[5:03] should be you should be able to tell me how much when we refi how much we're

[5:08] going to save and they didn't know. I'd like to know that number and you

[5:25] this kind of a deal that they're doing. I tend to like a fixed one. And what are

[5:31] we paying right now on our current bonds?

[5:35] So, and tax fees I am concerned because I know

[5:41] New Town put a certain amount of capacity into the system when we put the

[5:46] uh the line going down. uh I think on 25 20 252 it was a certain amount based on

[5:56] the the flow in this town and we appear to be adding uh more projects and the

[6:04] tap fee apparently was set at that time. So adding capacity at this point is

[6:09] going to be more expensive. So the tap fee should be going up and I see you

[6:14] have something on here talk about it. So, uh,

[6:18] but okay, I gather you don't have a collapse. That's good. But, but, uh, I

[6:24] think there should be more discussion on what won in executive session rather

[6:30] than just privilege matters. I think you're really supposed to say more

[6:35] general. I mean, if it's a lawsuit, you can say there's a lawsuit, but don't

[8:58] that we're currently undergoing a scoping project all throughout our sewer

[9:03] system right now to try to identify infiltration points. Um, and I don't

[9:07] know if that report's complete yet from MCMI, but it's very close to being

[9:11] complete. And then we plan to surgically address those areas that may be

[9:16] contributing to the infiltration to ensure that they're sealed up for

[9:20] environmental and for rate paying reasons. So, we are we are currently

[9:23] looking into that and dedicating resources to making sure that uh that's

[9:27] tightened up. >> And I think Hunter's Run was not

[9:30] originally on the five um what is it? The

[14:59] much capital yet this year and so when we do those uh there'll be some change

[15:03] in that, but that that's where that is. Um and your uh your escros are running

[15:10] about on target. Uh also in your packet is the monies that are being reviewed by

[15:15] Portnoff. Uh you had requested that I get Portoff in. I tend to do that for

[15:20] the September meetings. Um, and that will be a good time. They just actually

[15:26] um did a a mailing uh back in April and uh hopefully we'll have a you know

[15:33] roughly about three or four months of that mailing and seeing whether or not

[15:37] we can reduce the amount that they have uh on their list. And then finally, uh,

[15:43] you have your aging report. Without port, uh, it just happens to be the way

[15:48] it fell. Um, we end up having a tremendous number of accounts that are

[15:53] on there. Um, it actually shows like some ridiculous number like a million

[15:58] dollars. Uh, I don't want you to panic. The million dollars is actually all of

[16:02] the July building or bill. So, not building, billing. I'll speak English

[16:07] some point here. Billing. Um and uh what's outstanding there is about a

[16:12] million three or million one roughly. Uh but if you look at what's outstanding at

[16:18] the end of uh June and May and then in April uh your total uh there's about 106

[16:26] in April and then you add another uh roughly 10,000 to that. So about 116,000

[16:33] of old uh older than three months or older

[16:38] than two months, I'm sorry. Uh in billings that are outstanding that

[16:44] are not haven't been already turned over to Port.

[17:00] » Uh yeah, thank you. uh the executive summary. So just a brief summary of

[17:04] engineering activities this month. Um our office coordinated with the

[17:08] authority manager, solicitor and staff regarding the uh Camelap pump station

[17:13] sanitary sewer overflow event. Our office will be circulating the sanitary

[17:17] sewer overflow report that was prepared and filed to D by Delora. So be on the

[17:23] lookout for that. Also, um, our office has reviewed

[17:27] product submitts for the Westchester Pike sewer projects.

[17:31] Um, the highway occupancy permit for Rner Drive has expired. We resubmitted

[17:36] an application and it's under review by PENDOT. The HOP for the Dunoody area has

[17:42] been extended extended until March 28th, 2027.

[17:47] And we are also evaluating the impact to the pump stations uh with regard to 11,

[17:53] 15, and 17 Campus Boulevard uh that potential development and the Hickory

[17:58] Lane pump station decommissioning. Um also this month there was um a

[18:05] complaint about trench settlement at 307 French Road.

[18:10] Our office informed the contractor of the complaint. They met with the owner

[18:15] and they will address um the issue when the project resumes. Uh the only caveat

[18:21] to that, the owner asked that uh the contractor address the issue in the fall

[18:25] so they can use their yard throughout the summer.

[18:28] Um additionally, our office received the more construction video surveillance

[18:34] files for review. Uh the videos are under review and a report with

[18:38] recommendations will be prepared. We're about onethird of the way done through

[18:42] that currently. So that's coming in the next few weeks.

[18:52] uh over the last month planning modules have been reviewed. Uh there was one for

[18:55] the village of four seasons uh sewage facilities planning module and that's

[19:00] currently ongoing coordination with the solicitor regarding the intermunicipal

[19:05] agreement.

[19:11] it? >> The intermunicipal agreement's been

[19:14] completed, but I'm not sure how it ties in with Ds yet. So, I think that's what

[19:19] they're working of how to get that make sure D

[20:30] that we had at Camelot related to the sewer piece uh was not additional flow

[20:37] that went into the system. It was flow that didn't make it to the system. So

[20:42] just that there's clarity on that. Um doesn't mean that there hasn't been an

[20:47] increase in flow. I'm not saying there hasn't been on the rain days, but it's

[20:50] that um that there was actually another issue that was going on there. And I

[20:55] think that's why you see in that report where you see those zero days. Um that's

[20:59] that's ties back to some of that. Um the other thing that I would make note uh

[21:06] for you obviously if you hopefully you see the RHM flow as well that that that

[21:12] stays pretty consistent. We stay around that 11 12% of the total. Um actually I

[21:18] think we're down a little bit which tells me that our in inflow is not as

[21:23] much as maybe the other surrounding municipalities. Um if that's the case

[21:28] not 100% sure on that but our percentage seems to have dropped just a hair. Um

[21:32] and so that may be the case. Other than that you look at the Delora report that

[21:36] was sent in. Um couple minor things. You know there was a

[21:41] at the Chrome Creek station there was a grinder contactor that had to be

[21:45] replaced. Uh I believe there was a backup uh surge

[21:51] uh arresttor that was replaced and then also uh that they came out and looked at

[21:56] a primary uh power failure at Hunter at Hunt

[22:02] Hunt New Town Hunt pump station. Uh other than that, everything was

[22:06] standard. Pretty pretty quiet month. I like them that way. [laughter]

[25:07] the earliest redemption date was September 1st with the township meeting

[25:17] close and redeem the 2018 bonds on September 18th. It's a little bit later

[25:22] than we expected. Um the your to the gentleman's question, uh the interest

[25:27] rate is fixed. Uh currently we're looking at an interest rate fixed for

[25:32] the whole period until uh 2048 at 4.329%.

[25:37] Um our current interest rate is higher obviously and we're looking at um a

[25:44] total of 1.277 277 million less interest expense uh over the term of the bond. Um

[25:53] and that's I guess the reason that we're doing the refinancing is that we are

[25:56] expecting that uh with that lower interest rate we'll be able to um

[26:01] produce a savings of about 1.277 million at this point.
