So, we're recording cuz the video is not
working Jared, so

Um call to order at 6 40.
>> 5:38.
[0:15]
» Is that correct?
>> 5:38.
[0:18]
» Okay, 5:38 sounds good, too.
[0:23]
» Roll call.
Mayor Allen.
[0:26]
» Here.
>> Daniel.
[0:27]
» Here.
>> Cathy Gable is
[0:30]
» is absent.
>> Jared.
[0:32]
» Here.
>> Carl.
[0:34]
» Here.
>> And Jamie
[0:35]
» is absent.
>> And I'm in attendance as well.
[0:38]
» All right, Kurt.
[0:41]
I make a motion we
approve the agenda.
[0:45]
» Second.
[0:49]
» I don't think we Is there anything to
add, walk-on items? Speak up.
[0:53]
All in favor signify by saying aye.
>> Aye.
[0:56]
» Aye.
>> Approved.
[1:00]
Regular meeting minutes of July 28th.
Are in the packet.
[1:06]
Um
[1:09]
I didn't see anything was Look forward
to the update on the grant.
[1:13]
I make a motion we approve the July
28th, 2026 meeting minutes.
[1:18]
» Second.
[1:24]
» No discussion. All those in favor
signify by saying aye.
[1:27]
» Aye.
>> Aye.
[1:28]
» Approved.
No public hearings.
[1:32]
Old business, small town grant.
>> Old business, just to let everybody know
[1:36]
I did uh
write a grant working with Cain and
[1:41]
Melissa
uh Ryland and then you can see the list
[1:44]
of people here.
Um and they're all Mary Reisedorpher,
[1:48]
Joy Burtsinger, and Rosemary Van Houten
uh to write a grant for new park
[1:54]
benches. Uh they
nine new park benches and is a Smith
[1:58]
Small Town Grant. Was submitted August
19th, and hopefully we'll find out in
[2:04]
mid-September if we get that or not.
This is a 25%
[2:08]
matching, so if we do get it, the city
would be responsible for 25%, which was
[2:13]
okay through everybody.
>> Yeah.
[2:15]
And the my letters
went in with the grant application.
[2:19]
» Yep, and we got two
two letters of support.
[2:22]
» Right.
>> And we got those also.
[2:25]
» Joy was asking, I thought I
Or yeah, Joy was asking just to make
[2:29]
sure.
>> Is this the Smith Grant that was
[2:31]
directed at like conclusion and
>> Okay, perfect.
[2:36]
» Yep.
[2:40]
» Perfect.
>> So, that's the Small Town Grant. Move on
[2:43]
to EDA, so this is our development
agreement
[2:47]
park Outlaw A. So, one thing that's been
added in your packet, you can see
[2:52]
um landscape-wise, we have
This is the
[2:57]
amount that we would pay Stantec
to get those get that parcel land ready
[3:04]
to sell into lots.
So, they divided it into tasks that they
[3:08]
would have to go through. First, I've
been in contact with Joe
[3:11]
uh about it, and the first thing that we
would do is consult with them to and you
[3:16]
can see number one, research past DNR
permit and city code compliance.
[3:20]
That's going to cost roughly $4,000. And
just a reminder, this money would be
[3:25]
paid back to the city upon the sale of
our first parcel of land.
[3:30]
» The third
>> This is legal. I contacted Mike Bubany.
[3:33]
Um this is he he's fine with that.
Um they've done other cities before, and
[3:38]
he said if the city council has any
questions to contact him on on that
[3:42]
information.
>> In some cases, Joe will put a plus or
[3:46]
minus.
Did he indicate anything like that or
[3:49]
» Yeah.
So, I I believe our first step, and I
[3:53]
don't know if we need a motion to do
this to ask the council to pay this
[3:57]
$3,977 because we don't have a budget
ourself
[4:00]
uh to move on with this because I know
the council okayed moving forward with
[4:06]
is to have the research have them
research the
[4:09]
DNR city code compliance. Would that be
the first thing step we want to do?
[4:14]
» Yeah, so I I'll make a motion that we
would recommend the council to pay the
[4:20]
the $3,977
[4:24]
um
to do the DNR or at very minimum
[4:28]
recommend that we budget for it for next
year.
[4:31]
» Okay.
>> Like cuz we're having the budget cut
[4:35]
workshops right now, too, so
>> I'll write a memo that I'll send to the
[4:40]
council as well. Okay, so Dan made a
motion.
[4:43]
» I'll second it.
[4:48]
» Okay.
And then you need a vote.
[5:14]
Ron, do you start the vote?
>> Um any other comments or discussion?
[5:22]
Yeah, doing this first step is going to
tell us
[5:24]
whether we can do this or
we look at a park.
[5:28]
» Right. And I think that's the big thing
is council just needs to be aware that
[5:31]
this could money could be not coming
back.
[5:34]
» Right.
>> This is
[5:36]
So, when we make that motion on council,
I think we just have to make it
[5:41]
abundantly clear that this could if it
fails, then this money comes from the
[5:46]
city.
[5:49]
» There's risk, but at the same time the
risk gives us direction, too.
[5:53]
It's not like it's going to be a void.
It's going to get tell us one thing or
[5:55]
the other, so.
>> Yeah.
[5:58]
» Question, why is the DNR involved up on
a piece of property?
[6:03]
» What's that?
>> Good question.
[6:04]
» Why is it a question? You're You're on
the high ground or
[6:07]
or an open
It's uh
[6:11]
» Is it close to the river?
>> What's that?
[6:13]
» Is it close to the river up there?
>> It's not even close.
[6:17]
It's not even close to the river.
>> Okay.
[6:20]
» It's
>> It's within a thousand feet.
[6:22]
» Is that Is that why?
>> Yeah.
[6:25]
» Cuz it's this property here.
No.
[6:28]
Yeah.
Uh
[6:32]
No.
It's this property.
[6:35]
It's this property here, so I guess it
could be a thousand feet from the
[6:39]
» There's a scale on the left there on the
right.
[6:41]
» Aren't there houses between that lot and
the river?
[6:45]
» Yeah, two sets of houses.
>> So that's my question. If you got houses
[6:49]
already there
the DNR
[6:53]
was planning to do this,
what
[6:57]
» It's a good question.
>> I think Joe's going to find out.
[7:00]
So we're going to pay Joe $4,000 to ask
a question?
[7:03]
I I'm just I mean I'm asking a question.
So we're paying $4,000 to ask a
[7:07]
question?
>> No. This would be the I think that
[7:09]
covers the environmental study of this.
>> Well
[7:13]
So but my question is is the country
asked the question is why if this lot's
[7:17]
here what do we even have to do this?
>> Yeah, I can definitely ask.
[7:21]
» And the answer be yes or no and then
>> Yeah.
[7:24]
» Before you spend the money, but if you
approve the money then someone will say
[7:27]
ahead said all the money's already
approved, so I'll pay the money.
[7:29]
» So why do we need DNR?
>> I I think that's a very valid question
[7:34]
with two sets of houses pretty much
between
[7:38]
everything. The
The clo And I guess I don't know where
[7:42]
the
river starts whether it starts at the
[7:46]
flood plain or if it starts at the
>> Well, if
[7:49]
if it would be those houses would be in
the flood plain.
[7:53]
» Well, they they could have
>> And they would never allowed you to put
[7:56]
a a
a drain field in the flood plain.
[8:01]
Number two is a drain field would never
been allowed to be put in the flood
[8:04]
plain.
[8:07]
» And I think part of that discussion is
the drain field
[8:09]
you know, the size of the lots kind of
I think it works in conjunction with the
[8:14]
drain field the size of the lots that
are around the drain field, too.
[8:17]
» Well, I just I just a a question on my I
just find that rather
[8:22]
» It's 23 hours.
[8:27]
» So so again again my question is if you
would ask the question we don't need to
[8:30]
do it then can we get get this money
back?
[8:32]
Or is it once you say oh, we're going to
approve it
[8:35]
uh 22 hours the whole I make a phone
call and say do we have to do this the
[8:38]
person says no.
Is there a recourse in getting some
[8:42]
money back?
Uh in other words I
[8:46]
» Is that that last column is that total
hours?
[8:50]
» Yeah.
>> There has to be 23 hours to to take to
[8:53]
research this?
>> Mhm.
[8:56]
» Yeah, and that might be a fee for the
DNR, too. That might not be uh
[9:01]
» So is it a flat rate no matter what is
or if they get the job done in 4 hours
[9:06]
would be paid four times
>> uh
[9:10]
whatever their hourly rate is for that.
>> Yeah.
[9:13]
» So I was going to suggest in the motion
that we just say up to 3,977.
[9:19]
» Up to
>> Yeah, I'll accept that.
[9:21]
» Because it may come in blue lower hours,
too, but at least
[9:24]
to answer your guys' questions, yeah.
>> Yeah.
[9:27]
» Yeah, I think
>> make that would make sense to me that if
[9:29]
there was less money that they don't get
the whole contract.
[9:32]
» And these are estimates as well, so
sure.
[9:36]
» The
corner lot the corner of this lot to the
[9:41]
river is 413 ft. So it's within the
1,000 ft, but it's that's like one
[9:47]
corner
of
[9:51]
of it to the closest point of the river.
[9:58]
» So at least some of those would be
there.
[10:00]
» That uh
We pay up to up to that amount, correct?
[10:04]
» Mhm.
>> Okay.
[10:05]
» So essentially it it seems like and I
missed last meeting as well. Um but
[10:11]
the wording of this
uh per main and design to determine how
[10:16]
outlet A was incorporated in the
original So So it's like a zoning
[10:21]
question kind of, right?
>> Mhm.
[10:23]
» Was there any discussion around that
last time? Or I mean, here we are.
[10:28]
» We I thought we already had him evaluate
this and tell us that
[10:33]
yes, we can move forward with it.
>> Yeah, we did with
[10:36]
» need the DNR
>> legally with um
[10:39]
Mike Flaherty.
>> Okay.
[10:41]
» So from legal standpoint, because the
question was is it parkland?
[10:45]
And so he did he did that for quite a
while to get that information.
[10:50]
And because we got the okay from Mike
Flaherty, now I'm moving into the
[10:55]
engineering side of it. And that's where
that comes from.
[11:00]
But no he's agreed.
So he's to join.
[11:02]
» those are questions that if you want to
ask Joe those questions out of the gate,
[11:07]
we can still move forward with the
motion and if he wants to address those
[11:12]
to council
with the motion, then I think that's
[11:15]
reasonable.
>> At the council meeting?
[11:16]
» At the council meeting.
>> Okay, great.
[11:17]
» Okay.
>> Yep.
[11:20]
» I think he can have some time to
prepare.
[11:24]
» So I'll respond to that.
>> I'll make a note to just touch base with
[11:27]
Joe to so he's prepared to discuss it.
>> Yeah, I'll send him an email with the
[11:31]
questions tomorrow.
>> Okay.
[11:35]
All right, all if there's no other
discussion, all in favor of signifying
[11:38]
by saying aye.
>> Aye.
[11:39]
» Aye.
>> It's approved.
[11:44]
» All right, great.
I'll get that in and I'll I will
[11:49]
when I hear something back, I will BCC
everybody on an email.
[11:53]
If that's all right.
[11:56]
» All right, moving on to new business
now.
[11:58]
This is something that I don't know if
you want to sit talk about this.
[12:02]
So, I've been looking at the
comprehensive plan because in our last
[12:06]
meeting we kind of made a point say
what if we look at the comprehensive
[12:09]
plan and update it
rather than get a new comprehensive
[12:12]
plan. I believe that was what we
requested.
[12:15]
So,
I started update it
[12:19]
and I used
information
[12:22]
I got from the fact that now the city
has sanitary sewer. But, I just did the
[12:28]
first part.
You know, so I did
[12:32]
um
I did a community profile so you can see
[12:35]
the introduction. You can see under here
on the in the packet 1.0 community
[12:40]
profile. 1.1 introduction just tells
about the growth of
[12:45]
uh Orinoco. So, there's not a lot there
that needed to be changed.
[12:50]
I can change that as we go. Early
history obviously we're not going to
[12:53]
change.
And then we got into community profile,
[12:56]
the city government,
demographic characteristics, population,
[13:00]
households,
natural environment, economic
[13:04]
development, and services and utilities.
So, I started working on community
[13:10]
profiles, the population since basically
uh 2000.
[13:16]
» Right.
>> So, the information you're going to see
[13:18]
here is going to be population,
households, natural environment,
[13:25]
economic development,
and most of that's going to be dealing
[13:30]
with the
implementation of the sanitary sewer.
[13:34]
Services and utilities and then finally
and that's it.
[13:40]
So what I think
I don't know how you want to do this
[13:43]
Ryland but
if we kind of send this home as like if
[13:46]
you take a look at it
I don't know if you want to take the
[13:50]
time in EDA meeting to revise this here.
You take it, look at it and then we can
[13:55]
come back at our next meeting
and if you have any changes that you
[13:59]
feel could should go into it from what I
have written.
[14:05]
» So the first
1.0
[14:09]
1.2, 1.3
>> Yeah, it goes all the way to
[14:13]
» would stay the same.
>> Yep.
[14:15]
» Starting at 1.4.
>> That's what you
[14:18]
» Bottom of the second to the last page
>> Yes.
[14:21]
» is where we start with the current. I
thought it was I read it this weekend. I
[14:24]
thought it was very well done. I
>> 1.4 so you have population,
[14:29]
households
and it it follows the same so
[14:33]
» Mhm.
>> You know, you can take a look at 1.4
[14:39]
1.5, 1.6
and seven.
[14:43]
It's a lot to look at.
[14:47]
What and then what I'll do in the next
meeting is I'll
[14:50]
I'll look at the next section. I don't
think I'll do as much. You know, I think
[14:54]
it just needs to be a lot. I think it
will be.
[14:56]
1.4
If I could do it again, I'd probably
[14:59]
just do population.
>> Do whatever you can I guess.
[15:03]
» And so if I could have EDA
kind of peruse what I've written and if
[15:07]
you see something you want to add on
there
[15:10]
let me know and then when we we come to
our next meeting, we'll talk about that
[15:14]
and then I'll
add some more and
[15:17]
have a look at it.
>> Right.
[15:18]
» I know it's homework. Sorry.
>> It's not homework anymore.
[15:21]
» So let's take a look see.
>> Yeah, I think that's why cuz
[15:25]
I think Kathy and Jamie would be good to
have them read it, too.
[15:28]
» And I can send an email to remind people
>> Just kind of stick a look see. If you
[15:31]
don't see anything, it don't doesn't,
you know, stand out, that's that's
[15:35]
great. If you see something that stands
out,
[15:41]
» And this was pulled from the 2006 one
that's online right here under P&Z.
[15:48]
» And then we have
>> So, really really important part is
[15:50]
going to be the when it deals with
ordinances.
[15:53]
» Yeah.
>> up though.
[15:55]
» But ours is
>> not putting every ordinance in because
[15:58]
of certain things.
>> I didn't realize the subdivision
[16:00]
ordinances were written in 2004.
[16:05]
It's in the old part of it.
In 1.4
[16:08]
.2
Um
[16:12]
Where is that at?
[16:19]
» So, it looks like the overall
comprehensive plan on here is
[16:26]
just just over 43 pages.
So, are we looking at just taking a
[16:30]
chunk at a time?
>> Yeah.
[16:33]
» Oh, that's that's that's
>> Yeah, let's see.
[16:35]
» No, no, I cuz I get so
I got cross-eyed when they're in the
[16:40]
some of the zoning and stuff.
>> at dimensional demographic
[16:43]
characteristics and you start looking at
that, it's like,
[16:46]
» Yeah.
[16:50]
» Yeah, so if you could just read
community profile what I wrote there,
[16:56]
and then just kind of read through it.
If you want to compare it to what's
[16:59]
original is, that's in here as well.
And anything that pops up to you as
[17:04]
residents of Orland that'd be great.
>> Okay.
[17:09]
» Believe I have that.
>> So,
[17:10]
» Um
>> Go ahead. Sorry.
[17:12]
» Go ahead. Sure.
>> Uh I think I pulled this up prior to the
[17:15]
meeting, and I'm not sure if these maybe
I need to pull it up on a computer but
[17:20]
this looks like a hyperlink. I'm not
sure the hyperlink had anything
[17:24]
it didn't respond to my tap.
>> Oh, it didn't?
[17:27]
» I don't think so on my on my phone
but I'll
[17:30]
» I didn't
>> I didn't even try it.
[17:38]
» Okay.
>> Just wanted to let you know I'll check
[17:40]
that.
>> Yeah.
[17:42]
» I'll verify and
[17:45]
» So they need
[17:50]
» If that's a hyperlink then just make
sure it goes where it's
[17:54]
wanting to go.
>> Mhm.
[17:57]
Okay.
[18:02]
» The one under the 1.3 section city
government
[18:06]
um
and that's
[18:08]
really the second big paragraph but
development in the community is
[18:12]
currently guided by comprehensive zoning
ordinance adopted 1989.
[18:18]
The first zoning ordinance was adopted
1976
[18:22]
and updated in 1986 to guide
development.
[18:26]
In 1994,
city adopted a subdivision ordinance to
[18:30]
place constraints on new subdivision in
the city and interim residential
[18:33]
ordinance in 2001.
[18:38]
I thought that was
kind of interesting how this all
[18:41]
developed.
>> Yeah.
[18:42]
It is.
[18:45]
And the population's changing over the
years but
[18:49]
since you put it in it's going to change
again.
[18:53]
I think can you say Wylie or one of the
fastest growing communities in the
[18:57]
state?
>> It was one of the top 10.
[19:01]
» Which is pretty impressive because
there's not
[19:02]
» 17. 17, yeah.
[19:08]
I can't find that. I may have I a copy
of that article, too.
[19:21]
» Yeah, so I will contact Joe.
And then once I hear back from him, I
[19:25]
will let everybody on the EDA know. And
then once I get that
[19:30]
squared away, I'll write a memo for When
is the next
[19:34]
council meeting?
>> Oh, that's a good question because
[19:38]
I may be on vacation.
[19:41]
Leave on the September 26th.
[19:46]
Or
>> Where you going?
[19:48]
» Uh it's a river cruise on the Danube
River from Budapest to Passau.
[19:53]
» Yeah.
>> Eight days, so yeah.
[19:55]
» Just like the Vikings.
>> What's that?
[19:57]
» Just like the Vikings.
>> Vikings, yeah.
[19:59]
» Or
>> So it's the 22nd, so
[20:01]
I'll
We leave on that Saturday, the 26th, so
[20:05]
should be good.
[20:09]
I'll be back October 4th, Sunday night.
[20:25]
» All right, so we'll read through this
section. Uh
[20:30]
Read through it. Anything sticks sticks
out to you that
[20:34]
you want to tell me to add? You know,
just take a little note and bring it
[20:37]
with you to the next meeting.
Add it in there.
[20:42]
» I like the references, too.
>> Yeah, it's good to have references.
[20:46]
» Really appreciate you taking that on,
too.
[20:48]
» Yeah, that's no problem. It's
interesting to do. Well, I'm not going
[20:51]
to lie, some of it's interesting.
[20:54]
Some of it is not, but that's all right.
[20:59]
I'll get the hyperlinks going.
>> You know your natural environment in
[21:02]
there?
>> It was my understanding to the Orinoco.
[21:06]
» So here.
Here, the oral local park is working out
[21:11]
with DNR to write access to the river. I
thought that
[21:15]
right down between the body shop and
up here at the ferry head
[21:19]
public access
to the river right here.
[21:25]
» Is that the original or is this the one
that was rewritten?
[21:28]
» Oh, no, they're written at 1.5. You
missed that or what you what you got
[21:32]
written here is that
he's working with DNR to provide proof
[21:38]
to prove access.
>> Okay.
[21:41]
» To to prove it should be approved.
I thought that access was already there.
[21:46]
» We have
write it
[21:48]
write it on there and bring it with you.
>> Okay.
[21:52]
Cuz someone stopped
on Saturday where they want to go
[21:55]
canoeing and they want to know about
Boulder Dam.
[21:58]
And I thought the guy that does the
lights
[22:00]
whatever at Boulder Dam, I knew that.
And he rents canoes.
[22:05]
And I said if it shows there it's that
access
[22:08]
just down by that corner building just
down there there is a
[22:12]
roadway there that DNR has access to to
the river right there to my
[22:15]
understanding correct.
>> Right, yeah.
[22:17]
» That's what I told him. I said, "Why
don't you see the guy down there? I
[22:19]
think he rents canoes."
>> Yeah. But he's closed now because of low
[22:22]
water.
>> Okay, well, that that might be but I
[22:25]
just when they asked me about Boulder
Dam, I said, "Power Dam?" He said, "No,
[22:28]
Boulder Dam." Well, I said, "Boulder Dam
would be
[22:30]
» Reno, yeah, yeah.
>> would be the guy down there then if
[22:33]
that's where you're going.
Finally, he drove down there so you ask
[22:36]
him cuz that's where But I do know there
is a supposed to be a public access
[22:40]
there for that.
[22:44]
» Okay.
Yeah, stuff like that.
[22:47]
» Okay.
>> Be great.
[22:53]
And you said that this is this the
what's in here is what you
[22:57]
» modified.
>> Yeah.
[22:59]
» Perfect. So it starts off with the
original.
[23:03]
It's under community profile. That's all
Basically copied and pasted from the
[23:09]
comprehensive plan.
And the community profile starting at
[23:13]
1.4 has been pulled as what you wrote
data from.
[23:16]
» So, just getting back to the sentence
that Jenner was talking about,
[23:19]
the Iron Knot Park Committee is working
with DNR
[23:23]
to prove
Is that to provide access?
[23:27]
And there is.
[23:32]
So, is it
>> The public has access to the DNR.
[23:36]
» That's where you started or in the
community
[23:38]
» at 1.4. So, demographic characteristics,
yep.
[23:41]
» 1
>> 1.41 talks about the population.
[23:44]
» Yep.
>> Yep. Cool.
[23:48]
» And it says they're updated starting at
1.4.
[23:54]
» Perfect.
>> Okay.
[23:56]
» I'll take a look-see.
I'm not going to hurt my feelings.
[24:00]
» Something real wrong,
that's for sure.
[24:03]
» So, if I read the population statistics
again,
[24:06]
» Over 2,000 now, huh?
All right.
[24:10]
» We've been approaching it for a while, I
think.
[24:12]
» That's great.
[24:21]
» That's an estimate because it's We
haven't done consensus, but it's a
[24:24]
estimate based on
>> Yeah.
[24:29]
» Somebody's estimate.
[24:37]
» Well, are you wanting us to
take this home and read it and get back
[24:43]
to you, I guess?
>> Yeah. Just give it a scan through,
[24:46]
something points out.
The next meeting, what I'll What I'll do
[24:49]
is we'll We'll look at it, just review
it very briefly.
[24:52]
» What needs to be added, take out what
needs to be taken out.
[24:55]
» And then I'll put another section out
there for you to look at for the next
[24:59]
month. Perfect. So, we're not taking
time out of the meeting to appreciate
[25:03]
that.
Thank you.
[25:06]
We'll get through it. We'll all become
knowledgeable of it.
[25:11]
So, if they ask you a question, you're
like, "No, actually that's wrong. I read
[25:13]
the comprehensive plan."
Through 1.7, okay.
[25:18]
Thanks.
Yes, so 1.4 through 1.7.
[25:26]
Well, thanks Kurt for kicking this off.
We'll see how it goes and
[25:29]
We'll see if and if if there's a lot
that needs to be added, maybe it's
[25:33]
something we say you need to get done,
but not An interesting stat, and I'll
[25:37]
I'll mark it down and bring it next
time. I don't think I see it in here and
[25:40]
I'm not sure if you have access to it,
but especially with the growing concern
[25:44]
over rental properties in Rochester, as
a percentage, I would gather the
[25:49]
percentage is very low. You know, that
could be an interesting stat if we're
[25:53]
able to
get it.
[25:56]
Owner-occupied versus
you know, like investment or whatever
[26:00]
the
terms might be that would be searchable
[26:04]
and findable.
There's one Non-homestead tax status
[26:07]
that it would would be something we
probably could find. Lake Shady is very
[26:12]
is a big one, too.
It should be very low. Yeah, or no cuz
[26:18]
like you said. Yeah.
I'm only aware of two rental properties.
[26:24]
One is on Minnesota Avenue. It's down
south of the Dollar General Store.
[26:30]
And the other one is over on the corner
of First Street Northwest and Lake Shady
[26:34]
Avenue.
You get a little
[26:37]
curve and off to the right, there's two
buildings and those are rental
[26:40]
properties.
[26:46]
There was another one just short of
further west and maybe in a row, but I
[26:51]
don't I'm not sure if anybody's living
there now.
[26:55]
» Thanks for joining.
>> Yeah.
[27:00]
» All eyes on Kurt.
[27:06]
All right. Um
if there's no other walk-on items,
[27:13]
» I'll make a motion to adjourn.
>> Sure.
[27:14]
» And
six
[27:16]
» Oh, six.
I'll second that. All in favor say
[27:20]
"Aye."
>> Aye.
[27:22]
» Aye.
[27:25]
» Well, we're adjourned now, but uh
curious how if there's a
