[0:20] upgrade priorities which he will also be talking about. So Greg, thank you so
[0:24] much for coming. Good afternoon everyone or nighttime
[0:29] right it's looks beautiful outside but every time I look up I look look at the
[0:34] clouds and I go please not today right uh I think um first first and foremost
[0:40] President Wittenberg uh trustees Gavin everybody from the village um and
[0:45] esteemed attendees like to thank you for allowing me to come and share a little
[0:49] bit of what comed's doing um June July >> would be up to you to evaluate
[0:56] if through MC squared if there was a an option that you thought you should look
[1:00] at. >> But if you have but if you had a
[1:02] question, these are the folks you want to talk to.
[1:05] » Correct. If there if Greg if there's an issue with our service or we do have a
[1:09] homeowner that has a unique situation. Greg is our main contact at Kameed and
[1:14] then he works with his operations desk. So RPD and public works and Gavin and
[1:19] myself have all been >> $33,3862.
[1:27] That's the financial report. >> Great. Thank you, Treasurer. Um if there
[1:31] are no other questions, uh can we please have a roll call vote?
[1:54] Gavin, >> thank you. Uh, Chief Weatherford led us
[1:58] through a competitive uh, RFP process for our IT services. We received eight
[2:04] proposals. After reviewing the proposals and interviewing the recommended firm
[2:09] and checking their references, we are recommending HyperIT to take on our uh
[2:14] managed uh services program. They were the lowest cost responsive proposer. But
[2:21] more importantly, we believe this will strengthen our IT support cyber security
[2:25] and strategic planning momentum for additional investment or
[2:31] the more comprehensive redevelopment approach under alternate three um which
[2:36] could result in a larger transformative project but would require greater
[2:41] property coordination and may temporarily reduce revenues while the
[2:45] site is assembled and redeveloped. Um some of the next steps is SBC Freriedman
[2:52] um SB Freriedman expects to complete its next report within approximately one to
[2:57] two weeks and has um requested board direction regarding which alternative
[3:01] should be advanced. Um they also indicated that following the completion
[3:06] of the current study, the village could consider a separate hourly not to exceed
[3:11] agreement of approximately 20 to 30k for SP Freriedman to serve as a development
[3:17] adviser and assist the village with developer outreach in.
