[31:54] provide coaches with curriculum and instruction identifying the curriculum

[31:59] the gaps in the curriculum support differentiated instruction and this is like

[32:05] when we get professionals come in like we do the math stem grant and they come

[32:09] to do trainings with us four times a year to help facilitate and train our teachers and

[32:16] this type of professional development. Development of girls and data, analysis for the teachers,

[32:24] with or should take that with or should not,

[32:28] and then provide ongoing evaluation of curriculum

[32:31] maps. So every four years and we're coming up, no we just two years ago we approved the

[32:38] CKLA in our school.

[32:42] And so we have a look to see if it's working for our school.

[32:46] And if we need to move it, we'll move it.

[32:48] We hadn't moved from EL because we couldn't afford anything else.

[32:52] With the grant set came in, we were able to buy CKLA.

[33:13] This month's stipends we use this particular money funds for this and that's what I'm saying about work outside of school hours.

[33:21] Teachers will come in and we'll be able to provide them some money for coming in on their own time.

[33:37] got two reading pairs right now, and this money goes towards them, their salaries, and

[33:42] to attend professional development, and it's a lot around our PRCs and the communities

[33:49] that we're creating for, to understand the interventions that are needed.

[33:54] And then we have online programs if we don't get it through another grant, we also tap

[33:59] into this money for the math training, the I Excel programs and caveants.
