[3:21] having us here and Miss Carlen for coordinating with us. We're here to

[3:24] speak about um our 2025 Leadership Academy and give a little bit of a

[3:29] report. And as we do that, I'm going to introduce Theresa Stell. She's just

[3:32] going to give a little bit of a testimony as to her experience with the

[3:35] Louisiana Girls Leadership Academy. And we want to thank all of you uh for the

[3:41] LFU Parish Council for everything you've done to help us in executing this

[3:46] program, making it possible. Hi everyone, my name is Reese Stell

[3:52] Phillips and I'm a freshman at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette

[3:57] studying speech pathology and aiology. I've been a part of LGLA since 2021,

[4:03] starting as a participant, then a junior counselor, and this past year, I was a

[4:07] junior program assistant. My love and gratitude for this program continues to

[4:12] grow every year. One of my favorite gifts from LGLA are the friendships I

[4:17] have made. I've been surrounded by a group of girls who have the same values

[4:21] and goals as me. We build each other up year round.

[4:26] LGLA strives to show each aspect of leadership, including public speaking,

[4:32] running for office, and owning a business. There is even an etiquette

[4:36] class. Through the many different panels,

[4:40] speakers, and group activities, each girl walks away from the program feeling

[4:44] like she can conquer all her goals. The ambassador campaign is an amazing part

[4:49] of LGLA. Here, each small group chooses one or two candidates to run for LGLA

[4:55] ambassador. The groups become campaign teams using their ci creativity to get

[5:00] their candidates name known. The candidate also gives a speech to the

[5:04] entire program and then on the last day the participants vote. Every night there

[5:10] is a fun activity to bring us all together. My favorite activities have

[5:14] been the governor's dinner and the pool party. LGLA is my home. It has given me

[5:20] my voice and my best friends. I cry every year when it's over because it

[5:24] because it is where I feel the most inspired and understood. I'm always

[5:28] counting down the days until the next program. There is currently 236 days

[5:33] until LGLA 2026. This past year, we received more

[5:38] applicants than ever before. So, our need for funding has grown. It is help

[5:43] from people like y'all that makes this program a reality for so many girls. I

[5:48] thank God every day for putting LGLA into my life and I thank you all for

[5:53] allowing me to speak with you today. Thank you.

[5:58] And we want to thank Reese Stell for driving in from UL to be here with us

[6:02] tonight. Also here um LGLA is in its 19th year. Um and it is under the

[6:07] director actually of the LFU Parish Commission for Women um President Dr.

[6:12] Dr. Laura Bado, who also serves as the executive director for the Louisiana

[6:17] Center for Women in Government and Business. As Reese Stell said, the

[6:20] program is only continuing to grow in need. Last year, we received at the

[6:25] close 300 applications, um, which was completely amazing. Um, we

[6:31] were able and funded to take 80 young women into the program. It was very

[6:34] competitive, which is very exciting. In these packets that you have of our

[6:38] report, you're going to see all of the um 2025 data and survey results which

[6:44] show you the way the program has grown since 2022 when we were fighting to

[6:48] receive 100 applications for 80 spots. And to be where we are now is just

[6:52] incredible. And you'll also see um how our participants ranked after going

[6:56] through the program. And like Risa Stell, we have young women that fight to

[6:59] come back year after year because they truly do meet women that are like

[7:03] themselves for the first time. They are they are ambitious. They are driven.

[7:07] They want to be business owners. They want to be civic leaders and leaders in

[7:11] their community. So, they truly find their voice and their platform and they

[7:14] learn uh how to execute that and they meet mentors through the program. I

[7:18] think I've written um six or seven um college application um letters so far

[7:23] for recommendations. With that being said, we're also doing a

[7:27] lot for Lefouch Parish. A lot of the young women I think um our college rate

[7:32] is currently at 99% of those young women that are graduating as seniors are

[7:36] metriculating into college and I want to say 84% I don't know if I put that

[7:41] number in here it might be further in the back are going to Nickels and some

[7:45] of these young women that didn't even know Nickels existed before there but we

[7:48] implant them onto our campus and they see everything that we have to offer in

[7:52] our community and they end up coming back as Colonels. So we're really proud

[7:56] of that. um 100% of the funds that we receive from Lefuch Parish go to housing

[8:01] and feeding our um participants at Nickel State University. So um as those

[8:06] numbers grow up, as Reese Stell said, we would love to expand our program. Our

[8:11] goal is to fund raise to be able to accept Laura 100. That's the goal for

[8:15] this year is to be able is to be able to expand to um accept 100 young women cuz

[8:21] we are expecting another hike um in the programming. Um, Laura, would you like

[8:26] to say anything?

[8:32] » I know this is whole to believe that that I can't speak. Uh, but I have a

[8:39] brain bleed from uh another hospital and so I I'm going to be however full force

[8:49] by the uh day. So, thank you so much. I can't tell you that what it has done

[8:58] all of Louisiana because people are looking about

[9:03] Louisiana and about that we are taking the um uh I can't see y'all. I'm sorry I

[9:10] can't see yet but I will. All right. Please please understand how much this

[9:19] is going for for Tibido for uh Homer for um

[9:48] always push and try to help you all as much as I can. I've been doing it for a

[9:52] long time and uh I I see uh in the budget they put you 10,000, but we'll

[9:58] we'll keep it at that for now. We'll wait till the budget comes up and see

[10:01] what happens. And uh I attended your banquet the last day and I wish more

[10:07] councilman would attend, but some of them got to work so I could understand

[10:10] that. Uh it's something really to see what these young ladies can do. It's

[10:16] unbelievable the stunts that they do at the end and they get together in all

[10:22] kind of little groups and and they really put on something that's everybody

[10:27] should see. I made the one last year and if God says I'm going to make the one

[10:32] this year and it's in it's at Nicholls. It's at Nickels. Now, when they had the

[10:39] supper by the doctor's house, there were quite a few councilmen that came. I

[10:43] don't remember all of them, but there were there were a few that came, but uh

[10:46] I wish everybody would come if they can to the banquet and see what these young

[10:52] girls can do. Y'all really motivate these girls and they're all young kids.

[10:59] In fact, I could probably be that daddy, but I'm not. Thank [laughter] God.

[13:13] I want to begin by saying that I do understand that this council cannot

[13:18] change a judge's ruling or reverse a custody decision.

[13:22] What I am speaking about tonight is not a dispute over custody. It's about how

[13:28] parish level agencies enforce court orders and respond to protective order

[13:33] violations. Those enforcement

[13:37] procedures and the coordination between local departments or within your

[13:42] authority as parish leaders responsible for public safety and accountability.

[13:47] October is domestic violence awareness month. A time when we are reminded that

[13:53] every statistic is a story. A family and often a child whose voice goes on

[13:58] unheard. I stand here not only as a former caregiver who lived through that

[14:04] reality, but also as the founder of a new initiative called the Petri Promise

[14:09] Project, [snorts] a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting

[14:14] children, supporting survivors, and promoting accountability within the very

[14:19] systems meant to keep us safe. For more than 500 days, I cared for a child

[14:26] under eight separate protection orders. Seven issued by the same judge in Lafush

[14:31] Parish. Each one acknowledging clear and ongoing danger. Protective orders are

[14:36] not issued casually. They are granted only when a court determines protection

[14:40] is necessary. That same judge also granted an expporte order and a consent

[14:45] judgment that legally recognized me as having sole custody pertaining to the

[14:50] father, not the mother because she was incarcerated. Those orders existed

[14:54] because the biological parent had a documented pattern of instability,

[14:59] arrest, and court-ordered supervised visitation limits. Then on January 3rd

[15:04] of 2025, everything changed. That same judge abruptly reser reversed custody

[15:10] while a protective order was still active and [clears throat] the local law

[15:14] enforcement carried out that transfer without a signed judgment. The order was

[15:19] not signed until nearly 4 weeks later. There was no transition plan, no

[15:24] rehabilitation requirement, and no best interest review. That action blocked me

[15:29] from protecting the child and not only from physical but also emotional harm,

[15:35] but also the continued instability and neglect that the courts had already

[15:40] documented. When I continued to speak up, a retalatory protective order was

[15:46] issued against me, the caregiver with no criminal history, who had kept that

[15:51] child safe for nearly two years. It stripped away the only consistent source

[15:55] of safety that child had. And it sent the message that speaking up for a child

[16:00] in danger can be punished instead of protected.

[16:06] After the reversal, the same parent was arrested again.

[16:09] » Someone want to add the three minutes. So relinquish three more minutes.

[16:15] » Thank you. Thank you. After after the reversal, the same parent was arrested

[16:19] again. Proof that the risk was never resolved. This is not about one child or

[16:25] one caregiver. It exposes a pattern that endangers families in Lef Parish.

[16:30] Protective orders are issued and then ignored. Custody transfers occur

[16:34] [clears throat] without jur judicial verification, meaning law

[16:39] enforcement is acting on verbal instructions given in open court. The

[16:44] Louisiana law requires that a signed judgment be be presented before any

[16:49] custody is changed and any order goes into effect. Agencies who are being

[16:54] notified of danger are failing to coordinate and act. In my case, the

[16:59] child protective services told me they could only intervene with the judge's

[17:03] signature, but there was no oversight to ensure those signatures exist or align

[17:08] with the facts. children left completely unprotected in this parish. I'm asking

[17:14] this council to take three realistic local steps. Create a child safety

[17:18] oversight task force to review how protective orders and custody changes

[17:23] are handled in Laush Parish. Adopt a verification process requiring

[17:28] confirmation of a sign judgment before any custody transfer is enforced by

[17:34] parish agencies. hold quarterly inter agency meetings between law enforcement,

[17:39] child protective services, and community advocates to close communication gaps.

[17:45] These are non-judicial actions. They are public safety measures within your

[17:49] reach. The law that protect children already exists. What's missing is local

[17:54] enforcement and coordination. Please let this story be a warning and a call to

[17:58] action. I'm not asking for sympathy. I'm asking for accountability, integrity,

[18:03] and courage. [snorts] The calling that ensures the next child

[18:07] in danger will not be sa be failed by this system. Thank you.

[18:29] address for the record. Mr. Day >> Le Elliot Day Jr. 1208 Highway 307,

[18:34] Tivida, Louisiana.

[18:39] Parish Council, Interum President OA and citizens of Lefouch Parish. With pride,

[18:45] optimism, and excitement, I'm here to announce my candidacy for Lef Parish

[18:49] President. I moved to Lefouch in 1991, but have over three generations of my

[18:54] family buried in St. Joseph Cemetery. While day may not be the most common

[18:57] name here in Lefouch, my family consists of Gro, Clema, Diaz, Navar. [snorts] I

[19:03] am without a doubt a son of Laush Parish. I don't come from a political

[19:07] family nor money. I've worked for everything I have and strive to rise no

[19:10] matter what job I have. In 1998, I graduated Bruley High School, attended

[19:15] LSU for two years for engineering and ran out of money. moved back to Lefouch,

[19:21] started at Nicholls and worked for Rousers where I quickly moved up from

[19:24] stock crew to assistant crew chief. Then took a job with the sheriff's office so

[19:28] I could do my homework at night. I signed on with Sheriff Duffy Bro.

[19:34] I then started correctional officer work. worked my way to patrol where I

[19:38] patrolled mostly to central area then detective where I did my most of my work

[19:42] in North Leouch and finally became a DARE officer in South Lefouch from 1998

[19:46] to 2001 where I'm still proud to go down and hear deputy day.

[19:52] I part-time for DARE as well as doing other um activities from 2002 to 2008

[19:57] where I was also the reserve coordinator volunteers and explorers. I was a state

[20:02] VIPS advocate, meaning volunteers and patrol. Whenever someone wanted to start

[20:05] a volunteer program, the state goes, governor's office of homeland security

[20:09] would direct them to me. In 2010, I was named the National Sheriff's Association

[20:14] National Explorer Adviser of the Year. And in 2012, I became the Lefuge Parish

[20:18] Range Master, taking over firearms as well as running the same programs. In

[20:22] 2016, I was promoted to captain and put as the academy director where I held up

[20:26] the training for over 44 law enforcement agencies as well as the inservice

[20:30] training for our local law enforcement here. In 2021, I was promoted to

[20:34] criminal major which puts me third in place of the chart and third in

[20:38] supervision of the sheriff's office. During Ida, I was the nighttime

[20:42] supervisor responsible for all activities law enforcement related from

[20:45] 6:00 p. p.m. to 6:00 a.m. I lived right there in Lockport except for the first

[20:51] week of the storm where we lived right here because the we didn't have a place

[20:55] for the sheriff's office. We actually embedded here with the parish

[20:58] government. After a year and a half there, then I

[21:02] became crim uh operational support major. In my last two years, I've been a

[21:06] community event coordinator, coordinating over 500 events throughout

[21:09] Lefouch Parish to not only what the sheriff's office could do, but if I

[21:12] could direct them to other programs or services in Lefj Parish. During this

[21:16] time, I also kept a promise I'd made to myself and my mother that I would

[21:20] graduate. And in 2001, I graduated my associate degree from in criminal

[21:24] justice from Nichols. And in 2019, I graduated with my bachelor's degree in

[21:29] criminal justice and continue to serve Nickel State University on the criminal

[21:32] justice advisory board.

[21:42] Um I have received several recognitions. Um someone was relinquish a few Mr.

[21:46] Arab. Yeah. Continue, Mr. D. >> Thank you, sir. I'm not going to go

[21:49] through all the recognitions, but most recently this year, I was received the

[21:52] service above self um award from Thrive and Tibido. Last year, I received

[21:58] recognition from beyond the bell, beyond the badge from working with bless your

[22:01] heart to give um housing to displaced citizens in South Loo during after Ida.

[22:07] My community service also includes being a hunter's ed instructor for over 30

[22:10] years where I last year was inducted in the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries

[22:13] Hall of Fame as an instructor. I've taught women self-defense for over 30

[22:17] years and was given the aggressor award. I was a founding member of the Beyond

[22:21] the Bell uh Friends of Beyond the Bell where I support the Beyond the Bell

[22:25] efforts in the Alley Doll community. And I'm also served as proxy off of the last

[22:29] three years on the LFU education foundation um where I'll give props to

[22:33] Miss Deanna for the King Cake Festival and the work that she's done with what

[22:37] goes on with the schools. I'm proud to have been a member of that and continue

[22:39] to serve there. I also founded a nonprofit for the youth group run by the

[22:44] sheriff's office which funds many of its things and I've most for the last couple

[22:48] years I've been working um trying to assist where I can last year especially

[22:52] with Bayou Community Foundation in this anchor program which I was very proud to

[22:57] sit on with Mr. Lynch and Mr. Daniel Lraine last week at the cutoff youth

[23:01] center as they're looking at what services are needed in the South Luch

[23:04] area of this parish for leadership. I was a founding secretary and two-time

[23:09] president of LEAF Deputies Association. I served 10 years on the executive board

[23:13] of Louisiana Association of Crisis Negotiators, two as president and two as

[23:17] past president, during which time I served six years on the national

[23:20] committee of negotiation agencies setting the standards for negotiators

[23:24] and crisis intervention throughout the nation. I'm a RAD I was the RAD

[23:28] director, state director that stands for rape progression defense for women for

[23:31] three years. And I was also uh um held it up our response with Orleans Parish

[23:37] to assist them with Marty Gro. And they thought so much of me that after their

[23:41] recent troubles in supervision in Orleans Parish, they started a training

[23:45] program for leadership and I was the first instructor invited to come in and

[23:48] do two hours on leadership for their supervisors.

[23:51] I also sit on the Louisiana Association um sorry Louisiana Southeast Louisiana

[23:58] Human Services Authority Sasha. I sit on their regional committee for crisis

[24:02] intervention where I teach active listening and do the scenario training.

[24:04] I'll be doing that next week in St. Charles.

[24:10] Leadership is defined as sharing a vision, inspiring others, and enabling

[24:13] that group to meet that need and then give them credit for making it. That's

[24:17] what I want to be a leader. I have experience in leadership. I have

[24:20] experience in community service. I also want to kill any rumors before they get

[24:24] started. Um, I've had people say, "Well, what are you going to do about the

[24:27] current administration, the people that work for parish government?" I'm not

[24:30] coming in here with five new people to take over this parish government.

[24:33] There's good people that work here. I respect them, and I consider many of

[24:36] them my friends, and I've worked with them for years. I'm here to be the

[24:39] parish president, not to rewrite everything. I'm here to ask for people's

[24:43] consideration in that. I believe in servant leadership. Share the goal,

[24:47] allow the team to achieve it, and thank them when it was accomplished. I want to

[24:51] be your servant leader. I have a proven history of leadership, community

[24:54] involvement, 33 plus years and over 40 emergency responses. I've been here for

[24:58] hurricanes, active shooter and at the Rose Cutoff. I was there for the oil

[25:02] spill and the floods. Um I have boots on the ground experience in as well as

[25:07] leadership. Dr. Phil was once quoted as saying, "The best predictor of true

[25:12] behavior behavior is past behavior." I ask you to simply look at my past

[25:17] behavior to know where I'll be in the future. Yesterday, today and every day.

[25:22] I am Elliot Day and I humbly ask your consideration to be your Lefouch Parish

[25:43] My name is Jessica Delom. My address is 120 East 58th Street in Cutoff.

[25:48] Um I'm here today. I've been here multiple times before. Um regarding a

[25:55] land division on my property that um through my neighbor, Mr. Terry Doy to

[26:00] Terry Dory, I found out I was not legally put on the I forget what it's

[26:07] called, the map. All I know is it's known as the map. Um, for 10 years now,

[26:12] I was getting um, my tax paperwork, all of that stuff.

[26:18] I have all my paperwork from the clerk of court that my property existed as

[26:21] mine. Come to find out at some point in time, something fell apart, that I was

[26:27] not put on the map as legally owning my property, that Mr. Terry Dory, which is

[26:32] my neighbor, still own the property. and come to find out this was from like

[26:36] something that went on 20 plus years ago, long before I got in the picture.

[26:42] Um, I've come here a couple of times before. I've been working with Mr.

[26:46] David, Miss Delin, and Mr. Daniel to go ahead and get all of that corrected so

[26:52] that it could become my property so Mr. Terry could move forward with what he's

[26:58] trying to do on his property, which is put another trailer for his parents. In

[27:02] the mix of all of this, um what we're here for today is I have to ask for two

[27:08] variances um for the council to vote on. The first

[27:11] one being that my driveway is not uh the 25 ft wide. I believe it's 15.

[27:18] Um the second one is the fire hydrant issue. Um I know that the law or the

[27:23] rule states that I have to be within 500 ft. I had Leaf Fouch Parish Fire

[27:28] District come and measure it. Um there was some discrepancies with that. Um I

[27:35] came last time with the planning commission meeting and they said that

[27:38] I'd have to come back. I have all of my paperwork and everything to have it

[27:41] voted on today. And I've been speaking with Mr. Lynn and Mr. Daniel

[27:45] about it to have it corrected. I don't know what else to say.

[27:53] » Yeah, those both those ordinances have come up and you're welcome to come up

[27:56] and speak on each one as well if you like. Um, certainly.

[33:44] driveway to access point to the street is not within the 500 ft. So um I think

[33:51] that's kind of the discrepancy that I understood that's going on.

[34:02] did not see any problems with it. And I got a letter here from Freddy who has

[34:05] been Freddy passed away years ago and I had this similar problem on East 95th

[34:52] understanding is that that's the the discrepancy in it that my my point of

[1:02:55] the lift station that is there services two restaurants uh and and the whole

[1:03:00] rest of the building. We've had nothing but issues associated with the um that

[1:03:06] particular lift station and it's owned by the investment group that owns the

[1:03:10] rest of the building. Uh this actually is going to allow us to install our own

[1:03:17] lift station such that we don't have sewer backup into the building once it's

[1:03:24] completed. And the next thing that we're going to have to look at and address not

[1:03:29] too long from now is going to be the actual sewer system itself. I've been in

[1:03:33] discussions personally with the other neighboring property on a Dorsy

[1:03:38] Investments to split the cost on that sewer unit. Um, but this is to install

[1:03:43] our own independent lift station. That way we can control our own destiny and

[1:03:49] not have grease and other materials that we don't want in a lift station and

[1:03:56] ultimately causing backups into a brand new building that is coming along

[1:04:00] beautifully. We which we actually tooured Deanna, myself and James uh this

[1:04:06] afternoon which we'll be putting pictures up also on Facebook. So this

[1:15:21] meeting with the CEO. Um they have yet to grant that meeting. I did tell them

[1:15:27] that we were going to hold their franchise agreement until they came in

[1:15:31] and told us how they were going to address the light situation in the Foo

[1:15:34] Parish. So, um, apparently they want to put their hand in the head in the sand

[1:15:40] and not make due consideration to our demands

[1:15:44] and ensuring that we are providing a good public safety and service. So the

[1:15:49] next step is taking a look at the bill and and actually reducing the bill by

[1:15:53] 20%. And start paying that and hopefully money will will make them recognize

[1:16:00] that they're not serving us appropriately.

[1:18:30] redirected, co-mingled, funneled into unrelated programs, general budgets,

[1:18:35] administrative costs, and I'd like to see published documentation showing how

[1:18:40] compliance and audits are conducted to ensure funds are used for their intended

[1:18:46] purpose, to protect victims and further abuse.

[1:18:50] Um, about 75,000 women and children live in our district.

[1:18:57] Um they say about 25% of women and children are affected by domestic abuse.

[1:19:03] Untrained officials will see a woman and a child

[1:19:08] experiencing domestic abuse and call it mental illness instability.

[1:19:14] They are not traumainformed and they do not understand what it is like to be

[1:19:18] afraid in their own home. There's someone in every one of your districts

[1:19:24] hurting tonight. There is a child in every one of your

[1:19:28] districts hiding in their home covering their

[1:19:33] ears. We need to protect our women and

[1:19:36] children. You all know we all say, "What am I doing here? What

[1:19:41] is my purpose?" Our purpose isn't money. It isn't power. Our purpose is to love

[1:19:46] each other and to make our communities better. The world's falling apart. But

[1:19:50] we can start to stop it here. And to address a problem, we have to be able to

[1:19:55] acknowledge a problem. Where is the money? Where is it going? Why are the

[1:20:01] first responders, the teachers, the police not asking the right question?

[1:20:06] Why are women being put into mental institutions and jails trying to protect

[1:20:11] their own children? This happens nationwide, but it can stop

[1:20:16] here. And we can do it together. You might

[1:20:20] say, "Who am I to be asking this? Who are you to be stepping up? Oh, well, I'm

[1:20:27] a man. I don't do that. It's not my problem." Who are we not to respond?

[1:20:33] Who are you to look into the eyes of a woman or a child in this parish and say,

[1:20:38] "I don't know where those funds are going, and I don't know why they didn't

[1:20:41] treat you white, right? And I don't know why you're not protected." It has to

[1:20:46] stop. And it starts with clarity and transparency and no blame. But what can

[1:20:52] we do? So I'm requesting that this information be presented to me publicly

[1:20:58] or privately. There is a law in Louisiana that says when you request

[1:21:03] this information, it should be given to you in 3 days. I'm included on this

[1:21:07] paper all of the legal obligations requiring disclosure. Louisiana public

[1:21:13] law records. um the Violence Against Women Act, the Violence of Crime Act,

[1:21:18] the Louisiana Domestic Abuse Assistance Act. Um and there's um also I'd like to

[1:21:24] say I am in here in good faith not speaking confrontation, but clarity.

[1:21:30] Transparency is not only a legal duty of this board.

[1:21:35] It is an act of respect for the residents that you represent.

[1:21:59] entities, funding sources, you'd have to identify and go after them. And because

[1:22:02] I didn't hear you mention any funding sources that you're asking of. You

[1:22:05] asking how they're being spent. So, it might be a little confusing on how you

[1:22:10] » I do have the funding sources. I mean, I think y'all y'all administrate about $58

[1:22:14] million. Correct. >> Um, in domestic violence.

[1:22:19] » No, not in domestic violence completely, and I think a lot of those grants

[1:22:22] overlap controlling the rights and and laws that protect women and children. I

[1:22:27] I don't know how it's funding and how it's going into that program, but I know

[1:22:31] that you have a commission for women and I think it's only $10,000. So, out of a

[1:22:36] $ 58 million budget, I know that those things have to go through a grant

[1:22:40] process. Mhm. >> But some of those grants do overlap to

[1:22:43] protect women and children. >> I would request if you stay after the

[1:22:46] meeting, you can just consult with Miss Carlen. She'll make sure she gets the

[1:22:48] right information for exactly so she can try to research exactly what you're

[1:23:57] October 16th, we are doing a dedication for the Port Fushon Terraces and Living

[1:24:01] Shoreline. Um, if you could come out, there's going to be a dedication at

[1:24:07] 11:00 a.m. and then there's going to be a lunch and a project tour of the area

[1:24:11] also. So that that is again Thursday, October 16th at 11:00 a.m. down in

[1:24:51] and Councilman Connie Deir who's in charge of the park. They had over 2,000

[1:24:57] people there and they gave out hot dogs, drinks. The kids enjoyed themselves. I

[1:25:04] think the grown-ups enjoyed themselves more than the kids. They had some of

[1:25:08] them that were were costumes. It was unbelievable, man.

[1:25:12] And uh I just I just want to thank them for putting that on. I'm I'm telling

[1:25:16] you, they had Mr. Day was there. They had at least

[1:25:21] 2,000 people, maybe more. you dressed up.

[1:25:28] Mitch for finally starting uh Oakidge uh Ridgewood Drive and Ducy
