and 18th with the first reading of

ordinance number 5031 on May 5th 2023
and I would like to call on planning

of an ordinance uh to adopt findings to
uphold the appeal of ap523 AP 623 AP 723
[2:14]
in
ap823 docket numbers those are appeals
[2:19]
of the Planning Commission decision to
approve the certificate of approvals for
[2:24]
demolition for historic structures at
609 611 and 619 Northeast 3rd Street and
[2:31]
the approval of new construction of the
Gwendolyn Hotel under our design
[2:35]
downtown design standards and guidelines
the ordinance also adopts findings of
[2:41]
denial for the three certificates of
approval for demolition for dockets hl's
[2:47]
622 HL 722 and hl822 and by default also
denies docket DDR 2-22 as is dependent
[2:56]
upon the demolition of those three
structures

unanimous support at the May 5th special
called meeting requiring a second
