6.a. Unified Development Ordinance Draft:The proposed ordinance constitutes a comprehensive rewrite of the County's land development regulations for the unincorporated areas of Lancaster County and is intended to implement the goals, objectives, and policies of the Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan by modernizing, reorganizing, clarifying, and updating the County's zoning, subdivision, development review, environmental protection, and land development regulations.
