[5:58] a drinking fountain. Um, so shade

[6:01] canopies, we are trying to integrate as

[6:04] many components that we can benefit from

[6:07] in that park

[11:12] we're not going to give the federal

[11:14] government control of our water tanks

[11:18] limit the city being able to expand. Um

[11:27] drilling and I couldn't hear the TV in

[11:45] little bit more research and I was going

[11:50] something the city is going to want to

[11:52] pursue. Even though that's something I

[11:54] wanted to do, I wanted to preserve it,

[11:56] but not if it comes with those

[11:59] regulations.
