[7:46] received those roads and those alleys, county in turn received the ownership of

[7:55] about 10 years ago, eight years, 10 years ago, we vacated a lot of those

[8:01] roads. and alleys in the town of Bradford and we

[8:06] uh issued quick claim deeds pretty much all of these. However, it was

[8:11] recommended by a county attorney at that time that if since these were already

[8:16] done prior 19 that we did not need to issue quick

[8:20] claim deeds. Well, I think to clean up and we've had uh an attorney

[8:27] uh contact us regarding these and also with HRS

[8:33] uh with a recent survey that maybe we should then in turn actually quickly

[8:38] deed these properties these two areas to the case of land owners. And so that's

[8:44] what this these that's in the background.

[31:08] week. And then a door into the back file we would call it, which is where we

[31:12] would put all of our old files because we do still retain

[31:24] files from years and years and years and years ago because those are accessible.

[31:30] do have a a separate file room out there with several boxes, lots of boxes in

[31:35] both files. So we would like kind of a current file room and then that door in

[31:40] the back of current into the old file room and then wall that whole south end

[31:56] morning. if we have that. Um, getting rid of that supply, that little bump out

[34:06] but it's not going to be a big deal. And then if we have both those files, we're

[34:09] going to have plenty of room in there. I was nervous at first when this came out,

[34:13] but now that I've looked at

[34:19] our current footprint, quite frankly, pretty dang close.

[34:26] needs to be bigger per ADA. Um, that's why you see the wall bumped out about

[34:33] what 18 to two foot, 18 inches to two foot uh to get the radius for handicap

[34:44] and we're eliminating one restroom, shower, bath up in the north.

[38:45] going to Starlink. Um and they also discuss

[38:50] um going out of bids for a new trailer. Um they want to get rid of the semi and

[38:56] the semi trail I guess it's quite a little starting to cost a lot of money

[39:00] to have it around. So they want to like 30 foot

[39:03] enclosed gooseneck and then pull it with one of our one ton trucks that we

[39:07] currently have to transfer equipment to sites. So, uh, other than that's about

[39:24] Pathways is meeting me at the Heritage Center to discuss more needed space. Uh,

[39:35] email. She's been emailing me and Isaac here. Uh, so I'm going to meet with

[39:39] Vicki from Pathways Friday at the Heritage and we still have

[39:45] seven eight rooms on the south wing yet that

[39:49] we can revamp and get office space if needed.

[39:57] delivered this morning. Um it sounds like they have two sides uh delivered um

[40:03] starting next Monday the 14th with uh the custodian windows to see how it

[40:08] works and hopefully there's no big issues. Um talking to the guy that's

[40:13] going to install them, the head guy. Um they're [snorts] hoping to do the two

[40:18] side bottoms first and then go up on the sides to do four windows potentially a

[40:25] day. um three to four windows a day is their goal.

[40:29] They will let Dave Gorman and myself know if they're from Cedar Rapids, the

[40:33] installers um if they're not coming for due to weather related issues, wind,

[40:39] rain. Um but again, they're open six to eight weeks out, in and done.

[40:48] We will work with county offices and clerk of court to see if there's any

[40:53] special needs. It sounds like that inside the building they're going to put

[40:56] a plastic barrier from sealing the ground to keep the dust to a minimum.

[41:04] So hopefully it' be a good project getting done here in about two months.

[41:09] So on the west side of the courthouse you will see a storage container and

[41:12] then in front will be a dumpster and then a spot for their wall to sit in

[41:16] their left. the city has okay that that we got uh

[41:20] hopefully enough cones out to let the public know that under construction.
