[11:12] Harding coming on, was the sales tax.

[11:15] Uh, so you have a red book and a blue book in front of you.

[11:18] The 2000, the sales tax for 2019, 2024,

[11:21] that's actually got the projects that were completed with the

[11:23] original sales tax.

[11:24] And then the blue book is the new sales tax that we currently

[11:27] have in the works.

[11:29] Um, unfortunately, that book is sitting idle just because we did

[11:32] use those funds for the Hvac at the library.

[11:34] Um, so there's roughly about three years left of that sales tax.

[11:38] That money as it comes in will be going back to the electric fund

[11:41] because the electric fund is helping subsidize that Hvac

[11:44] because that money is coming in over five years and we needed

[11:46] that money instantly to pay for the for the Hvac.

[11:49] So that fund.

[11:50] But it does have a lot, it shows all the projects that we had

[11:52] in the works that we were going to try to get done with the

[11:54] missile building with that sales tax.

[11:56] Um, so we still have it on the radar, we just going to have to

[11:58] wait a few years before we can accomplish that project.

[13:01] as far as the fiber expansion, the water plant and the filler

[13:05] And then the big one that we still haven't heard from, um,

[13:08] is the wastewater plant,

[13:09] so we submitted that roughly 60 days ago, they told us

[13:12] 60 to 90 days,

[13:13] we, we hopefully have some word of what our interest rate, we

[13:15] are still waiting on that.

[13:17] Um, approval of our interest rate from the state.

[13:20] So not that we're going with the state revolving loan, which

[13:22] is that's our ad,

[13:24] we're just trying to figure out what our interest rates so we

[13:26] can do that's RF the USDA or a private bond issuance,

[13:29] but we will submit that to the governing body and then you guys

[13:32] will will pick the funding options that we have for the

[13:33] wastewater plant.

[13:35] So that's the first page.

[13:37] Uh, the second one is just the six-year benchmark, I always

[13:39] like to do a benchmark every year.

[13:41] So, I've been your city manager for the last six years.

[13:44] Um, when I first came on, there was a list of projects that the

[13:46] commission wanted to tackle

[13:48] and over the six years, I feel like city staff has done a really

[13:50] good job of getting those projects accomplished

[13:52] and without issuing a whole lot of debt.

[13:54] So, hats off to city staff on that.

[13:56] And then the last one is just the equipment replacement, uh,

[13:59] program,

[14:00] this one comes from vehicle services, Jeff Kevasik.

[14:03] Um, it's one of the things we also when I first came on is

[14:06] we really had no plan for equipment replacement.

[14:08] Um, so we started this equipment replacement program, we're on

[14:11] the final year,

[14:12] um, the ones that are in yellow are the ones that are set to

[14:14] be replaced this year.

[14:16] Unfortunately, with the budget, the general fund budget being

[14:18] set up how it was, we pretty much pulled all projects,

[14:20] all equipment out of the overall budget.

[14:24] Um, so these as these are needing to be replaced, they

[14:26] will most likely come from equipment reserve

[14:29] and we will do that to the commission, I will just give an

[14:32] update of of that process as it comes, but.

[14:35] Just want to give an update on those three things.

[14:37] And then as we get into the budget work session, obviously

[14:40] we'll update this and and give the commission a little more info,

[14:42] especially on the equipment replacement.

[14:44] So,

[14:45] Tim, about five years ago, we had to issue some debt to replace

[14:48] some of the equipment that we had because it was in such bad

[14:51] shape.

[14:52] We spend a lot of money, not a lot of money, but we spent a lot

[14:55] of time and resources buying stuff off of Purple Wave.

[14:57] Um, if you ever buy anything off Purple Wave, it's pretty much.

[15:01] It's on its last straw. So we've had to we've replaced about 4 or 5 pieces.

[15:04] and then we created this equipment replacement plan.

[15:07] And as we go through the budget cycles, our mechanic will put a new list

[15:10] in front of the commission and that's how we replace equipment.

[15:13] It's pretty much the 5 worst pieces of equipment.

[15:15] that he puts in front of us is what we're replaced.

[15:18] Um, and it strictly just depends on what the mechanic shop.

[15:21] because that's how we feel like we can save the most amount of money

[15:22] through that budgeting process.

[15:25] So, but just want to give a quick update on that.

[15:54] we were still operating underneath that $5 million mobilization fee.

[15:58] But in January this month, we will actually make our first payment um towards that water plant and get now they're being caught up.

[16:04] It is set back about three to four months. They're expecting spring of 2027 before that project is complete.

[16:10] Um, but they do have two of the clarifiers have been built.

[16:13] Um, they're obviously on that north or south track. Sorry, they're on the south track.

[16:18] And the project's starting to really come along. You actually see some progress going on now. So.

[16:23] I gotta say I was thoroughly impressed with.

[16:29] So I did take Tim, like I said, Ryan took Tim on tour last Tuesday.

[41:17] providing, and if it continued to elevate, Ccap is able to cover

[1:19:37] Kind of with with turn ins off 14th to get a few more items or

[1:19:40] or plots open back up for our for our citizens.

[1:19:44] I I think vocal concerns of drainage or traffic issues or

[1:19:47] those types of things.

[1:19:49] Absolutely. I think those will be necessary conversations in the future.

[1:19:52] But right now focusing just on getting the plotting completed,

[1:19:55] giving an option available for us to use in the future, should we need it.

[1:20:00] I don't think with the the improvements we're doing now,

[1:20:03] it's going to be a a top priority at least on on my end.

[1:20:08] and also infrastructure costs and all that as well too.
