[6:41] 2018 adopted by the council on April of 2018 to establish storm water fees

[6:46] provides authorization to assess delinquent storm water fees to

[6:49] properties. Unpaid amounts that have been billed in the last 60 days have

[6:54] been excluded. Documents initiating the special assessments process for

[6:59] delinquent storm water fees are included in the packet. Letters providing notice

[7:03] of the public hearing were mailed to property owners on July 29, 2026

[7:09] and they were given until August 11, 2026 to pay the delinquent amount to

[7:15] avoid assessment to the property. It looks like right now our list

[7:21] consists of two properties that are still unpaid. So,

[7:26] those are the only two. I gave each one of you a handout

[7:31] that would need to be assessed to their property tax.

[13:30] Valley Center, and approximately 1/4 mile west of Broadway

[13:43] uh the approval on July 14th of the Sartain addition, if you remember a

[13:48] four-lot residential plat. Upon annexation earlier this year, our zoning

[13:53] regulations require an active zoning request to uh zoning district uh within

[13:58] Park City. Uh this 36-acre property was recommended

[14:02] for approval by the Planning Commission 5-0 during their July 20th Planning

[14:07] Commission hearing. One person spoke, uh the landowner to

[14:10] the southeast, uh unaware that the 81 Speedway was sold

[14:15] to the Sartains and was wondering who these people were. So, there was really

[14:18] no public comment. >> [snorts]
