[1:48] advance of the meeting. There's no mechanism for the public to be able to

[1:51] talk through the remote access. And there's a disclaimer that if broadcast

[1:56] is interrupted for any reason, the meeting will proceed in person.

[2:00] If there are any new items on the agenda, I also want to let

[2:03] you know that we went to on Skyline Road to the Board of

[2:07] Supervisors last week, and the board approved it unanimously.

[2:33] the new recycling center was created. So, then I did not vote for it

[2:38] anyway. My husband and I were driving down

[2:40] Johnstonville Road, and I noticed that the recycling center

[2:44] on Johnstonville Road is for sale.

[2:48] And I said to him, "Well, wouldn't that wouldn't that have been a way that they

[2:51] bought right there? That would have been an improvement for that."

[2:55] The neighbors would have all been upset. And I thought, "Well, too bad."

[3:00] And um then a couple weeks later somebody

[3:03] approached me and said the Ingram's

[3:06] grant for that recycling center

[3:09] was written for the Johnstonville Road property. In fact, they had it in

[3:14] escrow. And then at some point changed gears and

[3:17] moved out to the property beyond the CHP. Anyway,

[3:21] I think that's information we could have used.

[3:25] I know that your interest was to table it

[3:29] and to learn a bit more. And I don't

[3:33] we can only make decisions on the information that we get. And I certainly

[3:37] didn't know that, and I asked one of the supervisors, they didn't know anything

[3:40] about it. We've got a group of poor people who are

[3:45] on their bikes and walk out to that recycling center, and I don't think

[3:49] they're going to make it out to the highway

[3:51] by the CHP. I think that's sad.

[11:22] a public utility, so we have a section in our zoning code which Matt just cited

[11:26] that says that non-public utilities when they have electric distribution lines,

[11:31] the transmission lines, that it requires a use permit. So, since they're not a

[11:34] public utility, often that section is applicable to Caltrans, and they

[11:39] indicate such in their packet as in their letter as well. But, that's why

[11:44] I'm reviewing it as for that line for the right-of-way acquisition.

[11:49] So, that's typically why it's there.
