[7:50] with a county contract the acquisition of real property and the disposal of
[7:56] real property the County Board of Commissioners may not make any
[8:00] legislative action in a closed session the purpose of this closed session is to
[8:05] confer with the county attorney Chris Darren Barker who is in the other room
[8:10] the work room and the commissioners will discuss what the options and
[8:15] alternatives are for these contracts and the acquisition and disposal of real
[8:20] property and mr. darren barker will give his opinion as to which course of action
[8:26] the county commissioners should take but as i stated they may not take any action
[8:30] or discuss any other items than the three that are listed here before the
[8:36] county takes any action these items will be on the agenda in a future session and
[8:41] if a public hearing is required a public hearing will be advertised in here but
[8:45] I'll be glad to answer any questions about the parameters of a closed session
[8:51] but we've listened in the agenda the three items that we're going to discuss
[8:55] and the relevant general statute which allows that discussion to take place
[8:59] once the commissioners come back into session from that closed session the
[9:05] only item of business that they will take will be
