[8:14] update that we are just right off of Windows systems, and as Windows changes and does their

[8:19] upgrades, our PLCs can't talk back to it, so they have to rewrite code to make those translate.

[8:26] And as you do different PLCs, we try to stick with the similar PLCs and all the sites to make sure

[8:31] so that they could be switched in and out

[8:33] and they're a quality brand.

[8:36] And then with the malicious threats that you hear

[8:40] in the news, they're not used buzzwords.

[8:43] This will upgrade that and build tighter firewalls.

[8:47] So it's less likely that we're going to get hacked.

[8:50] So right now, we have a system in place

[8:52] where if you're not in the building in their skater room,

[8:56] you cannot manipulate or skate at all.

[8:58] So it's off line off out of hands of malicious intent or threatening characters.

[9:03] So well, four and seven, we're going to do some pump upgrades there and do some down

[9:09] over down hole exploration, just make sure water quality and our public equipment is doing

[9:15] But we had some other well failures this year, the kind of side line that pushes it off

[9:20] So I thought this was a good time to start building SCADA on our behalf.

[9:25] It will take 12 months to 14 months to completely rebuild and upgrade our SCADA system.

[9:32] So that's why we were asking to reallocate funds now so we can start their process of

[9:37] rebuilding our SCADA system and making it stronger for the future.

[9:41] SCADA systems age out just like any other computer system does, unlike as I was doing updates

[9:45] continually, but it's time for a full, full SCADA upgrade to this extent.

[9:51] So it holds the current system right now.

[9:56] PC is six months old, about the software internally.
