[0:03] I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, to the
[0:07] republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and
[0:13] justice for all her citizens.
[0:22] » Um before we start the meeting, um Rod Johnson, would you like to
[0:27] » Yep. Thank you. >> We have a
[0:31] special thing to announce.
[0:35] » Everybody come on in.
[0:50] So, my name is Rod Johnson. I'm the fire chief here in Milan.
[0:54] We wanted to take a second tonight and recognize somebody that has done
[1:01] something very special in our town.
[1:04] I know you're absolutely going to hate me for this, but it would be very well
[1:07] deserved, I think. So, So, uh Terry, would you Would you please
[1:12] stand up? How about you just stand up out in the hallway, if you please?
[1:17] So, tonight we're going to recognize Terry for his
[1:21] actions on July 15th in the morning.
[1:26] That morning, we were dispatched out to a
[1:29] working structure fire at the apartments back on Maple Street.
[1:34] Upon arriving, we had discovered that Terry had made
[1:38] entry into the apartments and pulled a victim out.
[1:43] This morning, I talked with our county dispatch.
[1:48] Terry was on scene at 05:59. The first fire engine arrived at 06:06.
[1:55] 7 minutes. 7 minutes he gave a person.
[2:01] Got her out of the conditions. That's 7 minutes this morning.
[2:07] She's still alive. She's still with us. I spoke with the grandson.
[2:12] She is still in the hospital. She is still trying to recover.
[2:16] But one of the things that that makes me
[2:20] so think that Terry's deserving of this is because
[2:24] he gave an individual a chance to stop, to be able to still communicate and talk
[2:30] with their family. So,
[2:32] I know in the interview with the 812, you said you're not a hero.
[2:37] We all volunteer to do this, you know. But your actions that morning were
[2:43] heroic. Now, the door frame didn't survive.
[2:46] I [laughter] will testify that Terry Wilson is one heck of a mule kicker.
[2:53] And the building owner was kind of like, "Holy cow, how do I fix that?" So,
[2:58] the conditions in that apartment that morning were deadly.
[3:02] They were very, very deadly. High heat, smoke, visibility was down to zero.
[3:08] How he found her, where she was located, I have no idea.
[3:12] But he did and he got her out. When I stepped off the engine that
[3:16] morning and started doing my assessment of the scene, I walked up to the front
[3:21] door and I seen a frail person covered in soot
[3:26] on a chair. Very disoriented,
[3:30] very confused.
[3:33] And I seen Terry standing there. He's out of breath.
[3:37] Black smoke and soot on his face. So, so today we have the honor of having the
[3:42] Indiana State Fire Marshal, Marshal Jones. Marshal Jones, would you join us
[3:46] up here? >> Yeah.
[3:47] » We also have from the Indiana Volunteer Firefighters Association
[3:51] our area, or is it district representative District 19
[3:55] representative Ben Sieverding who's also the chief of Versailles Fire and the PR
[4:00] for District 19 Ed Shelley from over at Moore's Fire. And we'd like to present
[4:04] Terry with some awards today, so.
[4:08] » Hi Terry. >> Hello.
[4:09] » I'm Steve Jones. Um
[4:12] I'm the highest fire official in the state of Indiana. I'm appointed by the
[4:16] governor of Indiana. And uh
[4:19] I have I have the blessing of recognizing people like you.
[4:24] And uh the big city doesn't know what happens a lot of time. Indianapolis
[4:29] doesn't see the good things what happens in a small town.
[4:32] And uh Uh
[4:34] I I I represent all of Indiana, 7 million people and uh the governor.
[4:41] Uh want to recognize you. Uh Just being at the right place at the
[4:47] right time and knowing that you got more gumption
[4:51] than you have fear. And uh a lot of people would have just backed
[4:55] away from the door or not tried to go in.
[4:59] And uh you went in.
[5:01] Not knowing what you were going to do yet, but you found somebody and
[5:06] uh like you said, got a second chance. You
[5:11] you you have changed the course of the whole family.
[5:14] Uh and uh
[5:17] there's no value you can put on that. You know.
[5:21] And uh as Indiana State Fire Marshal I want to present you the heroic heroic
[5:27] life-saving award. State Fire Marshal, this you know, the
[5:31] State Fire Marshal also recognizes police officers.
[5:36] And uh State Fire Marshal State of Indiana
[5:39] Heroic Life-Saving Award Terry Wilson Town Marshal
[5:44] Mylin Mylin Police Department the State Fire Marshal Heroic Life Saving Award
[5:50] recognizes the attempt to save a life effectively in execution and performance
[5:56] in honor of Terry Wilson for his exceptional actions, situational
[6:01] awareness, and decisive intervention during a critical incident that directly
[6:07] prevented potential loss of life. Thank you for YOUR SERVICE.
[6:12] » [applause]
[6:26] » HEY, YOU WANT TO YOU KNOW
[6:31] » LIKE CHIEF SAID, I'm Ben Sieverding, 2019 chairman from the Indiana Volunteer
[6:35] Firefighters Association. And we would also like to recognize
[6:38] Terry. Uh
[6:40] Chief mentioned the uh volunteers and everybody putting this,
[6:44] you know, the effort out there to serve the community. And there's an old saying
[6:47] that, you know, what makes a hero and it's courage
[6:51] and circumstance. You had the courage and the correct circumstances and you
[6:55] were you were saving a life. We appreciate it. THANK YOU.
[6:59] » [applause]
[7:16] » WE NEED A SMILE TOGETHER FOR >> [laughter]
[7:21] » PUSH IT RIGHT THERE. >> YOU NEED A SMILE.
[7:26] » [clears throat] >> Thank you.
[7:28] » And uh since I'm your state official here, I
[7:32] just want to thank your community, public safety, and fire.
[7:36] Uh in Indianapolis, you can't get the
[7:39] police officers to do things. They wait for the firemen.
[7:44] Small town Indiana, it doesn't matter. You're going to go
[7:48] make try to make a rescue. And I appreciate the work that you guys
[7:53] do and law enforcement and the town in supporting your public safety cuz it
[7:58] takes the town to be able to deliver public safety.
[8:02] Thank you.
[8:05] » So, also Terry's family would like to present
[8:10] Terry with something and it actually pleases me
[8:13] to know that Terry's getting this. >> So
[8:17] » [laughter]
[8:19] » I think this is the best thing that's ever going to go on A POLICE CAR.
[8:23] » [laughter]
[8:27] » MAKE YOUR JOB A LITTLE BIT EASIER. AND
[8:30] make it uh Now, you don't have to eat the door
[8:32] anymore.
[8:36] » [laughter] >> You can't pry it anymore. We got you a
[8:38] sledgehammer for you to Hello, honey.
[8:41] I'm going to get you a new office.
[8:45] » [laughter]
[8:49] [laughter] >> We're painting your car red.
[8:54] » We're painting your car red. >> Yeah, we're painting your car red, by
[8:57] the way. >> [laughter]
[9:03] [laughter]
[9:06] » All right. Um The guys at the firehouse also had Terry
[9:10] a flight made. It's got our station patch on it. We
[9:13] didn't want to give him an actual patch to put on his uniform.
[9:16] But we wanted to >> [laughter]
[9:22] » So, we wanted to give this to Terry. Now, one thing [snorts] I will say, like
[9:26] Marshall Jones was saying, there's
[9:30] uh it's been here about three or four months ago. We got us new subdivision
[9:34] out south of Mayland on county road.
[9:37] Um we got called out for a fire alarm there
[9:40] that morning. One morning, we was out there trying to
[9:43] find the residence. Um you know, as the the roads grow, and
[9:47] there was a little gray car parked out there.
[9:51] And I looked at my engineer and I said, "Well, what's this idiot doing?" And
[9:54] then all of a sudden, he comes walking out of the edge of the driveway.
[9:57] We would have never seen the driveway, you know, cuz you know, the big fire
[10:01] trucks, you're trying not to pull them in where you can't get them out. But
[10:04] that's something that I do notice about you and your group.
[10:07] You guys are always at our fires. If there is an officer on duty, they're at
[10:11] our fires. Now, [snorts] I give them a lot of flak about being in our way and
[10:15] stuff like that, but it makes our jobs a lot easier
[10:19] when we can see the police cars there. They're giving us
[10:24] information, you know. It's It's all community.
[10:27] » Small town Indiana. >> Absolutely. So, Terry, thank you.
[10:33] » [applause]
[10:38] » Um want to recognize one more person
[10:41] tonight. Big Mac, why don't you get your butt up here,
[10:44] bud?
[10:47] This is Bryce Blackburn. So, Bryce lives in the apartment
[10:52] building
[10:55] that we had the fire in Terry pulled the lady out of.
[10:58] Now, Bryce, I want to tell you that I didn't know the morning of because of
[11:01] everything that was going on, but I later found out some of the some of the
[11:04] residents. Bryce lives up on a third floor.
[11:09] As Bryce was evacuating with his family, Bryce took the time to
[11:14] knock on all the apartment doors
[11:17] to make sure that everybody got out. And what a relief of a feeling when we
[11:23] rolled the fire engine into the parking lot and I seen all the residents out and
[11:27] huddled off to the side. I knew we didn't have to waste time searching
[11:31] for more people. So, Bryce, for your courage on that day,
[11:36] Milan Volunteer Fire Department would like to recognize you.
[11:39] And did Mom and Dad give you the tax line?
[11:42] I told Mom and Dad to get him to the town board meeting
[11:45] and tell him that the town board was going to pass a tax on ice cream cuz he
[11:48] works at Dairy Queen. >> [laughter]
[11:52] » YOU'RE WELCOME. >> [applause]
[12:02] » I WANT TO THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALLOWING US TO DO THIS up here tonight. We greatly
[12:06] appreciate it. >> And we're not done.
[12:10] So, if you guys would stand.
[12:14] The town would also like to recognize our heroes.
[12:18] So, Town of Milan Proclamation declaring August 10th, 2026, Town Marshall Wilson
[12:24] and Bryce Blackburn Day. Whereas, August 10th, 2026,
[12:30] Marshall Wilson saved a citizen from a fire, and Bryce Blackburn, Milan High
[12:34] School, saved many residents by knocking on doors and warning them to get out of
[12:37] the apartment complex on Wednesday, July 15th. And whereas, August 10th, 2026, in
[12:44] recognition of their bravery, and whereas, the Milan Volunteer Fire
[12:49] Department would also like to honor the occasion.
[12:53] Now, therefore, the town of the town council for the Town of Milan, Indiana,
[12:57] proclaims August 10th, 2026, as Town Marshall Wilson and Bryce Blackburn Day.
[13:04] So, resolved on this day of August 10th, 2026, all in favor, I. I.
[13:11] All opposed, nay. So, it's 3 to 0. It's 3 to 0.
[13:15] Um passed. We also have a key to the city
[13:19] for both of you.
[13:22] So, Officer Wilson.
[13:38] » And then spicy Steven, do you want a picture of these guys?
[13:44] How about all of you guys come on up that are honoring him, too?
[14:04] » [laughter]
[14:14] » THANK YOU ALL. >> [applause]
[14:26] » I'LL BE BACK IN A COUPLE OF MINUTES FOR MY REPORT.
[14:28] » OKAY, sounds good. Uh those of you who came for this, you don't have to stick
[14:32] around. You're welcome to, but we would love to have you, but I don't
[14:35] » I'm so proud of you, Bryce.
[14:46] » Hey, how you doing? >> Good. How are you doing?
[14:50] » What are you doing, Trevor?
[15:10] » All right. Thanks, everybody, for allowing us to have that special
[15:14] occasion. We called the meeting to order at 6:45.
[15:18] Um we start with the approval of the
[15:20] minutes for the September 13th meeting.
[15:28] I'll [snorts] second. All in favor? >> Aye.
[15:32] » Approval for claims and payroll through 8/10.
[15:39] All in favor? >> Aye.
[15:43] » Town manager report. >> [clears throat]
[15:50] » We uh by the way we did individual lots for the brass fittings.
[15:58] Uh we replaced the service line on Wood Street and
[16:02] uh we ran a 2-in service line to two houses.
[16:06] And then we located a major leak at that location.
[16:10] It's uh it was 18 to 20 gallons a minute,
[16:13] which adds up to 700,000 gallons a month.
[16:20] And then we got out here we got
[16:24] we're replacing this 6-in main out here
[16:29] and there's a major leak on it. So
[16:39] loss of water.
[16:42] Took the chlorine test today and then I'll do it tomorrow and then um
[16:47] it pressurized the line to 50 psi for 20 minutes and that passed.
[16:54] Um we need to make a street list for the
[16:57] engineers for the CCNG next year. Um
[17:04] » We've started having that conversation >> Yeah, they they
[17:07] text uh email me. >> Okay, good.
[17:10] » So um at least give them a couple of streets
[17:13] for next year then >> Okay, then.
[17:17] » Um
[17:19] Oh. is going to start the Catherine in September.
[17:24] Cuz they're still in the specials right
[17:28] And then I was thinking about the street grindings. That can come off of the
[17:33] street. If you want to put them in the parking
[17:36] lot of the park. That we got.
[17:39] Inside the park. Yeah.
[17:41] So, you know we got that. I would say it's the right
[17:45] » Maple Street Park. >> Right.
[17:46] » And then just think about that off camera that will go with the
[17:49] » Right. >> Something to think about, you know, just
[17:52] » I think we just do it. They can do that. >> idea.
[17:54] » Right. We don't need the grindings anywhere.
[17:56] » Right. >> It's all right up in the park.
[17:59] » Okay. Great.
[18:01] Thank you. >> [clears throat]
[18:04] » All right. Town Marshall report.
[18:10] » 56 calls for service, 11 assist other agencies.
[18:15] Assisted by other agencies 12 times. Four ordinance violations.
[18:21] Three assist to fire and EMS. Five bench warrants conducted. One
[18:26] property damage accident. 20 traffic violations. One animal
[18:31] problem. One animal abuse.

[18:54] Three road rage problems. 38 reserve hours.
[18:59] » Thank you. Our park board report.
[19:04] See the park board here, so
[19:07] Lyme Volunteer [clears throat] Fire Department.
[19:11] » Thank you. Uh month of July has been a horrible month.
[19:15] Uh we had 34 calls this this past month with uh six
[19:20] working fires, so it's been a very busy month with all of
[19:23] our fundraising we do with our chicken dinner, our golf outings.
[19:26] Um it's been a very interesting month. Uh the department actually ran three
[19:32] confirmed fires within a 24-hour period. So, um two of
[19:37] them being on the same day back-to-back. So, you know, the guys and gals of the
[19:43] fire department have worked their butts off this month. Um
[19:47] 152 man hours is what we've put in this
[19:51] month. We would also like to thank Mr. Kelly
[19:56] here. I see him sitting here, so I want to thank him for the golf outing that he
[20:00] allows us to host. That is one of our biggest
[20:03] fundraisers. We appreciate that. And as always, we appreciate the citizens
[20:08] coming up and supporting us at the chicken dinners and
[20:10] and everything, so. And again, thank you all for allowing us
[20:14] tonight. We greatly appreciate it. >> Thank you for
[20:18] having it as well. All right.
[20:22] Old continuing business Pike purchase agreement.
[20:25] I'll stand up here since I'm kind of in the
[20:27] Okay. So, uh if you recall, this is the personal property that you had bid out
[20:34] and accepted bids, and then last month you had approved Pike's bid.
[20:39] So, I just formalized basically the bid agreement into a contract that you just
[20:44] need to approve and sign tonight if you're okay with it.
[20:50] Do you need us to Um There's a motion or anything? Yeah,
[20:55] you'll need a motion to approve. Okay. All right. And it is the same terms as
[21:00] as we approved before.
[21:05] All in favor? >> Aye.
[21:06] » Aye.
[21:09] And then next on the agenda is ratification of the interlocal agreement
[21:13] with the county. >> Yes. So, this is
[21:16] the agreement. There were There were some other communities in the county
[21:20] that were willing to chip in to get a higher
[21:25] I think it was a bachelor's degree candidate as the executive director of
[21:30] the planning commission. >> Correct.
[21:32] » Uh you were ready to approve it last month and I wasn't sure we had the final
[21:35] agreement. It was the final agreement. So, you just need to ratify it tonight.
[21:41] Basically, we had to get you to approve it
[21:44] prior because of the county deadline that we were unaware of.
[21:46] » Yeah. >> But, which Drew was out that day, Dylan
[21:50] and I did sign the
[21:53] the still Drew needs >> He can still sign if he wants to.
[21:55] » Okay. Okay. With the ratification. >> Okay, sure.
[21:59] » All right. Um so, we need a motion to ratify the
[22:03] agreement. >> Okay.
[22:04] » I'll >> I'll second.
[22:05] » Motion to ratify the agreement. >> I'll second.
[22:07] » All in favor? >> Vote has been done.
[22:09] » So, that's approved. Jennifer Walker. All right.
[22:13] So, tonight is the night with good news, right? So, the next one is is we had an
[22:16] unsafe building violation that they're in compliance.
[22:20] It's the Calvert Ashcroft property.
[22:23] Um so, I just need a motion to go ahead and dismiss the unsafe building order.
[22:28] The lady is in compliance with the compliance.
[22:30] » Yeah, I'll I'll go ahead and make a motion to dismiss.
[22:33] » Second. >> All in favor?
[22:35] » I. >> All right. I think that's all I have.
[22:38] » Okay. >> That's great. Thank you.
[22:42] Uh no new business. Public items. Erin Thomas.
[22:49] Lifetime Resources. >> Hello.
[22:52] Um Erin Thomas, executive director of Lifetime Resources.
[22:55] Nice to see you all again. Um as I'm sure you are all aware, um we are
[23:00] the area agency on aging and we provide a variety of services um ultimately
[23:04] aimed at helping people maintain their independence.
[23:06] Um not only is that where people prefer to
[23:09] be, but it's also the most cost-effective form of care when we can
[23:11] take someone in for a few hours a day or maybe every other day, something like
[23:15] that, in comparison to a 24-hour nursing facility stay. So, our average care plan
[23:20] is in the $300 range and, you know, the average month stay in a nursing facility
[23:25] is over $8,500. Um so, those services are things like
[23:30] home-delivered meals and help with activities of daily living. So, things
[23:34] like cooking, cleaning, bathing, transfers, um help with durable medical
[23:38] equipment, home modifications, just lots of different things
[23:42] that we can help with. Um we also do a lot of health and wellness programs. We
[23:45] have a guardianship program. We have congregate meal sites where um folks can
[23:51] go and have a a hot day a hot meal on a daily basis and we bring in activities
[23:56] and sometimes there's music or sometimes we bring in um
[24:00] various different community organizations and things like that to
[24:03] educate folks. Um and then we also operate
[24:06] Catch-A-Ride, which is a six-county public transportation service available
[24:10] to anyone for any purpose. Um and we also have contracts with all of the
[24:15] non-emergent medical transportation brokers, which means that anyone who
[24:19] needs transportation just to a doctor's appointment or dialysis or something
[24:22] like that um doesn't have to pay out of pocket. They can charge that off to
[24:25] their insurance um under Medicaid or whatever managed care um
[24:30] plan they may be under. Um so, sorry, I realized I gave you my
[24:35] information there and I didn't have a copy for myself. So,
[24:38] um Ripley County's budget is about $1.2
[24:41] million. Our request um is for $1,000, which is less than less than 1% of that
[24:46] budget. Um what the funding does is it helps us to uh match a lot of the
[24:52] various funded >> Okay.
[24:53] » I have it on here. I just didn't realize you had to put my budget um
[24:56] it just allows us to match uh a variety of different grants that we have. So,
[25:01] for example, Catch a Ride's operational grant requires a 100% match.
[25:06] Some of the other ones are 15, 20%. It just They all vary. So,
[25:11] that's what the money goes towards. I do actually have some Milan specific
[25:15] information here as well. Just to give you an idea,
[25:20] we had 64 Milan residents receive case management services um, over 1,100
[25:26] units. 30 individuals utilized transportation,
[25:32] 941 trips.
[25:36] We had some individuals get caregiver respite services,
[25:42] over 1,300 home delivered meals. So, those are just a few just just to let
[25:46] you know specifically Milan residents are receiving
[25:50] services. And I'm happy to answer any questions
[25:53] and otherwise I just thank you for your consideration.
[25:58] » I've seen you a couple of times in there.
[26:01] And I think it's a great service, so I have
[26:03] no questions. I don't know if Milan might be the newest to your list.
[26:08] » Up in there. >> Okay.
[26:11] Just need a motion to um,
[26:13] I guess do the donation that we typically do and that's
[26:18] a thousand, is that >> Yes.
[26:22] » All in favor? >> Aye.
[26:24] » Thank you all. >> Thank you so much.
[26:27] Thanks for what you do.
[26:30] All right, next application for solicitation, Friends of Milan Football.
[26:35] In 2022. >> I'm good.
[26:39] » Yes. >> Okay.
[26:40] I'll make a motion to approve. >> I'll second.
[26:42] » All in favor? Aye. >> Aye.
[26:45] » And the next one, application for solicitation, SAL Coats
[26:49] for Kids, 926. >> Also good.
[26:53] » I'll make a motion to approve. >> I'll second.
[26:55] » All in favor? >> Aye.
[26:56] » Aye. >> All right.
[27:00] Next, we will open up to comments on the agenda, and the agenda items only can be
[27:06] talked about, as a reminder, and my uh your comments can only be a matter of um
[27:11] 5 minutes, so anybody has any questions about any of
[27:15] the agenda items, this is your time. You can just say state your name and
[27:19] go from there.
[27:24] No comments?
[27:27] » Are you talking about the agenda that you just talked about, or are you
[27:30] talking about the agenda that's from the county and stuff?
[27:33] » This is only our meeting. >> Okay.
[27:36] » So >> But just what you discussed in the
[27:38] meeting, right? >> Just what we discussed tonight, yes.
[27:41] » So we can't talk about the >> No.
[27:43] » communism. >> Okay.
[27:45] Just all I asked. >> Okay.
[27:49] » I have a question. What is the ratification of the interlocal agreement
[27:52] with the county? >> The interlocal agreement?
[27:54] » Yeah, what is that? >> It has to do with their new director
[28:00] um that they hired. Each county Each town is contributing to his
[28:05] uh to part of help supplement the salary increase.
[28:11] » And what will this person be doing? >> Do you know who Tad Brinson was?
[28:15] » No. >> Um he was the original the previous one.
[28:19] He was basically the person who oversaw uh
[28:24] » Wait, you mean the zoning? >> Yeah, the zoning and if you wanted a
[28:28] building permit and all of that kind of thing.
[28:31] » Okay. The pipe purchase agreement, how much
[28:35] was the money on that? >> Um do you have that information?
[28:40] » $124,635.
[28:46] » Can we [clears throat] ask how much money Muncie is contributing to that?
[28:49] » To what? >> How much money are you contributing to
[28:52] this salary? >> inner local, it was 3,000.
[28:58] Where did I see that on which one of these papers here?
[29:02] 1,800, I think, $809.
[29:07] And I can tell you that we contribute more to the economic development person
[29:13] than we do this. And this probably is going to be most valuable person in the
[29:19] county office, too. >> or is that a year?
[29:22] » A year, 3,800, about 4,000 a year. Okay.
[29:26] » Yeah. Well worth it
[29:28] for what we're getting. Somebody who's very knowledgeable.
[29:30] » So, how many data centers in >> I have no idea that you have to talk to
[29:35] the county for that. That's way above us.
[29:39] » Zero. So, let me ask another question. What happens when the recorder decides
[29:44] she's retiring or whatever, and they get another No, hang on. This is This is
[29:48] yours. And they get another one, and they come
[29:51] to the town and ask >> have a recorder here.
[29:53] So, the recorder's office is an elected official office, so I
[30:00] You guys wouldn't have anything to do with that. That's
[30:03] Those are county questions. This is This is So, to kind of put it in context,
[30:09] Muncie participates in area planning, and so the communities that are
[30:13] participating in the area planning that this executive director would be
[30:20] basically over, have opted to contribute a salary to get somebody who
[30:25] was basically Yeah, had a lot of experience.
[30:30] » Can you Can I ask where he got all that experience from?
[30:34] » Education, Ball State. Um experience >> I'm not talking about education. I'm
[30:38] talking about practical. >> He's worked for Lawrence, the city of
[30:41] Lawrenceburg, also Dillsboro. >> He worked for Grantville.
[30:44] » Grantville. For Grantville. Right. >> And worked for Dillsboro.
[30:47] » Okay, then why you asking? >> Well, the
[30:50] only reason I'm asking is because I don't know anything
[30:51] » Well, maybe you do, maybe you don't. That's really irrelevant to
[30:55] » No, I'm just I'm just curious why why you all are hiring.
[30:59] » He's capable of writing grants and doing a lot more than the previous
[31:02] » We're not the one that hired him, the county hired him.
[31:05] » I know, but you also contribute, so you hired him, too.
[31:09] » Right. >> I'm not I'm not
[31:10] » We gave him our recommendation. Is there anything else you would like to ask
[31:13] about about the agenda items? >> Well, the agenda item I wanted to talk
[31:17] about, unfortunately, I didn't know I was able to sign up on the week earlier,
[31:21] but >> All right, I guess we will look for an
[31:22] adjournment then.
[31:25] All in favor?
[31:33] Someone on these Can we get another copy of this?
[31:38] I don't know if you want to go over these.
[31:39] I went over them earlier with you. You don't really want to
[31:43] Um Um
