Bonsoir tout le monde! Could we start with
councilmembers report and we'll
[0:43]
begin with counselor district that. Help fools.
Same thing with counselor woman Counselor
[0:59]
Tremblay Counter strike something. That. Just
as part of the development of the City of
[1:13]
Pointe-Claire climate plane and council resolutions.
Posted in November. This evening, we're
[1:18]
gonna be singing in the contract for the écosystémique
study on Pointe-Claire territory which is
[1:25]
the first step towards development of the virus
city Masterplan. That was part of the
[1:30]
council resolution November. I think it's a
positive step. Other steps are coming forward.
[1:34]
So this resolution. This contract can be awarded.
And we can start moving forward. Thank
[1:40]
you. Thank you. Counter so. Unfortunately.
I'll begin with my wonderful news. Depuis notre
[1:48]
dernière réunion, j'ai appris qu'une citation
en déontologie municipale a été déposée
contre
[1:56]
moi auprès de la Commission municipale du
Québec. Les accusations portées contre moi
[2:03]
[7:17]
pas les dépenses considérablement plus importantes
de l'ancien maire,
[7:22]
auxquelles ils ont parfois directement participé.
Since our last meeting, I learned that the
[7:29]
municipal ethics citation have been filed against
me with the Commission municipal, Commission
[7:34]
municipale du Québec, The charge against me
related to the use of a vehicle provided by
the city
[7:40]
and the use of a city creditcard to pay for
gas and will expenses related to meetings of
the
[7:46]
association of Suburban maires between december
twenty twenty one and April twenty twenty four
[7:52]
I would like to infosize from the outset that
i firmly the allegations in the citation and
[7:58]
to vigorous silly contest them before the Commission
municipale du Québec. I believe I have
[8:04]
always completed with all the applicable rules
as this matter is before the judicial process.
[8:10]
I won't be responding to questions our commenting
on this specifics of the citation beyond
[8:14]
what I'm saying now and in the statement. Posted
on my Facebook page but regardless of the legal
[8:22]
issue. I want to reassure citizens that I have
been spending their taxpayers
[8:26]
dollars. Appropriately. And that is consistants
with what Previous maire of Pointe-Claire
[8:31]
have done. I also want to give them a sense
of the sky and be transparent about the amount
[8:38]
involved all are available via access to information
all three of the previous of Pointe-Claire
[8:44]
were given the city equivalent of the least
company car as a condition of their employment
[8:50]
and allowed to pay for gas with a city credit
card in twenty twenty one council voted
[8:56]
unanimous lie to transfer the lease on maire
Belvedere Toyota Rav for over to him personally
[9:02]
so that he could continue driving it as a personal
vehicle after leaving office. On gas our
[9:10]
expenses were similar as one would expect he
was made for longer but also served during
[9:15]
the covid lockdown at a time when gas price
were much lower than they are today I expenses
[9:24]
five thousand five hundred ten dollars and
gas oil the expanse for thousand hundred and
for
[9:28]
both using our respective city credit card
on restaurant meals the differences in our
credit
[9:33]
card expenses were much different ways much
bigger the difference was much bigger I
[9:38]
spend one thousand three hundred and two three
sens largely on working with other mayor's
after
[9:44]
the monthly meetings of the association of
suburban Mère municipalities or assessment.
I
[9:50]
tried to be reasonable and what I ordered and
I only used the city credit card to pay for
my
[9:55]
own food. Maire Belvedere spend ten thousand
hundred and 300, including over two thousand
for
[10:02]
hundred dollars for lunch and dinner at home
alone. He also expense dinner with the
[10:08]
assessment, but besides its own meals. He frequently
used this clear credit card to pay for the
[10:14]
milk of others in a variety of different contextes.
These included of other city and
[10:20]
members of Pointe-Claire Council such as counselor.
Stanford. Stork Cousineau Authority Gulin.
[10:26]
He also expenses meals with private individual
such as his political campaign advisor.
[10:34]
Michelle Tate or j'en tempora a developers
involved in the cubic project and the former
[10:41]
vice-president to Mr. Tony Accurso. Well I
understand why some citizens might legitimate
[10:46]
lies questions in the fact that their elected
officials have had this kind of expenses at
all. I
[10:52]
believe that means were reasonable appropriate
and in line with what have been done in
[10:56]
Pointe-Claire and in other city. It is also
legitimate to ask why certaine citizens and
members of
[11:02]
council who have been involved in following
these complaint would take issues with my
[11:06]
expenses, but not with considerably bigger
spending by the previous maire which on
[11:10]
occasion the directly participated in I have
I've never been to look for more and
[11:17]
never have been there and in over decades and
on a final note I just want to say that there
is
[11:25]
a weird fridge in the office. I want fridges
for one which I have never used for one but
I
[11:30]
just wonder why that one fridge was there and
I must say that I have never taken anybody
too
[11:38]
I've never taken anybody out for dinner nor
have I ever used my wine fridge which make
explain
[11:42]
my lower popularity. I'm not sure that not
I will mit lower popularity amongst council.

[21:06]
Before you get up to ask your priority to Pointe-Claire.
Residence non residence can ask
[21:11]
your questions afterwards. If time has not
run out and first off the bad is Mister Gary
card
[21:21]
Bizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I am here
tonight to bring the attention of traffic flow
This
[21:31]
would be on the corner of time and still view.
I'm living there for a few months now since
[21:40]
september. It's a risky situation, especially
with fifty fifty three trailers on a corner
[21:46]
where they turned off the time to go up to
still view. It's also a situation that is going
[21:54]
to get worse because when they make that right
and turn across the street from there. You
are
[22:01]
going to have townhouse that are being built
which means the construction of the are going
to
[22:06]
park, right along on one side of still view.
Which means instead of having two to go straight
and
[22:15]
right and when to go left you are going to
have everything into one. It's gonna be very
[22:20]
tight and very risky business at the same time.
You have kids walking up. I'm going to school.
[22:30]
Sometimes you'll see that those tractor trailer
when they make their turn are coming onto the
[22:36]
sidewalk. Even though there's kids are that
standing are waiting for the light the risky
[22:42]
situation when the construction starts. It's
gonna get tighter. So what I would like to
do is
[22:48]
have somebody from your city. Meet me on that
corner so I can verify with them that they
can
[22:56]
see the potential risks and see what we can
do to fix that situation before something
[23:03]
happens. Okay. I think that can be arranged.
I mean. I don't see. Why not. And thank you
for
[23:08]
us to that we already know you may not know
about it, but absolutely we'll look into it
[23:14]
because that is a serious concern and I thank
you for it. And we should probably orange to
[23:18]
have that happen. If possible so we're looking
to that thank you for. Thank you for bringing
that
[23:23]
you are attention cause that is a serious one.
Thank you very much, sir. Susan Weaver. Thank
[23:37]
you for the report that you submitted last
month. It is dated the cure April seventh
[23:44]
twenty twenty four at seven am I still have
a question has to why the insurance report
was so
[23:52]
different from the police report. And why didn't
you have a corrected when the city first
[23:56]
received received it soon after the accident.
Benoit was in contact with the city from April
[24:04]
Twelve to April Thirtieth. Twenty twenty for
the insurance information was very detailed
[24:08]
and I received this information through access
the information October twenty-four twenty
[24:14]
twenty four and it still had not been corrected.
It is only you that could have access to the
[24:20]
police report because it is considered personal
the city could not have that information.
[24:26]
So why don't you have it corrected immediately?
Okay. That's a good question. Cause. I
[24:30]
didn't know about it until you brought that
to my intention. I had had a car accident.
[24:34]
Apparently the insurance broker or the person
in the office I hundred thousand miles from
the
[24:40]
accident road that I had the accident five
hours before I actually had it. I had no idea
[24:46]
that that person who does that miss Weaver
brought that to my everybody's Attention in
[24:51]
question period which was very kind so I didn't
looked into it because I know exactly what
time
[24:57]
I had the accident cause it was in the morning
and I was immediately attended by a
[25:03]
transport Quebec officials then a police officer
than two trucks and then mason the drive me
[25:09]
home. So I had ample witness in evidence of
what time. I had it so I wasn't particularly
[25:15]
concerned. I'm still not concerned about the
insurance report cause it's for you and
[25:19]
everybody all the official and people are responsible,
including the piper officer
[25:25]
rectified the problem. So thank you for bringing
that my attention and that it has been
[25:27]
rectified. So thank you very much, I haven't
changed the insurance one I'd love to know
[25:33]
who that person was and why they put the wrong
wrong time on her report because that is a
really
[25:38]
bad thing for them to have done and I should
absolutely track that person down and I should
[25:43]
get I should get the police officer. Tout tout
correct that individual because that would
be
[25:49]
the police officer who actually wrote the reporting
visited the accident scene and maybe other
[25:53]
people to correct that individual because that
person did a bad things and they did
[25:57]
their job very poorly at my expense and I don't
appreciate it. And you're right, I should
[26:02]
go after that because but I did actually get
the. Full information. You don't get you
[26:09]
gotta access to a foolish document tout à
false document which nobody knew about had
[26:17]
mutual connect and everything so and my is
the accent you had with the city leads car
happened
[26:23]
up north on a personal trip to what did you
make us personal use of the city supplied cars
[26:29]
over the years and did your personal youth
on your. I've as this mother is before the
[26:35]
judicial process, I won't be responding Toute
question ou combating on the specifics of
[26:39]
the situation beyond what I have said now and
in the statement. Posted on my Facebook page
Thank
[26:45]
you, Miss Weaver. Olga Schellenberg, Killing
Back. Okay, Sorry. Olga. Killing back,
[26:57]
I'm the residents of Pointe-Claire and also
a. Former Teacher at Lester Pearson and
[27:05]
Lecture School the old school board. Anyway,
all to say is that I'm here to talk about the
[27:13]
very big problem on. Delmar and you know what
this is called the cannot. Le cannot and there's
a
[27:25]
little in its shape building. First of all
of talking about the high shape building where
is
[27:31]
a little defined located and a daycare called.
L'Académie des petites mains, My young
[27:41]
granddaughter three years old is attending
that. And I have taken picture yesterday it's
a pulling
[27:49]
the parking lot the owner of the daycare has
approached the where the owner of the of the
building
[28:01]
and nothing can be done. And it's been like
this for quite a few years. I am I have to
this
[28:11]
time you have to pass it if you don't mind.
You have to describe what it is not at the
[28:19]
microphone, not so that it people watching
the webcast can't hear you. But if you could
[28:22]
just reserve all your comments to the microphone.
So everybody CAN you know it's great it's.
[28:28]
Big holds holds all over the parking lot the
owner of the building has been approached
[28:35]
many times. It's a pulling, it's like an obstacle
course to go into to try to park anywhere
[28:44]
there you'll see by the pictures. I have taken
photo it's so they don't know what to
[28:51]
do anymore. They have approached the owner
and sometimes he has put gravel and stuff like
that.
[28:58]
But that doesn't do you'll see the halls and
they're real big pulls all over the park and
this
[29:05]
is a private parking lot. It's yes, but they
also like the owner, and Mrs. Dane she also
[29:11]
pay for the parking. But she is the private
owner of the parking lot. Do we have any jurisdiction
[29:21]
over making sure that that parking lots is
this the city have any si on a civil matter
[29:25]
between the owner and you know the other yes
and functionality. Yeah! Nothing to do the
town can
[29:33]
we have no we have no. I don't think we have
any legal recourse. I don't think so what
[29:37]
would you say what could be could do you have
any advice where you get some legal help? I
[29:43]
mean. Yes, Absolutely. When I'm the council
for the area and I can speak to you afterwards.
I'm
[29:52]
in and this has been a. Problem à long. Standing.
I've spoken mrs down on the issue. Okay, WE
[30:01]
have we have done what we can and I could explain
to you privately. What the obstacles
[30:05]
are but I don't think I can explain it public.
But have you ever seen that parking. Yes! So
[30:12]
you know what? Yes! It's not the parent drop-in
off there children are just navigating
[30:19]
like very carefully. I mean you can just navigate
so much I mean. It's so I'm so glad that
[30:27]
you you have seen it and you understand then.
Okay. Thank you very much. Thank you. Thank
you.
[30:34]
C'est gentil. Bizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
So goodevening. I'm back again.
[30:51]
I was the first time here on January Thirty
for the public consultation concerning the
[30:59]
bylaw for terrasses in Pointe-Claire. My name
is sam Prentice. I'm a business I work
[31:05]
in business in Pointe-Claire and I'm also reside
a Pointe-Claire. Here's what I'm started with
at
[31:11]
the public consultation I've made recommendations
to everyone concerning what you came up with
[31:19]
about us in Pointe-Claire. What I suggested
to the DJ, which I also have a very nice
[31:23]
conversation with her this week in stating
to her what I wanted to all of council to understand
[31:31]
that the terahertz need to be opened as peur
the individual business hours of every single
[31:38]
entity in Pointe-Claire. Now that means my
business. Maybe I can close at twelve, but
I've
[31:45]
got business like mckibbin manoir a few others
milano they're gonna stay open longer.
[31:53]
Why are these people being said to close Sunday
to Thursday at ten friday Saturday at eleven.
[32:02]
We've went through a lot with covid. Now we're
we've got a deal with us now We're being
[32:09]
told that we can operate our business as our
operating hour of inside. We're also being
told
[32:17]
that we can't have amplified music which is
not the case. I think the amplified music when
[32:23]
I'm in your draft, which is not very clear.
It concerns amplified music for musicians
[32:31]
not for music. That's background. Music taking
it consideration the newton's law
[32:37]
that we keep into respect of the dead disposal
of each individual zone. My problem is none
of you
[32:47]
I started to all of you. I'm here to help.
So are a lot of my colleagues are here to help
each
[32:53]
and every one of you put this into consideration
and make this feasible for all of us. How can
[33:01]
you turn around and states that we can just
operate like this close our terrace. No problem.
I
[33:07]
told you on that day and beautiful July night.
You have a beautiful table going. And I've
[33:11]
gotta close my theory and then the clock at
night when I'm open to midnight inside or other
[33:17]
places are open two, two three of clock in
the morning or whatever you might be how is
[33:21]
that feasible. It makes no sense. WE missed
the ball and this what I was told is that all
[33:29]
of you. When you voted on it on the second
draft. You thought that you can make amendement
to
[33:35]
the one line and the line that I've got in
question is operating our its number of
[33:41]
forget the seven two five number whatever was
operating hours of commercial terrace the
[33:47]
commercial terrace can operate every day during
the operating season following this casual
[33:53]
Sunday to Thursday between seven and ten PM
Friday and Saturday between seven eleven PM
some of
[34:01]
you have been on council or I've been in public
service more than one sessions and you have
many
[34:10]
bylaws. How can you not understand that the
second draft is a final draft. WE need to do
[34:17]
something about this. WE need to modify this.
So I can go on and on and on. I'll keep it
simple.
[34:25]
I think you get the best of when I'm getting
out here and we can go further. So my question
is
[34:30]
Mister maire will this happen. I hope so and
if you on the bottom of this. This draft. I
voted
[34:43]
against it for that reason and others the amplified
music. When also the amplified sound. I find
[34:51]
still to this to this day ridiculous. And you
heard me say that I'm. I'm gonna try and push
[34:57]
back on this war against fun and Pointe-Claire.
And that is my feeling on this. This whole
[35:03]
trustpilot. I think that commercial establishment
should have their terrasse open their
[35:09]
opening hours. I actually think that should
be true in the Pointe-Claire village as well.
[35:13]
Which is another struggle? There is a distinction
between where is the manoir. Where trois
[35:19]
brasseurs located works in a more residential
areas. So yeah, There is a distinction and
we
[35:27]
all as the council have acknowledged. WE got
the letter and we appreciate it and. And
[35:31]
we're reflecting. We're going to try and make
something happen. And that's the conclusion
House
[35:35]
of our cookie meeting tonight. So this one
and two. I can understand can have their own
[35:41]
subpart. But they should also be taken into
consideration. This entry like mine. I've told
you
[35:48]
would be bothering Mister lobbycratie street
that in the wall. And so now my follow-up to
[35:55]
you Mister Maire, would you marry Thomas work
with the council to make this happen.
[36:01]
Absolutely. Okay. Would have you followed any
of this this the debate around the ball. I
want
[36:09]
my Facebook posts. Cause I've. I've been pretty
hard on this one for a long time. And I've
[36:13]
been in your court from day one and has a business
man in the Pointe-Claire village. And I am
[36:21]
I have to. And now I don't like I find it.
I find what I think you're bring wonderful
[36:27]
contribution to our community and you should
be able to make money and open and in as many
[36:31]
ways as you can. And how you are your clients
to. To benefit from what I mean. I mean the
man who
[36:39]
are all the time. I love it there. I mean I've
die for me to close. This place is down at
the
[36:43]
limit The ability to make money is sadness
me because there is a gift to us and I will
absolutely
[36:49]
work in in that regarded one hundred pour 100.
So now so now this is rectified and this has
[36:55]
been revamped. Do I have a guarantee along
with all my colleagues and there's a lot of
[37:03]
business that are behind me on this one that
we will not be bothered by the public security
[37:09]
or find that one thing the other because I
and but one shot and I can't speak for others.
I can
[37:17]
tell you what my votes will be and has been.
And if you follow this debate, you'll see that
[37:21]
I've been consisting from day one but I know
you people over estimate the power of the maire
[37:25]
and there are right to decide to make this
decision so I can't speak for others. But they
can
[37:31]
counter strike me. Would you like to Okay?
So I'm just saying I usually get. No. No, no,
no I
[37:39]
thought you were no I want to do all work on
this together. I'm not here to politicians.
I'm not
[37:43]
here for you guys got enough on your plate
and you gotta do what you're in and out. I'm
talking
[37:49]
from a business sense. I'm talking for everybody
here it comes in and enjoy the short
[37:53]
summer and everything were facing with the
crazy off and what thing the other. Why not
[37:58]
come and see in the relax and enjoy. This is
my problem. Let us make money let my employees
[38:03]
make your money and be there and one thing
the other go ahead. I'm used to this stuff
of public
[38:13]
speaker. You're not but. That's okay. I'm I'm
sorry. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I just wanted
to add
[38:21]
that we have been having discussion about this.
And we're looking at how we can make it
[38:25]
work with the existing nuisance by law and
with the different zoning. So we've been having
[38:31]
discussion about places that are in commercial,
zone, worse, mixed us, zone, etc. Our goal
[38:37]
was to get this by law out because it tutch
many other facets and then to work on
[38:43]
making in amendement to do what you're speaking
about specifically in time for our
[38:50]
summer season. But we have we've been having
discussions about this. The last few weeks
and
[38:56]
don't think that we're not on board we've been
trying to figure out a way to make it work
[39:01]
for everybody. Whether it be in a commercial,
zone mixte, zone residential, zone, etc. WE
just
[39:06]
want to make sure that were able to uphold
our laws as well. And that we can make this
work for
[39:12]
everyone cause we know that people like to
frequent this establishment. WE all frequent
[39:17]
this establishment and that it would be and
the complexity of having to close as much earlier
[39:23]
than the restaurant, etc. So please be reassured
that it is something, we are discussing and
[39:28]
we wanted to let you know that moving forward
like Yes you will see us like you will potentially
[39:35]
see us pass this tonight. But we are looking
at an amendment to work with the world is in
the
[39:40]
way that our legal and our planning department
can help us figure it out work. Take it just
[39:49]
how to beat to what counselor stand for it
said. Is that you know we have to have an
[39:54]
understanding that of the legal implications
of changing such bylaws how it affect all of
this
[39:59]
city. How everything was so much more involved
in their home to your point about the world
[40:04]
themselves. You know I was the first person
to say that it is. I believe in oversight and
in
[40:09]
reference to those towers. If you know us we
took. Items agenda items seventeen point,
[40:14]
two off the agenda and that is specifically
because to address these things to address
these
[40:20]
issues we were unaware of that change could
not be made after the second draft below which
was
[40:26]
new to all of us and that you question in person
of all counselor. You know they would
[40:32]
say the same thing, It's not the same thing
slightly different. It's slightly different.
But
[40:37]
mister Will, probably you know that that has
been dropped from the agenda, which he might
[40:44]
appreciate over time. I suspect but it is not
the it is not linked to the same as linked
to
[40:49]
the renovations of the man where itself exactly
sorry I apologize for that. I just just to
[40:57]
clarify. Item five point seven. This is the
final adoption of the below, Mister. Perfect.
So
[41:06]
it was an oversight and steps will be taken
to address it because I believe that there's
[41:12]
nothing wrong with an establishment and the
existing prior rules which were here
[41:16]
newton's below. Should not be established.
But we have to get to that process. I'll leave
you
[41:22]
with this account and each of you to work together
on this one. Get it resolved terrasses
[41:28]
are right now from April first to november
turn it in Pointe-Claire. Thank you for
[41:34]
your time and please again. If you need my
help or any other person in this business in
the
[41:42]
commercial establishment of restaurants or
bars. Please reach out to us. So we can give
[41:47]
you the input and help you make these things
correct. Thank you. Thank. You. Thank you so
Longue.
[41:58]
I'm listening. It came up in January. So there
you go. Geneviève Lussier. Bonsoir tout
[42:12]
le monde. Début mars, le gouvernement du Québec
et du Canada ont signé un accord.
[42:18]
a
[42:50]
[43:12]
l'administration, avec le soutien du Conseil,
considérait écrire une lettre au ministère
[43:16]
[43:56]
réserver des fonds. Donc, comme, comme j'ai
mentionné encore là, Sauvons la forêt, Fairview
a
[44:01]
déjà été en contact avec le ministère
de l'Environnement pour le plan Nature 20 30.
Thank
[44:08]
you.
[44:20]
Canada-Québec. Donc, je suis ici pour demander
si l'administration, avec le
[44:25]
soutien du Conseil, considérerait faire application
pour ce fonds au plan nature ou
[44:30]
au Fonds de l'accord de Nature. L'Accord Québec-Canada
bizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
[44:36]
Merci. Madame Lussier. A madame Verdon, est
ce qu'on peut le faire? On peut le faire. On
peut
[44:42]
le faire. La discussion That we need it council?
Okay. Okay. Et juste un. Juste un petit ajout
[44:48]
[45:10]
forte. Merci. Absolutely I think it would be
great if you made in appointment to meet with
the
[45:20]
council so that that discussion can happen
with that would be good to you. I'm gonna kindly
Do
[45:27]
you all feel like we should make individual
or without council as a whole administration
because I
[45:33]
don't I don't know what I think that's all
would be much better. I think I would want
to get all
[45:39]
of you. I want. Organizations to speak to us
it's usually to the council of a whole. Okay.
It's
[45:49]
all about transparency open the transparent
better appreciate it for sure. Okay. Thank
you very
[45:56]
much. Merci. Okay. Juste vous aviser qu'il
y a un nom qui a été ajouté. Alisha Right?
Ok.
[46:02]
Alisha Right? Evening. Mary Thomas. Member
of the Council to my fellow citizens so I'm
here
[46:17]
at the board member of our bountiful blessings
charity and one of the payer one of our
[46:23]
focus. Pelé is the senior spiller. WE know
that in Pointe-Claire. You know about on
[46:28]
statistics that we've been looking into that
there's a rising number of senior,
[46:31]
especially over the edge of seventy-five. Oui,
oui, Locked out, some of the activity that
[46:36]
the City of Pointe-Claire. Offering for senior.
When we wanted to know could we or does
[46:42]
the city work with other organizations to see
how they can get rich more seniors. One
[46:50]
two also and we've done some work with my woman.
So we know she is definitely actively
[46:56]
involved. Of course. WE don't know what everyone
else is doing but two we also want to know
how
[47:00]
our activity chosen that are going to be done
for senior because when we look at the list
[47:04]
of activities that happens. WE wonder if they
are activities that would be appealing
[47:10]
culturally to other ethnic groups and if not
how could we work together. So that we can
[47:15]
ensure that the city of Pointe-Claire is using
funds that could actually support. You
[47:21]
know multiethnique Pointe-Claire. Well interesting
question, I think we're not bad
[47:27]
at it. WE have it for seniors and we have our
various recreational programs. I'm
[47:33]
marvellous at my staff and what the city does
with our senior community? I think there is
[47:39]
commendable. I think we're topshelf whether
they can work with others certainly. I'm no
I
[47:45]
can't speak for what the willingness or how
I can't speak for other other department or
[47:51]
other people and involved, but as far as cultural
their pretty good. I've got the most of the
[47:56]
senior activity and they are quite in their
inspirational. And I think as a city. WE should
[48:03]
be our fairly. I'm very proud of what I see
on a weekly basis. If you follow my Facebook
page I'm
[48:09]
an senior activity every every week end, they're
marvellous couldn't improve absolutely. CAN
[48:15]
they take benefit from the specialized knowledge
of others. Absolutely how we go about doing
[48:21]
that it's a very good question. I think that
maybe. I'll leave that and madame Verdon JL
[48:25]
Department. Okay. WE have an employees working
for the senior. So I will ask you to
[48:32]
contact Katelyn tomorrow and after that I can
give you you know all the core all you know
[48:38]
the numbers that we can call and I have a discussion
with her and the activity that you can offer
[48:44]
and see. It was something that we can work
together. Parfait. Merci beaucoup. Yes, we
also a
[48:50]
few years ago, we started working on and equity
diversity and inclusive Nice. Well it
[48:56]
wasn't really committee. It was me in another
employee to start, but it's now a working group
[49:02]
with in the city and so they do have an action
plan and different facettes. That they
[49:09]
are looking at as I'm sure you know all things
take time and so we have math with organization
[49:18]
with her company to come in and help us with
this. We're working with experts so that we
can make
[49:25]
teams with different organization around the
West Island that represented
[49:29]
different groups whether it be cultural groups,
sexual orientation, etc, etc. Ability.
[49:37]
And so we are working in conjunction with different
groups and specialists in order
[49:43]
to help us create this action plan and move
forward and make positive change and yes, we
[49:49]
already do amazing and great things. But there's
always room for improvement and our
[49:54]
population is not static and it change and
so do the needs of diverse population, and
so we
[50:00]
are aware of that and it's an ongoing project,
but it's something that we. WE are
[50:05]
working on and that the city is committed to
wonderfull. So we were here to where you want
to
[50:11]
work, we want to be a part of the family and
do all we can to support. So whether it's senior,
[50:16]
whether it's in educational activities. WE
have our summer camp these are things that
we do
[50:20]
in the city of Pointe-Claire and we definitely
want to work with the weather is doing. And
[50:24]
involved in this type of activity to serve.
Pointe-Claire. Asbestos. WE can.
[50:28]
Thank you. Thank you. 5.1. Notice of a draft
