[9:54] I learned about the third collectors
[10:04] The Clapper
[10:17] Schenectady city council committee
[10:19] meeting for Monday March 6 2023 and the
[10:23] first committee is Public Safety
[10:26] wow like to call to order at the Public
[10:29] Safety Committee there's one item on the
[10:30] agenda tonight that's simply a reminder
[10:32] the amendment of chapter 186 session 16
[10:35] of the city code regarding Firestone
[10:37] smoking in city parks there's a public
[10:39] hearing that will be held on March 13th
[10:42] 2023 and if there are no other items to
[10:45] involved many can I consider motion to
[10:47] adjourns second second all in favor
[10:53] thank you I would like to call your
[10:55] Finance to order and the first item is
[10:57] your authorization for the minute to
[10:59] enter an agreement whether it's
[11:01] connected Foundation utilizing arpa
[11:03] funding for the healthy and Equitable
[11:05] food access Council no
[11:09] um I thought I'd actually be down here
[11:10] by now but um that item is going to
[11:13] um be pulled they have some further
[11:14] things they need to work out
[11:17] it's going to be over two weeks
[11:20] okay
[11:23] you're gonna pull one and two I thought
[11:26] yes
[11:35] okay the next item is discussion
[11:38] amending resolution
[11:41] 2022-214 with a resolution appropriating
[11:44] American Rescue Planet pack funding
[11:47] funds for a minute to enter an agreement
[11:49] related to such a location Miss
[11:52] porterview yes
[11:54] um regarding this resolution
[11:57] when we put it Forward we're talking
[11:58] about the food access at that time we
[12:01] had pulled the Green Market out however
[12:04] when we passed it we included the Green
[12:06] Market in there and then had them
[12:08] separately once again so this amendment
[12:11] is to this resolutions to amended so
[12:14] that the Green Market is pulled out from
[12:16] the 950 000 and because it already sits
[12:19] Along on its own in the resolution
[12:24] go ahead
[12:26] um so along that vein I noticed that
[12:28] concern for the hungry again I think
[12:30] needs to be in the resolution it's it's
[12:33] in one part of the grid but not in the
[12:35] other part
[12:39] what I was wondering about the Green
[12:41] Market as well so yeah that was my
[12:44] concern I didn't realize both I think I
[12:46] pulled because I was going to ask
[12:47] political concerned for hungry
[12:53] but since it's been uh discuss that
[12:56] later yeah there is going to definitely
[12:58] have to be some um further discussion
[13:00] around those items
[13:03] yes yes okay
[13:07] sorry I caught it to you no that was it
[13:11] I mean it's actually page well on this
[13:13] it's uh page 22 right
[13:17] down but you said it doesn't have
[13:18] concerns it has it in column three
[13:22] and I believe that we wanted it included
[13:24] and then it's not in column
[13:27] uh one oh I see it okay I got it so it's
[13:31] similar to the green market in terms of
[13:33] you know the Green Market needs to come
[13:35] out because it has its own good concert
[13:37] for the Hungary I just wanted to make
[13:38] sure that they were still noted in that
[13:48] those applications make sure that
[13:51] um everything that they've asked for
[13:53] things that we can fund so that's why
[13:55] it's not going to be going through
[13:56] tonight
[14:00] so of course can you just recap for us
[14:02] please we're kind of like cross path
[14:03] it's okay what are you looking for on
[14:07] page 22 in column three
[14:10] um it includes uh the green Mark is part
[14:12] of the nine hundred and fifty thousand
[14:13] dollars however we had taken the Green
[14:16] Market out and if we looked on page 23
[14:19] you see the Green Market has 50 000
[14:21] allocation all its own so we're just
[14:23] simply cleaning up that lineage the
[14:25] green Mark is not included as part of
[14:26] that
[14:28] so you look into a man resolution
[14:32] 2022-214 is removed oh
[14:35] exactly remarket as a separate
[14:37] resolution it already is there we're
[14:39] just taking out it shouldn't be in that
[14:41] column all right
[14:44] any other questions
[14:48] out
[14:54] yes we should do that we're putting it
[14:57] in yes yes
[15:09] second a second all a favor hi thank you
[15:14] the next item is
[15:18] Miss Porterfield well Mr again was
[15:21] supposed to be here so
[15:23] I don't know if she's still in the
[15:25] building
[15:26] where do you know
[15:28] I don't know
[15:30] any request well we yeah
[15:36] Mr Colin had to give us some of this is
[15:39] anything you can get with us or you
[15:40] don't have it I
[15:41] releases out of the hands of the Law
[15:43] Department
[15:44] um previously we had provided the
[15:47] development department with a contract
[15:49] that they can use with the recipients of
[15:52] the arpa funds
[15:53] can't speak to where anything stands in
[15:56] getting that executed that was happening
[15:57] through development because they were I
[15:59] believe awaiting documentation from a
[16:01] lot of those organizations
[16:03] so and what I'll do is I'll ask Miss Gia
[16:06] to provide that in writing to us so we
[16:08] can send it out to accounts
[16:13] all right
[16:14] any other business before Finance
[16:16] motion to adjourn say all in favor all
[16:19] right thank you okay I just wanted to
[16:21] call the order government operations
[16:23] there's only one either on the agenda and that is amendments to chapter
[16:27] 161 of the code regarding the collection
[16:30] of white goods and that public hearing
[16:31] was held on 227 on the questions
[16:38] concerns or comments around that issue
[16:43] Protocol no there was no um no one came
[16:46] to testify or to speak in public hearing
[16:48] but we did have a couple email
[16:50] it yes we did have someone sent an email
[16:54] I missed Michael was just one email
[16:57] there were two emails regarding it and I
[17:00] believe both of me emails were not in
[17:02] favor of US changing
[17:08] um but I did mayor
[17:10] in terms of the white guys that we've
[17:12] collected so far
[17:15] and I saw that there was an article
[17:17] where it said that we only had one like
[17:18] all month long
[17:21] six months one in six months oh okay
[17:26] four along might be so that's great all
[17:29] right
[17:31] okay the whole purpose of that was just
[17:32] to be a little more efficient with the
[17:34] city so we don't have trucks up for no
[17:35] reason for anyone who needed to refresh
[17:38] on that any other questions sounds or
[17:39] comments around that
[17:42] okay so with that I'd like to uh also
[17:46] promotion to adjourn government
[17:47] operations
[17:56] um
[18:03] so second
[18:19] we have six items on the agenda
[18:22] um for the first one is award bidding
[18:24] contract for the Pine Barren stump
[18:26] removal
[18:27] to moy Enterprises
[18:36] hello hello uh so this is a project that
[18:40] we've been working on this is phase
[18:41] three of a three-phase project phase one
[18:44] law and two were for the harvesting of
[18:47] trees in Woodlawn uh and this is for the
[18:50] removal of the stumps they're actually
[18:52] not being removed they're kind of being
[18:54] pushed over buried and and it's going to
[18:57] be like a loose graded kind of thing and
[18:59] then the Pine Bush is actually going to
[19:01] come and start making habitat uh like
[19:03] with Lupine and things like that and uh
[19:05] you know the best views that you see in
[19:08] the Albany uh Pineville area
[19:10] um excuse me the one Albany what's the
[19:13] word Lupine and fescues yeah the grass
[19:15] they're not actually going to plant like
[19:17] sod or progression it's more like if you
[19:19] go to the golf course we have a
[19:21] different Fescue mixes and movement and
[19:23] then the the goal was to make habitat
[19:25] for Carnival butterfly
[19:28] um which is it's a big thing there so
[19:30] this is phase three of the project
[19:32] um we were you know I didn't bring it up
[19:36] we did have you know three bids the bids
[19:39] were a large range
[19:41] Moy SM and then Harbor
[19:44] um we did call the Pine Bush and speak
[19:46] with Moy and this particular company has
[19:50] done a lot of work with the Pine Bush it
[19:52] is one of their preferred vendors to
[19:54] work with so given that we've been
[19:57] working with the fine Bush hand in hand
[19:59] for a couple of years on this we feel no
[20:01] reason not to move forward with it and
[20:03] it is within the budget of the project
[20:06] are there any questions
[20:08] I'll move it
[20:10] it's like an elbows in favor all right
[20:12] second item on the agenda is the
[20:14] award-winning contract because for the
[20:16] Schenectady Municipal Golf Course Barn
[20:18] electrical services and upgrades so last
[20:21] year you approved a contract with um uh
[20:25] I can't remember the car coming off my
[20:27] head but we're going to be getting a new
[20:28] Fleet of Yamaha lithium carts in April
[20:31] um probably mid-april we've been working
[20:34] with National Grid as we're going to
[20:36] need a new poll and Transformer to serve
[20:39] the building because it's going to be a
[20:41] significantly larger service right now
[20:44] we have a 100 amp service that's Powers
[20:46] a power washer and some lights and a
[20:49] speaker system but this is going to be a
[20:51] 400 amp service each cart needs its own
[20:54] Outlet there are 70 carts so this will
[20:57] be to upgrade the electrical system from
[21:00] there we've talked to the contractor
[21:02] he's ready to go the second he gets the
[21:04] authorization from you it's probably
[21:06] going to take about three weeks to
[21:07] finish and National Grid already as the
[21:10] working voice and check to do the work
[21:13] and once the ground permits it we
[21:16] believe they'll be on the site so we
[21:17] think we're going to be able to make it
[21:18] for that and you have to remember too we
[21:20] don't know about Parts usually the first
[21:22] two weeks the season opens anyways
[21:23] because the course is usually wet and we
[21:26] don't want to sacrifice the course
[21:27] because wet and carts do a lot more
[21:30] damage than growing the season so this
[21:33] vendor we also work with and we have
[21:36] confidence that they'll be able to
[21:37] successfully complete the job
[21:39] have any questions to comments
[21:42] it's not nothing
[21:44] second all's a favor bye thank you all
[21:48] right thank you Mr Waller
[21:49] thrilling on the agenda is the creative
[21:51] outdoor garbage collection business
[21:55] so last time there was a question as to
[21:58] where garbage cans would be put the
[22:01] fender says that they as I said would
[22:05] not send some of their site auditor to
[22:08] the city without a contract in place
[22:11] that being said they did say they would
[22:14] be willing to put into a contract
[22:18] that the mayor and the council could
[22:20] have final approval of all the garbage
[22:24] sites if that's what you want
[22:26] so that's where we're at
[22:31] um so I did get a call from I had a
[22:34] conversation with um
[22:36] the head of the union
[22:38] for that collects garbage and they said
[22:40] that they had not they had no no
[22:43] information about this and said they
[22:44] wanted I guess they're having a meeting
[22:46] um with the mayor this week and said
[22:48] they wanted to be able to have a
[22:50] discussion regarding how this impacts
[22:52] whether it's through collection we
[22:55] already uh for those of you don't know
[22:56] there was um
[22:58] someone in the city that was doing
[23:00] something that was you
[23:01] and actually filed a grievance and won
[23:03] their grievance
[23:05] so um not not related to this but
[23:07] related to something separate and so
[23:10] they brought that up and said if this is
[23:12] going to be about collecting garbage Etc
[23:13] they want to be able to have some um to
[23:16] at least know what it's about and who's
[23:18] going to do what before we move forward
[23:20] with that as I said the first time that
[23:23] we discussed this it's basically
[23:25] replacing cans that they're already
[23:27] removing garbage from so they want to be
[23:29] any additional work for them it would be
[23:32] basically a swap out
[23:35] this is but this is 40 hands but in the
[23:38] gentleman that was here said that the
[23:40] cans that were decent this would be in
[23:42] addition to is my understanding not
[23:44] replacing cans that we paid lots of
[23:46] money for
[23:47] right and so there are a lot of cans
[23:51] around the city so those would get
[23:52] swapped out we met with the mayor and
[23:54] met with commissioner Lafond and he was
[23:58] pretty adamant that this could be done
[24:01] with the city crew and it would
[24:04] basically be a replacement
[24:06] [Music]
[24:09] well I can only go by what the union
[24:11] says because they're the ones that
[24:12] reached out to me and
[24:14] so mayor um I don't really want to put
[24:16] you on the spot but I I understand
[24:18] you're meeting with them this week
[24:20] oh
[24:22] I know you can't discuss contract
[24:24] negotiations I'm not asking that well I
[24:26] always find it interesting when the
[24:28] council is dealing directly with unions
[24:30] and bypassing my position but uh
[24:35] do have meetings coming up but through
[24:37] this is a long issue you should move
[24:39] ahead with this
[24:41] get it in place
[24:45] um so let me just be clear there wasn't
[24:46] that bypassing which is why I'm bringing
[24:47] it here and not having you know
[24:49] discussing with them what will the one
[24:50] that happened they tell me they're going
[24:52] to be speaking with you and I say that's
[24:53] fine that's the way it should happen so
[24:55] we have a problem with letter this gives
[24:57] us an option I'll work it out with the
[25:00] unions
[25:04] well I'd like to
[25:06] so go ahead
[25:08] I think that um I think it's a great
[25:10] idea I think it's going to add value to
[25:13] the city it doesn't I mean they're free
[25:16] um and I think that um it'll help us get
[25:18] some of our points across around the
[25:21] anti-literate plan that the council
[25:22] already passed
[25:25] um so I just want to say that I will be
[25:27] in support of this moving forward and I
[25:30] think one of the emails that we got from
[25:32] a citizen I think that's where it was
[25:34] outline some specific areas around the
[25:37] city that were um in a dire need of
[25:40] cleanup so I was thinking as I read that
[25:43] email about this idea of what would be
[25:45] the sites for some of the garbage cans
[25:47] and I thought that kind of helped us lay
[25:50] that out a little bit in his email
[25:52] to us so anyway I just voice support for
[25:55] this yeah
[25:58] oh
[26:00] um
[26:01] so I I've also uh in support of this it
[26:03] sounds like a really good idea
[26:05] um and it doesn't seem like it's going
[26:07] to be to any cause of in fact the
[26:08] benefit to the city um so I'm in full
[26:10] support of this
[26:12] um with you know the understanding and that it's not you know going to put
[26:17] us in
[26:18] a bad situation with the union and you
[26:21] know that we are I appreciate the uh
[26:24] Amendment if you will the proposed
[26:26] amendment to the contractor where we can
[26:28] um you know make that final decision to
[26:30] make sure that it's in line with needs
[26:32] in the city however so I'm I want to be
[26:35] also join with you supporting this and
[26:39] also I want to make sure that you know before we move forward with
[26:43] this that is something that's going to
[26:44] be in line with our our Union
[26:49] I just want to say that I'm absolutely
[26:51] in favor of it um Mr the piccolo is the
[26:54] one that sends us uh information all the
[26:57] time regarding
[26:58] um you know trash littering the city
[27:00] streets so
[27:02] um and I know I think this is 40 cancers
[27:04] 40 or so
[27:07] um just on State Street alone I mean
[27:09] probably be room for 20 of them
[27:12] anyway and then also bringing some
[27:15] Revenue into the city so and again I
[27:18] defer the mayor for making negotiations
[27:20] with our unions to work things out so
[27:22] I'm a vegan
[27:25] Mr Rudy Bear yeah
[27:28] um as long as I'm in Wisconsin we have
[27:30] been discussing liver service all over
[27:33] every time I think I'm
[27:36] for myself a speaker of water all of
[27:38] awful support is idea but I came to the
[27:40] table with a very same concern with the
[27:42] Union where we had an employee with
[27:43] picking up garbage when I was supposed
[27:44] to happen they grieved it they wanted
[27:46] the grievance and I think we should give
[27:49] them an opportunity to discuss with the
[27:51] mayor to some sort of an agreement if
[27:53] either way and let's move forward after
[27:55] that at this point in time I think I'm
[27:57] very supportive of the program but I
[27:58] want to make sure that the union is hard
[28:00] and the ingredients if they have any
[28:01] it's hard to give them the opportunity
[28:04] to address it and let's move all that I
[28:06] find time rather I'll be moving now and
[28:08] we are meeting with the mayor this week
[28:09] or next week
[28:10] I'm very supportive of this program
[28:12] unless
[28:13] that's my concern with leading Mr
[28:16] clothing I had to ask you but I think
[28:18] you've mentioned that in order to have
[28:19] outdoor signage we don't need a special
[28:22] zoning it's hard to change the city
[28:24] correctly not to do anything in silica
[28:26] to have all the door to have a company
[28:29] putting all the door science City's
[28:31] Contracting with the company helps us
[28:34] not
[28:35] um you know just a private party this is
[28:38] a city Contracting tip so it complies
[28:41] with the code so because the city is
[28:43] Contracting for the private company
[28:45] correct because because it's the city is acting as opposed to a
[28:50] private party appropriately
[28:53] I want to make sure that because we
[28:54] don't want to go there and then realize
[28:56] that private company is going to want to
[28:57] do the same thing and we don't have to
[28:58] control cities right away yes so they
[29:00] would even need to get permission in the
[29:02] cities where it would Place garbage cans
[29:04] thank you
[29:07] Mr Williams uh definitely the weather
[29:09] something I grew up recognizing
[29:12] unfortunately exists throughout the city
[29:14] so I appreciate these efforts and moving
[29:15] forward I think my only concern was just
[29:18] placement where a lot of the times
[29:20] especially with the information and
[29:22] language that was brought forward was
[29:24] high traffic areas so I know sometimes
[29:26] litter might not be in high traffic
[29:28] areas so I want to make sure and I
[29:30] appreciate adding the language like Mr
[29:32] Farley Highland where we're able to
[29:33] designate prospective areas that this
[29:36] has an increased impact on the city but
[29:38] then also making sure because there was
[29:40] an email that came out addressing
[29:41] advertising and making sure again that
[29:44] we have messaging that's appropriate for
[29:46] all of our residents in the city but
[29:48] absolutely I support any effort that is
[29:51] targeting littering but also being
[29:54] realistic where we still need people
[29:55] actively putting things in garbage cans
[29:57] so this unfortunately isn't the end-all
[29:59] solution but absolutely is an
[30:01] appropriate first step
[30:05] all right
[30:06] um so and also this in terms of the
[30:10] amount of funding I think was tens
[30:11] fifteen thousand dollars but then we
[30:14] still what about our tipping fee so we
[30:16] still have to pay out money for our
[30:18] tipping fees so it would not be that
[30:21] um
[30:22] so our tipping fees would come out of
[30:24] whatever Revenue we we had for pain
[30:29] we're paying for it one way or the other
[30:32] except yes but but it sounds like it's
[30:35] going to be a lot more cans a lot more
[30:37] garbage so I just want to make sure that
[30:38] we're taking that because there's the
[30:40] entirely think there's going to be more
[30:41] garbage garbage sometimes is not where
[30:45] we want it but I don't anticipated the
[30:48] amount of garbage increasing
[30:51] [Music]
[30:53] um so but what I am hearing is that we
[30:54] want to we want to make sure that we're
[30:55] clear with the Union first that
[30:57] myself and Mr move to there and I know
[30:59] that you're ready to move forward but
[31:01] I'd like to give them that level of
[31:03] perspective they said they hadn't heard
[31:04] anything about that so yeah
[31:06] well
[31:09] move it forward and then
[31:11] um
[31:13] well you have to ask for the motion
[31:15] is there any further discussion Twitter
[31:19] and now in chain emotion I'll move it
[31:24] as I stated that I will wait until the
[31:27] mayor meets with the Union let them
[31:30] greet the concern let me appreciate you can update us on that move it
[31:35] forward tonight this is really an
[31:36] embarrassment you know Mr Paolini
[31:38] brought this
[31:40] Quarterfield doesn't like him we've gone
[31:42] into we maneuver on all these minor
[31:44] things you know it's the white goods
[31:46] where we had one white good picked up in
[31:49] six months took 120 days to move that
[31:53] through it's really an embarrassment so
[31:58] if you want me to meet with the unions I
[32:00] will meet with the unions but the
[32:01] position the administration is not going
[32:03] to change the outcome is not going to
[32:06] change and you're just missing an
[32:08] opportunity to move this forward in
[32:09] Timeless man thank you
[32:11] algorithm
[32:13] it's also it's not true of the agreements because
[32:18] that was just an out of it's different
[32:21] employees we have grievances here on an
[32:25] ongoing basis to take this and say one
[32:28] grievance should shift this policy is
[32:31] just foolish where you don't understand
[32:33] the mechanics of the day-to-day
[32:35] operations of the city
[32:38] well McNair you said you made the
[32:39] statement that I don't agree but then I
[32:41] don't like to say don't agree with it
[32:42] and that's incorrect and in terms of the
[32:44] white goods it was a matter of that was
[32:46] done before it ever passed through the
[32:48] council if the council was never asked
[32:50] about it so that that is clearly in
[32:52] violation to your attention gave you the
[32:56] opportunity to move it forward so that
[32:58] it looks like the council is doing
[33:00] something there's no action by the
[33:02] council and we sit here and just spin
[33:04] our Wheels
[33:06] it's really quite a waste of time and
[33:08] effort well those cards were printed
[33:09] before it was brought to the council so
[33:11] it was already absolutely not true
[33:15] okay I mean the calendar can can show
[33:17] what happens on it yeah we don't need to
[33:19] argue about that
[33:20] Mr Farley so if I'm understanding this
[33:24] correctly it seems like
[33:26] we all have
[33:28] more aligned with this idea than not so
[33:31] it just seems like the the question is
[33:34] how is this going to impact the union
[33:36] um the union would be the the People
[33:39] Best to answer that give them an
[33:41] opportunity to speak to that and then we
[33:43] pass this
[33:45] um unanimously and and locks up with
[33:47] each other because we all seem to think
[33:49] that this is a good idea I just wouldn't
[33:51] want this to be framed as something that
[33:53] um you know there's there there's not a
[33:55] lot of a very differentiating our
[33:58] opinions on this I think everyone wants
[33:59] this to happen and I from day one it was
[34:01] pretty vocal about hey I think this is a good idea I think it could benefit the
[34:06] city however we allow ourselves to make
[34:07] an informed decision as a responsible
[34:09] government body should and I think that
[34:10] that's a good thing so we so it doesn't
[34:12] seem like we're you know there's too
[34:13] much daylight between how everyone is
[34:15] feeling about this I think there's just
[34:16] one missing piece um that is how the
[34:19] union feels we get that confirmation
[34:21] from them and then we move forward
[34:24] I do hear what you're saying but
[34:28] um Mr Lafond who oversees the entire
[34:32] operation of our garbage pickup
[34:35] um is supportive of it has said that it
[34:38] won't affect what the folks that are
[34:42] under his supervision will have to do
[34:44] and I think that Mr palmetti um I think
[34:46] you cleared it as well with the company
[34:48] that it doesn't it doesn't in any way
[34:51] um impact the work of the folks
[34:55] it won't make any difference I mean in
[34:57] terms of their work so
[35:00] um so I just
[35:02] I do feel like we're dragging our feet I
[35:04] mean because I I mean it was an evening
[35:06] of my surgery that this first came up so
[35:09] it's how many weeks ago
[35:11] um it's several committee meetings ago
[35:13] that that was in just
[35:18] December September that was in September
[35:20] it was first presented for September I
[35:23] was President it was a presentation yeah okay Mr palamini I guess I don't
[35:29] really disagree with 99 of what you said
[35:32] I'll take it there you go so
[35:35] um I guess the one issue I have is we're
[35:39] presupposing a grievance with the Union
[35:43] where there is now so there's a process
[35:46] in place if they have an issue to bring
[35:49] agreements forward
[35:51] so we are assuming there's a problem
[35:54] before there's a problem
[35:57] so
[35:58] let's move forward if there's an issue
[36:01] they'll bring It Forward there's a
[36:03] process in place for them to do that
[36:06] and take care of the issue
[36:10] well I I don't see this as as presuppose
[36:13] I don't see it's presupposing there's
[36:15] going to be a grievance what I said was
[36:16] that they reached out and wanted to to
[36:18] hear about it prior to the to us making
[36:21] this that is what I said and so if that
[36:25] would in my opinion if that would so
[36:27] they know what's going to happen and
[36:28] what will or not happen what we will or
[36:31] will not do will avoid their being a
[36:34] grievance but to have to inform a group
[36:37] of people who are going to be a part of
[36:39] this process I don't think it's the
[36:41] worst thing that we could do
[36:48] I was just reiterating like I don't
[36:51] think that we're you know assuming that
[36:54] there will be a grievance I'm certainly
[36:55] not saying that what I'm saying is that
[36:57] hey make an informed decision by
[36:59] discussing all parties involved it's
[37:02] probably is the best practice
[37:04] thankfully and luckily it seems like
[37:06] we're all pretty much aligned with the
[37:07] support of the program as long as it's
[37:10] um can operate within the parameters
[37:12] that needs to so again talk to the union
[37:14] move forward and all as well
[37:19] [Music]
[37:24] so at this point in time um there was
[37:26] motion it was not second and we'll bring
[37:28] it back in two weeks after the mayor has
[37:30] had the conversation with you
[37:37] item number four uh division uh one of
[37:40] the latest uh ladies order of hypernians
[37:42] in all people's viruses sentence
[37:43] Schenectady for the feast of Saint
[37:45] Patrick is Patrick yes this is our
[37:48] annual resolution celebrating uh St
[37:52] Patrick's Day
[37:53] um along with the Ancient Order of
[37:55] fibernians so it'll be here uh will they
[37:59] I don't know if there's any good dancers
[38:01] this year that they they normally bring
[38:02] the Step dancers but
[38:05] um
[38:06] so that's that's what this is so we just
[38:08] have ceremony resolution
[38:11] so second all is a favor
[38:14] aye
[38:16] um the agenda for property sales
[38:19] so at this point in time I want to
[38:21] entertain a motion to go into executive
[38:23] session so second all the paper all
[38:27] right
