[15:22] fee from $5 per thousand construction to $6 as opposed to $7 for a year and see

[15:30] how that how much that brings in to cover it. And also the same thing for

[15:34] the zone permits from five to six for, instead of seven. And the only other one

[15:39] was to uh establish a 25% penalty for work done without fair

[15:47] containing a permit to judge the uh the impact that

[15:53] there's some folks that you see often doing this. So if that's not sufficient,

[15:57] I would happy to go further in the future. But I thought I just was

[16:02] concerned about these going up so much all discourage especially first beer for

[16:08] some folks doing work. The other one hopefully that's enough of penalty to

[16:12] let folks know they need to get the permits but maybe not as extreme. Okay.
