[3:52] department showed up there and they spend three four hours putting putting food on the
[3:57] shelves packing up box wherever they have to do so. Je pense que c'est vraiment honorable
[4:02] qu'on a eu quinze employés qui ont pris l'initiative d'aller donner du temps après les
[4:08] travaux au travail, un soir pour pendant trois ou 4 h pour aider le West Island. Merci et

[6:01] to all. >> M. Tremblay. >> Oui, bonsoir, Monsieur le
[6:05] Maire.
Surtout.
[7:13] Joyeux Noël, Joyeuses fêtes et bonne année à tous. Coyote. Recently reported in the
[7:19] hermitage area. All the community were generally and avoid humans. It's important to
[7:24] know how to act in their presence. Do not feed the coyotes feeding can encourage
[7:28] them to approach human altering their natural behavior maintaining safe distance. If
[7:33] you see a cavity keep your distance to avoid any contact. Do not let your dog approach.
[7:38] The wild animal keep your dog close to you or pick it up make noise in the body to move away
[7:44] by making noise were speaking loudly walk slowly backwards if coyotes approach move away
[7:49] slowly without turning your back and mountain eye contact never run running can trigger à
[7:55] coyotes Chase instinct remember also to have a Merry Christmas, happy holidays and happy new
[8:00] year. Thank you mister. >> Thank you very much Bruno for educational sessions.
[8:05] Monsieur. Monsieur Rezinsky. >> Thank you everyone will if you have any other additional
[8:12] with. Que I would strongly suggest that my company and their brand of. Quick things
[8:23] for this evening first of my voice mail at the city all have had some technical issues. So
[8:31] it's been added that was the period of this week where I didn't have access to it. And

[12:05] président. >> Merci. >> Gary, car.
[12:18] >> Quoi? >> Good evening tonight, I have a question on the corner of
[12:25] stillview and but not the regular topics. La voile had a big bag of trees that there
[12:35] recently been cut down. Do we know if they had a permis to do so and why it was done.
[12:42] >> So great question where they did have a permit? There was five that were had to come down.
[12:49] There were dead and I got the picture of the rest of it was buckthorn that had to have to
[12:56] be cut down the same time and they have to come back in the spring. And did it all out and
[13:02] they have to plan, they did have a permis and when they did happen your council. Monsieur
[13:06] Tremblay. Did call me over inspectors immediately to make sure that you can't take down
[13:11] anything. They want to take down over the rest of the city. The next morning, he was taking
[13:16] down was the right to take down. So there in with what they were to do, but I do agree from
[13:22] looking at that right now to the big space choking, but they do have to replace in the
[13:28] spring. >> Thank you very much alright. >> Jianghu.
[13:44] >> So my name is John and you have a question regarding a specific situation. There is no
[13:53] proper sidewalk in front of the townhouse, which is in the district of. WE have.
[14:01] Communicate with the city, and that we haven't got you know the conformation when and how
[14:09] to gonna be solved. >> That's. What street. I'm so the right now. There is just a
[14:17] proper right now. You're just right now, right one. >> In the snow smile. It's so
[14:23] much and you can work properly. So that's the first and second. >> For you. So you do not right
[14:33] now. There is the transition that it has to take place. WE are not the property of the
[14:38] owner of it. WE have to have some big discussions with that whole project right now. WE
[14:42] have many issues that one of the issues. It will be addressing.
[14:47] >> Thank you for your. Concern is when I have a grass. This is the neighbors cause city like
[14:54] in five minutes. Thank you for the good service. My point is this has been many years. And
[15:02] we can't do this loan. You know I don't understand why can't be solved and give the pressure to
[15:09] the developer. >> I have understand the legal these. Madame Thibault, avez
[15:13] vous la réponse pour ça? Ça prend combien de temps de. Non. >> On travaille avec le
[15:20] promoteur actuellement.
Oh sorry, I'm talking to you in French, I will talk to the administration.
[16:08] WE will ask for what we can find out or that problem. Expedia is first, we can have
[16:16] only been here for a month. But we will ask for that meeting will work together and we'll
[16:20] get back to you, but we don't have an email address for you, so maybe you could leave your
[16:25] email address outside after definitely. We'll get back to you.
[16:29] >> There is no streetlights. Pure talk and it's not safe, you know for all the resistance
[16:39] over there, then if I was told it was designed away and who prove it. How can this planning
[16:49] be anybody or any anyone without a straight line without pupper. Sidewalk, So the
[16:58] question means you know who prove it? How can you get it down? WE know the point clear
[17:03] it so strict and so tough to get your approval for any development and construction.
[17:10] So that's the question remains in the who. Who did that. >> So again? I don't want the
[17:16] answer for it, but what we will be doing well, you will find out if there is streetlights
[17:21] plans and what the what the big planet will get back to you and that when I don't know it
[17:26] tonight. I don't know what the whole plan is the finish plan. I don't have it. I don't know
[17:31] it, but we will definitely look into it. And then we'll get back to you.
[17:35] >> In the answer right away, appreciate it that you know what I look into it will get in
[17:40] this town. Appreciate it. Thank you very much. >> And something will be doing
[17:43] for everybody when we get ask the question and we don't have the answer the tonight, you'll
[17:47] be able to get the answer on the website in the coming days. Okay, So so what we're going to
[17:53] try the question. The last month, we're gonna try and this month and so what you will be
[17:58] able to get all the information. Thank you and that's why you were asking for your email
[18:03] address when you sign in so we can ask the questions, we can respond to you by email or get
[18:08] in touch with you Don't let you know. Thank you. >> Pilar Espaillat.
[18:24] >> Rewind. Good evening. Counselor. Ladies and gentlemen, so I do plan to be there the
[18:33] fifteenth. But my question is with regards to environment the problem with bed and having so
[18:39] we did get the timeline on when they work for the catch basing in terracotta questions today
[18:46] regarding the timeline. On a particular people that has been inspected. And it goes it's
[18:54] right. Here is not my property. But the one next to the townhouse. It's a pipe that
[19:00] goes from twelfth idlewood going south into donegani and then it runs all the way to the
[19:08] main sewer. I believe is where the townhouse and and it has been inspected and there's a
[19:15] problem with it. So we want to know what's the timeline of the repair and when the repair are
[19:23] completed. Is it going to be tested before the real water. Comme cause it will come
[19:30] eventually. >> So I don't know. Madame, est ce que c'est pas le même tuyau
[19:35] qu'on a à régler cette semaine? Non, c'est un autre nom. >> Another one, but I don't
[19:40] have the time line with me. So I can see you back. >> Maybe it's Mr Sean. Mcclean
[19:47] McLane. He's been in contact with my neighbor and there talked about all specific, but
[19:55] we want to know. What's the timeline? He's inspected it. There are problems with it. I'm
[20:00] not exactly. I'm not going to go into detail because I don't know it. The details with my
[20:05] neighbor. Let's talk to him but what is the timeline on that. >> So I will get back to you
[20:11] because I have a on Friday to discuss what we're going to talk about the presentation
[20:15] everything and we do have some good news. There is the people that goes down under last call
[20:21] it the train track that service a lot of that there is that we were able to open up that it
[20:26] goes all way down to the lake. We're doing a lot of work, and that is that your particulars
[20:31] that I don't know about what about another one? The other day? We'll get the information
[20:36] and we'll get back to you. >> Thank you. >> Thank you.
[20:42] >> John. >> And also was for the small area and I'm obviously I've
[20:58] heard the answer, but that we have plan to complete the entire wounded area or just
[21:05] stick up three. >> And I don't have that plan in front of my. I don't know
[21:11] they are responsible to put back in amount of stuff. I don't know what it is. I can
[21:17] tell you what they were loud to cut down and what the cut down and what is going back. I don't
[21:22] know that I don't have a picture that the night again. We'll get back to you. There is
[21:27] a permis that they have. There is part of the process. So yes, we can give us a couple of days
[21:32] will send you planting planting plans. It has to be done. There is still have to do because
[21:36] they cut it down. But you have to pull it out. You have to dig it out.
[21:41] >> In order to kill it. >> Really don't be back in the spring to do that and then I'll
[21:46] do the plantation. >> OK? >> Alright, Thank you.
[21:49] >> Debbie. >> Good evening when we're going to stop or educate people
[22:02] about burning wood because it's the armed himself and the arm the neighbors, so when we're
[22:09] going to stop that please and to educate people to tell them that is bad for environment bad
[22:14] for health. Cette idée de stop all that so when we're going to do in Pointe-Claire, Please.
[22:23] >> I can't tell you that it's coming up many times over the years one thing to clear. Did
[22:28] they were one of the first municipality way back when to change the regulation that they
[22:33] would like to use it had to standard. As many people bearing would now I don't think
[22:44] so, but I don't agree with you, but we do it coming up every year again. We'll have to ask
[22:51] it down with the council. It's a new council. So it's a great conversation that have it has
[22:57] been up many times. So we'll see it down with the new council, and we'll do it and
[23:02] we'll get back to you for you hear about it in the down the road, what the decision will be,
[23:07] but yeah, it's like I said we'll go for new counselor in the past. WE were happy with
[23:13] the way. WE were happy. We're all happy with the way things were going going down. There is
[23:19] no, but I'm not going to be a good time to look at it. >> Because when I was just
[23:25] burning out. The old black is smile, even when you walk even walk and in the window. It's
[23:31] not just only you know. So please try to do something because for the environment for
[23:38] us for our health. Thank you for that. >> You will get back.
[23:42] >> Questions about in the agenda. Fifteen point Seven. Seven years. Vient à votre can
[24:02] ask. >> Why normally what we do is that we answer when you get
[24:08] what we will give you when we get there. But I don't know if you want it all night. WE can
[24:14] do. >> You about the reason asking the quick and because when they
[24:18] start after the august nine. Twenty twenty four d'idées de rénovation with the estimation
[24:26] one point five Million de dollars pour rénover all that the hundred and now the cost
[24:33] over two million dollars for. All the library. It's over three days a week and Bernie
[24:43] people they go there and we have very nice library. Here also not busy everything in the
[24:48] website. And now so because my tax it. About 6 % for last years. That's why I'm concerned.
[24:56] WE have to cut the cost of operating the city, please, so we don't have to increase the
[25:03] tax for us and also to do the priority think like the infrastructure the sur the
[25:12] dream, the road. What is the most damage and in the clear. So please, we have priority
[25:18] than all just to serve some you know some groups. >> Just to get the particular
[25:27] building it very special building and yes. Your anniversary. So it's the
[25:34] building and we started working on it. Because it was in the basement, then we had the
[25:42] flooding in the night and they found it, then they all there are working out. They found
[25:47] that the pieces in the ground where we have to be all changed and there you realize what
[25:52] we're into this now, we will do the elektricity bringing up the normes. It's a building. WE
[25:56] can't get rid of the building. This is part of the history. WE did we ask this question.
[26:00] Exactly what you're asking around the cookies table last week. Absolutely and we wanted
[26:04] the good definition of what I have to be done and why and that's exactly what I'm telling
[26:09] you. I mean, we can't knock down the building or the history of Pointe-Claire.
[26:13] There's something that they could find that they evaluated before they started to work and
[26:18] then there are a lot of surprises when they started taking up the floor is some
[26:22] floor and they go to the drain pipe. They were hundred years old. They had to be changed. So
[26:27] there is no point in putting a new floor and then have so yes, it's a lot of money, but on the
[26:33] other hand. WE need to protect the building if you are part of the hundred years of that
[26:38] building lots of history that there and we do use it for other groups right now, it's
[26:43] been used because of the situation, but hopefully the community will be able to
[26:48] benefit from it more than the road. >> Okay,
[26:51] >> Alright. >> You know we cut the costs for the city it so we're able
[26:56] to do. >> WE are very very of that we are happy.
[26:59] >> And we can help you can ask as we can help the city how we can cut the costs, especially
[27:05] we have all too many accounting too many people in business. Do you know how to cut the costs?
[27:10] So we can help. Thank you very much and God bless you and happy new year and Merry
[27:15] Christmas all. >> The best. Thank you Stella. >> Good evening everyone. I'm
[27:38] Haley Stella. Haley from Clark. I'm first would like to offer my welcome and positive hope
[27:47] from our new elected counselor that we can. Maintain together in this approach. First. I'd
[27:58] like to mention. I am the woman in Pointe-Claire who was honored with the middle of
[28:03] being the one person who shutdown city Council, three times be my hopeful
[28:10] presentation on the environmental consequences of wood burning in affiliation
[28:15] with doctors and scientists against wood smoke pollution as well I worked tirelessly with
[28:22] the city of Montreal to pass regulation and I'm very familiar with all of the
[28:28] information. So my question first is to you maire Belvedere. I must say I know I'm sure you
[28:37] do not remember, but first I'd like to ask you to please go to the website. Family's for clean
[28:42] air, you'll find information you need also doctors and scientists against wood smoke
[28:47] pollution. My questions are many so right to select the one that are easy.
[28:55] >> To look up there. So we're got to think so. >> Let's go, I would appreciate
[29:01] that thank you so much. This is a yes or no answer for you Maire Belvedere at the last
[29:08] council meeting before maire Thomas, I ask you are you okay with children with smoking
[29:14] their lungs And you did not answer. It's been a few years. You have time to think about it.
[29:20] Are you okay with children with smoke in their lungs? Okay. Thank you let that be noted. My
[29:29] second question is in the issue of health and environment. WE have seen the research on

[35:18] and we have to do some work on that we might have to enhance. WE have to enlarge it. But what
[35:23] we're doing that work. We're going to be looking at the future development and we're
[35:27] going out to change the size of the pump. You need to will put the big one and or whatever,
[35:33] but it's just the study of being done to see what it's that the condition and so it's.
