[4:37] disruption for your evening. Uh what you have before you is the final plat for

[4:42] final plat phase one for Flint Meadows East. As you recall at the previous

[4:46] planning commission meeting, I brought up the fact that we had to the developer

[4:51] had to shift Rowan Road 30t to the east and put it entirely on their property

[4:57] which caused them to lose some lots. didn't want to have to bring back a

[5:01] preliminary plat for your approval, but it wanted to at least give you the

[5:05] option. Seemed like everybody's in agreement that the preliminary plat this

[5:09] was not a significant change, even though they did lose several lots on

[5:14] this process. With that, we do have the final plat for phase one of Flint

[5:19] Meadows East. The applicant represented by Steve Harter is here tonight. So, if

[5:24] you have any questions for them, you can certainly ask it. There really isn't

[5:28] much of a change other than the fact there's a reduction of lots. There's 47

[5:32] total lots on the plat. There are 10 tracks. Four of those tracks are for

[5:38] detention. Three are for the larger town homes that will be coming back later as

[5:44] a site plan. Then there's two construction tracks along Rowan Road.

[5:49] And then there's a track I'm not sure why that isn't a lot, but maybe the

[5:52] applicant explained that, but it looks like it. It's on 102nd Terrace. I

[5:57] believe. But uh other than that, it's pretty straightforward. I did initially

[6:02] send out a draft copy of the uh final plat, but I did follow up with a we did

[6:10] get the signed versions from the surveyor this afternoon. I did send

[6:15] those out. And what is in your packet actually what's on the website now, I

[6:19] did update that with the final plat that is

[6:24] signed by the registered surveyor. So, with that, I'll stand for any questions.

[7:44] happy about it. I am supported the project.

[10:40] how this is going to line out road alignment because I'm guessing you're

[10:43] not just going to dovetail in to that along the way.

[13:43] something that's more than minor, something that kind of needs to fit.
