[31:56] fall by um health PEI and now they have developed a whole heat response tips and

[32:10] encouraging people to get out of the heat, go to some cooler locations,

[32:16] um, including here at the center in times of extreme heat uh, during the

[32:21] that last event which was brutal. Um, and received a number of calls and she

[32:28] even made sure that the central was open for some additional hours particularly
