All
right. Call the Tuesday, September 1st,
[0:04]
2021 board meeting into session. You
would please rise.
[0:14]
» I pledge
to the flag of the United States of
[0:18]
America and to the republic for which it
stands, one nation under God,
[0:25]
indivisible, with liberty and justice
for all.
[0:35]
First item on the agenda would be a
consent agenda.
[0:38]
» We have the regular meeting minutes from
January 6th. Sorry, from August.
[0:46]
» What does that mean?
>> August.
[0:49]
» August 18.6. There you go. uh ready mix
concrete bid awarded to Strider Ready
[0:55]
Mix low bid and purchase a pave master
414 asphalt box in the amount of $58,85
[1:04]
from JMG Equipment Company and that is
the state bid.
[1:10]
» Are there any questions on that?
I'll entertain a motion to approve the
[1:15]
consent agenda
[1:31]
that
[1:35]
» Alman Lang,
>> yes.
[1:37]
» Alman Chandler,
>> yes.
[1:38]
» Alman Crump,
>> yes.
[1:40]
» Alman Porter,
>> abstain. I wasn't here.
[1:43]
» Alman White,
>> yes.
[1:45]
» Alman Roger,
>> yes.
[1:48]
» Motion passes five to zero.
[1:55]
» Next public comments. I do have one
person who submitted a uh public comment
[2:00]
card. Uh Mr. Cruz Cruz,
[2:06]
you come to the podium. I think you've
already stated your name.
[2:14]
Good evening. Uh, tonight was the, uh,
Ashlin
[2:20]
Meadows, uh, engineering bid. I guess
I'm a little confused why we're going
[2:26]
through this. Again, this has already
been done. Nico Engineering did this in
[2:32]
200,
I'm gonna say from 15 to
[2:38]
17. And uh the the for the same exact
area and the city has no thing in this
[2:48]
this was a contractor did this is when
all through the attorneys our city
[2:52]
attorney said nope we don't need it. We
just again hear not till maybe about
[2:57]
four or five years ago we donated the
detention pond that we were taking care
[3:02]
of that was on private ground that we
had to take care of. And you know they
[3:08]
at that time the the city attorney told
them you know there's this is not our
[3:12]
thing. This you need to do with you know
this is your homeowner's thing. This is
[3:16]
what you all need to do that doesn't
belong to the city. The thing I'm
[3:19]
worried about is we're going to have
another indoor estates problem. And I
[3:24]
don't know if any of you all know about
the waterway out there and behind Andor
[3:28]
Estates. I'm sure Justin will tell you
all about it. Take you out there and
[3:33]
show it to you. You talking about
something that's a mess to clean up and
[3:36]
that was another one that the cities
decided, hey, we'll just take it over
[3:41]
and now we're paying for it because you
all you all have no idea what what goes
[3:45]
on out there. Christmas trees,
everything. It's all handone. No
[3:49]
machines need it. Got one way in. And
that's now they put a fence up. There's
[3:54]
a little 8 foot I don't even say 8 foot
wide gate to get in. You got to step
[3:59]
down that far and then you got to walk
the whole thing, which is probably a
[4:03]
little more than a quarter mile, and try
to clean it up. Everybody takes their
[4:07]
dog feces, throws it in there, any kind
of trash goes in there, cable TV goes
[4:11]
across it. It's just a mess. And that's
the same thing you're going to have
[4:15]
here. And I don't know why we're
revisiting, spending this kind of money
[4:19]
when it's already been done. I'm sorry,
but you know, it's not the city's thing
[4:24]
to do the subdivision.
If you know, they got a problem. That's
[4:28]
what they're homeowners association for.
They just need to take care of it. We
[4:33]
did they, you know, there's a lot that
gets done that you all don't know about
[4:36]
cutting these rightways and all this
stuff. It takes a lot of time and I
[4:41]
don't know why the city ever started
doing it. [clears throat] So, that's
[4:44]
just my two cents where instead of
spending what 80 close to $80,000 on a
[4:48]
thing that's already been done, I'm
thinking Miko is the one that did it. If
[4:51]
you want to be able to check back in
your records,
[4:54]
» you say
Brad. Brad, did you say Nico with an N?
[5:00]
» Nico. Nico Engineering. Yeah. Used to be
your used to be the engineering company
[5:04]
for the city.
[5:08]
» Yep.
[5:14]
» Does anybody else like to speak? We give
you five minutes to speak. We ask you
[5:18]
come to the podium, state your name, and
you can talk to us about whatever issues
[5:22]
you may have.
[5:30]
not see.
[5:34]
Next, we'll have alter comments.
I'd like to say today I uh had the
[5:40]
opportunity to uh go out to Pathfinders
facility. I was invited out uh the
[5:46]
Missouri treasurer uh state of
Missouri's treasurer stopped in and
[5:51]
visited at Pathfinders [clears throat]
and uh he was discussing or talking
[5:57]
about a uh program called mole able for
families with uh special needs uh folks
[6:05]
in their family. And I just wanted to
say that uh I would encourage everybody
[6:11]
if you haven't had an opportunity to
stop in and visit Pathfinders. It was uh
[6:16]
extraordinary today. And I would like to
thank uh the president of Pathfinders,
[6:23]
Kathleen [clears throat] Hart Hart
Mills, uh for showing me around today.
[6:28]
But it was a very uh enlightening couple
hours. So I do appreciate the time.
[6:33]
» How much they educate and do up there is
amazing. It's it's a we're very
[6:38]
fortunate here in the uh city of
Warrington to have such a uh great
[6:42]
facility for uh our special needs
families.
[6:47]
» And if people don't know what what all
he's speaking of, I I do encourage you
[6:50]
to go up and see that. But um they're
very big on trying to help people um who
[6:56]
have special needs be able to maybe live
in assisted living or have somebody come
[7:01]
in and check on them but have more
independence in living which is huge.
[7:08]
the also [clears throat] the Mo Ael uh
I'm going to uh see if we can't put that
[7:14]
on our website uh link to the uh treasur
state treasur's office to uh if someone
[7:22]
wanted to take a look at that so
I'll get that to you later Brandy
[7:31]
I would like to vent a little bit
tonight
[7:36]
um So unfortunately this week there was
a video posted to social media. I some
[7:43]
of you most of you probably have seen it
by now. It was a very personal and I
[7:50]
would consider it private event even
though it's public information.
[7:55]
Uh unfortunately it's it's on social
media and it did not do anything
[8:03]
to sway the opinion of the board. It
didn't help the board in any way and in
[8:10]
fact I found it more divisive for the
board
[8:15]
considering an already divisive issue
and um I wouldn't want that posted about
[8:21]
me and I I don't think it was
appropriate and I I hope that we can
[8:28]
come together as a community instead of
dividing the community further and and
[8:33]
resolve our issues without
an unfortunate posting on social media.
[8:44]
» I'll tell you later.
>> That's it.
[8:49]
» I want to say that MODOT did get the
digital signs on 47. There's one on the
[8:55]
county building right there in the
parking lot and one at the radio station
[9:00]
that warn drivers of any accidents or
delays on uh Interstate 70.
[9:08]
I did notice in this week they caught
the attention. I think I only had one
[9:14]
person which that's
>> Yeah.
[9:16]
» How how big is that? But one person was
like, "Why did they put it closer?" And
[9:19]
I said, "I have no idea. That's my dad.
It's not us."
[9:22]
» I didn't know they were doing them. They
just called me one time.
[9:25]
» They're very noticeable. They're up.
[9:33]
I'm glad the drivers have them now. I
wish they had them when I was working.
[9:37]
So,
>> anything else?
[9:43]
» So, touching on what Alderman quarter
was talking about. Um, Vivic Malik, I
[9:51]
was invited to that as well. And, uh, I
spoke with him by a phone. I I did not
[9:57]
know about it until I I got the phone
call yesterday evening. Um, so I don't
[10:02]
know when you guys found out, but um, so
we were talking and he also wanted to
[10:08]
bring awareness to the Trump accounts.
And if any of you don't know what those
[10:14]
are, it's basically
um, an IRA program for children. And
[10:21]
within a particular year, um,
little ones that were born within a
[10:28]
year, which is passed, by the way, um,
they received $1,000 into that fund. So,
[10:34]
um, the thing I I talked to them about,
it's confusing for a lot of young
[10:39]
people, young families who
they don't have fiduciaries. they, you
[10:45]
know, they're not real keen on buying
stocks and going through brokerage firms
[10:51]
and things of that nature. So,
basically,
[10:57]
it's just an avenue for families to use
that would generate um market pricing
[11:06]
for their children instead of just
putting money into like a regular
[11:09]
savings account where it's extremely
extremely low interest. So this gives
[11:15]
them an opportunity to grow their money
a lot by the time the kid's 18. So, um,
[11:24]
but unfortunately
it it's kind of difficult and that was a
[11:28]
conversations that we had was I said,
you know, again, a lot of families, they
[11:32]
don't know where to go, you know, in
order to do this. And I I said if I
[11:37]
think it would be helpful if they could
list on their website um different
[11:42]
brokerage firms that
are, you know, kind of doing this
[11:48]
program a lot. I think you're fine. I
think
[11:50]
» can educate them on that.
>> I don't [clears throat] think that would
[11:53]
be legal doing that. So I just be
careful of that.
[11:57]
» Oh, no, no, no. I'm talking I was
talking with them about listing that on
[12:03]
the website to kind of explain it a
little bit better for young families,
[12:06]
not for us to promote any brokerage
firms.
[12:10]
» Um, but anyway, it it is a really good
resource for for young families looking
[12:15]
to invest for their children's future.
So
[12:20]
that's all I got.
>> Thank you.
[12:23]
» I have one thing.
>> Sure.
[12:24]
» I would just like to ask the community
to keep the ROM maker family and your
[12:28]
prayers smart. I'm just going to leave
it at that. So thank you very much.
[12:37]
[snorts]
>> Thank you
[12:44]
with that. Um looking at a couple
appointments, one appointment for of
[12:50]
Michael Hill for to planning and zoning
to fill the expired term or build
[12:54]
inexpired term.
Anybody have any questions on that?
[13:01]
» I'll entertain a motion to approve the
appointment of Michael Hill to planning
[13:04]
and zone.
>> So move.
[13:06]
» Second.
>> Motion made by Alman Chandler. Second by
[13:10]
quarter by vote.
>> Alman Chandler.
[13:12]
» Yes.
>> Alman Crumb. Yes.
[13:14]
» Alman Porter.
>> Yes.
[13:15]
» Alman White.
>> Yes.
[13:16]
» Alman Roaker.
>> Yes.
[13:18]
» Alman.
>> Yes.
[13:19]
» Motion passes six to Z.
[13:24]
» Next be a request for the road closure
for Warrington High School homecoming
[13:28]
parade on October 4th, 2026.
Does anybody have any questions on that?
[13:35]
» [clears throat]
[13:38]
» standard chang
[13:43]
for the Warrington High School
homecoming parade on October 4th.
[13:47]
» So move second.
>> Motion made quarter second. Alman Rmaker
[13:52]
vote.
>> Alman Crunk.
[13:54]
» Yes.
>> Alman quarter.
[13:56]
» Yes.
>> Alman White.
[13:57]
» Yes.
>> Alman Roaker.
[13:59]
» Yes.
>> Alman Lang.
[14:00]
» Yes.
>> Alman Chandler.
[14:01]
» Yes.
Motion passes six to zero.
[14:09]
» Next thing will be discussion topic. It
will be landscaping ordinance. Uh I
[14:14]
believe al
>> yes. So this is a topic that was brought
[14:17]
up by commissioner Tibbitz at the
planning and zoning for discussion and I
[14:22]
just wanted to get this across to you
guys to discuss it here as well. So the
[14:27]
first thing was right now there's an
exception for all single family units
[14:33]
shall be exempt from submitting a
landscape plan and from any of that. So
[14:39]
I would like to remove that exception
and I would require them to have plans
[14:45]
for every new development neighborhoods.
[14:51]
» So do you guys have any discussion on
that? I I I would just I appreciate
[14:56]
you're bringing this up, but wouldn't
this be something more fitting for a
[15:01]
planning meeting that we're having in a
week or two? I [clears throat] mean,
[15:05]
instead of trying to hash it out here
over a 30 minute time frame because I
[15:11]
think this may be a very pretty
important uh issue that we get.
[15:18]
» Absolutely.
Maybe just to get a little more in time
[15:22]
to put input on it if you don't mind.
>> Yeah, I mean we could do that.
[15:29]
» Is everybody else good with that?
>> I'm actually really good with either
[15:32]
one. I mean, yeah, that's fine with me.
I think we can dedicate the larger
[15:38]
portion of that day to discuss it.
>> Okay.
[15:41]
» Um but I don't know. How do you guys
feel down there?
[15:45]
Yeah, I think
>> have more time there.
[15:49]
» Yeah, I'm good with it.
>> I don't mean to cut you off.
[15:54]
» Oh, no, you're fine.
>> If you would just state it again so that
[15:57]
everybody hears that again what it is
currently.
[15:59]
» Well, there's multiple different parts
that you just brought up.
[16:03]
» Oh, so it would be right now there's an
exception for all single family unit
[16:08]
development where they don't have to
submit a landscaping plan to the city. I
[16:14]
would want to remove that exception. So,
they would have to um submit a plan to
[16:19]
us for new neighborhoods that do come
into the city. There is also a lot more
[16:25]
to this where it's just adjusting our
landscaping ordinance to be more
[16:29]
friendly to like have larger buffers
between industrial and residential,
[16:34]
commercial and residential.
and changed some of our landscape
[16:39]
ordinance to be more friendly to like
the environment
[16:44]
» and
not trying to [clears throat] add it or
[16:47]
stir that up, but
>> I know we discussed it before about
[16:50]
adding a bigger buffer
>> is what you're saying. So more square
[16:54]
footage or more footage
>> actually having a designated number for
[16:56]
the buffer. Y
>> have you have you checked? Is this
[16:59]
pretty similar to what other communities
do?
[17:01]
» Well, quite a few communities have some
variance of this. It's not exactly what
[17:06]
I have here, but very similar.
>> The only reason you bring that up is so
[17:12]
that everybody understands that
>> you know what we're looking at
[17:17]
discussing can do their homework.
>> So, did you want to like specify in
[17:20]
there like
>> I know in the notes very specific
[17:25]
changes I want to make.
>> Okay, good.
[17:27]
» Yeah.
>> Okay.
[17:32]
[snorts]
>> It shows it in your package.
[17:37]
So, yeah, we'll move that to the
planning,
[17:39]
» right?
>> Okay.
[17:40]
» Thank you.
>> I've got something else that I I need to
[17:43]
ask also
[cough] and [clears throat] I Brandy, I
[17:47]
was going to call you about it yesterday
and I'm like, uh, you're she's off, so I
[17:50]
didn't I'm just for tonight. Um, so when
Tony Thornton was in here, uh, Michael
[17:57]
Thornton, I'm sorry. uh from EMA. We had
discussed setting up a natural and
[18:03]
man-made disaster training for us and we
I think we talked about doing two
[18:09]
sessions a year.
>> She she put out an email asking pretty
[18:12]
much asking us when we would want that,
>> right? And so Michael, he he had called
[18:19]
me and he asked me he goes, "So where
are you guys at with that?" Because I
[18:22]
think he wanted to try to get one
together in November. So, would that be
[18:27]
feasible for everyone
>> in order to pick a date, but yeah, it
[18:32]
was already put out to be November.
>> I already put it out on text message
[18:35]
earlier, but what I was planning on I
was going to bring that up also at the
[18:39]
planning meeting on to figure out a date
that works for everybody because I've
[18:42]
already talked to Michael um and we
discussed November.
[18:45]
» Okay.
>> I talked to him as well. He wanted to do
[18:49]
it in September.
>> Yeah, that's what he told me to.
[18:56]
All right.
Anything else
[19:03]
» with that? I'll turn over city to bring.
>> Good evening. The first thing I have for
[19:07]
you tonight is actually one of those
engineering. This is a bill for the um
[19:13]
the contract that you guys previously
approved at the last meeting. So this is
[19:18]
just a bill for that
[19:22]
for cockr engineering.
>> Are there any questions for that?
[19:27]
» I'll entertain a motion for the first
reading bill number 36-26.
[19:33]
» Second motion made by Wait, second by
Lane.
[19:39]
An ordinance to authorize the mayor to
sign professional services agreement
[19:42]
between [clears throat] Missouri and
Concrete Engineering for the Ashley
[19:45]
Meadow storm water engineering project.
>> I'll entertain a motion for a second
[19:49]
reading of bill number 36-26.
So
[19:53]
» second
motion made chair
[19:59]
» ordinance authorize the mayor to sign
professional services agreement between
[20:02]
the city of wars Missouri and Cochran
Engineering for the Ashlin Meadow storm
[20:05]
water engineering project.
Roll call vote.
[20:09]
» Alman,
>> yes.
[20:12]
» Alman Carter,
>> yes.
[20:14]
» Alman Wayne,
>> yes.
[20:15]
» Alman Romeaker,
>> yes.
[20:17]
» Alman Lang,
>> yes.
[20:18]
» Alman,
>> yes.
[20:21]
» Bill passes 6.
>> The other thing I have for you is dates.
[20:25]
Um September 19th at noon 12 festival
with Riders at 12:30 or 12:00. 4:00 is
[20:32]
table and repetition
and then September 30th is our all day
[20:38]
planning meeting.
>> So we may not have on hand but um
[20:43]
does anybody know when the I guess is
there going to be a formal tournament
[20:46]
again?
[20:50]
» I don't know. I think so.
>> John's probably one to ask.
[20:56]
» It's not a big deal. But um we just
catch up.
[21:00]
» Bring in a lot of sand. You could have
worship pits, too.
[21:02]
» I wish they had
[21:09]
if anything else, we try and post it on
the website
[21:13]
just so people understand what time it
is. I know it's not huge, but there are
[21:17]
people that come to that every year. So,
>> all right. Any questions for Brandon?
[21:25]
» Great.
>> Thank you. Next, we'll hear from finance
[21:28]
officer Megan Bel. [snorts]
>> Good evening. Good evening, mayor and
[21:33]
board. This is
>> Good evening. You have the July
[21:38]
financials. So, a few highlights.
Revenue is favorable overall. And uh in
[21:43]
the month of July, we received um the
community benefit payment for from
[21:47]
Crusoe. So, uh, we're about 1.97
million. Um,
[21:53]
and then in the building permit and plan
review fees, we're up 1.2 million for
[21:58]
the building permit from Cruso. Um,
mainly driving that up. um
[22:03]
[clears throat] franchise fees were
27,000 above projection um
[22:09]
sorry from Amaran and in the water sewer
revenues were 160,000 above projection
[22:14]
and that's primarily due to timing and
uh connection fees [snorts] in the
[22:19]
expenses we are pretty much tracking
close to budget but there's some
[22:24]
variances and a lot of that is due to
timing a few highlights being uh the
[22:28]
water department 134,000 over budget due
to the emergency pump repairs sewer
[22:34]
department 58,000 and that's over
several categories that are timing
[22:39]
related. Uh same thing for street over
52,000
[22:44]
um due to timing over across uh several
categories. The executive department is
[22:49]
22,000 over budget due to attorney fees.
And lastly, grounds and maintenance
[22:54]
18,000 over budget. However, that's
offset by the street light repair um
[22:59]
insurance reimbursement that was driving
that expense up. You have any questions?
[23:07]
» I do not.
>> That's all I have.
[23:11]
» Thank you.
>> Thanks, Megan.
[23:14]
» Maintenance Director Justin.
>> Good evening, Mayor and Board. Our
[23:18]
monthly report for July.
Couple highlights. We did have um
[23:23]
replaced two of the uh drinking
fountains at Binkley Woods and Dyer Park
[23:28]
uh with the new replacements, drinking
fountains with the water bottle bottle
[23:32]
fillers and they also still have a
regular drinking fountain. So, just kind
[23:36]
of seen the kids have been happy to have
those there at the park. Um we did have
[23:42]
two dumpster enclosures that were
repaired. Um,
[23:47]
Binkley Woods and Dyer again
when one repair at the sports complex
[23:51]
for the 3-in water lane water man kind
of blew out on one of the teeth. So, I
[23:57]
don't know if there's exactly
highlights, but that's kind of what we
[23:59]
spent some time on dealing with.
Got a note for the community as the
[24:04]
daylight hours get shorter. Uh if you do
have street lights out uh on your street
[24:08]
or in your subdivision, uh you can
contact city hall uh to report those or
[24:12]
on the city's web web page. Um each
pole's identified with a tag number
[24:17]
that's facing the street. Uh those are
rep represented with a wax number or a
[24:22]
wa or even a Z. So if you see these
lights and want to get them called in,
[24:26]
just kind of get an early start this
year before Halloween kind of gets gets
[24:29]
here.
Um, other than that, we got a lot of
[24:32]
pavilion rentals available for fall
parties. Reservations can be made
[24:36]
through the city's website. Come out,
enjoy the parks.
[24:41]
» Thank you.
>> I'm sorry. Who did you say to reporter?
[24:44]
» Uh, you can contact city hall or on the
city's website, there's a uh click on
[24:49]
the how-to uh tab and then down to
reporting, there's a street light
[24:52]
section and you can fill out everything
online and those emails come directly
[24:55]
into us. Thank you.
[25:00]
So just enough to say that I was
contacted by uh five individuals who
[25:05]
stated that the tennis courts, the ball
courts, I guess they this is the first
[25:10]
time they've gone out to use them there
and really enjoyed it. Thought it looked
[25:15]
nice. It was real nice to use. Um the
appearance was great. So
[25:21]
I went out there and looked great
to them all once.
[25:25]
» Just can't get into it. It's not for
everybody. He's just finding the time to
[25:30]
do it. But it's it was fun.
>> Um I just I don't know the difference
[25:34]
between what some other people were like
compared to that one. So
[25:39]
» yeah, it's it's a nice it's nice.
>> I just don't have anything I guess to
[25:44]
justify comparing to but it was very
nice. We shouldn't play.
[25:50]
» There's a horseshoe bit close by.
>> Horseshoe bit close by. more [laughter]
[25:55]
time.
>> Need some sand.
[25:57]
» Everything gets overridden.
[26:03]
» Next, we'll hear from public works
director Gers.
[26:06]
» Good evening, Mayor Gordon. Uh, first
item I have in my monthly report and
[26:10]
some highlights. We had 12 water service
repairs and curb boxes, Fort Crook pipe
[26:16]
repairs and ditch work.
We located the water service on Rainbow
[26:23]
Drive, which might not seem like a big
deal, but it was a big deal because
[26:26]
nobody knew where it was at.
>> You get bowls all over the yard, huh?
[26:31]
» Yes, we did.
>> Mhm.
[26:33]
» Uh replaced the 3/4 water service on
Veterans,
[26:37]
the fence that repaired on Pikney
Street. We had no sword calls for the
[26:43]
month.
Well 10 is filled and [clears throat]
[26:50]
was disinfected and we wait we're
waiting for the results to come back for
[26:54]
that and then we're going to schedule
with the contractor for setting up the
[26:58]
controls in the skater system.
Rainbow water line has started uh in
[27:05]
late September. The north service road
sewer has started. They have the board
[27:11]
done under the highway under the outer
road. Boarding company completed that
[27:16]
today. They need to remove the rest of
the equipment tomorrow and then the rest
[27:20]
of the work should be done sometime next
week.
[27:24]
uh contractor for paving has started and
they've been doing some mill work on
[27:28]
Pinkney now and then they got North
Morgan Banner from Banner to Troy to 47
[27:35]
that's on the agenda and at the plant
most of the plant work right now is
[27:40]
electrical till we get ready to do the
switch change over start taking things
[27:44]
out of service and switching to the new
items that we have at the plant. Any
[27:49]
questions?
just went on Pinkney. Uh the that's
[27:54]
going to go all the way to the gravel on
the south.
[27:57]
» No, it's not going to the gravel. I I
don't believe I'll have to check. I went
[28:01]
and checked cuz we uh
Brandy called me about the hump on
[28:07]
» pink on Warrior and Pink. That part is
marked out. Um but they didn't get up to
[28:14]
that point, but I can see where it's
marked. I don't believe it go. I don't
[28:18]
think I think we stopped right there at
at the worst part from there to the
[28:24]
other.
>> As soon as we get that hump taken out
[28:25]
there, one one way or the other, the
hump's going to go away.
[28:29]
» Okay. [laughter] I appreciate that. I
get a lot of a lot of requests for
[28:32]
» Yes, that hump's going to go away. And
it's gotten bad when it gets It's just
[28:36]
heat
with the kind of
[28:38]
» I thought it might be street creep, but
it just But the heat
[28:41]
» it's it it'll go away.
>> Just some of the chunks coming out. I
[28:44]
mean, just
>> it's not horrible. You just slow down
[28:47]
and take it easy there.
>> So, that dirt grind in there and they
[28:52]
like say they did half of it today.
>> Yeah. I I figured they
[28:56]
» we're going to I just want to make sure
it was going to go at least to that
[28:58]
point. So, thank you. Appreciate it.
>> Any other questions? Okay.
[29:05]
» Thank you.
>> Thank you.
[29:08]
» All right. I will entertain a motion to
close the regular board meeting and go
[29:12]
into executive session for legal counsel
and negotiations with employee groups.
[29:18]
» Second
motion second.
[29:24]
» Yes.
>> Yes.
[29:27]
» Yes.
>> Yes.
[29:31]
» I mean,
sorry, sir.
[29:35]
» Yes.
>> It's only going to be another year. get
[29:38]
used to it.
>> You'll get used to it.
[29:42]
» We're still Thank you.
