[2:23] transient hanger. Obviously up there you want heating and insulation because it

[2:28] is cold. So we have a uh grant request letter that we're submitting to the

[2:33] state that Brian has to sign. I don't know if we have to have approval for

[2:36] that, but it essentially is um we'll submit to them and hope that they

[2:41] respond that they will support the heating and insulation of the transient

[2:45] hanger. >> Okay.

[4:41] project out early spring.

[4:47] For equipment acquisition, we have been pushing on the the ramp plow. Uh and it

[4:54] does appear that they have given us a date of mid-March now. So first it was

[7:17] the one thing that they did not consider um state eligible was a remote start and

[7:22] additional fog for $752. So that portion of that 70,000 is locally funded by

[7:28] itself. Just throwing that out there. [laughter]

[7:45] Electric uh gate, the automatic gate installation. So we are working on a

[7:50] design for that project. that 90% review will be planned for March. The uh

[7:56] essentially this is the two gates that uh were um in the part 139 inspection

[8:02] that were flagged uh as not being adequate or to their standard. So, we're

[8:08] we're planning on putting in two vertical lift gates. Um so, there will

[8:12] be no no rolling mechanisms, but it there'll be the vertical lift gates and

[8:16] that'll be at the Crescent Drive entrance and right by Thor's. So, we're

[8:20] working with Thor's team on kind of some of the design elements for that and he's

[8:24] provided us some measurements. Thank you, Thor. And, uh, we also are working

[8:29] with the part 139 inspector to determine, you know, what the heights

[8:32] requirements are for the 1x4s and and things like that. So, any questions with

[8:38] that? >> Nope.

[8:41] » That construction will be planned this summer.

[8:43] » Perfect. >> We also have a beacon replacement

[8:46] project that uh we've been working with team on. Uh the decide is underway for

[8:50] that same schedule as the electric gate. We'll have a 90% review discussion in in

[8:54] March. Um and that's to replace the beacon that is out there now to one of

[8:58] those tip down ones. So we don't have to climb up and replace the bulb. It tips

[9:02] down. It's it's kind of a nice setup. So that'll replace the foundation

[9:08] » the new beacon. >> Nice.

[9:10] » It'll be it'll be a good act. So that construction is also in summer of

[9:15] 26. So any questions on that? >> Nope.

[9:20] All right. Uh, runway 1331 reconstruction phase 4. So, I think at

[9:25] the last meeting we did talk about how this project uh with the reimburseable

[9:31] agreements that it kind of pushes things out. So, it will be constructed either

[9:37] 2027 or 28 um with it bidding next spring. Um, so we did have an FAA

[9:44] discovery meeting for that they and had a discussion, you know, on how the

[9:49] resident engineer, which is something that the FAA provides when there's FAA

[9:53] equipment located in the area during construction, they have to have someone

[9:57] on site. We saw this during phase uh two and three of uh the runway projects. So,

[10:03] they have to have someone on site to observe the construction around their

[10:06] equipment. Um, so we did have a discussion with them and we're planning

[10:10] for a 10day uh resident engineer on site. So that

[10:14] would be around those malls and bars, the papy um and anything that is, you

[10:21] know, their equipment in that area. But we'll plan to do all of the construction

[10:25] around their equipment uh during 10 days. So that's kind of the plan for

[10:29] that. We did have that meeting and there is some grading corrections that need to

[10:34] happen in the ILS critical area. Uh so that would then generate another flight

[10:40] check. So from that meeting, that's kind of what came from that. There was one

[10:44] other thing. They do want us to correct the grading past the blast pad on the

[10:50] runway 13 end. So that's the end that we did during phase one. So all of that

[10:56] pavement has been redone, but we did not go past um the blast pad and do any

[11:01] correct corrective grading at that time. So from this uh last meeting with the

[11:06] FAA, they have requested that we include that grading to correct it to RSA FAA

[11:12] standards in that last 1,000 ft um pass for the runway end. So that will also be

[11:18] included in this project. Now [clears throat]

[11:21] any [snorts] questions on any of that? >> Lots of information.

[11:28] » Well done. Um for the state projects, the terminal improvements have all been

[11:33] completed. That was the security upgrades uh that uh Brothers Fire and

[11:39] Security did. >> So to my knowledge, it's all been

[11:44] » Yeah, that's correct. Yeah, we're in the process as we speak learning the new the

[11:49] new camera systems, but yeah, we're getting there. It's I mean the cameras

[11:52] are the same. It's just the software is funky.

[12:02] approved in the financials, but that that was for an amount of 60,381

[12:08] and that's at that 70% 30% split from the state.

[12:17] Um, for COP updates, uh, we've gone through those quite a bit, but the one

[12:22] that is coming up, when did you say that ASOS was going to be installed?

[12:26] » Yeah. Uh we're anticipating starting the project in June.

[12:31] » Okay, great. So I think we'll there is some uh obstruction removal with that

[12:37] new ASOS location. With the new one, it'll be it'll be limited. It's a lot

[12:42] less than where it is now. Um but we will uh prepare a proposal uh in the

[12:47] next couple meetings for that project so that we can get that obstruction removal

[12:51] completed for that ASOS to work properly. [clears throat]

[16:09] the weather's good." They need a report. So, it just adds another step and it's

[16:12] not always delicate. So, that that's a really good great project. All these

[16:16] parts are great, but that one is really essential. So, we're looking forward to
