[32:37] gates or electrical gates to do maintenance on

[32:40] it so i hold the company that usually does it for us

[32:44] they did it then we had to replace some vents

[32:48] in the gel in the cells and also like some screws and the lights that

[32:56] so we'll be doing just a regular

[32:59] maintenance around here doing lots of projects for all the different

[33:08] been busy getting ready to get on for uh we had the youth

[33:13] softball is going to be starting up a couple weeks

[1:01:13] contacted by two companies and he knows of two others that are

[1:24:55] county for one year to qualify for fmla and have worked 1250

[1:25:02] hours so a lot of our new employees don't

[1:25:04] qualify for that but we have other employees that do we're not getting any

[1:25:09] fmla paperwork and it's 12 weeks in a year from the start date

[1:25:14] so if they used a couple weeks in october in a couple weeks in january

[1:25:20] then when you come to september if you only have one day left that's all you

[1:25:25] can take with fmla fmla um

[1:25:30] covers the employee and it also protects the county because after they've used

[1:25:36] their 12 weeks of fmla

[1:35:10] and the service we pay for isn't delivered that's not the county's

[1:35:15] responsibility to pay for the service again

[1:35:25] this shouldn't come out of the county's expense

[1:35:33] that you approach devnet and you tell them that you expect them to make us

[1:45:49] probably in a good position to do that and

[1:52:32] warrant that they had that was um through the four processes

[1:52:37] um the rest of them if there are arrests um then we'll do that

[1:52:42] the police department bought a case of the test so if the pd or somebody will

[1:52:46] use their tests as well and then of course purchase them for those that will

[1:52:50] come in and do weekend check-ins or time on their sentences on their days

[1:52:55] off those kind of things so all information getting tested prior to

[1:52:59] being booked in the facility to not um spread that throughout the field in

[1:53:04] such a confined space so what happens if they test positive

[1:53:08] and they've been arrested we do our best either see if we can cite

[1:53:12] them and release them give them a court date or

[1:53:15] um if that's not possible if it's a felony crime or something we can't

[1:53:18] release them on them try to make movements around to

[1:53:21] segregate them and just enhance our cleaning and

[2:01:40] the patent demanding claim before the county commission has a long history of

[2:01:44] unpaid tax debt so little is being done with the

[2:01:48] property not even the property taxes are being paid right now

[2:01:53] right now persian county spends more time and energy in trying to collect

[2:01:57] taxes on the property patent and mining claims have such a low

[2:02:02] tax base that many of these sit idle and undeveloped

[2:02:07] year after year after year they are forgotten pieces of property and the

[2:02:12] opportunity they offer is also forgotten and neglected

[2:02:17] with today's mining technology and the changing demand for minerals what once

[2:02:22] was were considered unusable could in today's market be a

[2:02:27] viable mining operation producing more jobs

[2:02:30] revenue and taxes i'm working with the mining engineering

[2:02:34] company out of reno and my plan is to assay the claims to

[2:02:39] determine what minerals and metal metals are available

[2:02:44] my family has lived in nevada for five generations i know the history and

[2:02:49] importance of mining to our communities and to nevada as a whole

[2:02:54] every mine in nevada started with one claim and one discovery am i i'm excited

[2:03:00] about the opportunity for this claim in persian county

[2:03:04] and for the next discovery i'm asking you for the opportunity to do

[2:03:09] this to change the status quo and to improve

[2:03:13] the community and the county are you familiar with the old saying

[2:04:32] and they can pay the value of the delinquent taxes to actually get title

[2:04:37] to that property and so i've looked at the petition and the petition and

[2:04:40] affidavit i mean all the stats short requirements my recommendation the board

[2:04:44] will be to grant it and the way that it works is this board orders and grants

[2:04:50] him permission through the minutes of this meeting

[2:04:53] to enter onto those two properties that he's petitioned access for

[2:55:23] so when are they gonna start the repairs um

[2:55:28] sean can get the material needed to use a pool that's on a ship

[2:55:34] oh that's sitting out in the ocean so if it's 284 we got

[2:55:39] 170 something pennies and then wasn't there how much was

[2:55:44] collected from forty five thousand dollars

[2:55:51] so there's a good portion of it that's already yeah

[2:55:55] spoken for funded yeah and the slide will have

[2:56:02] stairs instead of steps
