[2:19] of the Planning Commission decision to approve the certificate of approvals for
[2:24] demolition for historic structures at 609 611 and 619 Northeast 3rd Street and
[2:31] the approval of new construction of the Gwendolyn Hotel under our design
[2:35] downtown design standards and guidelines the ordinance also adopts findings of
[2:41] denial for the three certificates of approval for demolition for dockets hl's
[2:47] 622 HL 722 and hl822 and by default also denies docket DDR 2-22 as is dependent
[2:56] upon the demolition of those three structures

[3:05] unanimous support at the May 5th special called meeting requiring a second
[3:09] readings to be conducted at a separate meeting unless any member requests
[3:15] otherwise I will ask the City attorney to read the ordinance by title only
