcoming them. I had to go into work

[6:35] legislators and um the snowmobile ATV club, folks from

[6:39] there. Um they took us on an ATV ride. Got to see the the trails around town.

[6:44] So, uh thank you to the snowmobile ATV club for all the work they do. Um it was

[6:49] fun to just kind of rip around town and spend time with those folks.

[6:53] Um and then [clears throat] Al Hotnik and um

[6:57] folks from the snowmobile ATV club spoke about um Stephen Chambers or the CCC

[7:01] camp, um kind of their planned ideas. They had

[7:05] um like a plan laid out for what they're doing out there. So, it's nice that

[7:10] yeah, they're they're working on that and planning on restoring that. Um and I

[7:14] think they had mentioned that they got like $100,000 from by tri-R B.

[8:48] pretty soon. Um and and by that I mean uh it's in uh review with the surveyor

[8:55] right now, the affidavit portion. The the petition's completed. They'll be

[9:00] getting submitted. I don't know what the timing with the county's going to be to

[9:04] review that. They've been pretty quick on stuff recently, so.

[12:39] we have VIA engagement letter for GASB 75 services. Lot of letters. Can you

[12:51] » So, this is the VIA actual service solutions. They do the

[12:56] This part of our annual audit. This is for Where's my cheat notes?

[13:01] Um retiree benefits that we pay for them on their behalf and then ensure that

[13:07] it's funded. They kind of do their own little audit and then it gets put in

[13:09] with our big audit and Tom asked for it every year. It's been It's been in

[13:14] statute or law since 2017-2018

[13:18] and they've done it every year since.

[13:24] So, I I guess I I did not include it, but at the end of the

[13:29] there's a whole another part to this where we have to provide like employee

[13:31] employee numbers, rates, um and benefits paid.

[13:37] And then they put it all in a nice little report.

[13:41] » Um and then yeah, in talking with Tammy it sounds like we've gone through these

[13:44] folks for the past several years also. So,
