[4:22] deviate again and put a huge thank you to the city staff and crews that got us

[4:28] through the Thanksgiving weekend I mean it started with road closures I know the

[4:35] ambulance got patients to the city on Thursday didn't get them home but they

[4:41] got them there our road clearing that happened over the

[4:45] weekend was exceptional Water Works no loss of pressure and our water no boil

[4:53] water advisory a huge jute cleanup is happening with the trees and the damage

[5:01] to city trees just our Livingston Park Morton Park and then the residents

[5:09] dealing with their own downed trees and branches and huge thanks and it's been

[5:16] talked about widely in the community thanks for the branch pick up on

[5:23] residential part of boulevards I think everybody really realized the impact of

[5:30] that storm and the preparedness we had between Fire Rescue police just a huge

[5:38] thank you to city thank you mm generate a number to addition to the

[34:11] copies to each child enrolled in Manitoba schools and therefore be a

[34:16] further result of these prime points of contact communicate with the loyal the

[34:20] local branches and up in October to determine the number of poppies needed

[34:23] for all school children in their area and subsequently make arrangements with

[34:27] their respective councils or boards to distribute those puppies to their

[34:30] schools I know there was some discussion about whether or not this was the best

[34:37] avenue for this to occur and there there is conversation in the committee meeting

[34:46] from October regarding this with the president of the

[34:53] local Legion I think one concern we had was putting it on the municipal

[35:02] government to be the prime point of contact for this is that correct that's

[35:07] right because of the distribution of the poppy first of all I would support 100%

[35:13] of this thing if it were to support the school division of providing the being

[35:20] the point of contact because they're the ones that hold the registry for all the

[35:24] students in the school and they they don't have any student sorry and that

[35:29] would to me it makes logical further for them to be the point of contact and the

[35:33] distribution of the poppies rather than a municipality municipality has no

[35:39] connection to the school the division of the registry or or the school division

[35:47] because they have their own board and they have their own council set of

[35:51] trustees so even Manitoba Education would have better access to young wood

[35:55] so I would support it from that perspective but the municipality I need

[35:59] question if it's it's a proper authority how many how many school children are in

[36:06] Western school division we don't have access to accept very generally because

[36:15] they I know enrollments up right and and that's a fluctuating a changing number

[36:21] and could change quite dramatically so anyway to me I would last for the pretty

[36:25] amendments on that one to be rather than to the initiative is good yeah the

[36:35] initiative is excellent but but it's inefficient and I believe that

[36:46] Allegiant Frost was here and he had spoke to the to the superintendent of

[36:52] Western School Division they were fully supportive of a two so I just think it's

[36:56] a matter of all that resolution yeah I know you got both young on your life

[44:53] disaster financial assistance from the province of Manitoba with respect to the

[44:57] provincial of the state of emergency declared on October 13th of the nineteen

[45:02] so the reason we're under the is a disaster assistance program whenever

[45:08] that's announced we will have to make formal application and this authorizes

[45:13] the city to do that any questions or comments

[45:19] now the program hasn't been announced yet in terms of disaster assistance but

[45:23] we want to be first at the trough so we're gonna get ahead of it I got my
