uh
[2:36]
uh
Well, we have one one Actually, we have
[2:40]
only 4.01, 4.02, so we going to have a
discussion and action to adopt
[2:46]
resolution number 2026/2027-02

opposing the construction operation of
an immigration and custom enforcements
[2:56]

So
[3:07]
» Move for approval.
>> Second.
[3:10]
» Uh in favor?

[3:13]
I believe.

>> It doesn't matter.
[3:37]
» Oh, no, no.
No, no, no, no.
[3:40]
Oh, no.
>> Yeah. Uh I I think that we already have
[3:43]
the the motion, so um by um Manuel

[3:51]
And we do need to roll call, please.
[3:56]

[4:02]
» Member Cortezi?
>> Yes.
[4:04]
» Member Doe?
>> Yes.
[4:06]
» All right.
Um, so we move to 4.02.
[4:11]
Discussion and action to receive first
reading of proposed amendments to board
[4:15]
policy 1312.3e,
uniform complaints procedures, wave
[4:21]
board bylaw 9310,
requiring second reading of proposed new
[4:26]
or amended board policy.
Adopt the proposed amendment to board
[4:30]
policy 1312.3e,
uniform complaint procedures, and
[4:36]
receive and accept amendments to
administrative regulation 1312.3,
[4:42]
uniform complaint procedures, 5145.3,
non-discrimination
[4:48]
and harassment, and 5145.7e,
one title
[4:53]
nine, sexual harassment complaint
procedures.
[4:58]
» Yeah, so um
we are under federal program monitoring.
[5:02]
Uh, that's something that takes place
just about every year in our district.
[5:06]
Part of that is a review of policies.
Um, and what we may need to make sure
[5:11]
that in all our policies that are on
here that the appropriate person
[5:15]
per federal code, that the appropriate
person that would uh, receive complaints
[5:21]
or the title nine
uh, allegation is named in the on these
[5:26]
policies themselves and in the
administrative regulations. So, this is
[5:29]
why we're asking for the waving of
second uh, reading because we need to
[5:32]
get these out. Otherwise, there's no
change in terms of
[5:36]
uh, or in the individual changes to the
policies besides the names of those
[5:40]
contacted individuals.
[5:45]
» Second.
>> All right. Uh,
[5:48]
this is this just received the first
reading.
[5:51]
» It's to wave the second reading.
>> Wave in the second reading.
[5:55]
» So,
do we need to do a roll call or no? Or
[5:59]
we just have No second second by
Pedico disease. So, all in favor say or
[6:05]
» Yes. Yes. I.
>> All in favor say I. All right. Thank
[6:09]
you.
All right. So, I think that's we
[6:13]
complete 4.01 4.02.
So, now we going to recess to close
[6:18]
session.
[6:21]
All right. So, we will recess for the
close session. Thank you.
[6:59]
Um we are now
10:38.
[7:03]
Um our meeting is adjourned and no
reporting form close session.
[7:08]
Thank you.
>> 10:38 p.m. Thank you.
