[6:08] bid for this project. Whereas this contract has been determined not to be

[6:11] on the list of ineligible contractors. Now they have been afforded the city of

[6:19] contractor for the completion of the CDBG project for contract amount of

[7:59] match that brick and get the brick and we're going to fix that wall and clean

[10:17] course everybody sees all of them, limbs and all the debris across the road and

[10:21] they was they were bragging on how Winfield people, citizens of Winfield

[10:27] get out and you know, clean up instead of just driving over

[10:31] and going around it whatever. They actually said they witnessed two or

[10:35] three different times possibly maybe four different times out of citizens

[10:38] that helped get clean the roads and move stuff out of the way and debris and

[10:42] stuff out of the way out of the way and they were bragging on how well our town

[10:46] is kept and uh So, I want to I want to know I want to

[10:50] recognize, you know, the citizens of Winfield for doing their part when they

[10:53] see something in the road, move it, and kind of help a neighbor out or whatever.

[10:57] But Brad had mentioned to you that he wanted

[10:59] to acknowledge and recognize

[11:04] the water department. >> Yes, sir.

[11:07] I would just like to take a moment to recognize the members of the Winfield

[11:10] water department. So, last night they was out working

[11:13] through the stormy conditions dealing with a major water leak and they

[11:17] stayed out working until about 5:00 this morning

[11:21] and they didn't stop till they made sure it was done.

[11:24] Sometimes I think we take for granted the running water, you know.

[11:28] We turn on the faucet and just there it is. But we don't always the people

[11:32] behind the scenes. And even when that means working after

[11:37] midnight, so I want to mention these names publicly

[11:40] because I believe once they go above and beyond, I like to uh

[11:46] uh recognize them publicly. So, we got Bobby Bryant,

[11:49] Scott Bryant, Ben Simmons, Bradley Robinson, Justin Rainey, Brody

[11:54] Miller, Preston Nelson, and Devin Franks. So, on behalf of the city

[11:58] council and the citizens, I want to say thank you to each of you for your work

[12:03] and dedication. It didn't go unnoticed, and we appreciate everything y'all do.

[13:19] part, you know, seeing things and trying to help us keep the town looking
