[0:18] Good evening. I'd like to call the order of the September 22nd, 2025 meeting of the school district of
[0:24] how many falls Board of Education. Please rise for the pledge of allegiance.
[0:30] I pledge the name of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands.
[0:38] Why we should undergar into business law with liberty and justice for all.
[0:50] Ms. Mosheo was the meeting properly posted. Oh my gosh. It's Leo. That's okay and yes it was. Thank you.
[1:00] This is a regular report meeting of the School District of Minimony Falls Board of Education.

[1:42] Board member Linger.
[1:44] Board member Newman Schnelling.
[1:46] Board member Cramer.
[1:50] Do we have any public comment forms?
[1:54] Okay.
[1:55] Great.
[1:58] Let's see.
[2:00] I do need a motion to approve the agenda for this evening.
[2:07] I have a motion in a second.
[2:19] I have a motion to pull out the minutes.
[2:24] I have no second.
[2:29] No, it does not need a second.
[2:32] You can pull it out.
[2:33] Oh, yeah.
[2:33] On agenda with
[2:39] minutes.
[2:45] Minutes.
[2:45] Minutes.
[2:45] The minutes.
[2:49] Okay.
[2:50] So I have a motion and a second to approve the agenda with the minutes pulled from the consent
[2:59] agenda.
[3:00] All in favor say aye.
[3:02] Opposed?
[3:03] There are none.
[3:05] All right.
[3:05] Moving on.
[3:06] First.
[3:07] Item under reports is Superintendent report?
[3:12] Yes.
[3:12] as I shared a draft of this.
[3:15] Oh, I did was add some pictures to the drafts.
[3:17] I'll go walk through it.
[3:18] Welcome to Mrs. Peggy, Robleski.
[3:20] I did an introduce to the board right before the meeting.
[3:23] She's a new board secretary, Executive Assistant
[3:25] to the District Administrator.
[3:27] Also, thanks to Ms. Moshow for her work
[3:30] and her transition back to HR.
[3:33] So she's still in the district, and still assisting us
[3:36] so we're excited to have Peggy on board with us.
[3:39] Thank you for the board.
[3:40] of the community for the collective participation in the annual meeting, the annual meeting can be
[3:46] kind of difficult because it's one meeting a year that it is a public meeting, but it is a
[3:51] little bit different in terms of what you're looking for. So there's some standard things that we
[3:55] need to do. So I do appreciate all the board members and community members that showed up.
[4:00] I did put in there again the state of the school district slide show, which highlights a lot of
[4:10] moving forward within our strategic plan.
[4:13] Like to put some thank yous out there to Mrs. Katelyn Wimbler for the outstanding presentation
[4:18] at the budget hearing did a great job as she always does.
[4:23] Also thank you to Leah Scott here for her persistence and perseverance, not only with
[4:28] two consecutive years of 95 percent of our teachers actually retention but also initiating
[4:37] that process and addressing and starting to address our compression issues.
[4:42] We have some more work to do with that.
[4:44] Thanks to Dan Halverson for all of his work with school safety with our students and our staff
[4:49] also bringing in the U.S. Secrets Service.
[4:52] So we're probably the only school district in at least Wachshaw County, maybe even many
[4:57] work counties, that are bringing in the Secrets Service this October to work with our staff.
[5:01] And as recently today, those that are parents who receive to push out about setting
[5:07] up yourselves for text notifications, which will help streamline those communications like
[5:12] snow calls and that sort of thing.
[5:14] So thanks to Dan for that.
[5:15] Thanks to Alex Just for all of his work with special education, really done a great job
[5:19] of seeing connected and engaged with our staff, but also as well with Ms. Rebo, one of the
[5:24] slides that I presented, several of the slides that I presented, we looked at reading
[5:28] and math over the last couple of years, versus three years ago, last year and this year,
[5:35] There's been study improvement. Are we there yet? No. But I do think Miss Rebel and her team for
[5:41] constantly working on that continuous upward progress in those critical areas.
[5:47] A few things, there is one sheet that's in there, pictures. I did add a couple of pictures at the
[5:53] bottom since the weekend for you about that Riverside Sea and Reck Construction Project. I do put
[6:00] note there that I'm referencing Riverside in a context of construction for the last time because
[6:06] their portion is now complete, including the gym, which was lost during the flood, has been
[6:14] now rebuilt and being used by the students. So that was a huge undertaking by the same crew that's
[6:22] going to be building the community gym, which you can see by the pictures is already up walls and
[6:30] the community gym and the pictures at the bottom with the green that's this morning. So I think
[6:37] those pictures the one on top is last week. So that's a week worth a progress and I think you can
[6:43] see that they're starting to complete the wrap. They'll be pouring the cement floor within a few weeks
[6:50] for the gym takes a little time for that to cure than the wood floor goes in. So our targets and
[6:57] deadlines. The middle of October is an important timeline to have things closed up so we can start
[7:04] finalizing the parking lot and then the whole project, you know, by latest sometime in January,
[7:11] but it might be a little bit earlier than that. Quite a bit of work they're doing in there right now,
[7:16] but they're starting to get toward the last phase of the project. So that's a pretty good depiction.
[7:22] I stayed out of their zone, they're still doing a few lifts this morning and just want to stay out of their way as they finished the last of them.
[7:30] Have you worked? Because most things are up in operational. So we're excited about both those projects, your oversight is up in operational, including the new library, the rebuilt music room, three different classrooms, are in an expanded riverside plus secure doors.
[7:49] That's something that Mr. Walters been working on with Mr. Halverson and a lot of outside groups to make sure that those things are tied down along with others.
[7:57] So it's a great thing for the district, for our students, but also for the broader community.
[8:02] The Community Center itself is operational now.
[8:06] You know, thanks to Jason, who I know is here.
[8:08] There's been a lot of adjustments over the summer, but we've moved back into that space and it's operational.
[8:13] There are little short space right now because they've shrunk their space up, but they'll be expanding once we can open up those new spaces.
[8:21] So, it's also a last thing down here.
[8:24] You do have a slide in there about homecoming week.
[8:27] I'll be going to some of their activities,
[8:29] but the kids are already having quite a bit of fun
[8:31] I can see in the community as I walk around.
[8:34] In the early morning, I saw some,
[8:36] I'm sure it's part of the homecoming activities,
[8:40] some of the T.P. thing.
[8:42] Still seems to be going on in the era of AI
[8:45] in the 21st century.
[8:46] But this little piece here is all the different homecoming activities.
[8:50] obviously with it culminating in the in the in the big event the pep rally on Friday, which I will be at, they always do a great job with it with all of the different students.
[9:01] So a lot of different activities, powder puff game on Wednesday, I would go, I have a family event, but I hear that's always fun, so and well attended.
[9:09] So you can see all that on that little insert from homecoming. So this homecoming week, so please feel free to stop all to the game.
[9:17] If you want, there's a lot of other activities as well. Any questions?
[9:26] All right. Great. Thank you, Mr. Monios.
[9:30] Now's an opportunity for any board of education members if they have any reports.
[9:35] I just want to thank all community members that we're able to attend our annual business meeting.
[9:41] I know those meetings can be long and feel like they drag sometimes, but I want to thank those that we're able to attend.
[9:46] and thank you for this windler for all your hard work
[9:50] on that prepping for that meeting.
[9:52] Thank you.
[9:55] And then, Halle and I had the opportunity to attend.
[9:59] There was like a community workshop
[10:01] probably yesterday to describe it on school funding.
[10:05] It was set up by our state senator.
[10:07] Our state representative was also there.
[10:10] There's a lot of things that miswinner actually had described
[10:12] to us about the challenges of school funding in the modern day.
[10:17] It was just a nice community discussion to hear, you know, people's engagement and also some education to the public on how school funding works.
[10:25] And I think we've had that discussion here in the past that's, you know, it's hard to, how do you get the message out?
[10:32] And I think that was just a convenient timing, it was nice that both are, you know, our state representatives are there as well.
[10:38] So, it's a nice discussion.
[10:42] I would like to say welcome back to all staff and students for already in our third full week of school.
[10:49] Before the school year began, I had the privilege of joining district staff for their back to school in service.
[10:56] I also walked through every building with my kids to personally say welcome back to staff.
[11:02] It was wonderful to meet so many of the educators who keep our schools running and I heard a lot of thank yous for being present.
[11:09] While visiting, I also heard concerns, especially about the transition away from the copy center
[11:14] and the added stress that has created.
[11:18] And of course, many mentioned the challenges from this summer's flooding.
[11:22] I want to express gratitude to staff who showed incredible resilience in adapting their learning spaces.
[11:28] My children thought it was funny to have PE in their classrooms when it rains,
[11:32] but there's thrilled to now be back in the full gym at Riverside Elementary.
[11:35] At the high school, some classrooms are still without needed furniture and storage because of flooding and potential mold issues.
[11:44] Despite these limitations, our educators continue to create meaningful learning experiences and for that, I am truly thankful.
[11:52] Finally, September is Suicide Prevention Month.
[11:56] Sadly, Suicide is a very real issue for young people today.
[12:00] It is the second leading cause of death for ages 10 through 24.
[12:04] Well, academics matter, we must remember that children are human first. They need connection and relational support in order to thrive academically.
[12:14] I'm not sure what specifics steps are being taken to build awareness around suicide in our schools,
[12:19] but I do want to acknowledge and think the professionals on the front lines with students every day,
[12:25] doing all they can to meet the never-ending list of needs children face.
[12:30] Thanks.
[12:34] I was able to attend a few sporting events so I just want to give a shout out to Mr.
[12:39] Demato and all the other crew that help him out during game days.
[12:44] It's top notch from security and announcing and everything else that goes into those football
[12:52] games.
[12:53] It's a lot of work and he and his crew do a great job.
[12:56] I was also able to go to a volleyball game last week so that was fun and yeah so Mr.
[13:01] Demato is doing a great job.
[13:03] and the rest of these crew too.
[13:09] Anyone else?
[13:11] Okay, then we'll move on to the discussion items.
[13:13] We have one, and that is the policy drafting schedule.
[13:20] I wanted to put this in there with the background information.
[13:24] I wrote this up with Dr. Thompson,
[13:27] just to give a general overview of the drafting schedule
[13:31] and some potential changes.
[13:34] And I'm not going to read it word for word,
[13:36] but there's a couple of different things.
[13:37] This is a Neola process piece, so some of the adjustments to the drafting schedule have to do with the middle of the second paragraph where it talks about update 35-1 and update 35-2.
[13:53] So every district in the state who works with Neola will receive update 35.1 in a similar way that when you have an update on your iPhone or whatever,
[14:04] everybody it all gets pushed out and that's the same sort of process. For us, the tweaks that
[14:10] were made to the drafting schedule have to do with those two updates. Update 351 is early December
[14:18] and after which we'll start drafting the administrative guidelines, which are procedures. So that's the
[14:32] on old policies or administrative guidelines.
[14:39] Update 35-2 is going to be coming in May.
[14:43] So the reason for us to finish before then is for an update to be started.
[14:49] In other words, the standard process with Niela, the updates are the policy review, you know,
[14:55] which would come to policy committee and then come to the board.
[14:58] So...
[15:00] Coming to the policy committee in May or early June, and then after that, the respective whatever came to policy committee would come to the board with update 35.2.
[15:12] Questions about the right up there or that system or process? That was the reason for the adjustment when Dr. Thompson and I were working on the drafting schedule to week.
[15:25] Now we're nearly done. We have two more drafting schedules to go. We have to come through committee
[15:31] yet and then come to the board. So it's several months removed from coming to the board,
[15:36] but we're getting close to done. So did this change? There wasn't adjustment. Yeah.
[15:43] Well, was it? We move things up a little bit so that... Like before December?
[15:50] No, no, so the change had really to do with the second half of the schedule, December was always just an open policy committee meeting.
[16:02] Now it's probably going to be active because we'll have AGs there, which are procedures.
[16:07] It's got it.
[16:08] It's a good question.
[16:09] So the second half of this schedule, meaning 2026, January, February, March, will be administrative
[16:17] guidelines,
[16:20] which are, which are Neolas words for procedures, tomato, tomato,
[16:28] any other
[16:28] questions?
[16:32] Okay.
[16:34] Okay.
[16:35] Thank you.
[16:36] The next item would be item four, the invitation for statements and comments from the
[16:40] audience.
[16:40] However, there are none, so moving on to action items.
[16:46] Our first action item is neolapalacies, 142.5, and 111.0.
[16:54] Yeah, 142.5, there are a little out of sequence because we had some changes to make that
[17:00] came out of policy committee and weren't ready for the board.
[17:02] So we had to take it back to policy committee, and this has to do with vacancies of board members.
[17:07] So all the adjustments that we're talked about in the committee meeting were inputted in to this clean draft.
[17:16] And similarly, there were actually no changes to 11, 10, 11, 1, 1, 0 assessment of district goals.
[17:25] That was just a clerical miss when we brought all of those initial policies to the board.
[17:34] So, oh, there's separate items, I'm sorry.
[17:35] So, we'll vote separately.
[17:40] That's what I thought.
[17:41] That isn't going to vote.
[17:42] That's okay.
[17:45] Yeah.
[17:47] Questions?
[17:51] Any discussion?
[17:54] Okay.
[17:56] Can I get a motion to approve the first read preliminary approval of Neolapolicies 142.5 and 1-1-1-0 as presented?
[18:07] I can.
[18:08] I can second.
[18:09] I have a motion in a second. All in favour say aye. Aye. Opposed? There are none. Motion passes unanimously.
[18:18] And moving on to item B and Yola policies, the 5,000s.
[18:24] So lots of things, several different administrators were involved in helping with this.
[18:29] and Halverson, Alex Just, you may reable quite a few people, had input into these policies
[18:36] and changes.
[18:37] I know there is one adjustment for sure on 53, 10 seconds from the bottom, on 53, 10.
[18:46] There is a type-out on the bottom that needs to be corrected, which we will correct as part
[18:54] of any motion.
[18:56] So, policy 5, 3, 1, 0, health services, the bottom portion says this includes a full description.
[19:05] Includes an air kind of tied in as one word.
[19:09] I'll make sure to clean that up before it comes back to the full board for final approval.
[19:16] Are there any other...
[19:17] There's an apostrophe also, too.
[19:19] Pardon that?
[19:20] Got it.
[19:20] For children's or guardians in regards to...
[19:26] get any other questions with the 5,000s, these generally deal with like homelessness, suspensions,
[19:38] attendance, detentions, that kind of thing, student quota conduct, graduation.
[19:48] So I have a general question in one specific question, so how I understand it is there
[19:55] can be like at the bottom it will say like coffee right Neola and that means that it's like
[20:01] literally Neola's policy correct and maybe we did some like typo like grammatical
[20:10] corrections but it still stays Neola right yeah I mean these are all Neola templates
[20:16] they're we're like on the final at the bottom yep so we're allowed certain adjustments
[20:22] inside of, like they'll have option A, B, or C. So, or something like that, and they determine whether, like, for this example, Neola, 2025, that was updated recently, that's come through a recent update, and that's fully their template.
[20:41] In some instances, we have certain things that are specific to local that make more sense and that make more sense based on how we do things here.
[20:55] For example, alternative schools are a little bit different everywhere.
[20:59] Some have GD options too, some don't have GD option too.
[21:03] We don't at this point, so there's going to be nuances like that.
[21:07] just based on state statute, the way that's written under 1, 1, 8, 1, 8, 1, 5.
[21:12] So that's an example. So there's going to be local nuances.
[21:16] Or credit totals. How we do credits is a little bit different here.
[21:20] Then the basic template, even though the state minimum,
[21:24] you know, says something else in the state law.
[21:27] So those sorts of changes.
[21:31] So I understand that there's new all the ones. There's schools that should give them
[21:35] And then there's some that are listed as Neola and school district of Neomu Falls.
[21:40] How does that happen?
[21:42] Yeah, I mean, so it's in an example generally speaking like that.
[21:46] The vast majority of the policy is Neola, but a paragraph or so is perhaps cut from our old policies.
[21:55] So our old policies that were vetted by legal counsel, so taken from our old policies.
[22:01] So, in some cases, our existing policies, which are very good policies that have been
[22:06] vetted, they make more sense locally than the templates that Neolah has.
[22:12] But the vast majority of what we're doing is aligned with the Neolah brand, the vast majority,
[22:20] right, well over 90%.
[22:22] Probably higher, but I can get that for you once we get to final draft.
[22:26] Okay.
[22:30] Well, and I asked you because I just, I don't know, my brain isn't totally getting the, so for example, in 5, 5, 0, 5 within the edited version of academic honesty. There's literally like one part that says like, or in handbook.
[22:49] And then it's marked as both, and I'll be like, okay, so is that covered through Nielas to, or whatever the insurance is, or you're given him trying to say, like it's a little bit like, what determines when it is both, when it is one or the other.
[23:07] Neol, Neol, it determines that.
[23:09] Okay.
[23:10] So in this particular instance, the, we've put quite a bit of work into our artificial intelligence that has to do with AI.
[23:19] So there's quite a bit of work that's being done by Katie Welky and Emily Leonard with artificial intelligence.
[23:27] So there's and there's quite a bit of things with academic on is the link to AI and it linked to that.
[23:34] So I think this is a good blend but it does follow the legal statutes 1, 1, 1, 8, 0, 1, 1, 8, 0, 1, 1, 2,
[23:43] of Wisconsin statutes.
[23:45] Okay.
[23:46] That makes more sense.
[23:47] Maybe it just wasn't highlighted green or something.
[23:49] Yeah.
[23:49] In that particular situation, 5505, which is what you listed, I know from the drafting that
[23:57] it's the artificial intelligence piece on the back end.
[24:02] There's quite a bit of work that's being done in that regard, so there'll be more changes
[24:08] probably coming to this particular policy and the associated AGs.
[24:13] just it's just a it's a real current field we're basing some of our work on
[24:21] with permission from Peewaki who's a local district doing a lot of great
[24:26] things with AI policies and that's where a lot of that collaboration comes from
[24:32] I just know that and talk into both Katie Welky and Emily Leonard and then my
[24:39] last just clarifying question is about five four six one it's titled
[24:43] children at risk of not graduating from high school.
[24:47] There's a part that is the district-shide
[24:48] identify all children at risk enrolled in the district.
[24:52] And the peace I'm just intrigued by is the district
[24:55] shall annually develop a plan describing
[24:57] how the board will meet the needs of such students.
[25:01] So my question is, do we do this now and if so what's
[25:05] the process and then also, or is this something that's
[25:09] just developed through the administrative guidelines?
[25:12] I know, I mean, I know a lot about this, it's how I came through administration, but 5461
[25:19] has to do with, specifically, sitting sur at risk, you know, fit two of the following five
[25:26] categories, behind and credits behind in skills that you'd have to get a delinquent, they're
[25:32] all listed there, are they parents and or are they eventually trying? They need to fit two
[25:37] those five categories and then they're technically at risk, not being trouble or bad. That's
[25:42] not what that means. At risk of not graduating. Those identifications are important. Do we have
[25:50] a system in place? Yes. We have indicators for all of this that come through our SST teams.
[25:57] They do a very good job with it and they develop check-ins for students who start to fit these categories.
[26:04] It's more common to start with habitual truncy, which is why that's one of our main strategic
[26:13] plan focuses, because attendance and truncy itself is one of the five factors that being
[26:20] habitually trunced, I mean, you only have to fit one more, and usually it's something like
[26:27] behind-in credits.
[26:29] So behind-in credits, usually it's 4.5 credits a year.
[26:34] That's how the DPI and the state
[26:36] identifies behind-in credits.
[26:38] So if you're not doing 4.5 credits a year,
[26:41] that's a qualifier, habitually true, and then you're at risk.
[26:44] So what we're defining is we have to have programs,
[26:48] which we do, some districts do not.
[26:51] We have programs available and systems to get into and out
[26:56] of said programs, if need be.
[26:59] OK, so is that this sentence how it reads to develop a plan
[27:05] describing how the board will meet the needs of such students?
[27:09] I read it differently, but now you say that it's
[27:12] saying that you're more just sharing the different programs
[27:16] that are available, not like a list of individual students
[27:20] and how they're going to.
[27:22] OK, it's like, wow, this seems like a record.
[27:27] There's less than there's numbers that are on SSTs and confidence, because we're tracking live now, you know, who's a bitch of the trend, and then we can see you know, who's behind in credits, but it's also behind in skills, behind in skills is one of the indicators.
[27:45] So if you're behind in skills for multiple years in reading and math or whatever, that is also
[27:52] an indicator.
[27:53] So those are things that principals quite honestly in our training, we're looking for those
[28:00] things, especially in the middle school and then definitely high school.
[28:07] Okay, thank you.
[28:07] I read it differently now.
[28:10] That was all I had.
[28:12] Thank you.
[28:14] All right.
[28:15] So, I'm going to need a motion to approve the, to approve the first read preliminary approval of Neil of 5,000 policies as presented, so that certainly would include those minor edits that we talked about earlier.
[28:31] I'll make the motion.
[28:32] I have a motion.
[28:34] And a second.
[28:35] Is there any further discussion?
[28:38] Hearing none.
[28:38] All in favor say aye.
[28:41] Opposed.
[28:42] And that passes unanimously.
[28:43] Thank you.
[28:46] Moving on to item C vouchers payable.
[28:49] I'd like to make a motion to approve vouchers payable through September 18th, 2025,
[28:54] and the amount of 2,640,710 dollars and 39 cents.
[28:59] I can second.
[29:01] Okay.
[29:01] I have a motion and a second.
[29:03] Is there any discussion?
[29:06] Hearing none, all in favor say aye.
[29:09] Opposed?
[29:11] All right.
[29:11] And that also passes unanimously unanimously.
[29:15] All right, and we are on to the consent agenda.
[29:18] There is only one item.
[29:21] So are we going to...
[29:24] We do have the minutes?
[29:26] Yeah, that is the item for consent agenda.
[29:29] And it has been pulled out.
[29:30] So we certainly have the opportunity for discussion.
[29:36] Yeah, so I just wanted to pull it out.
[29:37] I think, I would say, Ms. Christensen is, you know,
[29:40] welcome to bring up, I think any one should be able to bring up
[29:43] concerned about conflicts of interest.
[29:46] I would just ask that out of fairness,
[29:49] I would ask that the Minister's also reflect that I stated
[29:52] that I did not have a conflict of interest,
[29:55] just for someone going back, wouldn't necessarily,
[29:59] it's odd in our midst.
[30:00] And at least I tried to go back away, and I didn't see, usually discussions aren't really captured.
[30:06] So I would just ask that we put in a line saying that Board Member Kramer stated that he had no conflicts of interest.
[30:19] I mean, I don't have a problem with that. I don't know what the typical, like if there needs to be a motion or
[30:27] I just couldn't find any minute.
[30:29] If we just say we add that.
[30:32] Yeah, absolutely.
[30:50] Okay, so the question is going to read Mr.
[30:53] Cramer believes he has no conflict of interest.
[31:03] All right.
[31:05] Okay, so do I have a motion to approve the August 11th,
[31:10] 2025 Board of Education meeting minutes as presented and updated?
[31:17] I'll make the motion.
[31:20] Okay. All in favor say aye. Aye. Opposed? Okay. That passes unanimously. Future board agenda
[31:29] items. Is there anything anyone has for that? I do. I was wondering if we could get a current
[31:38] update on the student school board member application interview process. Yeah. Board President
[31:48] Grant that I were talking about that the last several days actually since our regular
[31:52] Thursday meeting and then we talked again today.
[31:56] We currently have no applicants as of today, but Mr. Gebauer and I will check into that again.
[32:04] Meaning, see if there's other people that might be interested since they've met with groups.
[32:10] And that's been on the daily announcements in the high school.
[32:14] Yep, it has been.
[32:15] We'll continue to work on that.
[32:18] That's the update.
[32:20] Thanks.
[32:21] But we're working on it, meaning Jennifer,
[32:24] Ms. President Grant and I, we regret,
[32:26] we meet weekly, and that is a topic every time.
[32:32] The only other thing, and I know this is coming up soon.
[32:36] The test scores, the ACT and all that stuff.
[32:40] Is that usually October, November?
[32:43] I know it's sometime this year.
[32:45] I know I've been asked a couple of questions by a couple of people in the community.
[32:52] I do believe they're coming out later this month yet so that we can share.
[32:57] Oh, that's the magic.
[32:58] You just gotta be a little closer.
[33:02] They should be coming out later this month.
[33:04] So since we have that we can share preliminaries and then I do believe we're scheduled in October
[33:08] to come back and do score card close out that we can as well as the new strategic plan.
[33:15] plan to district smart card for the year.
[33:19] Okay.
[33:19] I knew it was soon.
[33:20] I just wanted to make sure it was coming up.
[33:22] Yeah, I just found out the other day when it was that it was coming this month.
[33:26] So.
[33:26] Great.
[33:26] Thank you.
[33:27] So student board member, test scores will be in October.
[33:30] We also have the final budget will be in October.
[33:34] And the new D.O.
[33:35] We'll have a lot on the new D.O.
[33:36] at the next meeting as well as tomorrow at the Finance Committee meeting.
[33:41] Which obviously everybody's invited to.
[33:43] But I'm also wondering, was it common in the past or could it be future?
[33:53] Like, do we still do falls financed and could we do something monthly or some kind of showcase
[33:58] of what's happening with staff, students, groups, whatever?
[34:05] Yes.
[34:07] We do that.
[34:09] We typically have a number of, you know, get a group of, you know, a couple different groups.
[34:15] to celebrate at the same time as opposed to having just like one at every meeting, so a couple
[34:23] times a year. Okay.
[34:27] All right, and that brings us to the end of our meeting, and I would need
[34:30] a motion to adjourn.
[34:34] I have a motion in a second, and I'll in favor say aye. Aye. Opposed? We are adjourned. Thank you.
