Thank you, Mayor. At the August 15th, regular City Council meeting, City Council approved ordinance number 2023-20, ordering a special election for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters for adoption of rejection and proposed amendments to the existing homeless charter and ordinance number 2023-23, ordering a bond election to submit two propositions to qualified voters of the city of Rosenberg.
