[2:37] consummate that annexation. We have the two principals who signed the annexation

[2:44] petition on with us the Alaska and Devon Anderson so I'll allow them if they

[2:49] And I want to say anything, but I'll print some time over them in a minute.

[2:55] So the ultimate goal is to put an axis property in and then put it into one of the pins.

[3:02] We're going to create three pins.

[3:04] And if you look at the agenda, you will see the pitch creations are the next three resolutions.

[3:11] and this particular property would go into the Silvercliffe Commons public infrastructure district.

[3:20] I am going to propose that we postpone 5, 6, and 7 until Friday.

[3:26] You have to have some maps and we don't quite have all the governing document with the maps attached.

[3:31] We're very, very close, but it didn't quite get accomplished by 3 o'clock today.

[3:38] So I'm going to propose that we have a meeting on Friday, and I'm going to, when we get to that,

[3:44] ask for a time that works for everyone. But we still want to get the annexation going,

[3:50] because it's a two-step process anyway to first annex it in, and then create the pit.

[3:57] So the discussion is, and for those who aren't aware, I don't know. Do we have anybody on

[4:23] but this is labeled Silver Eagle Estates.

[4:26] They've changed the name to Avalon Sky.

[4:28] That's why the agent says Avalon Sky

[4:30] and the petition says Avalon Sky.

[4:31] But this was the plant that was recorded for the 14 estate lots, and this is just off of Main Street and leads and it's up above and to the, I guess, to the southwest of the civic property up on that hill on that plateau is where this is located.

[4:52] And the plan is, is that it's being annexed in, in order to bring it into the, what the

[5:00] pit boundary that I described, so that we can appropriately finance and have this connected

[5:05] into the sewer system, and the road and the sewer system for these lots.

[5:13] There's quite a strong policy by the water conservancy district and other water districts

[5:19] and us, our district, and the Ash Creek sewer district that new development should be

[5:26] sewered and not use septic type system. So this complies with that good public policy

[5:32] and what we're trying to do here. And so we will discuss in the future more both when

[5:37] we create the pit and then actually issue bonds for the pit that will help fund the infrastructure

[5:44] improvements on this property as well as below what we're connects, curb gutter sidewalk and water

[5:50] as well as the course of the sewer system that we're talking about now. So that's the background

[5:57] on this annexation. And so I'm going to just ask if Steve or Devon have anything to say and then

[6:06] also I want to recognize Tyler King, he is counsel to the district and if he has any other comments

[6:13] on this, but what the resolution does again is that what annex it in to the property it provides

[6:22] for publishing the appropriate notices that we're doing a couple notices and then submitting it

[6:27] to the lieutenant governor's office to get the official certificate indicated it's been annexed in

[6:33] and piggybacking right on that assuming that it's adopted on the Friday would be the paid creations,

[6:41] the public infrastructure district creations that will also go to the lieutenant governor.

[7:19] was looking at it ultimately did acquire it but I couldn't get past those boulders so I parked my car

[7:25] at that hill and I walked up it and I walked off from every side one side to the other and from the

[7:31] beginning to the end and then down the other side I spent quite a time up there and part

[7:36] of the reason I walked and spent so long is it was so gorgeous, so pretty, so beautiful

[7:41] and I thought whoever, whoever ultimately lives up here is going to really enjoy it immensely

[7:46] it's a great vacation so congratulations to you guys who have been able to accomplish.

[7:53] And likewise with your project the views are amazing aren't they? We're lucky to have projects

[7:57] and such a beautiful spot. We are very lucky. I know I'm going to personally live out there, too,
