[23:19] that into the Craig main to make sure

[23:21] those water lines get replaced and U

[24:14] ones the um pickup trucks um the utility

[24:18] truck with the crane um so those are

[24:22] replacing just old worn out vehicles

[24:24] that we're putting a lot of money in the

[24:26] wastewater treatment equipment replaced

[24:27] there a list of equipment that um it all

[24:30] adds up to different things with return

[24:32] pumps so we just grew up we grouped it

[24:34] as a equipment

[24:37] replacement um and then the bigger item

[24:40] is the digestor number four upgrades the

[24:43] digestors

[24:45] um there two active digesters at the

[24:49] wastewater treatment plant one holding

[24:50] tank and one

[24:53] secondary they were constructed in the

[24:56] early to mid-50s still utiliz

[24:59] um they still work um but they do need

[25:03] repairs um they reduce the vola solids

[25:05] content and the sledge that we process

[25:07] that makes our Sledge capable of going

[25:09] to different homes when we dispose of it

[25:11] so um without that um we be restricted

[25:15] to more just single landfills where we

[25:18] can move our SED to different places now

[25:21] so um there's a gas system there um

[25:24] people gone by you've seen the flare

[25:26] burning um so again it's just one of the

[25:29] processes that it doesn't turn off there

[25:32] it runs

[25:34] constantly like I said the digestors

[25:36] were mid-50s so they do need some

[25:38] repairs and concrete worth um some of

[25:42] the uh the roof structures they need new

[25:45] seals so new heat exchangers

[25:53] um so then there was a no balance on

[25:56] approximately $7 million be in 2026 so

[25:59] that's going to be put on hold also

[26:00] because you're moving that million

[26:03] dollars yeah the waste water replace the

[26:06] Barre design only um because the

[26:10] upgrades that were done from The Pump

[26:12] Station the for for the Waste Water

[26:13] treatment in the past couple years give

[26:16] you a good example um our plant is

[26:18] designed to do 18 permitted to do 18

[26:21] half million gallons a day when it rains

[26:24] though we we exceed that that's not a

[26:26] violation it's the rain day that

[26:30] the 45 years I've been around um the

[26:33] most we've seen was Hurricane FL was

[26:35] about 39 million gallons um the storm we

[26:39] had say two months ago we hit 52 million

[26:42] gallons going to the plant it's never

[26:44] been there but with we have to handle

[26:47] all this flow now that was part of the

[26:48] consent order that we had so with bar

[26:51] Spring design there is to increase those

[26:55] so they can handle more FL they handle

[26:58] it but it struggles for them and they're

[27:00] also probably 15 years old so we thought

[27:04] we would look at the design this year I

[27:07] get ready and then if the design is

[27:09] there we all know that usually when I

[27:11] look at design it's because I want to

[27:12] try and get great money and if we're

[27:14] designed and shovel ready we have the

[27:17] potential to you know apply for grant

[27:19] money quicker um so you know the bar

[27:24] screens are working wanted to do the

[27:26] design but you know if you look at where

[27:29] your real critical needs are um doing

[27:32] $12 million of work on Craig at Maine

[27:34] and not doing the

[27:37] infrastructure it's a little bit of a

[27:42] tradeoff

[27:44] julo so does this make us does this hurt

[27:49] our ability or likelihood of receiving

[27:51] set grants because we're going to have

[27:52] to hold it off no because it would take

[27:54] them probably a year to keep design I

[33:58] we have to under the EPA EPA

[34:06] or copper service or whatever it is so

[34:08] they are actually you know boring holes

[34:13] curve box so they can determine what's

[34:14] in there so uh it will help us with that

[34:17] and that's why some of this gr money is

[34:27] EPA or regulation if you don't know

[35:54] this you think well two weeks doesn't

[35:57] make much difference difference here and

[35:58] there it's one of those things where

[36:00] every little bit of incremental

[36:02] difference in this could have an impact

[36:05] on the final project where we're going

[36:07] to be applying for money to do the

[36:10] actual Replacements and so that

[36:13] appreciate the council's consideration

[36:14] in that and then faster you can move

[36:17] that forward uh I think just sends the

[36:21] message that we're serious about it it's

[36:23] going to give us the resources to be

[36:24] able to do it and be able to actually

[36:26] implement it and then qualifies for

[36:28] additional funding going

[36:32] forward what ask May would it be

[36:35] possible to upload this entire surve on

[36:37] our website I know but people can access

[36:40] it by creating a username password it's

[36:43] to the same survey it's in the format

[36:46] the EPA requires so every city has the

[36:48] same one and I checked with the want

[36:50] today because it has to be out by

[36:51] tomorrow um he said it's on ours I

[36:54] didn't look at it but there's supposed

[36:56] to be a link there um and then that will

[36:59] grow because you know as we get the

[37:01] surveys in or you know um people are

[37:06] also doing this they're calling us

[37:07] because they're not sure so we have our

[37:10] water guys who are going out there

[37:11] they're setting up schedules with home

[37:13] owners to go in their basement and

[37:15] verify it and it gets put on the um on

[37:18] the database right now this is just one

[37:21] it's going to be one big database for

[37:22] every community in the country it's

[37:24] they're all going to have the same

[37:25] format you'll be able to you know plug

[37:27] in an address and you'll be able to see

[37:31] whatever address that is in conect and

[37:32] what that service is and then the next

[37:36] round is going to be like the mayor said

[37:40] we're going to have to be replaced and

[37:41] we don't own the services that's in the

[37:43] city po EPA doesn't really care who owns

[37:48] replaced and that's the essence of this

[37:51] survey is to get this out so when the

[37:52] new round of grant money is available we

[37:55] can apply as quickly as possible and we

[38:02] have so it's going to grow every day you

[38:07] to get put in we are working with a firm

[38:09] 120 water right now that you know is

[38:50] aware and asking them to complete the

[38:52] survey from the school districts and I

[38:54] think that that would be a good vehicle
