[2:52] agreement to use of public rights-of-way of the town West Virgina prescribing the

[2:57] terms and conditions under which said franchise may be exercised and providing

[3:03] an effective date ordinance number 04 dash 2014 consider so to the grass

[3:08] authority Virginia Code section 15.2 2100 and following the complete copy of

[3:15] this ordinance and any related materials may be obtained from Karen barrows part

[3:20] of the town council at town hall by visiting town hall or by calling Karen

[16:55] for safe routes to school because of the total budget amendment is more than one

[17:01] percent of the approved budget and public hearing Israel or to have fiscal

[17:07] year budget of 2014-2015 so I need to authorize the town manager to advertise

[17:15] a public hearing for an amendment to the fiscal year budget up 2014-2015 and the

[17:22] October 28 the resolution is attached there's ninety seven thousand dollars

[17:32] for a public school security grant in factually notified the school was

[17:37] awarded just over forty nine thousand dollars so we will
