Morning
[0:06]
council staff and those joining us on
YouTube. Sorry for the slight delay.
[0:10]
We're still waiting for one of our
members to get on. Having technical
[0:14]
difficulties, but anyhow, we're going to
start the meeting. Uh just before we get
[0:18]
going, uh just want to recognize uh that
council and staff are wearing their
[0:24]
Terry Fox shirts and uh for the Terry
Fox Foundation. Just a reminder, the
[0:30]
Terry Fox run will be held this
September 20th out in Perkinsville.
[0:36]
Uh you can walk, run, bike, rollerblade,
whatever you'd like to do uh along the
[0:43]
Palm Beach Road. So any support for
cancer research will be greatly
[0:48]
appreciated as usual. So calling the me
meeting to order. The approval of the
[0:54]
agenda that the committee of the whole
agenda for September 9th, 2026 be
[1:00]
approved. Have it moved by councelor
Lashel, seconded by councelor Talbot.
[1:06]
All those in favor
and that is carried. Uh disclosures of
[1:12]
interest. Any member have a disclosure
of interest?
[1:16]
Not seeing any. If
uh members do come across that, they can
[1:22]
uh file it with the clerk. We have no
presentations or delegations. That'll
[1:26]
take us to protective and development
services. Uh not seeing councelor
[1:33]
Raymond back on yet. So, councelor
Lashel, I'll let you uh chair this
[1:38]
portion of the meeting.
>> Yes, deputy mayor. First item is 5.1
[1:44]
PDS 202632
manager planning and development service
[1:48]
read temporary use bylaw extension
205704 road I have a recommend
[1:54]
recommendation moved by councelor Larma
seconded by councelor Telbot that item
[1:59]
PDS 202632
dated September 9th 2026 regarding
[2:05]
temporary use bylaw extension file
number 2026-ZBA-2
[2:10]
for 20 5704 Road be received and that
the application 2026 said BA O2 for
[2:18]
20704
road be approved to permit a business
[2:23]
which consists only of a vehicle
equipment storage for a tree removal
[2:26]
business. firewood splitting, storage of
logs and wood chips for a maximum period
[2:31]
of 18 months and that the owners of
20570 road amend the existing
[2:37]
development agreement with the township
obtain and that the appropriate bylaw be
[2:41]
brought forward for council
consideration at a future meeting.
[2:47]
Anything further to add?
>> Uh thank you councel. Nothing further to
[2:51]
add. I would answer any questions on the
report.
[2:54]
Any questions for members of council?
[2:59]
Seeing none, all those in favor?
And that is carried.
[3:08]
5.2 PDS 202631
planning technician remunicipal heritage
[3:15]
registration update. Update of a
recommendation moved by deputy mayor
[3:20]
Norris seconded by Mayor Walker.
Recommendation that I in PDF 2026 031
[3:26]
dated September 9, 2026 regarding
admissible heritage registration be
[3:30]
received.
Any further to add to this?
[3:35]
» Thank you, Councelor L. Chappelle.
Nothing further to add but happy to
[3:39]
answer any questions.
>> Any questions for members of council?
[3:45]
Deputy mayor.
>> Thanks. Just a quick comment uh just in
[3:50]
the uh entrance way of uh the office uh
we have a uh a bulletin board up there
[3:57]
with all our previous single room school
houses and it's uh quite fascinating to
[4:02]
actually see the numbers that were
actually in Tay. So I just throwing that
[4:06]
plug out there. Thank you.
Just say any other further questions of
[4:11]
councel before I ask one
and maybe I read this wrong but just
[4:16]
made through to Miss Beamer when I read
it. Do I assume that the council of the
[4:22]
day can appoint can administer the
heritage label to any residents in Tate
[4:28]
Township? Is that what I'm reading that
the council has that ability?
[4:34]
» Uh to councelor Lashel. Um, not
necessarily the
[4:41]
uh heritage prop to designate a
property, it must meet criteria set out
[4:47]
in the uh heritage act in order to go
forth with the designation.
[4:55]
» Okay. Just my curiosity was I just
thought I read that council had that
[4:59]
ability and and if I was the homeowner
didn't want that designation there are a
[5:03]
lot of problems and pitfalls but long
there's some mechanisms in place that
[5:07]
does allow us to have the ability to
just take some ofund and some years old
[5:11]
and you know make it heritage thing
especially with the requirement
[5:15]
restrictions that follow with it. Okay.
Thank you. Any further questions?
[5:21]
Seeing none I call those a vote. All
those in favor and that is carried.
[5:26]
Moved on. Item 5.3 PDS 2026 033 manager
of building service CBO read monthly
[5:34]
activity report. I have a recommendation
moved by councelor Bumstead seconded by
[5:41]
councelor Raymond. That item PDS 2026
033 dated September 9, 2026 regarding
[5:48]
the monthly active report building
service division June through to August
[5:52]
2026 be received. Anything further to
add, Jason?
[5:56]
» Thank you, Mr. Chair. CBO Craig is on
vacation this week, so you have me and
[6:00]
instead I'm here to answer any questions
or get them for you at a future date.
[6:05]
» Any questions for members of council?
[6:10]
» Say none. I'll call those to vote. All
those in favor of the report and that is
[6:14]
carried.
Moving on to item 5.4 PDS 202629
[6:21]
manager missible law enforcement
services monthly active report for June
[6:26]
uh through August 2026.
I have a recommendation that is moved by
[6:31]
councelor Telbot, second by councelor
Armond
[6:35]
that the item PDS 26 regarding a
multi-active report malforcement service
[6:41]
be received. Any more further to add to
it? Johnson
[6:45]
» chair. Nothing further to add but happy
to answer any questions.
[6:49]
» Any questions for members of council?
>> Councelor Raymond.
[6:55]
» Thank you uh through the chair. Uh first
of all, I noticed that uh in the summary
[7:00]
there's uh what are we down to? I think
was one um STR
[7:07]
uh charge.
I'm getting uh one person has been
[7:11]
asking me quite often about the status
of the STRs in our uh township and I
[7:18]
tried or I'm going to be explaining to
him that the way we're doing it is the
[7:22]
way we've always done it and that was
just to enforce um all our bylaws. So I
[7:30]
think this speaks to the fact that I
don't think STRs are a problem here.
[7:34]
Correct me if I'm wrong. It seems like
the average complaints that we're
[7:38]
getting are more just residential based
as opposed to SDR based. I read it that
[7:43]
way. Am I correct?
>> Thank you, Chair.
[7:47]
» Um, yes, I would agree that's correct.
Um, last year we had 11 complaints
[7:52]
related to short-term rental properties
and this year we're sitting at one. Um,
[7:57]
so we're not seeing a lot of concerns
with those properties.
[8:02]
» I think that Thank you, follow up
through the chair. I think that's uh
[8:05]
very indicative when you realize the
kids are going back to school and
[8:08]
technically there's not really a lot of
summer left. Anyway, thank you for the
[8:12]
report. Uh that's it. Thank you, chair.
>> Any further comments? Seeing none, all
[8:19]
those in favor
that is carried. Move on item 5.5 PDS
[8:25]
202630 general manager of protective and
development service for our chief CMC
[8:30]
rem monthly activity report June/ August
2026 I have a recommendation that's
[8:36]
moved by deputy mayor Norris seconded by
councelor Raymond that item PDS 2026 030
[8:42]
dated September 9 2026 regarding the
monthly every report general matter
[8:47]
protector and development service by
chief CMC June/ August 2026 being
[8:51]
received
Mr. Amr, anything further that?
[8:55]
» Thank you, Mr. Chair. No, nothing
further than that.
[8:58]
» Any questions for Mr. Amr?
Seeing none. All those in favor
[9:04]
and carried. And back to you, Deputy
Mayor.
[9:07]
» Thanks, Councelor Lash Pal. Well done.
Uh, we do have councelor Raymond joining
[9:12]
us. Good to get your technical issues
out of the way. Okay, we'll go to
[9:17]
operational services and I'll turn it to
councelor Larramoff.
[9:22]
Thank you, Deputy Mayor. Okay. I have
item 6.1 OS 20226020
[9:29]
general manager of operational services,
manager of engineering services,
[9:34]
re-extended use of the Teshore Trail by
Georgian Bay Snow Riders Club, GBSR.
[9:41]
I have a recommendation moved by
councelor Bumstead and seconded by
[9:44]
councelor Lash Pel that reads that item
OS 202620
[9:51]
dated September 9th 2026
regarding the extended use of the
[9:55]
Tayshore Trail by the Georgian Bay Snow
sorry snow riders club GBSR be received
[10:03]
at the and that council endorse the
continued use of a designated portion of
[10:08]
the Teshore Trail by the GBSR. are for
snowmobile access during the winter
[10:13]
season and that staff be directed to
negotiate and finalize a new 4-year
[10:20]
agreement with the GBSR for the use of
the existing trail system throughout K
[10:25]
Township, including the Tayshore Trail
between Triple Bay Road and Duffy Drive
[10:30]
and return the agreement to council for
final approval. Mr. Bariel, do you have
[10:35]
anything to add to the this report?
Uh, I'm happy to answer any questions
[10:39]
that come up.
>> Okay. Um, council, any questions?
[10:44]
Councelor Lashel.
>> Yeah, sir. The chair, I really have
[10:49]
mixed feelings about this. I understand
what the intent is, but I have a few
[10:53]
questions that the chair will allow me
to ask, but originally going back a few
[10:57]
years, we granted these individuals the
right to access on the trail that would
[11:01]
consist of a pave section right down
which is very easy to walk on. And I'm
[11:06]
curious and wonder if there is any merit
to their concern about legitimate
[11:11]
walking. I know that the trail is kept
at about a foot and I argue my last
[11:16]
council meeting was that they have
excess to walk on this not a problem. I
[11:20]
don't know about you, but I walked down
the sidewalks to take they do a lot of
[11:23]
walking. When it's accumulation and it
gets soft, it that's difficult to walk
[11:27]
on. And I noticed in the report that you
said there was some people that were in
[11:31]
favor and about five that were against.
But do we recognize that the uh you know
[11:36]
the u submission that they circulated
you know was about 100 some people on it
[11:41]
that objected to this. So I'm just
curious are we really you know taking
[11:46]
some that was really really good to only
acceptable to a few. I know snowmobiles
[11:51]
have the ability to go anywhere they
want. They drive down the roads that
[11:55]
this is such a short distance. I I have
a hard time believe it's a major
[11:58]
thoroughare and I'm always curious how
many action machines use it. So, I do
[12:03]
have difficulty and I have sympathy for
the old individual for trying to walk
[12:06]
and this is this was the attend
originally. So, I don't know if I'm I'm
[12:11]
I'm in favor of it, but I I'm sitting on
the fence on this, but I I rather see it
[12:15]
left the way it is, but I'll take the
whims of council and see where we go
[12:19]
with it. Thank you.
>> Thank you. Any further questions or
[12:24]
comments?
Everybody for some reason.
[12:30]
» Council said.
>> Yep. Council Bumstead, go ahead.
[12:34]
» Uh, thank you through the chair. Um, I'd
be curious to know of the five
[12:39]
complaints what the nature of those
complaints were and of the 160 positive
[12:47]
uh uh comments. Were the people all from
Tay that had positive comments or were
[12:55]
they from outside of Tay?
[13:03]
Um, we can get you a a list of the five
complaints that we received. As for the
[13:09]
location, we don't ask for the location
when they either called in or sent in an
[13:15]
email.
[13:20]
» Oh, okay. Thank you.
[13:25]
» I don't see any. Oh, sorry, Deputy Mayor
Norris. Thanks, Council Laram. It's just
[13:30]
a quick comment. I support the uh
recommendation from staff. One uh quick
[13:34]
one that just kind of bounced off me. Um
was there any incidents reported to uh
[13:41]
you know from the OP or the Georgia Bay
snow riders or even our uh TA fire
[13:46]
department that had to respond to any
incident out on the trail?
[13:51]
» I don't want to speak for Chief Chief
Himer, but Tay Fire didn't respond to
[13:55]
anything. Um we have no record or
uh OP did not contact us regarding any
[14:03]
incidents on the trail. Um and the snow
riders um they rely on the OP so they
[14:11]
really don't have any uh record of
anything happening on the trail that we
[14:16]
need to know about.
[14:20]
and a followup comment, councelor
Larmont.
[14:25]
» Um,
>> so that's great. Um, I guess my only
[14:29]
other uh comment and that is I know
originally back when we turned around
[14:34]
and even started opening the trail and I
think Mr. Robinson was instrumental in
[14:39]
doing this and I think it was a great
idea at the time because nothing else
[14:43]
had been brought forth. I think moving
forward uh being a multi-use uh trail as
[14:49]
the report
uh mentions
[14:53]
and us having you know 40 kilometers
roughly of sidewalks um I think we can
[15:00]
uh extend this uh agreement with the
Georgian Bay Snow Riders and u there
[15:06]
will be times when uh walking may be
difficult on the trail yet our sidewalk
[15:12]
should be in fair shape so That's my
position. Thank you,
[15:19]
» Councelor Telbot.
[15:24]
» Thank you through the chair. I wasn't
sure if you were able to see that. Um
[15:28]
just um a question GM burial with um you
know any damage done to the trail on the
[15:34]
paving or you know after the snow
moves on? No,
[15:40]
» we have not done any repairs to the
trail. I walk it and ride it on my bike
[15:45]
and I have noticed any damage to the
trail.
[15:48]
» Okay. Wonderful.
Thank you,
[15:52]
» Mayor Walker.
>> Thank you, Madam Chair. Just uh question
[15:57]
to Brian. U this one section that we got
the complaints about. Um is there not
[16:04]
another section down towards Wabashene
that the snow riders don't use that we
[16:09]
keep clear?
[16:14]
Yep, there is.
>> Yeah. So, this section ends at Duffy
[16:17]
Drive, um, Mayor Walker, and then
obviously from Duffy or sorry, we keep
[16:23]
clear um from Pine Street to Cold Water
Road
[16:30]
» in Yeah. So, the the snow riders end at
Duffy. There's nothing from Duffy to
[16:37]
um
to to to to
[16:41]
Pine Street and then from Pine Street to
Cold Water Road, we do uh maintenance
[16:45]
like we would on a sidewalk for walking.
>> Okay. So, in in addition to the
[16:50]
sidewalks, there is another option for
those people that's not too far away.
[16:56]
» Yeah.
>> Okay. Thank Thank you, Madam Chair.
[17:02]
I don't see any further comments, so
I'll call for the vote. All those in
[17:07]
favor.
[17:13]
Okay, motion carried.
Okay. Item 6.2 OS.
[17:19]
» Madam Chair, uh, Councelor Lash
Chappelle didn't vote. Are you in favor
[17:23]
or opposed, Councelor Lashel?
>> Thank you, Mr. Walker. I didn't vote. We
[17:28]
call record a vote, but I oppose. Thank
you.
[17:31]
» No, we didn't call a recorded vote, but
we always vote on every matter. I just
[17:35]
wondered uh maybe if your hand got stuck
under your desk or something. Thank you.
[17:40]
» No, in your worship, this is the first
time anybody else has requested. I guess
[17:44]
this is just unique for me. Thank you.
>> Perhaps it's the first time nobody has
[17:49]
decided not to vote in the hopes that
they wouldn't be identified as to which
[17:53]
way they were going on the matter.
>> Thank you, I thought I made it clear
[17:57]
that we wouldn't support it. Thank you.
[18:02]
» Okay. Um item 6.2 OS 2026
025 general manager general manager of
[18:11]
operational services manager of
engineering services rewabin standpipe
[18:17]
relining project. I have a
recommendation moved by councelor
[18:20]
Raymond and seconded by councelor Talbot
that reads that item OS 2026
[18:27]
025 dated September 9th 2026 regarding
the Washine standpipe
[18:33]
relying project be received Mr. Burial,
do you have anything to add to your
[18:38]
report?
>> Just the the reason for the report is
[18:41]
it's going to end up being a multi-year.
So the budget will get carried forward
[18:46]
to 2027.
The idea is that we um in conjunction
[18:50]
with Aqua obtain Aqua has one. We just
have to schedule it a temporary water uh
[18:58]
storage source so that Washine still has
fire protection. So um we wanted to
[19:04]
bring this to council. now get council's
endorsement. Then we'll move it forward
[19:08]
and start scheduling the work.
>> Okay. Thank you. Um open the floor for
[19:14]
any comments or questions from council.
Seeing none, I will call for the vote.
[19:20]
All in favor?
[19:24]
Motion carried. Okay. Item 6.3 OS
20226024.
[19:31]
General Manager of Operational Services,
Manager of Engineering Services, read
[19:35]
monthly activity report June to August
2026. I have a recommendation moved by
[19:41]
Deputy Mayor Norris and seconded by
Councelor Bumstead that reads that OS
[19:46]
2026 024 dated September 9th, 2026
regarding the monthly activity report
[19:53]
operational services June to August 2026
be received. Mr. Bario, do you have
[19:59]
anything to add to this report?
>> No, I'm happy to answer any questions.
[20:03]
The report's long enough.
>> Okay. Um, open the floor to any
[20:08]
questions, councelor Lashel.
[20:13]
» It's through to the chair to Mr. Bario.
Under the um
[20:19]
waste water, I see that you stated
that's just ongoing. And I I guess for
[20:24]
me is the status of when this will go to
tender. This is all critical decision
[20:30]
making that we have to make the longer
we put this off. So, I'm curious where
[20:33]
we're at and how soon we'll be able to
put this back out to tender because I
[20:37]
said we are getting anxious people and
I'd like to see some kind of thing in
[20:43]
place before this council dissolved. So,
update Sean where we're at as far as
[20:48]
timing
>> for the city plan.
[20:51]
» Yes, please.
>> Yeah. So, um WSP is doing the redesign.
[20:57]
We've modified it again a bit to utilize
some of the lands to the south because
[21:03]
the site's getting pretty congested. So
that um is going to take another month
[21:09]
or so. So the intention is to go for out
for tender in January um with a spring
[21:18]
start. The other way is it would have
been a winter start. Most contractors
[21:23]
would have pushed to spring anyways. So,
we're hoping that this by doing this
[21:29]
we've um have the best layout as
possible for that site for the plant and
[21:35]
the most economical uh tender.
>> Just to follow up to Mr. Bario.
[21:43]
» Yeah, just you went the last part you
didn't mention on it the the the
[21:48]
economic benefit. So, we we will see a
huge drop in the cost Sean. So, I think
[21:53]
the delay is worth it at at the end.
become something that's viable for us
[21:57]
from a finance part of it. So, so you
see that this could be a huge savings by
[22:01]
this delay, but at the end of the day,
that's all about money. So,
[22:07]
» go ahead, Mr. Baron.
>> Yeah, the other component is it sets it
[22:11]
up sets the site up a lot better for
future expansions for the 10, 20, 30
[22:18]
years um instead of keeping it all on a
congested site similar to some of our
[22:22]
other facilities.
Yeah, I appreciate it. I think it's a
[22:26]
good good good option, Nebraska. Thank
you.
[22:29]
» Okay, thank you,
Deputy Mayor Norris.
[22:34]
» Thanks, Council Arman. It's just a quick
comment. Uh, great report. It was
[22:38]
extensive, but just a shout out to the
day camp and the uh
[22:44]
and the uh soccer uh program. Um, it was
a great success.
[22:50]
Trying to hide my phone here.
Um, sorry about that.
[22:56]
Um, other than that, the only other one
was the uh memorial benches um out along
[23:03]
the trail and the picnic tables that
Sarah has done on the GIS mapping. I
[23:08]
think it's impressive. U so well done
Sarah and Brian Sean. Other than that,
[23:14]
that's all I got. Other than uh all the
paving that is going on uh hopefully
[23:19]
everybody's watching the uh website
identifying when uh you know the paving
[23:25]
is occurring. So well done.
>> Thank you.
[23:30]
» Any other comments or questions?
Seeing none, I will call for the vote.
[23:35]
All those in favor?
>> Motion carried. Thank you, Deputy Mayor.
[23:40]
Back to you.
[23:44]
Nice councelor. Well done. Uh we'll go
to uh
[23:50]
corporate services and uh councelor
Bumstead.
[23:54]
» Thank you deputy mayor. We have item 7.1
CS-2026-065
[24:02]
legislative coordinator read 2027
committee of the whole and council
[24:08]
meeting schedule. I have a motion moved
by councelor Telbot, seconded by
[24:13]
councelor Lashappelle that reads that
item CS-2026-065
[24:20]
dated September 9th, 2026 regarding a
2027 committee of the whole and council
[24:26]
meeting schedule be received and that
the proposed 2027 committee of the whole
[24:32]
and council meeting schedule attached
hereto as schedule one be approved as
[24:37]

Chief Administrative Officer, Deputy

[31:02]
to August 2026. I have a motion moved by
Mayor Walker, seconded by councelor Lama

All those in favor?
[31:44]
And that motion is carried. Thank you.
And I'll turn it back to you, Deputy
[31:49]
Mayor Norris.
>> Thanks, Councelor Monstead. Well done,
[31:53]
uh, staff and all their reporting. We'll
move to other business items for
[31:57]
information. 9.1. We have some
correspondence.
[32:01]
Charles Glacier
uh urgent need for government reform and
[32:07]
cost efficiency across tiny T Midland
Penitentang. Uh councelor Raymond pulled
[32:12]
this. So councelor Raymond,
>> thank you uh through the chair. I I you
[32:18]
know I just asked to have this so
everybody could take a gander for those
[32:22]
of you that were not with us last term.
We used to have all of these
[32:26]
collaboration happening between uh the
four municipalities. In fact, uh, memory
[32:31]
serves me right, the mayors used to have
regular meetings as well. Uh, and then
[32:36]
bit by bit, uh, some of the other
municipalities started pulling away. So,
[32:40]
um, I I find it ironic that TE has put
in there since it more or less fell
[32:45]
apart and we really had, I don't think,
anything to do with it falling apart.
[32:49]
Having said that, uh, any opportunity
for us to get back to those kind of
[32:55]
arrangements, uh, I think would be
welcome. but not only the municipalities
[32:59]
but the all the residents as well
because there was some good work that
[33:02]
came out of that. Anyway, I just wanted
to push that out there. Thank you.
[33:08]
» Thank you, Councelor Raymond. Uh I'm
seeing that no other comments. Oh,
[33:13]
Councelor Walker
or sorry, Mayor Walker.
[33:18]
» Thank you, Deputy Mayor. Uh just a
comment further to um Councelor
[33:22]
Raymond's comments. Yeah, we we the
previous term we used to get together
[33:26]
every uh every month or so. Uh the
problem with the current uh group is
[33:33]
three of the four mayors work full-time
as well. So their availability is not uh
[33:40]
what was there previously with four
retired people. Um, we do still um we we
[33:47]
do still communicate with each other on
a fairly regular basis through uh
[33:52]
through um texts and emails.
But I think this uh gentleman is more
[33:59]
referring to an amalgamation than
anything else.
[34:03]
And I'm afraid uh what's prompted him,
if you notice the actions he wants is uh
[34:11]
a full pause on multi-million dollar
expansion projects.
[34:16]
And then he notes such as the tiny
township administrative building.
[34:22]
So I think that's the precipice for his
uh his um desire to write because as far
[34:29]
as I know the gentleman has never
contacted me or any member of staff to
[34:36]
review our financials.
So I'm not sure uh where he gets off on
[34:42]
the um uh inefficiencies etc. It seems
to me that there's one item that uh
[34:49]
prompted this and he's throwing the
other three municipalities in there as
[34:53]
well.
Thank Thank you, Mr. Chair. Thanks,
[34:57]
Mayor Walker. Councelor Lash Pal, did I
see your card? No.
[35:04]
Other than that, just to go along with
what Mayor Walker says, you know,
[35:08]
amalgamation and this one part that's
been ongoing since 1994, and that was
[35:13]
back when the uh pro when we did
amalgamate and the province did announce
[35:17]
even back then that uh municipalities
didn't go far enough. So, what happens
[35:22]
in the future? Who knows? Um but yeah, I
think uh it's noted. I do know other
[35:30]
uh members of council, not with our
municipality are making comments to do
[35:36]
with that. So we'll leave it at that as
information. So not seeing anyone else.
[35:44]
Uh we have uh no delegation followup.
General discussion committee staff
[35:50]
questions and answer period. I'll open
it to the floor or staff.
[35:59]
Not seeing any. So that brings us to
close session. We do have one item for
[36:04]
close session. So, a resolution that the
committee of the whole retired to a
[36:09]
close session
at 9:39
[36:13]
a.m. under authority of the municipal
act section 2392B
[36:18]
personal matters about an identif
identifiable individual including
[36:24]
municipal or local board employees and
section 239 2D labor relations or
[36:31]
employee negotiations.
Have it moved by Mayor Walker, seconded
[36:36]
by councelor
goes and
[36:41]
just oh councelor rain sorry.
>> Thank you through the chair. I just
[36:46]
wanted to I have declared an interest in
this item so I will not be
[36:50]
participating. I'm wondering if I could
be if I could just be put into the
[36:54]
waiting room until this session is over
or if I have to leave the meeting.
[37:00]
» No, the clerk has just nodded her head.
So we will do that.
[37:04]
» All right. Thank you.
>> Thank you.
[37:05]
» Whatever the wait whatever the waiting
room is.
[37:08]
[laughter]
>> And there will be there will be warm
[37:11]
coffee and sweets in the waiting room.
>> Oh,
[37:15]
» perfect. Thank you. Thank you for taking
care of me.
[37:19]
» Okay. Again, it's Mayor Walker and
Councelor Llama are moving that. All
[37:25]
those in favor?
And that is carried.
[37:30]
So, as we flip to our uh or I'll give
Katie a second.
