[4:46] have identified a path forward which would require a urban growth

[4:53] With this contract we would be able to process the application for the city.

[9:24] were lost in that. Uh all the dwellings that were lost are

[9:27] on land that's zoned exclusive farm use, which is a state legislated zone. And

[9:32] so, there's there's requirements in order to replace

[9:37] the dwelling if it's destroyed by fire. They would have to apply for a permit

[9:42] from the county and to do that within a certain time

[9:46] frame. And so we would like to work with those land owners to make them

[9:51] aware of these requirements and help them get their permits if they intend to

[9:56] rebuild. And as part of that, we were asking the commissioners to waive the

[10:01] replacement dwelling fee. It's $75 for replacement dwelling.

[10:06] Um for the victims of the Lower Dry Creek

[18:09] And the community health worker position will help us to provide vital support

[18:13] for clients, uh, additional support and mental health support.

[18:18] And those services are also available through targeted case management under

[18:22] the supervision of a registered nurse who takes advantage of the available

[18:25] revenue

[18:28] Uh, currently with the revenue that's projected to likely be brought in and

[18:33] the rural health transformation grant, uh,

[18:36] we're projecting a decrease in what general fund usage would be

[18:40] this budget.

[18:52] Is Are these positions the ones that we'll

[18:55] be on the hook for in the future? >> Uh, the ask would be that this is a
