[9:19] that's due to expire in 2033 I believe to keep it open and just wouldn't be financially viable.

[9:27] All it's doing is just an administrative burden because we got to do an annual tip report. It serves

[9:32] There's no purpose.

[9:34] There was entries done on books that were needed to be done to keep the district active at

[9:41] the time.

[9:43] Basically, when we're decertifying it, we're closing those, basically closing out the books

[9:47] and getting clean in it up.

[9:50] I put some financial statements in there, mainly on the poor authority side, just so we knew what

[9:54] was occurring there would be very similar on the general fund side as well.

[10:00] It's a non-cash transaction because the cash has been spent years ago, back when the district was created. So, I see no reason to keep this thing open. We would be certified as of 1231-26. In there is obviously, I'm going to send a copy of the resolution to the state, along with the de-certification form once the county auditor assigned off on it. That gets sent to the state. The district is de-certified. We'll have one last tiff report.

[10:29] to do for 2026 at that point and then it will be closed so when we took it to

[10:37] poor authority at their August meeting they had no concerns with moving it

[10:40] forward as well so with that I guess I'll answer any questions. I think you

[13:29] kind of set the mark and then as we work through over the next two to three months with some

[13:33] changes that usually occur, typically do, we'll come around to hopefully a final number

[13:38] that will be hopefully less than this but we'll work through that and we'll work through

[13:41] those changes and explain those. Whether we do it at just a regular workshop or we come

[13:45] in December with that information. These are the numbers you saw back in July when we presented

[13:53] first draft. We took capital plan back in April May, layered that in along with the operating

[13:58] budgets presented that all in July. So this was the numbers in July with the exception of one thing.

[14:05] We received our health insurance renewal subsequently after the July workshop and that's health insurance renewal was not very

[14:14] fable and not to what we would have thought would be occurring. The preliminary budget had 10% in there. This insurance renewals

[14:21] had 16% currently. We're working through requesting proposals to see if we're in the market, perhaps if maybe we need to change carriers.

[14:32] years. So we're working through that process. Once we have that information I would anticipate

[14:38] if there's some savings there, we'll obviously do that. If there's not savings there, we'll

[14:43] be working through what do we do with our current plan, or do we need to make changes to our

[14:49] plan, maybe higher deductibles, etc. I don't know that until we have maybe some comparable

[14:54] plans to to see if we're in the market or not. So when I I changed.

[15:16] So that added some numbers, you know, I wrote, notated it here in the RCA.

[15:29] what July workshop and what we talked about as a budget and kind of agreed to what you are

[17:18] we've got folks who are using Mayo or, you know,

[17:20] going down to Wavishaw.

[17:22] And so there's just a lot of options,

[17:25] not a lot of options, but there are more options here

[17:27] than just Mayo.

[17:28] And that does not work well for employees

[17:32] to tighten it down to a single provider.
