[0:01] Good evening. The Board of Zoning and Building Appeals meeting for August
[0:05] 24th, 2026 is called order at 5:30. Glenn, please call roll.
[0:10] » Mr. Allen. >> Here.
[0:12] » Mr. Patz. >> Here.
[0:14] » Mr. Brown. >> Here.
[0:15] » Mr. Griffith. >> Here.
[0:17] » Mr. Cansler. >> Here.
[0:19] » Please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.
[0:27] » I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the
[0:32] republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and
[0:39] justice for all.
[0:46] » At this time, anyone that will be speaking this evening is asked to stand
[0:51] and raise your right hand.
[0:56] Do you swear or affirm that the testimony you are about to give is the
[1:00] truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth under the penalty of perjury,
[1:04] so help you God? >> I do.
[1:07] » Yes.
[1:11] » And I believe we have no unfinished business tonight.
[1:15] So, we will move on to new business.
[1:19] We have three items on the agenda today. The first item is
[1:23] development variance 260009.
[1:28] Uh development variances are requested at 9801
[1:31] Chamberlain Road for construction of a residential accessory structure.
[1:37] Will the applicant please come to the podium? Please state your name and
[1:40] address for the record and describe the nature of your request.
[1:45] » Nathan Duke, uh 9801 Chamberlain Road, Westerville, 44087.
[1:51] Uh we're looking to build an accessory structure
[1:55] to to park uh
[1:58] larger vehicles in, uh, that require door height, uh, greater than 4
[2:03] 13 ft. So, 14-ft door.
[2:14] » I'll now open this case to public comment. Is there anyone present that
[2:18] would like to speak for or against this request?
[2:23] Come on up to the podium.
[2:27] And, uh, state your name and address for the record.
[2:33] » Is this your microphone?
[2:36] » Hi. Oh, it is. Yeah. It is. Yeah.
[2:54] Thank you.
[2:58] Mhm. Yeah, okay.
[3:03] Good evening. My name is Shannon Smith. I live at 9789 Chamberlain Road in
[3:09] Twinsburg, and this is my husband, Dan. Thank you for giving us the opportunity
[3:13] to speak tonight. We live directly beside the property in question and the
[3:17] proposed detached garage that will be positioned parallel to our
[3:22] property line, meaning that we will be looking at the long side of the
[3:25] structure from our property. We are here to respectfully, sorry,
[3:30] oppose all three variances being requested for this proposed structure.
[3:35] We are not opposed to our neighbors having a garage, and we understand that
[3:39] they want to use their property. Our concern is the size, scale, and
[3:44] placement of this particular structure and the impact it will have on our home
[3:49] and property. I think it is especially important the
[3:52] board consider this from our perspective because the rendering we were shown when
[3:57] I um contacted someone and they sent us the plans and the picture
[4:02] um it does not show what we will see from our property.
[4:08] We have provided a picture of the proposed plan that I was given and our
[4:11] part of the driveway and a small portion of our house is at the bottom of the
[4:15] plan labeled Smith and the proposed structure will be on
[4:18] the other side of our property line. The side of the proposed detached garage
[4:23] facing our property is approximately 62 ft wide and 24 ft high
[4:28] with only 30 ft between the structure and our property line.
[4:31] We have provided AI renderings showing the view from the backyard of our home.
[4:36] In those images, the top half shows our current view and the bottom half shows
[4:40] what that view could possibly or will look like with the proposed structure
[4:44] and you can see there is a vast difference.
[4:47] The view of our front yard will also be affected.
[4:50] 30 ft may sound like a substantial setback until you consider what is being
[4:54] placed 30 ft away, a 24-ft tall building with a 62-ft wide side facing our home
[5:02] and the structure continues with additional sections making the overall
[5:05] footprint extremely large. So our view will not be of the front of
[5:11] a typical residential garage. We will primarily be looking at the side of a
[5:15] very large building. It will become a dominant part of the scenery from our
[5:19] property and from multiple rooms and bedrooms in our home.
[5:22] » [snorts] >> There is also no other residence on
[5:24] Chamberlain Road with a garage comparable to this size and scale.
[5:29] Living on Chamberlain Road, we do not have an HOA, so there are no private
[5:33] neighborhood restrictions that provide additional protection for our
[5:36] neighboring homeowners. We rely on the city's zoning regulations and this board
[5:41] to maintain reasonable standards between properties. That makes it especially
[5:45] important to us that the zoning requirements of our upheld.
[5:49] We are also concerned about more than just the proposed use today. A structure
[5:53] this large will remain on the property for many years.
[5:56] Potentially through change ins and changes in ownership or use. We cannot
[6:01] know what that building may eventually be used for and we are particularly
[6:04] particularly concerned about the potential for increased noise and
[6:09] activity in the future. We contacted the realtor who sold us our
[6:14] home in 2023. I gave her the plans. She looked at the proposed plans and said
[6:19] that's not a garage, that's a factory, that's huge. She also said it's an
[6:23] eyesore, sorry. I know those are strong words, but they help put our concerns
[6:27] into perspective cuz we are very concerned.
[6:30] We asked if the proposed detached garage will affect our property value. She said
[6:35] it will have an impact on those values given the change of scenery from
[6:39] residential wooded to commercial industrial look. This isn't simply about
[6:43] us not liking the appearance of a neighbor's garage. It is about the
[6:46] extraordinary scale of the structure in relation to the residential properties
[6:51] surrounding it. We respect our neighbors and their right
[6:54] to use their property, of course. But we also believe that our property and our
[6:57] property and our reasonable enjoyment of our home deserve consideration.
[7:02] We are asking the board to look beyond the front rendering and consider what
[7:06] this will actually look like from our home. The scale of the structure being
[7:10] placed 30 ft from our property line and the long-term impact of granting these
[7:15] variances. For those reasons, we respectfully ask that you deny all three
[7:19] variances and thank you for hearing our concerns.
[7:24] » Thank you. Is there anyone else who wishes to
[7:28] speak?
[7:31] If none, we'll move on to a board discussion.
[7:34] One of any questions or thoughts for the applicant?
[7:36] » I have I have a question. For the applicant,
[7:40] my name is Rick Patz. Um
[7:45] You You have a a camper, correct, that you want to store inside?
[7:48] » Correct. >> But I see you've got two doors in this
[7:51] this drawing that I've got here. Is there
[7:54] Am I missing something there? >> So, there's a
[7:57] » I can't You're going to have to come up to the microphone. I'm sorry.
[8:01] » The left or the right side door is for camper storage, and then the left side
[8:07] door is for other vehicles, but just for ease of access having
[8:11] » Both 14-ft high? >> Correct. Both 14-ft high.
[8:16] » And then um How big is your camper?
[8:20] » Uh mine is 36 ft. >> 9 by 36?
[8:25] » It's Yeah, 9 by 36. >> Okay.
[8:27] » With plans for a larger >> of space left in that in that building,
[8:31] then. >> Well, with plans for larger and a the
[8:33] tow vehicle >> I You're going to have to speak into the
[8:35] microphone. >> With plans for larger RV with the tow
[8:39] vehicle parked in front for storage.
[8:43] » I just kind of feel it's it's overkill right now. That's all.
[8:47] But um That doesn't You haven't got that listed
[8:50] in any of your documentation that you're going to upgrade.
[8:53] » Oh, okay.
[8:57] » Okay, that's my question for now. >> Okay.
[8:59] » Just two The two garage doors are a little bit concerning to me.
[9:03] » So, how high are those garage doors? >> 14 ft.
[9:06] » 14 ft tall.
[9:10] » Is there another man door or another uh overhead door that's going to be in
[9:13] there anywhere? >> There's a man door on the left side of
[9:16] the building. >> Those are the only two overhead doors
[9:20] you have? >> Correct.
[9:24] » Okay. And this this is bigger than what your
[9:28] house is. And I I read your documentation that you've got
[9:31] documentation that you could be 19 You could show us documentation where your
[9:35] house is 1,900 sq feet. >> Correct.
[9:37] » But this is 2450 square feet. >> Roughly, yeah. It's finished square
[9:42] square footage on the inside is just under 2400.
[9:47] Of finished concrete floor space. >> Or is there going to be an upstairs in
[9:51] there? >> No.
[9:56] » That's why I'm done with it. Thank you.
[10:00] » Okay, so then just as far as the height is concerned. So you said there's no
[10:05] upstairs. So the interior height, I think you said about 16 ft.
[10:08] » Just, yeah, 16 ft 6 in. >> Then is the height of the building is it
[10:13] necessary for it to be as tall as it is? Like can that be brought down?
[10:17] » Uh with the garage door going up, you need
[10:20] that the space for the openers and it would need to be that high to for
[10:25] clearance. >> Okay, then as far as the the depth of
[10:28] the building [snorts] being about 60 62 ft. You said your RV is 36 ft.
[10:34] » Roughly 36 and the veto vehicle in front roughly about 15 to 20.
[10:39] » Okay, so it's a vehicle that would be towed by
[10:42] » Towed. The vehicle would be towing the RV, yes.
[10:44] » Okay, that's why you're the 60 ft is how it's both RV and the
[10:49] attached vehicle. >> Correct.
[10:52] » I have another question. Do you have any plans on landscaping on the the side
[10:56] towards your neighbors? >> Yes.
[10:58] » That's not listed in here. >> No, that I didn't get that far with the
[11:02] the planning, but the plan is to run down the side um where it's going to be
[11:09] exposed is run down the side with uh either a mulch bed or gravel bed with
[11:14] arborvitae or some sort of foundation coverage uh
[11:18] low level plant down the side.
[11:24] » Got quite a thicket between the two of you right now anyways.
[11:27] » Correct. Yeah. >> Except in the fall.
[11:29] » Yeah, except there fall. Right now it's pretty grown up, but
[11:35] Okay. >> I have another question.
[11:40] Um, it's Tom Brown. Uh Is there another location on your lot?
[11:46] I I see I know you have a pole barn back there.
[11:50] However, if you moved it back, you know, behind
[11:55] Okay, yeah, I would constitute putting in a uh an another driveway, but that's
[11:59] a heck of a lot better to look at than than
[12:03] Okay. This is a building. >> Problem with going in the back is the
[12:06] way the elevation goes. It drops real far, and that is wet back there
[12:12] from as soon as it thaws to
[12:15] middle of July. I can't mow sections of the the ditch back there.
[12:20] So, having access back there with a vehicle of that size and weight, you
[12:24] wouldn't be able to get back to it.
[12:27] » Have you considered the effect of the value on your neighbor's property
[12:33] with these two high doors and building? >> I have. I figured it would be a
[12:39] would bring the value up considering what's across the street and next door
[12:42] to me on the other side. With a building that's
[12:46] » with anybody in that regard that that has the expertise to value things?
[12:51] » I haven't gone I haven't evaluated anything, but the house across street
[12:55] you can't see from the road cuz it's all overgrown, and there's a barn next door
[12:58] to me with a hole in the roof. >> Yeah, I'm talking about the effect upon
[13:02] your neighbor's property. >> I haven't.
[13:05] » across the street. >> Across the street?
[13:08] » Not I'm not talking about what's across the street. I'm talking about the effect
[13:13] of the value of these doors, that building on your neighbor's property.
[13:18] » I have not gone that far with with the
[13:22] the stone front facade and the uh vinyl siding, it would look
[13:28] residential. And the doors are have windows in them and
[13:35] it's not a commercial building.
[13:42] » I have a question, Mr. Chair. Um, you've said that the tow vehicle you'd
[13:50] like to park it in the same bay as the RV.
[13:54] » Correct. >> But do you have to? Can't Can't the
[13:57] truck or whatever you'll tow with be in the other bay? I mean, does it Does Is
[14:02] that length the depth of the building? >> would be other storage in the other bay
[14:06] and other vehicles as well. We have a I have a couple classic cars
[14:11] that I would park over there just to keep
[14:14] out of the weather and >> It's sounding to me like the
[14:17] the height's an issue, but the larger issue for your neighbor is the
[14:22] um, very deep length of the building. And
[14:26] so, when you request a variance, you're
[14:28] asked to request the minimum that allows you
[14:33] to to do what you need to do. And it sounds like your primary concern is for
[14:39] parking the RV. And that's the reason for the the tall
[14:45] um, overhead door and the height of the building.
[14:48] » Correct. >> an attached garage. Um, you have a pole
[14:51] barn to store things. Um, another observation here is
[14:56] that this is a 4-acre lot, so this is a really big residential lot. But what I
[15:01] also hear him saying is most of the lot isn't available for use for an accessory
[15:05] building of this nature. So, while he has a 4-acre lot, he doesn't really have
[15:10] a configuration that, um, supports
[15:15] um, minimizing the scale of the building. Does that make sense?
[15:21] Um, because it has to be up front. He's saying the garage really needs to be
[15:25] located at the at the setback distance of the house
[15:29] which is the setback distance of the neighboring house. So while there's a
[15:32] whole big lot to
[15:36] theoretically support the building, it doesn't really because of the topography
[15:41] of the site. So um
[15:45] With that in mind, you're kind of getting the best of the
[15:50] lot area in terms of supporting this size, but you're not getting any kind of
[15:55] mitigation of it because it has to be up front by the house.
[16:02] » I guess I my my question would be why detached? Why not attach it to the
[16:07] house? >> I thought that would look a lot worse,
[16:11] honestly. But I almost think that takes away one variance. But like you again
[16:15] like It does take away a variance, but the aesthetics of it, the for your house
[16:20] » you think aesthetically putting a 24 high building 60 ft long looks bad on
[16:26] your house. But how does You know what I mean? By putting it closer to their
[16:30] house, that's what I think where we're coming at from. So I think I'll just say
[16:35] it straight up like we got to get it shorter and we got to get it moved
[16:37] closer to the to the building. That's kind of where I stand.
[16:41] » Mr. Gruber, that's exactly how I feel about it. I at this particular point in
[16:45] time, there's so many questions. >> Yeah.
[16:48] » Uh okay, moving it moving it around to the back closer to the house
[16:54] and performing that, would that do anything topographically
[16:58] as far as the softness of the ground and things of that nature?
[17:03] We need We need more information on this and as I see it right now, I'm not
[17:07] willing to >> I I'm not either. I think it's an
[17:09] aesthetic disaster to the adjoining house.
[17:13] » I agree with you. I agree with you guys. I
[17:16] I mean I visited I visited it today. Uh
[17:20] spent a lot of time looking at it uh from the road.
[17:24] Uh I and I can't see any way that that your
[17:27] neighbor's would be protected from a building that size.
[17:33] » Mr. Chairman, if if if I could, I'd like to
[17:37] uh make a motion that
[17:40] » You may need just 1 second. >> So, you can kind of see where the board
[17:45] is heading on this. So, what I want to give you Yeah.
[17:49] Is there a way to come back with something
[17:52] that's minimal to the variances that you need?
[17:56] So, location, like size. Is there a way that you can
[18:02] rework this plan and bring us something that we could consider
[18:07] » I think I could shrink it down lengthwise by about 10 ft.
[18:13] Maybe a little bit more. Um width-wise, I would still
[18:17] need for storage access for storage purposes.
[18:21] Um height-wise, anything shorter, I wouldn't be able to get into and use it
[18:26] for what I need. Um
[18:29] but if joining it to the house if that's a
[18:34] on the board, I can have those plans drawn up, too.
[18:40] » My major concern is the aesthetic effect that it's going to have on the adjoining
[18:44] neighbor's home. And that home was there first.
[18:49] Uh these two high doors
[18:52] uh the height of of it as compared to the existing house next door.
[18:59] Um it it's too much of a an intrusion to
[19:02] me.
[19:05] » This So, if you if you went with one garage
[19:09] door one entranceway there and put it in the
[19:13] center, you could lower the height a little bit,
[19:15] right?
[19:18] » Maybe a little bit, just in the truss height, but the wall height would still
[19:22] be the same at about 16 ft from it'll be about 18 ft from
[19:27] ground to try the eaves.
[19:30] » I'm trying to look for a solution for you. That's what I'm trying to
[19:33] » I know. I'm I've thought about many solutions and how to make this work and
[19:41] » Yeah, for for me looking at, you know, you have a brand new house built across
[19:44] the street, correct? >> Correct.
[19:47] » Three-story house I would assume >> It's beautiful.
[19:50] » Yeah. >> I put it on um
[19:52] » [snorts] >> Trying to see that they you know, they
[19:54] just have a double garage, but to me and again, I'm not saying that I'm 100%
[19:58] agreement that attaching it to your house is the solution either. Um but I
[20:01] think to me seeing some different variations of how that attaches, how
[20:05] that looks um you know, I see what you gave us. You
[20:11] gave us gave us another covered porch. Um
[20:15] Is there a man So, the man door is on the front and is there a man door on the
[20:19] side? >> Just on the side. There's a window on
[20:22] the front. >> windows on the front. Okay.
[20:24] » Yeah. >> I guess in your drawing to me it looked
[20:26] like that was a man door. That's why I was asking.
[20:28] » the rendering done by Chad GPT >> Okay.
[20:31] » It was very hard to do and it took a lot to get it to there.
[20:36] » Yeah. And again, I think you know, again, the cost of this
[20:40] building I'm sure is is substantial. And again, attaching it to your house I
[20:44] would assume, but to me like I think I need to see something similar to that.
[20:49] Um Yeah, and again, we're asking for three
[20:53] variances to me when we can decrease the variances is always the best for us.
[20:58] » There's substantial variances, and I'm I'm look I'm still hung up on back
[21:03] behind the house. >> Yeah.
[21:05] » Okay, you can leave it detached if you want.
[21:08] But how far back does that gradient drop off behind the
[21:14] house? >> I walked it today and
[21:17] at from the back side of that building if I were to push it back behind the
[21:20] house, it drops almost 10 to 15 ft. >> Yeah.
[21:24] » In the length of that building. It does drop relatively quick.
[21:28] » sideways? >> Uh s-
[21:32] Sideways? I think there's no other sideways to go towards the to put the
[21:36] building sideways or >> Yeah, so you'd be looking at the side of
[21:40] the building when you looked out of your house.
[21:42] » You're turning it around. >> The The shorter side would be parallel
[21:45] to their wall line. >> towards their
[21:48] » I don't think it would fit. I wouldn't think I'd
[21:52] be able to get into it with a vehicle of that size.
[21:55] » Yeah, that'd be my
[21:59] Well, I'll I'll come back to my original comment if
[22:04] that's okay, Mr. Mr. Chairman. >> They're doing
[22:06] » I'd like to make a motion that we table uh this particular these particular
[22:11] requests for variances until we get complete plans
[22:14] um uh of a structure that uh
[22:18] can reduce the amount of variances and uh aesthetically help uh your
[22:24] neighbors. >> I'll second the motion.
[22:30] » Um I'm I'm just catching up here. Sorry. >> [laughter]
[22:34] » You need a second on that? >> We had seconded uh Mr. Brown.
[22:39] » Yes. >> Mr. Cancellor?
[22:41] » Yes. >> Mr. Allen?
[22:42] » Yes. >> Mr. Patz?
[22:44] » Yes. >> Mr. Griffith?
[22:45] » Yes.
[22:50] » I make a motion we approve. >> I'd like to table this until you're able
[22:53] to come back with uh more uh robust plans that hopefully
[22:57] minimize the variances. >> Okay.
[23:11] » Now we will move on to our second case for today. This is case number 260008.
[23:18] For development variance request at 9278 Liberty Road. For a 50-ft setback due to
[23:25] an 8-ft wide gas transmission. Will the applicant please come to the
[23:29] podium? >> I I got an email late in the day today
[23:34] with this applicant asked for this request to be postponed. I I didn't hear
[23:39] back from her, but looks like they're not going to make it to the
[23:42] hearing. >> Okay.
[23:44] » So. Um.
[23:47] Yeah, I would. Yeah, let's make a motion to table it so
[23:51] they're available. Yeah. >> I move to table this case until our next
[23:55] meeting. >> Second.
[24:00] » Mr. Allen? >> Yes.
[24:02] » Mr. Cansler? >> Yes.
[24:03] » Mr. Petz? >> Yes.
[24:05] » Mr. Brown? >> Yes.
[24:06] » Mr. Griffith? >> Yes.
[24:08] » Okay, the motion is approved.
[24:15] » Now we will move on to our third case for tonight.
[24:19] That is case number 260010 for development variance request at 2368
[24:25] and 2398 Enterprise. Will the applicant please come to the podium?
[24:32] Please state your name and address for the record and describe the nature of
[24:35] your request. >> Uh thank you members of the board. My
[24:37] name is Chad Rothschild. I'm here today on behalf of Metallic Resources. Uh and
[24:42] the property owner CSC Realty. Um. We own the property at 2368. It's an
[24:49] existing industrial structure. Um.
[24:52] We own to the west that's a vacant parcel that may or
[24:57] may not be listed on the agenda. To the east, we purchased the property
[25:02] that's 2398 East Enterprise back in May of 2025 out of auction.
[25:09] Um at this time, we're looking to expand our operation off of 2368
[25:15] and uh as we were going through the process
[25:18] with our contractor, with our architect, in reviewing the zoning code, we
[25:23] realized there's a 100-ft setback from building up against a residential um you
[25:30] know, adjacent property. And then likewise for parking, it is a uh
[25:36] 50-ft setback. What's unique about the location of the
[25:40] property is if you look to the east of 2398,
[25:45] that's uh Great Day Improvement, that's also zoned industrial.
[25:49] Um you know, innovation manufacturing.
[25:53] And then to the west of the vacant lot is the building formerly owned by
[25:57] Caltech. Uh that's also, you know, in the IM zone. Those carry with it a
[26:02] different setback. Those are the traditional, I believe, 50-ft for
[26:06] building and uh I think
[26:09] Well, whatever it is. All we're requesting is that the setbacks be
[26:13] commensurate with the properties to the east and west of us, and we do not
[26:17] believe We believe it would be aesthetically pleasing.
[26:20] Uh there's a lot of woodland in the back. Uh
[26:23] you know, to the rear of the residential property, same as there is with the
[26:27] Great Day Improvement. From the street, you would not be able to notice.
[26:31] Um I have some other notes here. Um so, it wouldn't change the essential
[26:36] character of the area. Uh there'd be no adverse effect to governmental services,
[26:41] such as fire access, sewer, water, trash service. We made sure to take into
[26:45] account that you you would have an access road that can go all the way
[26:48] around the the parcel, so there'd be good ingress egress for emergency
[26:53] vehicles. Um Um you know, we believe that's, you know,
[26:57] the spirit and intent of the zoning code would be upheld
[27:00] through the request. So, with that, we respectfully request um issuance of the
[27:05] variance as requested. Happy to answer any questions.
[27:10] » Uh first, I will open this case up to public comment. Do anyone present like
[27:15] to speak for or against this request?
[27:18] Any correspondence? >> Um no, I got no correspondence from
[27:23] anyone regarding this project. >> Okay, thank you.
[27:26] » I can't I can say though um
[27:30] in addition to what the applicant has presented, the the city adopted that
[27:34] additional setback in 2024 when we adopted the zoning code. The reason the
[27:40] other properties are at 50 ft is because we
[27:43] changed the the setback dimension 2 years ago.
[27:48] » Okay. Seeing none, we'll move on to the board
[27:52] discussion. >> I have no I have no questions.
[27:57] » No.
[27:59] No questions here. >> I move that we approve the appeal as
[28:03] requested. Do I have a second? >> Second.
[28:07] » Roll call, please. >> Who Who beat there there's
[28:10] » I just >> I'm going to give that to Tom, okay?
[28:14] Mr. Allen? >> Yes.
[28:15] » Mr. Brown? >> Yes.
[28:17] » Mr. Patz? >> Yes.
[28:18] » Mr. Griffith? >> Yes.
[28:20] » Mr. Cancellor? >> Yes.
[28:21] » The motion is approved. >> Thank you, members of board and
[28:25] planning. >> You're welcome.
[28:26] » Council member, we really appreciate it. Thank you.
[28:28] » Can I just say something real >> Sure.
[28:30] » I had an opportunity to tour the facility and
[28:33] last week, so thank you very much for for showing me around.
[28:36] But it's um it's really a staple of our community, our business community of
[28:41] what's happening. And uh I appreciate the environmental concerns that you guys
[28:45] take an effort with what you're doing. And uh just taking the time to walk me
[28:49] around and give me a tour of um the new layout and and what you'll be
[28:54] expanding. It's It's pretty cool in there uh to see the the items being
[28:57] melted down and to be able to hold a Jody Lynn Hall is like holding a gold
[29:01] bar. So
[29:02] » [laughter] >> but
[29:03] but it was uh very fun. Thank you very much for that.
[29:08] » Now we will move on to the regular meeting. Are there any certifications to
[29:12] be minutes?
[29:17] » Mhm, none. I move to approve our meeting minutes
[29:22] from June 29th, 2026. >> I'll second.
[29:25] » I'll second. >> Roll call, please.
[29:28] » Mr. Allen? >> Yes.
[29:30] » Mr. Griffith? >> Yes.
[29:31] » Mr. Patz? >> Yes.
[29:33] » Mr. Brown? >> Yes.
[29:34] » Mr. Cansler? >> Yes.
[29:36] » And then they're approved. Do we have any other communications or
[29:39] other business to discuss? >> No, um it's looking like we probably
[29:44] will have a meeting next month. I have a couple applicants that are
[29:49] are working on projects and I'm going to guess that the ones that we tabled will
[29:55] or could be back. So, I we'll just say we should plan on having our meeting in
[30:00] September. >> I'm good.
[30:01] » Do you have to have that in by when, the 11th or so?
[30:04] » Y- Yes, that sounds right. The second week of September.
[30:09] » Mhm. >> Okay.
[30:10] » So, yeah, he may not make it, but um I think there's
[30:15] um somebody on Jody Lynn Lane had a minor
[30:20] variance request. I suggested they they could just
[30:25] take foot off the building. I don't know whether they'll do that. So, but there's
[30:29] a couple other applicants floating around out there. We'll see.
[30:33] » Any other communication, Council? >> No, everything's good.
[30:37] » Is there a motion to adjourn? >> So moved.
[30:43] » The meeting is adjourned. >> At
[30:46] » 6:00. >> Thank you, everyone.
