This meeting is being recorded.
[3:24]
Good morning. Welcome to the Bright
[3:26]
County Board of Commissioners. Today is
[3:29]
August 4th. We'll start out with the
[3:31]
pledge allegiance.
[3:34]
I pledge algiance to the flag of the
[3:37]
United States of America and to the
[3:39]
republic for which it stands, one nation
[3:42]
under God, indivisible, with liberty and
[3:45]
justice for all.
[3:52]
» Good morning. All right, so we'll start
[3:56]
off with the approval of dispensing of
[3:59]
the minutes.
[4:03]
Do I have any questions?
[4:06]
>> I'll make a motion that we approve uh
[4:10]
all the minutes as presented with no
[4:13]
changes. So we have a first. Is there a
[4:15]
second?
[4:16]
>> Second.
[4:17]
>> All in favor say I.
[4:19]
>> I.
[4:20]
>> Oppose. Same sign. Approved. Unanimous.
[4:24]
All right. So next we have the committee
[4:27]
m minutes.
[4:30]
Any discussion? Any changes?
[4:33]
I'll look for a motion.
[4:35]
>> I'll make a motion that we approve uh
[4:38]
all three as presented.
[4:42]
>> All right. A motion.
[4:44]
>> Motion made by Holland, a second by
[4:46]
Mona. And we'll go ahead and all in
[4:49]
favor say I.
[4:51]
>> I. Opposed.
[4:53]
>> All right. Motion made.
[4:55]
All right. So now did we have time to
[4:58]
review the agenda? Madam Chair,
[5:01]
administration has no changes to the
[5:02]
agenda.
[5:04]
>> All right. So I look for a motion to
[5:06]
approve the agenda.
[5:08]
>> So moved. I'll second. All right. Motion
[5:10]
made by Dietrich. Second by Holland. All
[5:13]
in favor say I.
[5:14]
>> I. I.
[5:15]
>> Opposed. Same sign. All right. Approved.
[5:19]
Next is the consent agenda. Any changes?
[5:23]
Anything needing to have discussion?
[5:27]
I'll look for a motion. I'll make a
[5:30]
motion we approve the consent agenda as
[5:32]
presented.
[5:34]
>> Second. All right. We got a motion by
[5:36]
Holland and second by Commissioner
[5:39]
Dietrich. All in favor say I.
[5:41]
>> I.
[5:42]
>> Opposed. Same sign. All passed.
[5:47]
All right. So, our first timed agenda.
[5:51]
Boy, do I know how to keep a meeting on
[5:54]
task. Mr. Barry.
[5:57]
Good morning.
[5:58]
>> Morning, commissioners. Uh the first
[6:00]
item we have is consideration of the
[6:03]
recommendation from the planning
[6:04]
commission to deny the resoning
[6:07]
application for Kenneth and students and
[6:09]
Yoast. Uh the findings uh minutes, staff
[6:13]
report, and application materials are
[6:15]
all provided in your packet. Uh so this
[6:17]
is just the recommendation on the
[6:19]
findings.
[6:21]
>> Okay. Commissioners, any questions?
[6:26]
All right. So, none being there. And
[6:29]
like you said, we had all the findings
[6:31]
in our packet. So, I'll look for a
[6:34]
motion to findings of the denial.
[6:38]
I'll make a motion that we uh u approve
[6:42]
the findings for denial for the
[6:43]
reasonzoning request.
[6:45]
Is there a second?
[6:53]
I'll second.
[6:55]
Okay. So, we have motion made by
[6:58]
Commissioner Holland, second by
[7:00]
Commissioner Dietrich. Um, all in favor
[7:03]
say I.
[7:04]
>> I.
[7:06]
>> Oppose. All right. Passes.
[7:10]
>> Madam Chair, we have to do a little
[7:11]
formality here.
[7:12]
>> Okay.
[7:12]
>> We just have a brief pause.
[7:14]
>> Yep. Just give me just a minute.
[7:39]
public hearing by commission.
[7:43]
All right, Madam Chair, the findings
[7:45]
have been executed by the zoning
[7:46]
administrator and provided to the
[7:48]
applicants.
[7:48]
>> Okay. Thank you.
[7:53]
And so then the next on our agenda
[7:55]
Barry.
[7:57]
[snorts]
[7:58]
>> Uh yes, this is the uh approval and
[8:02]
adoption and signatures for the
[8:04]
decommission agreement for uh US solar
[8:07]
the MVP project. Uh this is the last
[8:10]
stage and one of the conditions of the
[8:12]
planning commission and an ordinance to
[8:14]
establish a decommissioning agreement
[8:16]
between the county, the developer and
[8:19]
the property owner. Uh it includes uh
[8:23]
specific requirements for when we can
[8:25]
then tap into a letter of credit or
[8:27]
other things if there's some type of
[8:29]
default in maintenance or other things
[8:31]
or at the time solar developer doesn't
[8:34]
properly decommission. the county is
[8:36]
covered through this agreement to pull
[8:38]
on the letter of credit to remove the
[8:42]
equipment from the site. This is this is
[8:46]
the last stage. Uh we actually have the
[8:48]
building permit in front of us. It's the
[8:50]
last thing we needed before we can
[8:51]
actually issue the building permit for
[8:53]
them to start construction.
[8:54]
>> Thank you. I [snorts] think that is a
[8:56]
very important detail and I'm glad that
[8:58]
you pay attention to details.
[9:00]
Commissioners, do we have any questions
[9:02]
for Barry on this?
[9:06]
Motion to approve the and authorize the
[9:08]
signatures for the decommissioning
[9:10]
agreement.
[9:11]
>> I'll second that. All right. Motion made
[9:14]
by Mona and seconded by Holland. So all
[9:17]
in favor say I.
[9:19]
>> I.
[9:19]
>> Oppose. Same sign. Passes.
[9:22]
>> Barry.
[9:24]
>> Don't go anywhere. I have a question. Uh
[9:27]
so I believe that uh planning commission
[9:30]
member Burrell had brought up um
[9:33]
potentially some ordinance changes. Are
[9:35]
we able to look into those for um moving
[9:39]
entitlements around um outside of direct
[9:43]
areas? I know he's brought it up. Um is
[9:47]
there ability to have further discussion
[9:49]
on that? Is that a planning and zoning
[9:51]
thing they needed to look at?
[9:52]
>> Uh that's always something that can be
[9:54]
discussed. We do have the revisers
[9:56]
group. We have a meeting scheduled to go
[9:57]
over potential ordinance ordinance
[9:59]
amendments uh next week.
[10:03]
>> The week after.
[10:04]
>> Isn't that today?
[10:05]
>> Is it today?
[10:06]
>> Yeah.
[10:06]
>> Oh, could be. I didn't look at my
[10:08]
calendar that close this morning. I just
[10:10]
know there's meetings on it.
[10:11]
>> Mhm.
[10:11]
>> Which ones I look at when it's time to
[10:14]
go to them.
[10:16]
>> So, yes. I mean, the commissioners can
[10:20]
bring that up as part of these revisers
[10:22]
meetings and we can have that
[10:23]
discussion.
[10:26]
Commissioner, does that answer your
[10:28]
question? Yeah, I just I I think that he
[10:30]
that that um Commissioner Bell had a a
[10:35]
pretty good idea to h handle some of
[10:37]
these um you know reszoning requests
[10:40]
that we get that
[10:42]
we'd like to, but the planning
[10:44]
commission just overwhelmingly
[10:46]
recommends not to when um there just
[10:48]
there needs to be a way for people to be
[10:50]
able to build on their property on an
[10:53]
easier fashion than uh takes place
[10:56]
sometimes. So,
[10:57]
>> and I agree with Commissioner Moina. Uh,
[11:00]
you know, this last denial is was
[11:04]
[clears throat] very heartbreaking. Um,
[11:06]
and but it is in the middle of uh egg
[11:11]
land and we want to pres preserve our
[11:13]
egg land, but I think Commissioner Bell
[11:17]
has a really good uh um way to solve that. [snorts] And I
[11:24]
think there should be some more
[11:26]
discussions on how to creatively figure
[11:29]
out how we can get entitlements to
[11:31]
pieces of property in the middle of our
[11:34]
egg land uh that would benefit farmers.
[11:37]
So I think uh that will be a discussion
[11:39]
that we'll have here coming up uh today
[11:42]
and and in the future and hopefully uh
[11:46]
we can
[11:48]
especially before we do the land use
[11:50]
plan as well. I think that would be a
[11:53]
smart move on our part.
[11:56]
>> All right. So, maybe for today we can
[11:59]
have a light discussion on it, but
[12:00]
obviously Barry, we don't want to throw
[12:02]
you into things that we're not prepared
[12:04]
for. So, then maybe we can schedule
[12:07]
something down the way a little bit more
[12:08]
to have a little bit deeper
[12:09]
conversation.
[12:11]
>> Yeah, absolutely.
[12:12]
>> Fantastic.
[12:15]
All right. So, we did
[12:17]
>> uh Greg for just for the record for the
[12:19]
decommissioning that those will get
[12:20]
signed and sent to my office.
[12:22]
>> Yes, we'll get it done.
[12:23]
>> Thank you very much.
[12:24]
>> Thanks, Barry.
[12:25]
>> Thank you, Barry.
[12:29]
» Miss Lindsay, good morning. Good
[12:31]
morning, Madame Chair and uh remaining
[12:34]
board members. Um before you is a
[12:36]
request to formally approve the large
[12:38]
group assembly permit for Up the Creek
[12:40]
Bar and Grill. Um this is their annual
[12:43]
street party. um event staff have
[12:46]
reviewed the application and confirmed
[12:49]
that all agreements are in place and all
[12:51]
of the requirements have been met. So
[12:53]
simply seeking your approval, but if you
[12:55]
have any questions, let me know.
[12:58]
>> Second.
[12:59]
>> Okay, that was quick. Well, good. Thank
[13:01]
you for the due diligence on Up the
[13:04]
Creek and making sure they have all
[13:05]
their all their documents in. So, we
[13:08]
have a motion on the table by Muna and
[13:12]
second by Dietrich. So we'll look for a
[13:14]
motion or [laughter]
[13:16]
approval. All in favor say I.
[13:19]
>> I.
[13:20]
>> Opposed. Same sign. Okay. Approved.
[13:24]
>> Thank you,
[13:30]
» Mr. Matt. Good morning.
[13:36]
Again, I want you to notice how
[13:38]
efficiently we are running the meeting
[13:40]
on time. I'm still on time. We got to
[13:44]
get Matt back to his office. He has so
[13:46]
many ditches to take care of. [laughter]
[13:48]
>> Absolutely. Good morning, commissioners.
[13:51]
Um, this matter is related to county
[13:53]
ditch 23 located in Woodland uh
[13:56]
township. Um, the egg and drainage
[14:00]
division is requesting authorization
[14:02]
from the drainage authority to solicit
[14:04]
subcontractor bids uh for ditch cleanout
[14:08]
of ditch 23. Uh there was some work done
[14:12]
late last year, some tree clearing, and
[14:14]
we're simply requesting bids to do a
[14:17]
ditch cleanout. Um it's about 2/3 of a
[14:20]
mile. Um the flow is being restricted
[14:25]
with sediment and vegetation right now.
[14:28]
>> Fantastic. Okay, commissioners, do we
[14:32]
have any questions on CD23?
[14:35]
you know, it's been in the works and
[14:37]
we've worked on it diligently. So, any
[14:40]
questions? Otherwise, I look for a
[14:43]
motion for the recommendation to obtain
[14:46]
quotes and proceed with a repair. So,
[14:48]
moved.
[14:49]
>> Second.
[14:50]
>> All right. So, we got a motion by
[14:52]
Dietrich and a second by Mona. Um, all
[14:55]
in favor say I. I. Oppose. Same sign.
[14:59]
Okay. Passes. Thank you.
[15:01]
>> Thank you.
[15:02]
>> Have fun.
[15:07]
Mr. Ross, I don't see Ross.
[15:10]
>> Oh, there he is. Sorry. You
[15:12]
>> good?
[15:12]
>> You were blending in back there.
[15:18]
» This is an award presentation. I'm going
[15:19]
to turn it over to Carson. She's
[15:21]
>> Okay. Yes. Bring Carson up. [laughter]
[15:27]
» Good morning.
[15:29]
>> Morning.
[15:32]
Good morning.
[15:34]
Yes. So, um we are here to receive the
[15:37]
award from the Minnesota Recreation and
[15:39]
Parks Association um for a award of
[15:42]
excellence in programming specifically
[15:43]
for the challenge right program for 2025
[15:46]
which was the first year that we did
[15:48]
that. Um the program was to highlight
[15:51]
seven different parks within our park
[15:53]
system. And then um we worked with
[15:55]
different businesses around Wright
[15:56]
County as well to give receive awards
[16:00]
and prizes for those families that
[16:01]
completed all seven hikes. And so it was
[16:04]
a partnership across the county between
[16:06]
us and these businesses. Um we had 100
[16:09]
people register for this program. So
[16:12]
that included 25 families and 12
[16:14]
individuals. Um and so part of the
[16:16]
program they got a commemorative um
[16:20]
buckthorn hiking stick that we my summer
[16:22]
staff did and then um the park
[16:25]
maintenance staff did a really great job
[16:27]
as well with maintaining the park trails
[16:29]
obviously across the county but
[16:30]
specifically they worked really hard on
[16:32]
the seven um trails that were picked out
[16:35]
for this challenge ride to make sure
[16:37]
that they were maintained and easy to
[16:39]
access for those individuals doing this
[16:41]
program. Um, Dileia did a really great
[16:44]
job on reaching out and getting the
[16:47]
sponsorships and then also being in
[16:50]
contact with the families and
[16:51]
individuals as they reached out. And um,
[16:55]
yeah. Yeah. I just wanted to highlight
[16:57]
um, last year for 2025, we did receive
[17:00]
some sponsorships. Um, Arby's was one of
[17:04]
them. Dairy Queen, Runnings, Buffalo
[17:06]
Pizza sponsored our um our end of the
[17:11]
year party or our end of the program
[17:12]
party with their pizza. We had Fleet
[17:15]
Farm, Centralot Cooperative, Buffalo
[17:18]
Companion, Buffalo Companion Animal
[17:20]
Clinic, and then Imagine um gave us some
[17:23]
movie tickets, too. So,
[17:25]
special thanks again for that last year.
[17:27]
>> And then Stacy's here um for MRPA
[17:31]
>> for the awards. I have a little script
[17:33]
to say.
[17:33]
>> [laughter]
[17:35]
>> So, good morning, commissioners. It's an
[17:37]
honor to be here today to present a
[17:39]
Minnesota Recreation and Parks
[17:40]
Association 2025 award of excellence in
[17:43]
programming and events to Wright County
[17:45]
for its outstanding challenge right
[17:47]
program. Before presenting the award,
[17:49]
I'd like to share a little bit about the
[17:50]
Minnesota Recreation and Park
[17:51]
Association. Founded in 1937, MRPA is
[17:56]
dedicated to advancing the parks and
[17:57]
recreation profession throughout
[17:59]
Minnesota. Today, the association serves
[18:01]
approximately 850 members, including
[18:03]
parks and recreation professionals,
[18:05]
board and commission members, students,
[18:08]
retirees, and corporate partners from
[18:10]
municipal, county, state, district,
[18:12]
commercial, and private agencies across
[18:14]
the state. And since 1987, the MRPA
[18:17]
awards committee has recognized
[18:19]
individuals and agencies that
[18:20]
demonstrate excellence in innovation in
[18:23]
parks, recreation, and leisure services.
[18:25]
The committee represents a diverse
[18:27]
cross-section of professionals from
[18:28]
throughout Minnesota and is committed to
[18:30]
celebrating the exceptional programs,
[18:32]
parks, trails, facilities, and services
[18:34]
that enrich communities across our
[18:36]
state. The awards of excellence program
[18:38]
honors initiatives that were either
[18:39]
implemented or significantly enhanced
[18:42]
during the previous calendar year.
[18:44]
Agencies may submit nominations in seven
[18:46]
categories: administrative or management
[18:48]
strategies, communications, parks and
[18:51]
facility, programming and events,
[18:53]
sponsorship and partnerships,
[18:54]
sustainability, and volunteer
[18:55]
initiatives. Each nomination underos a
[18:58]
thorough review and scoring process by
[19:00]
members of the awards committee whom I'm
[19:02]
here to represent. Challenge Wright is
[19:04]
an extan is an outstanding example of
[19:07]
how recreation can inspire people to
[19:09]
explore their community, be physically
[19:11]
active, and connect with the incredible
[19:13]
park resources Wright County has to
[19:16]
offer by encouraging the participants to
[19:18]
visit seven different parks through a
[19:19]
fun and engaging walking challenge. The
[19:21]
program successfully promotes healthy
[19:23]
lifestyles while showcasing the beauty
[19:24]
and accessibility of the county's park
[19:26]
system. Its creativity, community
[19:28]
impact, and ability to encourage outdoor
[19:30]
recreation made it a standout among our
[19:34]
nominations from throughout Minnesota.
[19:37]
Today, it is my pleasure on behalf of
[19:39]
the Minnesota Recreation and Parks
[19:40]
Association Awards Committee to present
[19:42]
Wright County Parks and Recreation with
[19:45]
a 2025 award of excellence in
[19:47]
programming and events for the
[19:49]
challenge. Write the awards committee
[19:51]
would also like to recognize Carson Law
[19:53]
for submitting this outstanding project
[19:54]
for consideration. Congratulations to
[19:57]
Wright County on this well-deserved
[19:58]
recognition and thank you for your
[20:00]
continued commitment to enhancing the
[20:01]
quality of life for your residents
[20:03]
through exceptional parks and recreation
[20:05]
opportunities. CONGRATULATIONS.
[20:08]
[applause]
[20:13]
» Very nice.
[20:14]
I would like to do a picture
[20:16]
if with all of us if you wouldn't mind.
[20:19]
>> Oh yeah. Do you want to stand up here?
[20:20]
>> Oh just us. Should we go up there?
[20:23]
>> Up there.
[20:24]
>> Yeah. Do you [laughter]
[20:26]
>> okay?
[20:29]
>> Fastest picture of my life. [laughter]
[20:44]
» You going to be in the middle. Carson
[20:47]
[laughter]
[20:50]
over there.
[20:52]
Awesome. [snorts]
[21:03]
Thank you.
[21:04]
>> Thank you.
[21:08]
[laughter]
[21:14]
» Thank you. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you.
[21:30]
All right. [clears throat]
[21:31]
That is so wonderful.
[21:32]
>> What a great honor.
[21:34]
>> I love the coordination between uh Ray
[21:37]
Coney and keeping us all together.
[21:40]
That's what creates a wellounded
[21:43]
community. So, thank you again for all
[21:45]
your hard work and thank you for the
[21:48]
award. Beautiful.
[21:51]
All right. That being said, it looks
[21:54]
like we can move on.
[21:56]
>> Oh, do we need to do any action on that,
[21:58]
Greg?
[22:00]
>> No.
[22:00]
Okay.
[22:01]
>> Action.
[22:02]
>> Just kind of just All right. So, Mr.
[22:04]
Mike, good morning.
[22:07]
>> Morning.
[22:12]
» Um, good morning, Madam Chair and board.
[22:14]
So before you today, you have HHS uh
[22:16]
services consent agenda that I would ask
[22:19]
for approval on.
[22:21]
>> Yeah. Well, we um did it through the
[22:24]
consent and yes,
[22:25]
>> you did it.
[22:26]
>> We just listed it twice then.
[22:27]
>> Y
[22:28]
>> but I mean a lot of us would like to be
[22:31]
informed and I'm learning, you know,
[22:33]
make sure
[22:34]
>> don't we have to do it as a health and
[22:36]
human services.
[22:37]
>> Yeah, we're doing it as the health and
[22:39]
human services board. We still have the
[22:40]
consent agenda for health,
[22:41]
>> right? So, we'll go through it, but we
[22:43]
don't need to have um any action on it.
[22:46]
>> Oh, we don't have
[22:47]
>> none of Mike's comments, but we do have
[22:48]
to act on the consent agenda.
[22:49]
>> You have to act on the And then I have
[22:51]
comments after that on two other topics.
[22:53]
>> Oh, okay. So, uh you need a motion to
[22:56]
accept the consent agenda.
[22:58]
>> Madam Chair, members of the board. Yes.
[22:59]
If we could please have a motion to
[23:01]
accept the Health and Human Services
[23:02]
consent agenda.
[23:03]
>> So, I'll second.
[23:05]
>> Thank you. Okay. Um motion on the on the
[23:08]
floor. Everyone in favor say I. I
[23:11]
opposed. Same sign. Okay. Approved.
[23:14]
Sorry about that little
[23:15]
>> That's all right. It's all good. Uh then
[23:18]
next is uh to adopt the resolution of
[23:20]
HHS uh 26-05 to accept a donation in
[23:24]
July of 26. And the total amount of that
[23:27]
is $1,55.
[23:29]
Uh and that was uh from uh special needs
[23:32]
fund 60 plus clinic and outreach uh $3,5
[23:37]
and 750. And the 750 was uh in kind by
[23:41]
Sam Quilting.
[23:43]
>> I'll move to approve. I'll second that.
[23:45]
Okay, we have Commissioner Dietrich with
[23:48]
a motion. Holland second. All in favor
[23:50]
say I.
[23:51]
>> Resolution. Resolution.
[23:52]
>> Roll call vote.
[23:54]
>> Commissioner Dietrich.
[23:55]
>> I I
[23:58]
>> I.
[24:02]
Resolution pass 2605.
[24:05]
>> Awesome. Thank you.
[24:06]
>> Thank you. Well, last thing on the list,
[24:09]
uh, and probably the biggest thing, and
[24:11]
I, um, before I start, I just want to
[24:13]
say a bunch of thank yous. Number one,
[24:15]
to the board. Um, admin, uh, finance,
[24:18]
HR, um, Michelle Miller is here today,
[24:22]
and she's been patiently waiting for
[24:23]
that consent agenda item to get passed.
[24:26]
So, thank you for that. I know I know
[24:27]
she's uh, appreciative. uh Darnell uh
[24:30]
who helped in this journey of their
[24:32]
re-engineering uh Jim uh Amy um
[24:36]
leadership in HHS um admin I can't thank
[24:39]
them enough and again and then also the
[24:42]
leadership of HHS and all the staff
[24:44]
who've been so patient during this
[24:45]
process. So we're kind of here and thank
[24:48]
you uh for approving it. I just want to
[24:51]
give a little bit of a kind of an update
[24:52]
for you as a reminder and and those that
[24:55]
are paying attention uh in the
[24:56]
community. So we uh today uh got
[25:00]
completed the five division
[25:02]
re-engineerings uh which started with
[25:04]
aging, disability and public health on
[25:06]
519 uh business services and financial
[25:08]
services on 6:30 and then today child
[25:11]
and family services. Uh it was done with
[25:14]
a lot of work and um a lot of patience
[25:16]
like I said before and our focus really
[25:19]
was on streamlining uh supporting the
[25:21]
agency longterm, reducing redundancy and
[25:24]
doing uh the best job possible in our
[25:26]
community. And at the end of the day,
[25:28]
uh, we saved1,148.
[25:31]
And I think that's a positive. Um, and
[25:34]
the staff count now is $256 versus 258
[25:38]
before. So, uh, truly was a
[25:40]
re-engineering, not necessarily a reorg.
[25:43]
And, um, this will allow us to move
[25:45]
forward foundationally and continue to
[25:47]
build the department and I think be
[25:49]
second to none. We have great staff,
[25:51]
great people, and this will help get us
[25:53]
to the next level, which uh we start
[25:55]
now. Uh so if there's any questions from
[25:57]
the board, uh feel free to ask. But
[26:00]
super proud of the team upstairs and
[26:02]
where we're going and wanted to share
[26:03]
that with you and the community. So,
[26:05]
thank you,
[26:06]
>> commissioners. Yeah. Uh Mike, I just
[26:09]
want to thank you. uh you came in uh and
[26:13]
listened to all of the staff which was
[26:17]
huge for them and all your staff working
[26:20]
together has been just a sight to see.
[26:22]
It's been great. You have great
[26:24]
leadership uh and uh this is something
[26:29]
that I was hoping for uh since I got
[26:32]
elected and it is beyond anything I
[26:36]
expected. So, thank you so much uh for
[26:39]
everything and for uh all the people
[26:42]
that you serve. Uh I think we're going
[26:44]
to serve them better and more
[26:46]
efficiently and for that I really am
[26:48]
grateful for all all your hard work.
[26:51]
>> Thank you.
[26:53]
>> Yes, and I agree because we've
[26:56]
streamlined everything and the great
[26:58]
leadership. We can't thank you enough
[27:00]
and we are definitely moving forward
[27:03]
very posit positively and for our
[27:07]
communities. So, thank you.
[27:09]
>> Welcome.
[27:11]
>> Okay. Thank you.
[27:13]
>> Thank you.
[27:15]
>> All right. Our next um agenda item is
[27:18]
items to consider. So, this was um and
[27:23]
we see Seth in the audience. This is to
[27:25]
adopt resolution 2649 to establish the
[27:28]
800 megahertz.
[27:31]
>> Yes, Madam Chair, I can take this one
[27:32]
actually for you. This is just
[27:34]
establishing a fee for the 800 MHz
[27:36]
radios and setting out a 2-year plan for
[27:38]
that fee. It's my understanding that
[27:40]
this fee has not been adjusted or uh
[27:42]
moved since about around 2020. So just
[27:45]
looking at an update after six years and
[27:47]
um also showing to our partners out
[27:49]
there what the fee structure will be
[27:51]
going forward for at least one more
[27:52]
fiscal year with a percentage increase.
[27:55]
>> Commissioners, do we have any questions?
[27:58]
>> Motion to approve.
[28:00]
>> I'll second. All right. Motion made by
[28:02]
Moya and second by Holland. All in favor
[28:05]
say I.
[28:06]
>> I.
[28:07]
>> Resolution or that's right. Resolution
[28:09]
vote again. Commissioner Monet. I
[28:12]
>> I
[28:15]
>> All right. Passes resolution 2649.
[28:23]
» All right. So, is there anything else?
[28:26]
Otherwise, we're looking for a motion on
[28:28]
adjournment.
[28:30]
So, moved. Second.
[28:31]
>> All right. Motion is made. Second. All
[28:34]
in favor say I. I.
[28:36]
>> Motion passes.
