I am impressed with the body of work that she's been doing. I will say that the community center's staff is very proud of what they do and the sense I get is they want to work with us as we move forward with the community center, but we definitely have to look at what we do and how we do it and I felt that if I just went out and hired another director and didn't look at okay, the last year and a half to two years, where are we going, how are we getting there, I wouldn't be doing due diligence.
