[1:06] So we need.
[1:09] For instance, we have known.
[1:23] Robert.
[1:29] Contacted.
[1:31] No, wait, it was you.
[1:32] Yeah, we should be able to do it for.
[1:35] The whole year.
[1:37] So that way it's just a sign. OK, Yeah.
[1:40] But Parker's not here either.
[1:42] So.
[1:49] I guess we can, the council, we can decide to do it. Yes, they.
[1:57] Yeah, the four of you can decide.
[1:59] Who it will be?
[2:00] Just nominate someone.
[2:02] And then get a consensus.
[2:07] 2nd.
[2:08] Yeah, that worked. There's someone sick, the person that.
[2:13] Just a second, Jake.
[2:17] All in favor.
[2:19] Aye, Kay.
[2:21] David will be mayor Pro Tem.
[2:33] OK.
[2:36] I'd like to call our meeting to order. It's May 5th, 2026.
[2:41] At.
[2:42] Looks like 1206 maybe?
[2:45] And I'd like to open the council meeting and we'd like to start with an invocation.
[2:50] And.
[2:51] And a Pledge of Allegiance? Was anyone by chance invited to?
[2:55] Do the invocation of the pledge.
[2:59] Cool.
[3:00] We have a volunteer.
[3:02] I would like to give our opening prayer for us.
[3:06] Jacob, how about you?
[3:09] Thank you.
[3:13] Dearly, Father.
[3:15] Thank you for the stay. Thank you.
[3:17] For giving us the opportunity.
[3:19] To do the people's business.
[3:20] Blessed that we may all.
[3:23] Be safe in our endeavors.
[3:25] And that we may.
[3:27] Going go on.
[3:28] And do the.
[3:30] The people's work to the best our abilities.
[3:32] And I say he seen his name, just Christ. Amen. Amen.
[3:43] I pledge allegiance to.
[3:46] United States.
[4:07] Thank you very much. You get a pin now, I'll go.
[4:10] Get a flag pin.
[4:13] OK.
[4:15] We started now with public comments, that's the first thing. So this will be, these will be comments directed to the council.
[4:22] On any topic that's not already on the agenda.
[4:25] Those things will handle when we get there.
[4:27] So if anyone has a comment they'd like to make, now is the time.
[4:31] Please come on up.
[4:38] So I count to 6 and no one stands up. Are we good?
[4:42] OK. Thank you very much and we'll close public comment period.
[4:46] Move to consent items.
[4:48] Item number 4 on our agenda. This is the.
[4:50] Contains 41 the approval of March 2620.
[4:54] 26 Council meeting.
[4:56] Minutes. As for the March, also the March 31st.
[4:59] And the April 21st?
[5:01] Meeting minutes.
[5:02] So I would entertain a motion to.
[5:08] To approve those.
[5:09] I move to approve the consent items as presented 4.14 point 2 and 4.3.
[5:17] Second, OK.
[5:20] All in favor say aye.
[5:21] Aye, aye.
[5:25] Aye.
[5:26] So the consent items passed.
[5:28] We approve the minutes.
[5:30] Moving on to the business section.
[5:32] We're at and that is Proclamation 202602, recognizing the 57th Annual Professional Municipal Clerks Week.
[5:41] From May 3rd to 9th.
[5:43] This is to recognize the dedicated service of municipal clerks worldwide.
[5:48] And acknowledge that Vineyard City is privileged to be served by dedicated professionals in this field.
[5:52] And so, as Mayor Pro Tem, I proclaim this week of May 3rd through 9th as Professional Municipal Clerks Week in Vineyard City.
[6:00] So for proclamations, we don't necessarily do a vote, do we? Or how that went?
[6:06] But it's right there for the time.
[6:08] Very good.
[6:10] Sign it.
[6:11] OK, let's just do that right now so we don't get lost.
[6:15] I don't get lost.
[6:18] I'll just wow.
[6:20] We'll sign it afterwards. This is Mayor Stratton. Maybe we'll let him sign.
[6:23] OK, but.
[6:24] We all approve it.
[6:26] OK.
[6:28] Takes us now to our work session number six.
[6:31] So this is these are items for discussion for the Council. No action will be taken under these items. These are just to introduce
[6:36] the topics to us and to be able to discuss them and.
[6:41] And air our opinions and and seek feedback.
[6:44] At which time we may ask the public to join us in feedback. We'll as we get there.
[6:49] So be patient. We'll get to you.
[6:52] Let's start with the first item is the UTA frontrunner.
[6:56] 2X update.
[6:58] Braden, Anderson and Justin.
[7:00] Fidelis, are you guys here?
[7:02] Please time is yours.
[7:11] And did I get that right? Was it bidos? How?
[7:14] Thank you.
[7:15] Just bringing up our presentation here.
[7:18] Can we? Yeah, Is that is the light on that microphone?
[7:20] There's light on. You may push push the button.
[7:23] I don't see about a button on the pedestal, the microphone thing itself.
[7:30] Okay.
[7:31] Can you hear me?
[7:32] Oh, Robin working it.
[7:36] I think.
[7:37] For the.
[7:38] Podium.
[7:44] We we may call upon our technical expertise, our technical group to come and join us.
[7:50] Also part-time city engineer.
[7:52] Could you give us a hand with this?
[7:58] Try it again.
[8:08] There you go.
[8:11] Can you hear me?
[8:12] That works.
[8:16] OK. OK. Thank you, Naseem. Thank you very much.
[8:19] Can you hear me online?
[8:20] And in the room.
[8:22] Can you guys?
[8:23] Ask you guys here.
[8:24] OK, good.
[8:26] Go ahead, please.
[8:30] OK. So as we're pulling up the presentation.
[8:32] I just want to introduce myself real quickly. My name is Brayden Anderson.
[8:36] I'm with the Utah Department of Transportation.
[8:38] Deputy Project.
[8:40] Director on the front runner.
[8:41] 2X project I'm here to represent our project in.
[8:44] Give an introduction to the Council and.
[8:46] The public on.
[8:47] What the status is of our project and a little bit of background.
[8:50] Just to fill people in on the.
[8:51] Where we're at right now.
[9:04] Thank you.
[9:05] Perfect.
[9:06] OK. If you just go to the next slide?
[9:09] Thank you.
[9:10] So our.
[9:12] Team is made-up of.
[9:13] UDOT and UTA.
[9:16] It's being delivered. The construction is being delivered through UDOT and then when that is completed.
[9:21] It will be turned over to UTA for operation.
[9:24] And maintenance at that point?
[9:26] OK. Next slide please.
[9:29] So we have a short video.
[9:31] Hopefully that will work.
[9:32] That kind of explains.
[9:34] Project a little bit really briefly and it does a great job at explaining.
[9:38] Why we're doing some strategic double tracking.
[9:40] And how that will benefit?
[9:41] The system and the.
[9:43] And the public.
[9:44] So let's.
[9:45] Fingers crossed we get a.
[9:47] We see it, but hopefully we can hear it too.
[9:53] If not, I can narrate and as it's moving.
[9:56] So currently there's a single track for along most of the system.
[10:00] There's a few areas where double track goes at.
[10:02] Around the stations and a few other areas.
[10:04] Which limits the number of trains and the frequency that will.
[10:07] The system will allow.
[10:09] So our project is to strategically include and add some double track.
[10:13] In some.
[10:14] Areas along the entire corridor.
[10:18] To allow trains to pass. So you can see here there's the front airline and the one below that is the Union Pacific line.
[10:23] Currently in a lot of areas that blue.
[10:25] Is only single track, which doesn't allow trains.
[10:28] To pass.
[10:30] Unless you get to a station as shown here.
[10:32] Double tracks and that allows.
[10:34] The two directions to pass each other.
[10:40] The other narrator is way better than I am at this, but I'll do my best.
[10:45] So.
[10:47] The train passes.
[10:48] You missed the train.
[10:50] It takes a while for the next train to get back to you, so the goal is I'll just keep talking so we don't take up too much of your
[10:53] time and get watching the technicalities here.
[10:57] So you have to wait for the train that's coming to the.
[11:01] That red train has to get to the station where there is double tracking.
[11:04] To allow for the other train to pass.
[11:06] So that limits the number of trains that are able to.
[11:09] Occupy the system at any one time and.
[11:12] Service those stations.
[11:14] So there, that other train has now moved on to that single track.
[11:21] So yeah.
[11:22] They're saying if we added more trains it would make a difference because they just can't pass each other right now.
[11:26] So the best frequency service we can offer at this point is every 30 minutes during peak hours.
[11:31] You know, rush hour in the morning, in the evening, and then every.
[11:34] Hour during off peak hours.
[11:36] And that's the limitation of the double of the single track.
[11:39] Correct.
[11:39] Yep.
[11:45] So as you can see if we extend that double track.
[11:47] We're able to add an additional train.
[11:50] That southbound train is able to get off the track sooner.
[11:52] For that.
[11:53] New extra northbound train to enter the system so it's now.
[11:57] A shorter gap between trains and thereby a shorter gap between service.
[12:03] So you can see in this map here it shows.
[12:04] Those locations where we're going to be double tracking.
[12:08] So instead of every 30 minutes, now we're able to go to every 15 minutes during peak hours.
[12:13] So that double s the frequency during peak times and the capacity.
[12:19] So hence the name.
[12:20] 2X for runner, 2X so.
[12:25] But I would encourage you to.
[12:26] Look this up on.
[12:27] Our website it's.
[12:29] It does a better job than I do, but.
[12:33] Just in the interest of kind of moving.
[12:34] Through this.
[12:36] Video clip. I just would give a brief narration.
[12:40] So yeah, that's kind of a brief nutshell on what the strategic double track is about.
[12:44] And the map showed where we were doing that. As you can see, it's along.
[12:48] A large portion of the corridor.
[12:50] So we can go to the next slide now.
[12:54] OK, one more.
[12:58] So the purpose of this project?
[13:00] Briefly touched on during the video is.
[13:02] Right now for honors.
[13:04] At 90% capacity during the peak hour.
[13:06] So the trains are full.
[13:08] So by adding additional track and trains, we're able to increase that service and.
[13:13] Reduce the congestion.
[13:14] And also increased ridership.
[13:16] OK. Next slide.
[13:21] Some benefits that we'll see.
[13:22] As a result, the project.
[13:24] Like we talked about increased frequency.
[13:26] To 15 minute peak times.
[13:28] And 30 minutes during off peak hours.
[13:30] Increased ridership.
[13:31] With the additional trains.
[13:33] Improved reliability.
[13:35] By having additional double track.
[13:36] We can improve the reliability of the system.
[13:40] And be able to.
[13:42] Be more nimble as things arise and be able to move trains around more easily.
[13:46] And as we all know.
[13:47] I-15 traffic is.
[13:49] Getting worse and worse as time goes on.
[13:51] So by 2050, it's anticipated that Frontier will actually be 17% faster than.
[13:57] Travel by I-15.
[13:58] And as with many.
[14:00] Transit projects that supports economic development in a lot of areas.
[14:04] OK. Next slide please.
[14:08] A brief outline of what?
[14:09] The project involves a really high overview look is.
[14:13] 11 new double track sections.
[14:15] One new train station.
[14:16] To facilitate maintenance of the new train fleet.
[14:19] That we'll be bringing online.
[14:21] As you can see, 10 new train sets.
[14:23] Or I'm sorry, the station is a new station.
[14:26] In the Bluffdale area.
[14:28] And then a new maintenance facility for those new trains.
[14:33] And that maintenance facility is going to be?
[14:35] Located in.
[14:36] Near Beck St. and kind of near North Salt Lake, so.
[14:39] But I'll show you that on the map here.
[14:41] Next slide, please.
[14:44] Yep, as you can see on the map.
[14:46] Those red areas are areas where we will be doing some.
[14:49] Double tracking.
[14:50] That new maintenance facility there you can see between Woods Cross and the North Temple station.
[14:55] And then the new.
[14:56] Train station will be.
[14:58] Just north or just South of Draper.
[15:00] Adjacent to the new.
[15:01] Of the mountain development.
[15:03] So that will be.
[15:04] Part of this project as well.
[15:06] And if you have any questions.
[15:08] Along the way, don't.
[15:09] Hesitate.
[15:11] Let me know.
[15:12] Thank you. OK, Next slide please.
[15:15] Here's a brief timeline of where the project's been and where we're going.
[15:19] We're still in the design phase. Environmental study has been completed.
[15:24] We're hoping to get a federal grant approval here in the next.
[15:28] Several months to hopefully less than a year from now.
[15:31] Design is wrapping up on.
[15:33] The majority of the project, there's still some design ongoing.
[15:37] And then the.
[15:38] Anticipated construction start time is.
[15:41] Hopefully.
[15:42] Early 2027.
[15:43] With some early work for utility relocations.
[15:47] Potentially this fall.
[15:48] So there'll be minimal impacts to the public for a lot of that utility relocation.
[15:54] And the goal is to complete construction by 20-30 and have that new 15 minute peak service in place.
[16:01] OK. Next slide.
[16:03] So the goal then isn't to double track the entire system, it's just certain places.
[16:09] Yeah, certain places based on modeling.
[16:11] To get the best efficiency out of.
[16:13] What's currently in place as well as?
[16:15] You know the best use of money to strategically double track a few areas to get the trains to move.
[16:20] Other plans in the future to double track the entire system.
[16:23] I believe so long range term.
[16:25] Long range plans show.
[16:26] Additional double tracking.
[16:28] Even some triple tracking in some areas.
[16:30] More potential express strains and things like that.
[16:35] And if.
[16:36] If the system were to be double tracked all the way.
[16:40] How would that improve?
[16:41] Throughput, I mean how often the trains can come and so forth.
[16:45] I don't know, Matt, maybe you could.
[16:47] That's with UTA, he might be able to better answer that question. OK.
[16:51] Sure, yeah.
[16:52] Thanks for having me. My name is Matthew Carter. Welcome. I've been a consultant at UTA for.
[16:58] 28.
[16:59] 30 years for a while so.
[17:01] Umm.
[17:04] It could help the throughput if.
[17:07] If it was double track the whole way then you wouldn't have any of those conflicts with trains needing to pass.
[17:13] At double track areas since there be.
[17:16] Double track the whole way.
[17:18] I would envision that it would probably operate very similar to the way Trax does right now.
[17:24] But even that said, Trax does not operate any faster than 15 minute service, so probably.
[17:32] It could possibly allow us to run all day 15 minute service, but I.
[17:37] Wouldn't anticipate that we would go.
[17:40] Than 15 minute service once we got double tracked.
[17:44] What it does do if you were to double track the whole?
[17:46] The whole way is it allows you to be.
[17:49] A lot more consistent with your schedule.
[17:52] Anytime you have single track in your system, you run the potential of.
[17:56] Having conflicts with opposing trains which might delay the system and might put you off schedule, so having double tracked the
[18:00] entire way would allow you to.
[18:04] Stay on schedule a lot, a lot more efficiently so.
[18:08] And so running trains twice as often.
[18:12] Right now we're thinking during peak hours, are we fine?
[18:15] Or if you're finding that, are you at capacity or beyond right now at rush hour?
[18:20] Yes. So right now we're running actually the federal grant that we're seeking.
[18:25] Trying to get.
[18:26] Is based on the fact that you have at least an 80 to 90% capacity during peak hours, which we are having at this point in time. So
[18:33] that allows us to qualify for that grant.
[18:40] And so that's why we're we're seeking that federal money to help us with our capacity issues that we're having at this point in
[18:43] time. Super.
[18:47] OK, cool. Thank you.
[18:53] OK. Next, next slide.
[19:00] OK. So now we'll jump in a little bit on the more focused.
[19:04] Aspect to the.
[19:05] Area in question which is.
[19:07] In your case, vineyard.
[19:08] We wanted to come out and kind of give everybody an update on.
[19:12] Especially.
[19:12] Your location and.
[19:14] The work that will be happening in this area.
[19:16] And Justin, can I turn this over to you?
[19:18] And he'll kind of walk through the design for us.
[19:20] Thank you.
[19:23] Yeah, it's good to be here today again. My name is Justin Bettles. I work for Horrocks. I'm a consultant.
[19:28] I'm the segment lead.
[19:31] For over design for the Orem segment.
[19:33] We call it the Orem segment just because it begins at the.
[19:36] At the Orem station.
[19:39] And then heads N That arm station is roughly at about there at 8 S.
[19:45] As it shows on the screen, the length of this segment is about 1.7 miles.
[19:50] And it ends just north of 400 N.
[19:53] Right next to.
[19:54] The Trailside elementary school.
[19:58] Next slide.
[19:59] Please.
[20:03] So the vineyard.
[20:05] City segment.
[20:06] In this Orem segment begins at the city boundary there at Geneva Rd.
[20:11] And one of the things that.
[20:13] It's kind of unique about this segment is.
[20:15] We're not able to just.
[20:17] Add the track to the outside where that's.
[20:20] Taking place in most cases.
[20:22] There's not enough room to the outside at the Geneva Road bridge.
[20:27] So the track, the new track.
[20:29] Line has to go.
[20:30] To the inside.
[20:33] So there is kind of a benefit to that to where?
[20:36] There's no.
[20:38] Additional.
[20:39] Right away needed.
[20:41] Along that, outside that West side.
[20:44] Along the tracks through this area.
[20:47] However it does.
[20:48] Require us to.
[20:49] Shift.
[20:50] The Union Pacific tracks.
[20:52] To the east a little bit.
[20:54] To create some room on that inside.
[20:56] Area.
[20:57] For that additional track.
[20:59] And then you can see that.
[21:02] With that track shift.
[21:04] Continues.
[21:05] On that shift as it goes along.
[21:09] The Vineyard.
[21:10] Road there has been your Rd.
[21:12] Parallels the tracks.
[21:14] Next slide, please.
[21:19] So has Vineyard Rd.
[21:20] Kind of bends away.
[21:22] From the track line, that's when the tracks start to shift back to the West.
[21:28] To try to get back on.
[21:30] An original alignment, so.
[21:32] Those tracks line up with the tracks to the north.
[21:35] This is where.
[21:37] We do.
[21:39] The project does need to obtain a little bit more.
[21:41] Right away.
[21:42] For the tracks to be installed.
[21:46] It's about 17 feet.
[21:48] Of additional right away needed.
[21:49] Starting.
[21:50] Just a little bit South of Center St.
[21:53] You can see on that.
[21:54] Image there.
[21:55] Sorry, the image is a little.
[21:58] Blurry, but there's a little notch.
[22:01] Kind of in the center of that.
[22:02] Image and we need to put a signal house there.
[22:06] Part of the systems.
[22:08] For the track.
[22:11] For the track work and that requires us to just.
[22:14] Notch the existing trail out around that.
[22:17] That area that we need for the signal house.
[22:20] We know that that's a planned development that's going in there we've.
[22:24] We've.
[22:25] Tried to put that in a location that works for the tracks but also.
[22:29] It's in an area where we're not impacting parking lot or any buildings there and that's on the northeast side of the track.
[22:37] Is that correct?
[22:38] Northwest.
[22:40] It's just it's South of Center St.
[22:43] I'm sorry, I was glare on the West side.
[22:49] And we talked to the developer about that.
[22:54] So you're not talking about this little notch? Yeah, that notch right there. Yeah, we need that little notch for a signal house.
[23:01] Yeah, I see.
[23:04] Yeah, I don't think we've.
[23:05] Reached out to the property owner.
[23:07] And talked about that yet?
[23:11] Because I know they're they're putting in foundation.
[23:14] I mean, they're going to be there and just.
[23:16] The next couple months, right?
[23:17] Yeah, we've, we've seen some aerial imagery where they've got some curb and gutter installed and and they've started foundations.
[23:25] But yeah, we'll definitely.
[23:26] Need to coordinate with them.
[23:28] On that.
[23:29] Shift of the pedestrian trail.
[23:31] Yeah, recommend that sooner than later.
[23:43] OK.
[23:49] That community, that community is already.
[23:52] Parking again has a huge gonna have a huge.
[23:55] Parking problem though.
[23:58] My only concern would be.
[24:01] If you get rid of the parking, we need to get rid of some of the buildings.
[24:04] As well would that would you guys be purchasing those buildings to?
[24:08] To make sure that you have.
[24:10] Because you guys are going to need your anticipated parking.
[24:13] Well, for the structure to act, will you be accessing it?
[24:17] The vehicles the the signal house will be inside the.
[24:21] The UTA right away and so it'll just be accessed inside the track right away.
[24:27] The trail that just needs to go around that signal house.
[24:30] Looked like it was just going to be.
[24:33] Where they had planned.
[24:34] Landscaping.
[24:36] So we're not taking out any parking stalls.
[24:38] Or any structures.
[24:43] This particular.
[24:44] Developer.
[24:47] Is kind of set.
[24:48] In his way, is that fair to say that?
[24:51] You might want to talk to him sooner as opposed to later. I'm just going to say that.
[24:54] And I think of.
[24:55] I think it'd be amicable I'm sure, but still, you sooner the better.
[24:59] OK. Yeah, we can definitely do that.
[25:02] From Center St. to the north.
[25:04] Just real quick, we do need to install retaining wall.
[25:09] Between.
[25:11] The new.
[25:12] Track line and the pedestrian trail.
[25:15] Along with that, we have to install a new storm drain line.
[25:18] With the new track, we have to relocate the storm drain line.
[25:22] And so it's going to run underneath the pedestrian.
[25:26] Trell.
[25:29] So with that work.
[25:31] The pedestrian trail.
[25:33] Gets tore up, tore up to get that storm drain line in and it will get fully reconstructed.
[25:40] On the image here we do have the Rendezvous Park.
[25:43] We're not planning on impacting Rendezvous Park at all. It's just the trail.
[25:48] It gets reconstructed as all.
[25:50] As we get through the residential parcels as we head north.
[25:54] We do require a temporary easement.
[25:58] On the Utah County property that houses the trail.
[26:02] Just to get that storm drain line in and reconstruct the trail.
[26:06] But we don't require any.
[26:08] Easements or any additional right of way to the residential parcels along there.
[26:14] So how long do you anticipate the trails be closed?
[26:18] That's a great question.
[26:20] And I don't I don't know the answer to that.
[26:24] Yeah. We're just we're finalizing all that design, OK.
[26:31] All right.
[26:32] Thank you.
[26:35] Right. Yeah.
[26:38] So this is pretty much similar to the previous.
[26:42] Slide, Yeah, it's just pretty linear.
[26:44] The additional track line.
[26:47] And including the storm drain and reconstructing the trail.
[26:51] Through here.
[26:52] You can see.
[26:53] The UP.
[26:55] Tracks get tied back in.
[26:58] And it's just the UTA line that has to continue N to finish out that.
[27:02] That double tracking.
[27:04] Next slide, please.
[27:06] So real quick, one question.
[27:09] Oh, go ahead, Jake, you're on.
[27:12] Jay, go ahead.
[27:14] The residents in this specific community.
[27:18] Have complained about the noise of the train and now the train coming every 15 minutes.
[27:25] What type of?
[27:27] Sound barrier.
[27:28] Are we, I mean, are you able to?
[27:31] Put up. Are we able to request how? How does that?
[27:34] How does that work?
[27:37] Yeah, I know We've done a noise analysis, is that?
[27:41] OK, Yeah, if you can hang tight, we'll get to the noise.
[27:44] Issue in just a minute.
[27:46] And one last question before you go on.
[27:48] I'm sorry if you got.
[27:51] OK, sorry. The question is we've been trying to work at.
[27:55] At Removing the the rail spur along Geneva Rd.
[27:59] Yes, right. And and there's part of that is they're going to add some more up.
[28:04] UP Railroad is going to add more track along this corridor.
[28:07] Will it? Will that all fit in here?
[28:09] Yes.
[28:10] Yes, we've accounted for that, OK.
[28:13] Perfect consolidation.
[28:14] Yeah, project.
[28:15] Thank you.
[28:18] And as mentioned earlier, the segment ends just north of 400 N, right there at the Trailside Elementary School.
[28:27] So that's that's pretty much the the limits of the segment. That's some highlights of the design that we're working.
[28:33] On trying to.
[28:34] And we're at it working towards a 90% plan set right now over the next couple months to.
[28:40] To kind of finalize.
[28:41] The design through here so.
[28:46] Very minimal impacts to utilities.
[28:49] There's like a water line or maybe a couple water lines that we have to extend casings outside beyond the right away line, but
[28:53] they're pretty minimal impacts to utilities.
[29:02] The same next slide.
[29:04] Please.
[29:11] Thank you, Justin.
[29:14] As far as an over.
[29:15] Environmental Overview.
[29:16] We mentioned that the Rendezvous Park will not be.
[29:18] Impacted.
[29:20] There will be some construction work adjacent to the park.
[29:22] There was no impact to the aquatic or biological resources in the area.
[29:26] And then we didn't identify some noise vibration impacts.
[29:29] Near 400 N and that.
[29:30] We'll talk to those here in the next couple of slides.
[29:34] OK. Next slide please.
[29:41] So yeah, as mentioned.
[29:42] There's concern about noise, vibration, as with any project getting.
[29:46] Increases any kind of rail or roadway activity so.
[29:49] We get that.
[29:50] As part of this project, a noise analysis.
[29:53] Was done in the area.
[29:54] To account for the additional trains and the additional track.
[29:59] And some of that involves.
[30:02] What will be done to mitigate those?
[30:04] Impacts to noise and vibration.
[30:06] And what was determined in this area was spring rail frogs.
[30:09] It's kind of a funny.
[30:10] Term for.
[30:12] Anyone, but it's essentially these. There's special switches that are used to reduce the number of.
[30:16] Or the vibration that trains.
[30:18] In part to the.
[30:20] The track and the ground.
[30:21] As they're switching from one track to the next.
[30:23] So it's a spring rail frog which reduces that vibration impact.
[30:28] And with.
[30:29] With installing these at the crossovers.
[30:32] The.
[30:34] Noise, vibration impacts will be completely mitigated.
[30:40] OK. Next slide please.
[30:43] And this kind of dives in a little bit to show which.
[30:47] Individual homes were identified as having some vibration impacts.
[30:50] But with those Springwell frogs?
[30:52] Those vibration impacts will be mitigated to below the threshold of the FTA.
[30:57] Seize any additional mitigation.
[30:59] Needs would be required there so.
[31:01] It was determined that those spring rail frogs would.
[31:03] In fact.
[31:04] Mitigate.
[31:05] Any vibration to below the threshold that the FDA would.
[31:09] Required additional mitigations, so.
[31:12] It should do a very good job at that. Plus those crossovers will not be used.
[31:17] As frequently.
[31:18] As others, they'll be used for maintenance and emergency.
[31:21] Train switching.
[31:23] So there'd be limited use on those spring roll frogs anyway.
[31:27] OK. Next slide please.
[31:29] Any questions on that before we move to the next?
[31:34] I've just got a quick question. Is there anything that the city could kind of opt for?
[31:39] Voluntarily.
[31:41] Do I know some of the concern?
[31:43] Folks reached out about the noise like further South. It's just like the general noise. Obviously nothing.
[31:50] That we do is going to make things perfect, but.
[31:52] Are there anything like?
[31:54] I don't know planting trees or anything that the city could.
[31:57] Do while construction is going on to.
[32:01] Is the cost of.
[32:02] Mobilizing twice there, but that could potentially help the.
[32:06] If the general noise.
[32:07] I mean, that's definitely a possibility we could look at and coordinate.
[32:12] That would be a betterment to the city that they.
[32:15] Would be responsible for him as far as warrant for any kind of noise wall or trees that would be.
[32:20] Yeah, up to the city.
[32:23] OK, OK.
[32:25] And then as far as next steps go.
[32:28] We have a neighborhood meeting plan on May 11th.
[32:31] It's being rescheduled.
[32:33] No longer on the 11th.
[32:34] That's right.
[32:35] So that's that meeting. OK, so do we have a date for it yet?
[32:39] OK, thanks.
[32:41] Probably late May.
[32:43] Thank you.
[32:44] The goal of that meeting is to get with the impacted neighbors.
[32:47] And any residents interested in learning more about the project and.
[32:50] And the steps that we're taking.
[32:51] Would you guys just be meeting here or is there a location? We were originally going to do it at Vineyard Elementary, but.
[33:03] Residents and we'll reach out to all those impact.
[33:11] I've got a question as well.
[33:13] Similar to Councilman there.
[33:16] Had a lot of complaints about the trail.
[33:19] Without any trees are there.
[33:24] Are there anything that's?
[33:25] Stop us from planting trees when it's reconstructed to cool it down.
[33:31] Make it a little bit more.
[33:34] Beautify it.
[33:35] So that it's just not some.
[33:38] It really feels like the the cement highway is just too hot.
[33:44] How close can we get?
[33:47] To the tracks itself.
[33:51] Right. I don't know, maybe Matt.
[33:53] Carter, you have an idea on?
[33:54] Planting trees near the corridor.
[34:01] The when we replaced the trail, it will be back in its existing location, which would be right up against the rail corridor and
[34:05] against our short wall that we'll be building along there.
[34:12] That leaves the existing.
[34:15] Kind of landscaped area that's between the trail and the fences of the backs of the homes there.
[34:20] If the city wanted to.
[34:22] Add trees or beautify that area.
[34:25] Former fashion.
[34:27] That would be fine. It's nothing that we're not.
[34:30] Planning on impacting that area.
[34:33] So we're not.
[34:34] We're not going to be reconstructing from.
[34:37] Our corridor to the back fences.
[34:40] All through there, there might be some areas where we step across the trail a little bit, but.
[34:46] We're happy to work.
[34:48] With Vineyard City on, however, they might want to look at that I'm.
[34:52] If that's something that you'd like to look at.
[34:55] Join this for.
[34:57] What are these?
[34:59] At the same time, because you're ripping up the trail to be able to put water and.
[35:03] Landscaping and.
[35:05] For structure with.
[35:06] Save dollars and to do it.
[35:07] That you know side by side.
[35:10] Yes, yeah. So this is the works director, city engineer. That's a great comment. Actually, we've met with UTA previously.
[35:19] And in regards to that, I believe it was the last online meeting that we had George Schramm and his team specifically.
[35:27] Blaine Nelson, They've been working up a preliminary.
[35:30] Tree planting or landscaping planting along there to kind of.
[35:34] Coincide to the irrigation requirements, but more and more shading like the tree canopy which they'll be having a great
[35:42] presentation on soon as well as considering the water wise type landscaping as well. So the city staff is currently.
[35:50] Putting something together for our proposed UTA.
[35:53] Consideration.
[35:57] Did UTA recommend a specific type of tree? Do you guys? Is there something that is more effective at knocking down noise?
[36:06] Does UTA talk about spacing of those trees or?
[36:11] For anything that doesn't make any difference at all.
[36:15] We haven't done any analysis on a different type of.
[36:19] That might.
[36:20] Help from that perspective.
[36:23] Just in thinking about it, generally you know an Evergreen type tree that.
[36:28] Be foliaged all year round as opposed to losing leaves in the fall and the winter time.
[36:35] Might be better, but.
[36:37] That would be something that someone else would have to analyze, and you'd have to see how that fits into your.
[36:41] Landscape plan through that area.
[36:45] I think generally those trees would be far enough away from the tracks that it probably whatever was selected probably wouldn't be
[36:49] affecting the train.
[36:54] Or affecting our service in any way. So it would probably be just up to the city on how you want it to.
[36:59] Look at that and what you wanted planted in that area.
[37:06] Council, Would it be OK to have George?
[37:10] Think about and under with the theme about.
[37:13] I I just heard this multiple times about how hot that trail is, how it's just not fun.
[37:19] To ride on because the heat.
[37:23] Something that could really.
[37:24] Be a robust the waste barrier. I know they're probably going to.
[37:29] Complained about the double track as much as we can and if we could so.
[37:33] Get some ideas about.
[37:35] You know how?
[37:37] How thick we could get that just to?
[37:39] And I know people don't like so so.
[37:42] Jake.
[37:43] Neighborhoods kill a little bit better, you know.
[37:47] Councilman, hold away.
[37:50] I have a 6.3 as a tradematroid planning updates maybe and George will be there on.
[37:54] Stand there, maybe ask him at that time.
[37:57] Sounds good.
[37:58] OK, thanks.
[38:00] Please go ahead.
[38:01] Yeah, any other?
[38:02] Questions. I don't know if we're.
[38:05] Probably done with the presentation.
[38:07] Just opened up for question I guess.
[38:09] OK. Yeah, you just go to that last slide.
[38:14] Sorry, we're not good at waiting for questions.
[38:16] No, that's that's totally fine.
[38:18] We welcome and.
[38:19] Also, just by quick way of introduction, I brought some of our team as well.
[38:23] Catherine, you know from our public involvement.
[38:26] Crew Justin, we've heard from him, Matt Carter from ETA and then.
[38:30] Sergeant is with FFP, which is a joint venture between Stacey Lipbeck.
[38:33] And RLW, who will be the contractor?
[38:36] During this project so wanted to make sure did I miss anyone?
[38:40] Make sure I shout out.
[38:41] Our folks for being here.
[38:43] And has been kind of.
[38:45] Mentioned a little bit is we have been working with the city staff already for.
[38:49] Sometime on coordinating a lot of these things so.
[38:52] Yeah, now we just want to make sure the council's.
[38:54] Brought up the speed on things too appreciate it yeah not the first time you've heard about it but we're.
[38:58] Grateful for the chance to look at more closely.
[39:00] And then there's some information there on the website.
[39:03] And our phone number and contact information so.
[39:06] Don't hesitate to reach out.
[39:07] A few good questions from any of.
[39:09] On the public or if you have questions.
[39:11] Happy to answer those.
[39:12] Thank you so much. Thank you. Does the public have any questions about this?
[39:17] Please.
[39:18] Recognize David Pearce.
[39:21] David Pierce, Cascade Neighborhood.
[39:24] One of the questions I have is.
[39:26] Potential impact?
[39:28] On future Rd. enhancements.
[39:30] Along Geneva Rd.
[39:33] If you have any insight about that or have.
[39:37] Discuss that with UGOT or.
[39:39] Forum City.
[39:41] Particularly.
[39:43] On Center St.
[39:47] And a couple of the other roads.
[39:50] Headed north, going north.
[39:52] Umm, you've addressed some of the other issues.
[39:56] I think the question was asked, but I didn't get.
[40:01] I wasn't able to pick up on the answer.
[40:03] And that is, what are the plans minus Grant?
[40:07] Revenue.
[40:13] Question. Yeah.
[40:16] As far as?
[40:18] Roadway improvements we haven't.
[40:21] We haven't discussed with any.
[40:23] In improvements that we're aware of that would be associated with our project other than.
[40:27] At grade crossings, so the the grade crossing on 400 S and the grade crossing at 800 S.
[40:34] We will be reconstructing those great crossings, improving the sidewalks in the area.
[40:40] There'll be different rail lines going across the Great Crossing, so some of the.
[40:45] The.
[40:46] Signaling equipment will be relocated and adjusted to fit the new configuration of tracks going across the streets and whatnot.
[40:50] So.
[40:53] That work will be done. We have not talked to them about any other roadway improvements along Vineyard Rd. or any of that area.
[40:59] We don't anticipate impacting any of those with our project, so it would be something that might be different.
[41:05] Part of the focus of my question.
[41:07] Is future widening of the roads?
[41:11] We have not addressed that. There hasn't been any.
[41:16] Discussions with UDOT as far as anticipated.
[41:20] Growth or?
[41:22] Insufficient.
[41:24] Widths of roads at this point in time, so there hasn't been any discussion with them on on that that I'm aware of your.
[41:30] What was your second question?
[41:32] About the absence of grant funding, Oh yeah, grant funding. So.
[41:37] Umm, Currently our project is based on the assumption that we are going to receive the grant.
[41:45] We do have a good chunk of local money.
[41:48] That has been given to us from the state of Utah and.
[41:52] That.
[41:53] That local money is being used as the match money for the federal grants. A lot of federal grants, you have to have local money to
[41:57] match with that.
[42:02] We we have already been.
[42:05] We've been approved through a couple steps of the federal process and so we're we're in there.
[42:11] Pipeline you could say of the of the grant.
[42:14] We are basically just moving through the process at this point. They have already allocated.
[42:23] A good chunk of money and I think.
[42:25] Three different years of past budgets on the federal budget where it's been allocated directly to the project.
[42:32] That.
[42:34] Cover the entire grant, but it does cover a good chunk of it.
[42:37] We are waiting to hear from them as to the total value of what the grant is that they will be providing to us.
[42:45] Once we find that out, if it covers the entire project, then that's that would be the plan to build the entire project if it.
[42:51] If it's somewhere short of what we need, then we'll have to go back and look at.
[42:56] What how we will have to adjust the scope of the project to to meet our needs of of what we need to do to try to still?
[43:04] Accomplish the goals that we have of double tracking and.
[43:08] And having 15 minute service.
[43:10] So it's not guaranteed, but there's a high probability. Yeah, you could say that's about where we're at in the process right now.
[43:16] And there will be no tax impact.
[43:18] There's no tax impact to this, all the local money has already been allocated.
[43:22] Through transportation budgets and things.
[43:26] There's no.
[43:27] Local tax or anything being assessed with this?
[43:34] Yeah.
[43:36] Thank you. Thank you very much.
[43:39] He really appreciate that.
[43:40] All right, so let's move on to number 6.2.
[43:43] Water use updates.
[43:46] Devin Peterson and Steve Jones.
[43:50] You're up.
[43:51] Thank you.
[43:52] Nasim, thank you for your help.
[44:05] And teams.
[44:07] OK, I got this.
[44:09] I'll kick you out, I'll team.
[44:14] Well, maybe why he's getting this set up.
[44:16] We can do some quick introductions.
[44:20] I'm Devin Peterson. The.
[44:22] Environmental Utilities.
[44:24] Manager, which covers water and sewer.
[44:27] And then?
[44:28] I'm going to tag team this with Steve Jones to let him do a quick little introduction.
[44:34] Yes. So I'm Steve Jones from Hansen, Allen and Luce, and we help the city with your water and sewer needs.
[44:40] Awesome. Thank you.
[45:00] So just use my or use this.
[45:04] As we go to next.
[45:13] OK, sweet.
[45:15] Alrighty.
[45:16] Just have a few.
[45:18] Quick updates as far as.
[45:21] Mostly water goes.
[45:24] So First off, we want to start with.
[45:26] Water quality report.
[45:28] Water quality report will be coming out here.
[45:32] Real soon.
[45:39] So water quality report is submitted.
[45:42] Annually to division of drinking water, that's a requirement.
[45:46] And the water quality report?
[45:49] In fact, I'm gonna.
[45:53] Thank you. Thank you.
[45:55] So the water quality report.
[45:58] Pretty much what it is is a.
[46:00] Report to citizens about the quality of our water. In that report you'll find samples that have been taken.
[46:08] What the highest?
[46:11] Levels detected in each of those.
[46:14] Results.
[46:15] And it also shows the MCL which is the maximum level that the state.
[46:20] Allows for those samples.
[46:23] Umm.
[46:26] With this.
[46:27] Water quality report.
[46:30] We publish it on our website. That's a requirement. We send it out a utility bills.
[46:35] And we have hard copies at the city office for people to stop and pick up if they would like.
[46:43] All of our tests.
[46:45] Come back, we're compliant with this.
[46:47] State and federal regulations, which is good.
[46:50] In that report you will find.
[46:53] One violation.
[46:56] No violation is good, but I would say it's a minor violation.
[47:01] In our fourth quarter.
[47:04] We felt getting a sample turned in on time.
[47:08] As soon as I received the e-mail about that, we took it that day.
[47:12] Samples.
[47:15] Got turned into the state. In fact, they didn't even record it on their website but.
[47:21] Because we did miss it. We do have to.
[47:23] Count for it in this annual report so those samples come back.
[47:28] Good like usual, Well below the MCL so.
[47:37] Moving on to our.
[47:39] Water tank and booster station.
[47:43] I know this has been a very long project and.
[47:47] Glad that it's up and going but.
[47:50] The booster station and water tank was completed in November.
[47:56] And dedicated to Don Oberson.
[47:58] It was a It was a nice.
[48:00] There's a good, good day.
[48:04] The booster station we didn't, actually.
[48:06] Put into the system until March, we.
[48:09] Couple delays with.
[48:11] Getting VPN set up so we can run our SCADA.
[48:17] And just fine TuneIn some automatic valves and stuff.
[48:21] Like that?
[48:23] But we're we're up and going. It's pumping.
[48:26] It's it's working the way it should.
[48:30] So.
[48:32] This water tank and booster station fulfills the.
[48:36] Capacity agreements with central UT.
[48:40] So with that we can.
[48:44] Supply the demand of the system.
[48:47] Without hitting.
[48:48] Peak peak charges.
[48:51] So yeah, if we didn't have this.
[48:54] We'd be charged a lot more water for hitting peak.
[48:58] It also fulfills.
[49:01] Fire suppression pressures and.
[49:03] Fire storage which is required by the state as well.
[49:10] I'd like to give a shout out to.
[49:12] Our team.
[49:13] Going through this process.
[49:16] It's something new to a lot of them and.
[49:20] We've all spent.
[49:21] Sleepless nights.
[49:23] Watching pressures and pumps and.
[49:26] Making sure everything's.
[49:27] Working so people have.
[49:30] The pressures and the.
[49:32] Supply that they need.
[49:35] Moving on to.
[49:37] Water.
[49:38] Usage update.
[49:41] If you look at this graph.
[49:43] I went fiscal year to fiscal year just because that matches our contract with Central UT.
[49:48] I'm looking back 2425. You can see those numbers in millions of gallons.
[49:56] I have not received our April's usage quite yet, but.
[50:00] Interesting thing if you look at it the.
[50:04] 2425.
[50:06] Months July. October, November.
[50:08] We actually used more.
[50:10] That year than what we did this current year.
[50:15] I don't know quite.
[50:17] Yet why I haven't?
[50:18] Done that research yet? But.
[50:21] The rest of the months this year you can tell are.
[50:24] Steadily going up.
[50:26] And.
[50:27] That's due to the population growth.
[50:29] And as well as the.
[50:31] You know, dry winter.
[50:34] And the.
[50:36] Hot spring.
[50:42] As you all know.
[50:45] It's a drought year.
[50:48] So some of the things that.
[50:52] We're looking at the hopefully help with that is.
[50:57] Central UT.
[50:58] Allocation.
[50:59] Purchase which?
[51:01] Steve's going to touch on that's coming up on in July.
[51:05] Implementing a water conservation plan.
[51:09] And developing A secondary water master plan.
[51:13] I'm sure you guys have noticed that.
[51:15] We have.
[51:17] We've got some money to start looking into that secondary.
[51:20] Water Master plan, but it has not been.
[51:23] Done yet?
[51:27] We've also talked about Flip the Strip.
[51:31] And city detention areas.
[51:34] And.
[51:36] Acquiring as much water as possible. Both.
[51:38] Irrigation and drinking water.
[51:42] Along with that I would just I would like to also mention.
[51:45] For citizens and stuff.
[51:47] Vineyard City is part of.
[51:50] Central UT.
[51:52] The conservancies flow the.
[51:55] Slow the flow.
[51:56] So residents can get some rebates.
[52:00] Due to flipping the strip.
[52:02] Waterways.
[52:04] Landscape.
[52:05] Smart clocks and stuff like that. So I just, I'd like to put that out there and remind the citizens that.
[52:10] That they're interested in any of that or have done it definitely looking to those rebates as well so.
[52:17] Will they be able to find that on the website somehow?
[52:19] Will they be able to find out in the city website somehow?
[52:22] The slow the flow.
[52:24] Information about how to get rebates, so forth.
[52:26] Dorelli's.
[52:32] Great. Whatever we can do to help people know about it, Yeah.
[52:35] Put on the newsletter we have.
[52:41] Great. Thank you so much.
[52:44] And then I.
[52:45] I think we'll turn it over to Steve.
[52:53] And I know.
[52:54] There's some that says 1:00 is the deadline, so I'll go through this fast, but then we can talk about any questions.
[53:01] After that.
[53:02] Yeah. So if 1:00 sort of a soft deadline, OK.
[53:06] So the numbers Devin presented you are?
[53:10] You're using about 2000.
[53:13] 340.
[53:15] Acre feet.
[53:16] That the previous year, this year you're probably going to be using about.
[53:20] 2400.
[53:21] Acre feet.
[53:24] Your five year contract will give you.
[53:27] A total of 3500, so that tells you how much water you have left.
[53:34] But.
[53:35] To need.
[53:36] 5300.
[53:38] In about 10 years or so, depending on how fast things grow.
[53:42] And ultimately, we're looking at about it as long as the city continues to grow like is planned.
[53:49] 8528 so there's.
[53:51] There's more water that Vineyard City needs to acquire.
[53:55] Currently we have 3500.
[53:58] Total under contract.
[54:00] But there's an amount.
[54:02] That that you need to start purchasing.
[54:05] And this is the takedown schedule is what Central Utah calls it. It's.
[54:10] 2000 Additional.
[54:12] Acre feet of water.
[54:14] So right now you have the 1500 acre feet.
[54:19] And you're going to. You're going to need the.
[54:21] This new.
[54:23] Tranche of water very shortly, so it's a good thing it's coming on line and it gives you 2000 additional.
[54:29] Which should last you.
[54:31] At least 5 or 6.
[54:32] Seven years or so.
[54:35] But that doesn't.
[54:36] Again, how fast the city grows and so the contract is to pay for.
[54:43] 150 acre feet every year.
[54:46] And that should should keep up with growth.
[54:48] If for some reason you grow faster.
[54:51] There's nothing that prevents you from buying more water.
[54:55] But if you grow slower, that's.
[54:57] You do have to buy the water.
[54:59] That's part of Central. UT has already bought it and.
[55:02] Paid for the projects and so they need.
[55:04] They need to pay for the projects, so it's about funding.
[55:08] But I think this is a very safe.
[55:10] Schedule.
[55:12] If anything, you might grow faster.
[55:14] And if you do grow slower?
[55:16] It will be a small price to pay.
[55:18] To ensure that you have this water for the future needs of your city.
[55:22] And then addition to this, you're going to have to need, you're going to have to figure out more water.
[55:26] In the future.
[55:28] So as you can see, the price tag is pretty spendy. It's more expensive than any of the other water you've purchased in the past.
[55:36] And I recommend that you.
[55:38] You pass this on to.
[55:40] The new development.
[55:41] If you fail to.
[55:43] Charge the new development for this water.
[55:45] The water that they're going to need.
[55:47] Then that passes the cost on to the existing users, and you're talking about in.
[55:51] In terms of impact fees?
[55:53] Essentially, and so I'm saying charger impact fee that we've already talked about for your own city infrastructure, your
[55:58] pipelines, your tank you built, your pump station.
[56:02] Charge that, but in addition to that.
[56:05] I would recommend charging the Central Utah Impact Fee.
[56:08] Because they've had to pay for the wells and the treatment plant in their own.
[56:13] Equipment to deliver the water.
[56:16] And I would recommend you do charge development the full cost of that.
[56:20] So.
[56:21] This is where those previous development agreements.
[56:24] That, that, that kept.
[56:26] Impact fees constant.
[56:28] At a lower level.
[56:29] I read hurts us.
[56:31] So this is the place where we were sort of stuck in a lot of those areas, yeah.
[56:36] OK.
[56:39] There is a Yep.
[56:41] Recommend saying sorry, said Jump in here recognizing that Jake Hardy.
[56:45] Our council all the way.
[56:47] I'm gonna have to jump off.
[56:48] Here in a minute, can we?
[56:50] And either of the items till our next.
[56:56] I'll say that again. Answer please.
[56:58] He wants to continue to, You want to continue the rest of the items.
[57:05] Here in a minute and that'll leave us.
[57:07] I can have a quorum. OK, well.
[57:09] We continue the rest of the.
[57:11] Next council meeting and just finish this one up.
[57:14] OK, let's at least finish up the water use.
[57:16] And then we'll continue.
[57:18] We'll take a vote to continue Item 63.
[57:20] 265.
[57:23] Can we do that? You hang on for that long, Ezra.
[57:27] Yeah. Thank you.
[57:29] OK. Yeah, my last item is.
[57:33] There's an entity called New CAC and it's North Utah County Aquifer Council.
[57:38] It's all the cities in northern Utah County that have gotten together to talk about managing the groundwater.
[57:44] Now they're realizing.
[57:46] We need more drinking water.
[57:48] Too so central UT.
[57:50] Is.
[57:52] With the.
[57:53] The addition funds.
[57:54] From the city that is done, that is participating in new CAC.
[57:59] Are paying for a study to find the new water supply for all the cities that need water, including yours.
[58:05] So I just strongly encourage you to participate in this they're having.
[58:10] A kickoff meeting.
[58:12] A partnering meeting.
[58:13] At center, Utah.
[58:15] With lunch.
[58:16] 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on May 11th.
[58:18] That's just this coming Monday, and they're even inviting any even City Council members that might be interested in.
[58:25] Understand you have that information, Devin.
[58:27] OK, great.
[58:28] Also, do you have these charts and so forth? We didn't. It wasn't our packet. So we have. We get those from you.
[58:33] Thank you. OK.
[58:35] So just.
[58:36] You saw you have a shortage, you need like twice as much water, so I strongly encourage.
[58:41] Participation from this.
[58:43] From the city, including educating yourselves at City Council. We'll take you up on that.
[58:48] OK. And that's my presentation.
[58:51] Thank you all. The rest of my information is just to answer your questions.
[58:54] All right. Are there any?
[58:56] Pressing questions, Jacob.
[58:57] No, I appreciate it. Yeah, I.
[58:59] If we can participate in that and make sure I guess you said in 10 years is.
[59:04] When we're going to be at.
[59:05] You said 10th out or?
[59:07] Depending on how fast you grow, yes.
[59:10] Again, you're using.
[59:12] 2400 acre feet per year. It's 3500, right? And you have 3500, so you have a little bit of breathing room.
[59:19] But that goes away fast as you build homes. What's the timeline do you think, for that to run out anyway? Do you?
[59:24] Between.
[59:25] 5 to 8 years.
[59:29] I guess I don't know how fast you grow.
[59:32] Thank you. Ezra. You have any questions?
[59:36] Now thank you.
[59:37] I'll entertain a motion to continue item 6364 and 65 to our next meeting.
[59:44] I move to move item.
[59:47] 61626364 and 65 just 636465.
[59:52] 06364 and 65 to what?
[59:55] Our next Our next meeting. Next scheduled meeting.
[59:58] Next Tuesday.
[1:00:01] Ezra, there's a second.
[1:00:04] OK, all in favor say aye.
[1:00:06] Aye.
[1:00:08] OK. Thank you. With that, we adjourn the meeting. Thank you very much. Thank you.
[1:00:13] Thank you.
[1:00:15] Thank you, Ezra.
[1:00:18] David, since there is items left on the agenda, we have to have.
[1:00:22] A motion to adjourn.
[1:00:24] Oh, OK.
[1:00:30] OK, Ezra, you still there?
[1:00:33] He left.
[1:00:35] OK, so.
[1:00:39] So the motions are to.
[1:00:42] To adjourn made and seconded.
[1:00:44] All in favor say aye.
[1:00:45] Hi.
[1:00:47] Thank you.
[1:00:50] Also I need to talk to you about this this.
[1:00:52] I think you should sign it as.
[1:01:15] Show me.
[1:01:16] Get that out there.
[1:01:20] With the little.
[1:01:31] Well.
[1:01:33] What's your question?
[1:01:54] I want to make sure it's shared to teams.
[1:02:01] So.
[1:02:08] Then everybody's just watching off. What you doing on your screen doesn't matter just so it shows as well as.
[1:02:22] Right now you're sharing what's on the screen on the screen, but then you'll also share.
[1:02:37] So what you'll be doing is basically sharing broadcast.
